  • daß die Hubelemente einen oberen, festen Zylinderkäfig und einen unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfig aufweisen, die aus einem Vierkantrohr gebildet und durch eine Kugeldrehverbindung miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der obere Teil der Kugeldrehverbindung die Grundplatte des festen Zylinderkäfigs bildet und mit dem Drehtisch fest verbunden ist;
  • daß in den beiden Zylinderkäfigen des Hubelements der Gegengewichtshubzylinder angeordnet ist, an dessen oberem Ende ein Vierkant befestigt ist, der in den Zylinderkäfigen des Hubelements gleitend geführt ist;
  • und daß an dem unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfig die Kolbenstange eines mittels eines Bolzens an dem Drehtisch befestigten Stellzylinders derart angelenkt ist, daß durch Ausfahren der Kolbenstange eine Drehung des unteren, drehbaren Zylinderkäfigs bewirkt wird.

Dabei bewirkt der Vierkant 19 eine gleichzeitige Drehung des Gegengewichtshubzylinders 13, so daß der in dessen Ende eingesteckte Querbolzen 14 in die Verriegelungsstellung gedreht, also eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung mit den Gegengewichten 6 hergestellt wird (vgl. Claims (4)

  1. A lifting means (5) comprising a turntable (7) and two lifting elements (8R, 8L) for a counterweight (6) transfer device on boom cranes (1), more particularly mobile telescopic cranes, including a slewable upper structure (4), said lifting elements (8R, 8L) being provided with a member vertically extensible by means of double-acting counterweight lifting cylinder extensible in openings in said counterweights (6) and non-positively connectable thereto by a rotary movement, a crosspin (14) being inserted in the lower end of said counterweight lifting cylinder (13), this crosspin (14) protruding on both sides from said lower end of said counterweight lifting cylinder (13) and which in said rotated position produces a non-positive connection with said counterweights (6),
    characterized in that
    said lifting elements (8R, 8L) comprise an upper fixed cylinder cage (9) and a lower rotatable cylinder cage (10) formed from a square-section tube and connected to each other by a ball-bearing slewing ring (12), said upper part of said ball-bearing slewing ring (12) forming said baseplate (11) of said fixed cylinder cage (9) and is fixedly connected to said turntable (7),
    in said two cylinder cages (9, 10) of said lifting element (8R, 8L) said counterweight lifting cylinder (13) is arranged, at the upper end of which a quad ring (19) is secured slidingly guided in said cylinder cages (9, 10) of said lifting element (8R, 8L),
    and that at said lower rotatable cylinder cage (10) the piston rod (17) of a positioning cylinder (16) secured by a pin to said turntable (7) is jointed so that by extending said piston rod (17) a rotation of said lower rotatable cylinder cage (10) is achieved.
  2. The lifting means as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that a concentrically arranged inductive linear transducer (24) is provided in the interior of said lifting elements (8R, 8L) and the piston rod head (21) of each lifting element (8R, 8L) comprises with a hole (26) through which the cable (25) of said inductive linear transducer (24) is brought out.
  3. The lifting means as set forth in claim 2, characterized in that two pressure switches (27) are arranged on said baseplate (11) of said upper fixed cylinder cage (9) of each lifting element.
  4. The lifting means as set forth in claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that said piston rod head (21) located in said upper fixed cylinder cage (9) of said lifting elements (8R, 8L) is provided with passages (22, 23) through which the piston surface area and the ring surface area of said lifting elements is supplied with oil.
