Claims (10)
- Einrichtung zur Sicherung eines Zugangs gegen gewaltsames Öffnen, bestehend aus den Zugang verschliessende Mittel (2) wie Fenster, Fensterläden, Rollladen und/oder Türen von Gebäuden, oder Deckel, Türen und/oder Schubladen von schrankförmigen Elementen welche Mittel (2) aus mindestens
einem einen Schliessmechanismus aufweisenden zu öffnenden und zu schliessenden Teil (7) und einem festen Rahmenteil (4) bestehen, enthaltend eine Verriegelungseinrichtung, die aus einer am zu öffnenden und zu schliessenden Teil (7) oder Rahmenteil (4) anbringbaren Riegelhalterung (3) mit einem in eine verriegelte und eine entriegelte Position bringbaren Riegel (25) und einem am Rahmenteil (4) bzw. zu öffnenden und zu schliessenden Teil (7) anbringbaren Riegelaufnahmeteil (8), in welchem der Riegel (25) im verriegelten Zustand eingreift, besteht, sowie Überwachungsmittel (10,14,15,41) und einer Alarmeinrichtung (42), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (25) mindestens in Oeffnungsrichtung des zu öffnenden und zu schliessenden Teiles (7) auslenkbar in der Riegelhalterung (3) gehalten ist und beim Aufdrücken des Teiles (7) zusammen mit dem Riegelaufnahmeteil (8) bezüglich der Riegelhalterung (3) um ein vorbestimmtes Mass (a) gegen eine Endlage auslenkbar ist, und das Erreichen der Endlage des Masses (a) durch die Ueberwachungsmittel überwachbar ist, welche Ueberwachungsmittel bei Erreichen der Endlage des Riegels (25) ein Signal abgeben, welches die Alarmeinrichtung (42) aktiviert. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (25) durch elastische Mittel (35, 36) in Ruhelage in einer Mittelstellung der Auslenkung gehalten ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung und Entriegelung des Riegels (25) durch ein Stellglied (22) erfolgt, dass die verriegelte Lage und die entriegelte Lage des Riegels (25) durch Sensoren (28, 29) und die Lage des geschlossenen Teiles (7) durch einen weiteren Sensor (38) feststellbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigung des Stellgliedes (22) für den Riegel (25) über eine Fernbedienung erfolgt und dass eine Steuerungselektronik (41), welche mit einer Stromquelle (37) verbunden ist, vorgesehen ist, und welche die durch die Fernbedienung und die Sensoren gelieferten Signale aufnimmt und entsprechende Ausgangssignale und Rückmeldesignale abgibt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelhalterung (3) am Rahmenteil (4) und der Riegelaufnahmeteil (8) am zu öffnenden und zu schliessenden Teil (7) befestigt sind, und dass die Riegelhalterung (3) mit einer Abdeckung (5) versehen ist, welche einen Schlitz (6) für die Aufnahme des im wesentlichen aus einer vertikalen Platte (43), in welcher eine Oeffnung (34) angebracht ist, und einer Befestigungsplatte (44) bestehenden Riegelaufnahmeteils (8) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel aus einem Bolzen (25) besteht, welcher in Richtung seiner Längsachse im wesentlichen quer zur Oeffnungsrichtung des zu öffnenden und zu schliessenden Teiles (7) verschiebbar ist, welcher Bolzen (25) beim verriegelten Zustand durch eine erste Oeffnung (32) eines ersten Steges (14) der Riegelhalterung (3) hindurchragt und in eine zweite Oeffnung (33) eines im wesentlichen parallel zum ersten Steg (14) angeordneten zweiten Steges (15) der Riegelhalterung (3) hineinragt, und dass der Bolzen (25) durch eine Oeffnung (34) geht, welche im Riegelaufnahmeteil (8) angebracht ist, welcher zwischen dem ersten Steg (14) und dem zweiten Steg (15) liegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bolzen (25) in einer Halterung (16, 24) längsverschiebbar gelagert ist, welche Halterung (16, 24) in der Riegelhalterung (3) um eine Schwenkachse (18), die im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse des Bolzens (25) verläuft, schwenkbar gelagert ist, und dass die Halterung (16, 24) durch die elastischen Mittel (35, 36) in der mittleren Lage gehalten ist, so dass der Bolzen (25) in der verriegelten Lage im wesentlichen mittig in die erste Oeffnung (32) und die zweite Oeffnung (33) zu liegen kommt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bolzen (25) mit dem ersten Steg (14) und/oder dem zweiten Steg (15) als Teil eines Stromkreises ausgebildet ist, welcher Stromkreis geschlossen ist, wenn der Bolzen (25) mindestens einen der beiden Stege (14) bzw. (15) berührt, wobei das Schliessen des Stromkreises durch die Steuerungselektronik (41) zu einer Abgabe eines Signales zur Alarmauslösung führt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung des Bolzens (25) in seiner Längsachsenrichtung mit einem mit einer Schraubenspindel (23) versehenen Elektromotor (22) erfolgt, welche Schraubenspindel (23) mit einer eine Oeffnung mit entsprechendem Gewinde aufweisenden Lasche (30) zusammenwirkt, welche mit dem Bolzen (25) einstellbar verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stromquelle eine in der Riegelhalterung (3) untergebrachte Batterie (37) vorgesehen ist.
