Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von in Walzenständern über Einbaustücke (5, 6) gelagerte Walzen (1, 2) mit einer jeder Walze (1, 2) zugeordneten, Schleifmittel aufweisenden, gegenüber der Walze (1, 2) relativ drehbar in den Einbaustücken (5, 6) der zu schleifenden Walze (1, 2) gelagerten Rolle (9, 10), die über ihre Lager gegen die zu schleifende Walze (1, 2) anstellbar ist, wobei die Länge der Rolle (9, 10) im wesentlichen der Länge des Ballens der zu schleifenden Walze (1, 2) entspricht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mantel (20) der Rolle (9, 10) elastisch aufgebaut ist, und daß das Schleifmittel (21) in den Mantel (20) eingelassen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rolle (9, 10) in mindestens zwei Abschnitte unterteilt ist, die einzeln auf einer in den Einbaustücken (5, 6) gelagerten Welle (25) elastischen (26) abgestützt und über Mitnehmer (27) mit der Welle (25) drehfest verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere, koaxial zueinander angeordnete Wellen (29, 30, 31, 32) vorgesehen sind, und daß jedem Rollenabschnitt (9', 9'', 9''', 9'''') eine Welle (29, 30, 31, 32) mit positive bzw. negative Beschleunigungen bewirkendem Antrieb (22', 22'', 22''', 22'''') zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rolle (9, 10) über einen Verschiebeantrieb (23) in axialer Richtung oszillierend antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Biegeantriebe (24, 24') für die Rolle (9, 10) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rolle (9,10) eine vorgebbare Kontur aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Regelvorrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist, die in Abhängigkeit von der Oberflächenkontur der zu schleifenden Walze mindestens einen der Anstell- (11, 11'), Dreh- (22), Axial-Verschiebe- (23) und Biegeantriebe (24, 24') derart ansteuert, daß die Istkontur der zu schleifenden Walze an eine vorgegebene bzw. vorzugebende Sollkontur herangeführt wird.
