Description
Claims (16)
- Fadenliefervorrichtung für fadenverarbeitende Textilmaschinen, insbesondere für Strick- und Wirkmaschinen mit unregelmäßigem Fadenverbrauch, mit einem den Faden (3) im wesentlichen schlupflos fördernden, drehbar gelagerten Speicherkörper (9) der mit einem ihn antreibenden Motor (4, 14) direkt oder indirekt gekuppelt ist, und der vom Speicherkörper (9) tangential aufgewickelte und danach über Kopf d.h. axial abgezogene Faden (3) zwischen der als Bremsfläche (9') ausgebildeten Stirnseite des Speicherkörpers und einer sich im selben Drehsinn wie der Speicherkörper drehenden und in axialer Richtung über ihre Lagerung verschiebliche Gegenbremsfläche (10) hindurchgeführt wird, so daß der Faden (3) durch mehr oder weniger starken Anpressdruck mehr oder weniger geklemmt d.h. gebremst wird, sodaß die Fadenabzugspannung in weiten Bereichen stufenlos einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenbremsfläche (10) als eine kreisförmige, im Durchmesser etwas größer als jener der Speicherkörperstirnseite, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildet ist, und die Elastizität dieser Scheibe dazu herangezogen wird, einen gleichmäßigeren Anpressdruck auf jeden Punkt der Bremsfläche (9') des Speicherkörpers (9) zu erreichen, und daß gleichzeitig der Faden (3) am Wegfliegen gehindert und ein Aufdrehen des Speichervorratswickels (8) unterbunden wird. - Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10 ) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche direkt von einem drehzahlgesteuerten/frequenzgeregelten Elektromotor (14) angetrieben wird.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10 ) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche indirekt über ein Getriebe von einem drehzahlgesteuerten und/oder frequenzgeregelten Elektromotor angetrieben wird.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche indirekt über Zahnräder ( 34, 34', 34", 34‴) vom Hauptantrieb ( 4 ) mit angetrieben wird.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche im wesentlichen aus einem verschleißfesten Material wie einem dünnen, flexiblen Kunststoff oder Metallblech besteht.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche auf ihrer, der Bremsfläche des Speicherkörpers (9') zugewandten Seite, eine verschleißfeste Beschichtung aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weile für den Antrieb, der als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10 ) ausgebildeten Gegenbremsfläche eine Hohlwelle (17) ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faden ( 3 ) und der als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10 ) ausgebildeten Gegenbremsfläche zentrisch durch die Hohlwelle (17) geführt d.h. abgezogen wird.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlwellen ( 17 u. 17a) die Antriebswellen von Elektromotoren ( 14, 4 ) sind.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicherkörper ( 9 ) mit seiner stirnseitigen Bremsfläche (9') mit der als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildeten Gegenbremsfläche in axialer Richtung fluchtet d.h. deren Zentren auf einer Linie liegen.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicherkörper ( 9 ) mit seiner stirnseitigen Bremsfläche ( 9' ) direkt oder über seine Lagerung in seiner axialen Richtung im Verhältnis zur auf einer Welle ( 17 ) gelagerten, als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10 ) ausgebildeten Gegenbremsfläche verschoben werden kann.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Welle ( 17 ) als auch der Speicherkörper ( 9 ) mit seiner Bremsfläche (9') in ihrer axialen Richtung im Verhältnis zueinander verschieblich angeordnet sind.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche in ihrem Zentrum eine verschleißfreie Durchführung ( 25 ) aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildete Gegenbremsfläche, einschließlich der mit dieser in drehfester Verbindung stehenden Teile, durch ein ringförmiges Teil (33) ganz oder teilweise abgedeckt ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der, die als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe ( 10 ) ausgebildeten Gegenbremsfläche über die Hohlwelle ( 17 ) tragende, am Chassis ( 2 ) verschieblich angeordnete Schlitten ( 26 ) feinfühlig mit Hilfe einer Anordnung aus Zahnstange oder Gewindestange (16) mit zugehörigen Einstellmitteln ( 18) verstellbar und in jeder beliebigen Stellung innerhalb des erforderlichen Gesamthubes, zur Abdeckung des erforderlichen Einstellbereiches, arretierbar ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorrichtung Mittel zugeordnet sind, die Relativbewegung der am Schlitten ( 26 ) drehbar gelagerten, als kreisförmige, dünne, flexible Scheibe (10) ausgebildeten Gegenbremsfläche zur stirnseitigen Bremsfläche des Speicherkörpers ( 9' ) und damit die sogenannte Brems - oder Klemmwirkung, letzendlich die daraus resultierende Fadenabzugspannung, z.B. mit Hilfe eines Zeigers (15) an einer Skala ( 27 ) sichtbar zu machen.
