Abstract

Bei einem Kasten aus Kunststoff zur Aufnahme von Flaschen ist in einer Seitenwand ein Handgriff (3) durch eine senkrecht zur Ebene des Kastenbodens verlaufende Griffleiste (4) gebildet, die beidseitig durch Durchgriffsöffnungen (5a,b) oder nach oben offenen Aussparungen begrenzt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kasten gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung einen Flaschenkasten aus Kunststoff, der im Inneren in üblicher Weise einen Fachein­teilung zur Aufnahme der Flaschen aufweist. Derartige Flaschenkästen weisen meist Handgriffe auf, die durch im wesentlichen rechteckförmige Durchgriffsöffnungen in gegen­überliegenden Schmalseiten eines Flaschenkastens ausge­bildet sind. Diese Druchgriffsöffnungen sind so angeordnet, daß über ihnen ein Querholm verbleibt, der den Tragegriff des Flaschenkastens bildet. Zur Handhabung, insbesondere zum Transport dieser Kisten werden diese mit beiden Händen er­griffen, wobei jede Hand durch eine Durchgriffsöffnung gesteckt wird und den oberhalb der Durchgriffsöffnung ver­bleibenden Tragholm umgreift. Derartige Handgriffe haben sich zweifelsohne bewährt, weshalb sie auch überwiegend, wenn nicht gar ausschließlich bei den in Frage stehenden Flaschenkästen Verwendung finden.
  • Hat man sich bislang überwiegend mit diesen Handgriffen an Flaschenkästen abgefünden, weil man aufgrund deren Anordnung und Ausbildung ein ergonomisch günstiges Griffverhalten ver­ mutet hat, so konnte überraschend festgestellt werden, daß unter ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten insbesondere aber ein Trageverhalten zweckmäßig ist, bei dem der Flaschenkasten nur mit einer Hand ergriffen wird und der Flaschenkasten hierbei seitwärts leicht schräg nach unten gerichtet ist. Solches erlaubt ein bequemes Tragen des Flaschenkastens mit nur einer Hand ohne daß die darin aufgenommenen Flaschen herausfallen.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Flaschenkasten zu schaffen, der ein solches Trageverhalten ermöglicht. Dabei soll dies durch baulich einfache Maßnahmen gewährleistet sein, die im wesentlichen keine Schwächung des Flaschenkastens mit sich bringen, eine fertigungstechnisch einfache Herstellung des Flaschenkastens ermöglichen und auch einen Stapelung von Flaschenkästen erlaubt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1 enthaltenen Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Nach Maßgabe der Erfindung zeichnet sich der Flaschenkasten dadurch aus, daß der Handgriff durch eine vertikal, also senkrecht zum Flaschenkastenboden verlaufende Griffleiste ge­bildet ist, die dadurch gefaßt werden kann, weil beidseits der Griffleiste entsprechende Durchgriffsöffnungen oder Aussparungen vorgesehen sind. Ein derartiger Handgriff erlaubt, wenn er, was zweckmäßig ist, an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden eines Flaschen­kastens angeordnet ist, auch ein beidseitiges Greifen eines Flaschenkastens, insbesondere aber ermöglicht er ein bequemes Erfassen des Flaschenkastens mit nur einer Hand, so daß die andere Hand für andere Zwecke zur Verfügung steht, etwa Öffnen einer Tür oder des Kofferraumdeckels eines Fahrzeuges.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der Handgriff im wesentlichen zentrisch in der Seitenwand ausgebildet ist. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Anordnung der Griffleiste in der oberen Kastenhälfte. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Griffleiste oberhalb einer Ebene angeordnet, die den Schwerpunkt des Flaschenkastens enthält und parallel zum Kastenboden verläuft. Diese Anordnung hat den Vorteil, daß die Griffleiste oberhalb des Schwerpunkts des Kastens liegt und damit das Kippmoment des Flaschenkastens minimiert wird. Wird ein derart ausge­bildeter Flaschenkasten mit einer Hand ergriffen, so kann dieser bequem mit einer Hand in einer Stellung getragen werden, in der der Flaschenkasten leicht schräg vom Träger ab­steht, so daß die Flaschen nicht hinausfallen können und die Seitenwand sowie der Boden des Flaschenkastens vom Träger des Kastens weggerichtet sind, was die Gefahr von Verschmutzungen der den Kasten tragenden Person aufgrund Kontaktes mit dem Flaschenkasten vermeidet.
