Claims (8)
- Destructeur de documents comportant une table d'alimentation (5) placée devant le dispositif de coupe (1, 2) et un convoyeur à bande (6) pour les déchets à déchiqueter qui est monté dans cette dernière et qui pointe vers la zone de la fente d'introduction (E) menant au dispositif de coupe, sachant que le cylindre de guidage (7) formant la limite avant du convoyeur à bande (6) est placé à une distance (A) devant les racles (3) des cylindres porte-couteaux (1, 2) et que cette distance (A) est comblée par un dispositif de guidage (8, 9) pour les déchets, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (8, 9) est composé d'une entretoise transversale (8) s'étendant sur toute la largeur du dispositif de coupe et fixée dans les plaques d'appui latérales (11) du dispositif de coupe, sur laquelle l'organe de guidage de la matière (9 à 9c) est placé de façon amovible, en ce que le convoyeur à bande (6) présente des nervures longitudinales (6a) disposées sur sa surface avec un écartement (B) et l'organe de guidage de la matière (9) proprement dit du dispositif de guidage (8, 9) présente des évidements semblables à des dents (9a) dans la zone de ces nervures longitudinales, sachant que, en même temps, les parties saillantes (9b) qui se situent entre les nervures longitudinales (6a) reposent avec leurs pointes (9c) de façon tangente, à la manière d'arêtes d'épluchage, sur la surface de la bande en se rapprochant de la partie supérieure du convoyeur à bande (X).
- Destructeur de documents selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des collets de guidage (10) situés à l'extrémité, tout au moins sur le cylindre de guidage avant (7), pour guider latéralement de façon précise les nervures longitudinales (6a) du convoyeur à bande (6) dans les évidements (9a) de l'organe de guidage de la matière (9), et, en plus, par une réalisation bombée au moins de la partie centrale du cylindre de guidage (7).
- Destructeur de documents selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par une rainure de guidage (7'') alternative ou supplémentaire et par un épaulement de guidage correspondant (6b) sur le convoyeur à bande (6) et le cylindre de guidage (7').
- Destructeur de documents selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage de la matière (9 à 9c) semblable à un peigne est relié de façon amovible à l'entretoise transversale (8), et en ce que cette dernière est fixée dans les plaques d'appui latérales (11) du dispositif de coupe.
- Destructeur de documents selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone (3b) des racles (3) qui est adjacente au convoyeur à bande (6) présente un évidement (3a) adapté à la section transversale de l'entretoise transversale (8).
- Destructeur de documents selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une rampe de soulèvement ou un plan incliné supplémentaire (12) sur le dessus de l'organe de guidage de la matière (9), qui est destiné(e) à évacuer les rubans de matière, compactés lors de la marche arrière du cylindre porte-couteaux, de la surface du convoyeur à bande (6, 6a).
- Destructeur de documents selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que variante (fig. 3), les surfaces (3b') des parties arrière (3b) des racles (3) sont plus hautes de la distance (y) que la surface plane (9'') de l'organe de guidage de la matière (9') qui est fixé sur l'entretoise transversale (8').
- Destructeur de documents selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise transversale (8 ou 8') est en acier et l'organe de guidage de la matière (9 à 9c ou 9', 9'') est en une matière plastique très résistante à l'usure.
