Abstract

Les couvercles protecteurs de soupapes d'injection de carburant comprennent un orifice de passage aligné avec l'orifice d'injection. Cet évidement est si étroit qu'il exerce un effet de capillarité sur le carburant, de sorte que lorsque le moteur à combustion interne est arrêté, les éléments à point d'ébullition élevé du carburant se déposent sur le bord radial extérieur de l'évidement, suite à l'effet de capillarité, et l'orifice d'injection (16) reste libre d'incrustations. Ce couvercle protecteur peut être utilisé avec différents types de soupapes d'injection de carburant.
