Description
- daß die Hubelemente einen oberen, festen Zylinderkäfig und einen unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfig aufweisen, die aus einem Vierkantrohr gebildet und durch eine Kugeldrehverbindung miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der obere Teil der Kugeldrehverbindung die Grundplatte des festen Zylinderkäfigs bildet und mit dem Drehtisch fest verbunden ist;
- daß in den beiden Zylinderkäfigen des Hubelements der Gegengewichtshubzylinder angeordnet ist, an dessen oberem Ende ein Vierkant befestigt ist, der in den Zylinderkäfigen des Hubelements gleitend geführt ist;
- und daß an dem unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfig die Kolbenstange eines mittels eines Bolzens an dem Drehtisch befestigten Stellzylinders derart angelenkt ist, daß durch Ausfahren der Kolbenstange eine Drehung des unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfigs bewirkt wird.

Claims (4)
- Einen Drehtisch (7) und zwei Hubelemente (8R, 8L) aufweisende Hubeinrichtung (5) für eine Umsetzvorrichtung für Gegengewichte (6) an Auslegerkranen (1), insbesondere Mobilteleskopkranen, mit drehbarem Oberwagen (4), wobei die Hubelemente (8R, 8L) mit einem senkrecht mittels eines doppeltwirkenden Gegengewichtshubzylinders ausfahrbaren Glied versehen sind, das in Bohrungen der Gegengewichte (6) eingefahren und durch eine Drehbewegung mit diesen kraftschlüssig verbunden werden kann, wobei in das untere Ende des Gegengewichts-Hubzylinders (13) ein Querbolzen (14) eingesteckt ist, der beidseitig aus dem unteren Ende des Gegengewichtshubzylinders (13) hervorragt und der in gedrehter Stellung eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung mit den Gegengewichten (6) herstellt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hubelemente (8R, 8L) einen oberen, festen Zylinderkäfig (9) und einen unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfig (10) aufweisen, die aus einem Vierkantrohr gebildet und durch eine Kugeldrehverbindung (12) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der obere Teil der Kugeldrehverbindung (12) die Grundplatte (11) des festen Zylinderkäfigs (9) bildet und mit dem Drehtisch (7) fest verbunden ist;daß in den beiden Zylinderkäfigen (9, 10) des Hubelements (8R, (8L) der Gegengewichtshubzylinder (13) angeordnet ist, an dessen oberem Ende ein Vierkant (19) befestigt ist, der in den Zylinderkäfigen (9, 10) des Hubelements (8R, (8L) gleitend geführt ist;und daß an dem unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfig (10) die Kolbenstange (17) eines mittels eines Bolzens an dem Drehtisch (7) befestigten Stellzylinders (16) derart angelenkt ist, daß durch Ausfahren der Kolbenstange (17) eine Drehung des unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfigs (10) bewirkt wird. - Hubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren der Hubelemente (8R, (8L) ein konzentrisch angeordneter induktiver Weglängenmeßgeber (24) vorgesehen ist und daß der Kolbenstangenkopf (21) jedes Hubelements (8R, (8L) eine Bohrung (26) aufweist, durch die das Kabel (25) des induktiven Weglängenmeßgebers (24) herausgeführt ist.
- Hubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Grundplatte (11) des oberen, festen Zylinderkäfigs (9) jedes Hubelements zwei Druckschalter (27) angeordnet sind.
- Hubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im oberen, festen Zylinderkäfig (9) der Hubelemente (8R, (8L) befindliche Kolbenstangenkopf (21) mit Bohrungen (22, 23) versehen ist, durch die die Kolbenfläche und die Ringfläche der Hubelemente mit Öl versorgt werden.