  • In besonders vorteilhafter Weise ist die Griffleiste Bestandteil eines durchgehenden Stützprofiles, wodurch die Stabilität eines Flaschenkastens durch weitere Versteifung des­selben erhöht wird. Eine robuste Bauart wird auch dadurch ge­währleistet, daß die Griffleiste durch ein Hohlprofil gebildet ist.
  • Das Trageberhalten kann ferner noch dadurch verbessert werden, daß die Griffleiste an ihrem oberen Ende in einen querver­laufenden Holm (entweder einseitig oder beidseitig der Griffleiste) übergeht, wodurch zugleich der Flaschenkasten auch in der üblichen Weise durch Umfassen eines querverlaufenden Holmes getragen werden kann. Dieser Flaschenkasten ermöglicht dann sowohl das erfindungsgemäß angestrebte Trageverhalten als auch das bislang übliche Tragen eines Flaschenkastens durch beidseitiges Greifen des Kastens.
  • Schließlich wird nach einer zweckmäßigen Weiterbildung das Trageverhalten noch dadurch begünstigt, daß insbesondere im Bereich der vertikalen Griffleiste lamellenartige Rippen vor­gesehen sind, die parallel zueinander und eng beabstandet zu­einander verlaufen, und/oder die Griffleiste aufgerauhte Grifflächen aufweist.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Er­findung an Hand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. Darin zeigen
    • Figur 1 : eine schematische perspektivische Teilansicht einer Ausführungsform eines Flaschenkastens,
    • Figur 2: eine teilweise geschnittene Seitenansicht einer entsprechenden Ausführungsform eines Flaschen­kastens, wobei die linke Hälfte der Figur 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie A-A in Figur 3 zeigt,
    • Figur 3: eine Draufsicht auf den in Figur 2 dargestellten Flaschenkasten, wobei die obere Hälfte links einen Teilschnitt längs Linie C-C in Figur 2 und die untere Hälfte links einen Teilschnitt längs der Linie D-D in Figur 2 zeigt, sowie
    • Figur 4: Eine Seitenansicht einer Schmalseite des darge­stellten Flaschenkastens, wobei die linke Hälfte einen Schnitt längs Linie B-B in Figur 3 zeigt.
  • Figur 1 zeigt schematisch in perspektivischer Darstellung einen Teil eines mit 1 bezeichneten Flaschenkastens von seiner Schmalseite her, wobei zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung übliche Bauteile eines Flaschenkastens, wie insbesondere die Facheinteilung, weggelassen wurden. Ein in der schmalen Seiten­wand 2 ausgebildeter Handgriff 3 weist eine vertikal verlaufende Griffleiste 4 auf, die an beiden Seiten durch Durchgriffsöffnungen 5a und 5b begrenzt ist. Sowohl die Griffleiste 4 als auch die Durchgriffsöffnungen 5a und 5b sind von ihrer Länge und Breite so bemessen, daß man mit der Hand durch die Durchgriffsöffnungen 5a und 5b greifen und die Griffleiste 4 fassen kann.
  • Die Griffleiste 4, die bevorzugt an einer oder beiden Schmal­seiten des Flaschenkastens, aber auch bei Bedarf an den Längs­seiten des Flaschenkastens angeordnet sein kann, ist im dar­gestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zentrisch, d. h. längs der mit M bezeichneten Mittelachse der Seitenwand 2 angeordnet.
  • Die Durchgriffsöffnungen 5a und 5b können jede geeignete Form aufweisen, insbesondere halbkreifsförmig oder in Form einer Halbellipse ausgebildet sein. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbei­spiel weisen die Durchgriffsöffnungen 5a und 5b einen L-förmigen Grundriß auf. Dies rührt daher, weil die Griff­leiste 4 im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel an ihrem oberen Ende in einen mit 6 bezeichneten Querholm des Flaschenkastens übergeht, der den oberen Teil des Flaschenkastens darstellt. Dieser Querholm 6 weist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zweckmäßigerweise eine Höhe auf, die ein bequemes Umfassen des Holms 6 durch die Hand zuläßt, so daß der Flaschenkasten auch in der üblichen Weise längs einer horizontal verlaufenden, hier durch den Querholm 6 gebildeten Griffleiste gefaßt werden kann. Zusätzlich zur vertikalen Griffleiste 4 kann insbesondere an den von der vertikalen Griffleiste 4 freien Seitenwänden ein oder mehrere Handgriffe üblicher Bauart vorgesehen sein, die beispielsweise durch i. W. rechteckförmige Durchgriffsöffnung gebildet sind, so daß der am oberen Kastenende verbleibende Querholm als Tragegriff dienen kann.
