Definitions
- the innovation concerns an industrially prefabricated apron or tile plate with the features of the preamble of protection claim 1.
- battens are attached to the building wall.
- Fastening rails are screwed to the battens line by line, which grip behind the panels from specially shaped cement slips.
- the house wall is ventilated even after the straps have been attached, but the installation effort is considerably greater.
- the innovation is based on the task of creating an apron or tile plate of the type mentioned which, with sufficient ventilation, permits simplified installation and which is inexpensive to manufacture.
- the flat structure consists of a material of increased strength, which has a hole catch for the moisture passage and the fastening, it is possible to use the apron or tile plate according to the invention in a large number of fields of application, inter alia for cladding house walls, but also for attachment or application to floors, ie, as a floor covering, without, for example during processing there is a risk that the individual apron or tile slabs will slip in their arrangement relative to one another, so that the apron or tile slabs according to the invention can be arranged on floors in the simplest way.
- the joints can be jointed in the simplest way without the need for an increased amount of material, since the joint material is prevented by the coating located behind from penetrating through the fabric or penetrating into the hole catch of the fabric.
- the material of increased strength of the fabric is metal, then a material is used which is characterized on the one hand by its high durability and on the other hand by its ease of processing.
- the coating is permeable to water in at least one direction ensures that e.g. when the strappy or tiled slabs are applied to a house wall behind, condensation water can easily escape from the strappy or tiled slab without having to forego the advantages of the coating.
- the coating is permeable to moisture in both directions, this enables free ventilation and thus breathing of the clad wall or the clad floor located behind it.
- a slat serving to fasten the strappy or tile slabs is provided and this slat is made of wood, this ensures that the strappy or tile slab is to be fastened at a distance from the housing wall.
- the battens consist of vertical and horizontal battens, and if the number of vertical battens is greater than that of the horizontal battens, then a chimney effect is achieved behind the strappy or tile slab, i.e. optimal ventilation of the rear room.
- apron or tile plate In Fig. 1 an overall with (1) designated apron or tile plate is shown according to the invention.
- Reference numeral (2) denotes a perforated plate made of a rustproof metal and into which a plurality of holes (3) are punched.
- the holes (3) serve on the one hand to allow air and moisture to pass through and on the other hand to attach to a lath (4) to be described and attached to masonry (5).
- Straps or tiles which are denoted by reference numerals (6), are glued onto the perforated plate (2), each of which is spaced apart from its neighboring straps (6) by the width of a joint (7).
- the joints (7) are left open during the factory production of the apron or tile board, i. H. does not have mortar.
- a coating (8) is applied to it, which is permeable to moisture and air, moisture preferably in the direction of the straps or tiles (6) away from the the battens (4) formed space (9) to the masonry (5) is let through, which can be removed by a chimney-like train.
- the coating can have a sound-absorbing effect.
- the apron or tile plate (1) To assemble the apron or tile plate (1), this is attached to the battens (4) connected to the masonry (5) by turning screws through holes (3) in the battens that are located in the joint area between the aprons and Tiles (6) and in front of a crossbar (4) are located.
- the strappy or tile plate (1) can be easily cut at the construction site due to the stable, metal perforated plate (2) so that even complex surfaces of the masonry (5) can be covered.
- the assembly is completed by grouting in a known manner.
- the coating (8) acts as a stopper for the mortar, which could otherwise penetrate through holes in the joint area.
- the battens (4) are composed of horizontal and vertical battens (4a) and (4b), with preferably more vertical battens than horizontal battens (4b, 4a) being provided. This favors the chimney-like draft mentioned above - and thus also the removal of moisture - because fewer horizontal slats (4a) disrupt the vertical air flow caused by the chimney-like draft.
- the strappy or tile plate (1) shows its particular advantages on external walls, it can also be used with advantage inside the house, for example as a floor.
- the manufacturer can omit the coating for this application.
- the apron or tile panel (1) according to the invention can be used with advantage in the construction of noise barriers due to its sound reflecting, insulating and damping properties.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Querschnittsansicht der montierten Kachelplatte gemäß Fig. 1 und
