Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter, insbesondere Silobehälter, bestehend aus mehreren mit horizontalen Sicken versehenen Wandteilen, wobei mindestens zwei Wandteile eine Stoßstelle bilden, und wobei die Wandteile im Bereich der Stoßstelle durch mindestens ein senkrecht stehendes Stützelement miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei jedes Wandteil aus mehreren übereinander angeordneten, eine formschlüssige Verbindung bildenden Wandelementen besteht.
- Silobehälter bestehen häufig aus untereinander abgetrennten Silokammern zur Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Schüttgutarten, z.B. Getreidearten. Die mit Sicken versehenen Wandteile werden durch Vierkantstützen gehalten, die an ihrer der Wand zugewandten Seite jeweils eine Leiste aufweisen, die entsprechend der Kontur des mit Sicken versehenen Wandelementes ausgebildet ist, so daß sich in vertikaler Richtung eine formschlüssige Verbindung ergibt.
- Aus der DE-OS 36 26 786 ist eine Silobehälterkonstruktion bekannt, bei der die Wandteile zur Versteifung in Längsrichtung wannenförmige Sikken aufweisen. Im Bereich von Stoßstellen sind die Wandteile eben ausgebildet, um eine Verbindung durch entsprechend ausgebildete Stützbleche zu ermöglichen; die Stützbleche sind hierbei mit den Wandteilen verschraubt. Ebenfalls verschraubt sind hierbei die ein Wandteil bildenden Wandelemente an ihren horizontalen Stoßstellen.
- Aus der DE-OS 2 554 552 und der DE-OS 20 35 696 sind ebenfalls Behälterkonstruktionen bekannt, wobei die einzelnen ein Wandteil bildende Wandelemente offensichtlich auch verschweißt oder verschraubt sind.
- Nachteilig bei allen diesen bekannten Ausführungsformen ist der hohe Montageaufwand bedingt durch die Schraubverbindung der Wandelemente untereinander und auch der hohe Herstellungsaufwand.
- Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter, insbesondere einen Silobehälter zu schaffen, dessen Wandteile einfach und leicht herzustellen sind und vor allem schnell montierbar sind.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei den eine formflüssige Verbindung bildenden, übereinander angeordneten Wandelementen, jedes Wandelement an der einen horizontalen Kante Klauen und an der anderen, gegen- überliegnden Kante Öffnungen aufweist. Hierbei können die Öffnungen dachförmig ausgebildet sein, d.h., sie sind sowohl nach oben als auch nach beiden Seiten geschlossen. Durch diese dachförmige Ausbildung der Öffnungen wird eine dichte Verbindung zwischen zwei Wandelementen erreicht.
- Nach einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform überlappt das die Öffnungen aufweisende Wandelement das die Klauen aufweisende Wandelement über den Bereich der Kantung der Sicken hinaus, so daß die Verbindung zwischen den einzelnen Wandelementen auch in vertikaler Richtung formschlüssig ist. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß ein derartiges Wandteil aufgrund der formflüssigen Verbindung der einzelnen Wandelemente untereinander, in der Lage ist, vertikale Lasten über die gesamte Höhe abzutragen.
- In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform dargestellt.
- Fig. 1 zeigt den aus mehreren Kammern bestehenden Behälter in einer Draufsicht;
- Fig. 2 zeigt die Einzelheit A in perspektivischer Darstellung als Ausschnitt;
- Fig. 3 zeigt die Einzelheit C aus Fig. 2 in einer Vorderansicht;
- Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie V - V aus Fig. 3;
- Fig. 5 zeigt eine weitere Art der Verbindung zweier Wandelemente gemäß Einzelheit C in einer Vorderansicht;
- Fig. 6 zeigt einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie VIII-VIII aus Fig. 5;
- Fig. 7 zeigt eine Sicke.
- Der in Fig. 1 mit 1 bezeichnete Behälter besteht aus mehreren untereinander abgetrennten Kammern 2. Die einzelnen Kammern 2 bzw. der Behälter selbst wird durch Wandteile 3 gebildet, wobei die äußeren Wandteile durchlaufend ausgebildet sind. Ein solcher aus mehreren Kammern bestehender Behälter weist Stöße in Winkelform, z.B. Eckpunkte und Kreuzungspunkte auf.
- In Fig. 2 ist ein derartiger Kreuzungspunkt perspektivisch dargestellt. Die einzelnen Wandteile 3 sind hierbei durch vier diagonal angeordnete im Querschnitt trapezförmig ausgebildete Stützbleche 4 miteinander verbunden. Die Wandteile 3 bestehen aus einzelnen übereinander angeordneten Wandelementen 5, die jeweils horizontale Sicken 6 in Trapezform aufweisen. Die Schenkel 4a der Stützbleche 4 sind korrespondierend zu der Form der Sicken 6 der Wandelemente 5 ausgebildet; d.h., sie bestehen aus übereinander angeordneten Sicken 4b, so daß die Stützbleche mit ihren Schenkeln 4a die Wandteile 3 formschlüssig erfassen können. Durch die formschlüssige Verbindung der Stützbleche 4 mit den Wandteilen 3 wird die Möglichkeit eröffnet, auf die Wandteile wirkende vertikale Kräfte durch die Stützbleche 4 abzutragen. Die einzelnen Stützbleche selbst sind im übrigen mittels Schrauben 7 mit den Wandteilen 3 verbunden.
- Aus den Fig. 3 und 4 bzw. den Fig. 5 und 6 geht hervor, wie die einzelnen Wandelemente eines Wandteiles miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verbindung zweier Wandelemente 5 erfolgt hierbei derart, daß jeweils die Kante 5a des einen Wandelementes mit der Kante 5b des anderen Wandelementes eine formschlüssige Verbindung bildet.
- Bei der ersten, in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform einer formschlüssigen Verbindung der Wandelemente 5 untereinander, sind mit 8 bezeichnete dachförmige Öffnungen vorgesehen, in die jeweils eine Klaue 9 des entsprechenden anderen Wandelementes hereinragt.
- Hierbei überlappt das die Öffnungen 8 aufweisende Wandelement 5 das die Klauen 9 aufweisende Wandelement über den Bereich der Kantung (Pfeil A in Fig. 7) der Sicke 6. Durch die dachförmigen Öffnungen 8, die lediglich nach unten einen Schlitz für den Durchlaß der Klauen 9 aufweisen und ansonsten zu allen Seiten geschlossen sind, wird eine vollständige Dichtheit der Verbindung zweier Wandelemente 5 erzielt.
- Bei der in den Fig. 5 und 6 dargestellten zweiten Ausführungsform der Verbindung zweier Wandelemente ragen die Klauen 10, die winklig abgebogen sind, in die Öffnungen 11 hinein. Die formschlüssige Verbindung wird hierbei insbesondere durch die winklige Ausbildung der Klauen bewirkt.