  • Insbesondere aus Figur 3 geht hervor, daß die Griffleiste 4 als Hohlprofil ausgebildet ist. Im vorliegenden Ausführungs­beispiel ist hierbei die Griffleiste 4 ein Abschnitt eines besser aus Figur 2 ersichtlichen Stützprofils 7, welches sich vom oberen Kastenende bis zum Kastenboden bei 8 erstreckt. Dieses Stützprofil 7 dient zur Stabilisierung, insbesondere Versteifung des Flaschenkastens 1. Dieses Stützprofil 7 kann, wie in Figur 2 strich-punktiert oben links angedeutet ist, einen Vorsprung 9 aufweisen, der über das obere Ende des Kastens vorsteht und als Stapelhilfe dient. Hierzu ist am Kastenboden eine entsprechende Vertiefung ausgebildet, die in der Zeichnung allerdings nicht dargestellt ist, in welcher der untenliegende Flaschenkasten mit seinem Vorsprung 9 eintaucht. Dadurch erreicht man eine Stabilisierung eines Flaschen­stapels.
  • Wie insbesondere aus Figuren 3, unten rechts und Figur 4 oben links hervorgeht, ist der Querholm 6 mit lamellenartigen, parallel zueinander verlaufenden und eng beabstandeten Rippen 10 versehen, die das Griffverhalten eines Handgriffes ver­bessern. Diese Lammellen bzw. lamellenartigen Rippen 10 sind auch an der Griffleiste vorgesehen und zwar insbesondere an dem dem Kasteninneren zugewandten Teil der Griffleiste 4. Aus Gründen der vereinfachten Darstellung sind die Lamellen der Griffleiste zeichnerisch nicht festgehalten. Diese Lamellen erstrecken sich zweckmäßigerweise vertikal oder horizontal. Nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung wird die Griff­flächen der Griffleiste 4 aufgerauht, wodurch gleichfalls das Griffverhalten verbessert wird. Aus Figur 2, rechte Hälfte ist schließlich ein zusätzlicher Handgriff 11 er­sichtlich, der oben einen querverlaufenden Holm 12 ähnlich dem Querholm 6 begrenzt, der schließlich als Traggriff dient.
  • Nach weiteren, zeichnerisch nicht festgehaltenen Ausführungs­formen sind die beidseits der Giffleiste vorhandenen Durchgriffs­öffnungen nicht in sich geschlossen, wie in den Darstellungen der Figuren 1 bis 4, sondern nach oben hin offen, also durch Aussparungen gebildet, so daß die Griffleiste mit einem freien Ende über den unteren Seitenwandbereich nach oben vorsteht.

Claims (11)

1. Kasten aus insbesondere Kunststoff zur Aufnahme von Behältern, insbesondere Flaschen, mit mindestens einem in einer Seitenwand des Flaschenkastens ausgebildeten Handgriff zur Handhabung des Kastens, dessen Seitenwände mit querverlaufenden Fachwänden im Kasteninneren eine Fach­einteilung für die aufzunehmenden Flaschen bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Handgriff (3) durch mindestens eine sich senkrecht zur Ebene des Kastenbodens (8) erstreckende Griffleiste (4) gebildet ist, die beidseits durch Durchgriffsöffnungen (5a, 5b) oder Aussparungen in der Seitenwand (2) des Kastens (1) begrenzt ist.
2. Kasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (3) durch eine sich längs der Mittelachse (M) der Seitenwand (2) erstreckende Griffleiste (4) gebildet ist.
3. Kasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleiste (4) jeweils auf den Schmalseiten des Flaschenkastens (1) angeordnet ist.
4. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Griffleiste (4) im wesentlichen in der oberen Kastenhälfte erstreckt.
5. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleiste (4) oberhalb einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die den Schwerpunkt des Flaschenkastens (1) enthält und parallel zum Kastenboden (8) verläuft.
6. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleiste (4) durch ein Hohlprofil gebildet ist.
7. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleiste (4) einen Abschnitt eines Stützprofils (7) bildet, welches sich vom oberen Kastenende durchgehend bis zum Kastenboden (8) erstreckt.
8. Kasten nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stützprofil (7) über das obere Kastenende (bei 9) vorsteht.
9. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleiste (4) an ihrem oberen Ende in querverlaufende Leisten (6) übergeht, welche Tragegriffe bilden.
10. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleisten mindestens teilweise mit langgestreckten, lamellenartigen Rippen (10) versehen sind, die parallel und eng beabstandet zueinander verlaufen.
11. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Griffleiste (4) aufgerauhte Grifflächen aufweist.
