Claims (4)

1. Emballage en forme de boîte à montage rapide pour des marchandises sensibles à la pression, en particulier pour les denrées alimentaires, obtenu à partir d'une forme à plier, comprenant:
a) une plaque de base (3) suffisamment rigide pour soutenir la marchandise à emballer;
b) deux parois latérales (4, 5) sensiblement verticales, orientées vers le haut à partir de deux arêtes opposées (1, 2) de la plaque de base (3);
c) une paroi arrière (8) dirigée également vers le haut à partir de l'arête arrière (6) et se prolongeant pour former un couvercle (9);
d) la paroi arrière (8) ainsi que le couvercle (9) recouvrant les bords des deux parois latérales (4, 5) par des zones latérales (21, 22, 24) saillant au-dessus du contour de la plaque de base (3);
e) les parois latérales (4, 5) présentant des prolongements (15, 16) pliables, destinés à être introduits dans des fentes (17, 18) ménagées dans le couvercle (9);
f) la paroi arrière (8) et le couvercle (9) pouvant être fixés au moyen d'une languette (19) qui s'enfonce dans une fente (20);
g) et le couvercle se prolongeant au niveau de son arête avant (10) en une première paroi frontale (11) dirigée vers le bas;
h) une seconde paroi frontale (14), dirigée vers le haut et apposée contre la première paroi frontale (11), étant articulée à partir de l'arête de devant (7) de la plaque de base (3),
caractérisé par les autres particularités suivantes:
i) la première paroi frontale (11) est disposée entre la seconde paroi frontale (14) et les bords dirigés vers velle-ci des deux parois latérales (4, 5);
k) ladite languette (19) est articulée sur l'arête supérieure de la deuxième paroi frontale (14);
I) la fente (20) destinée à recevoir la languette (19) est ménagée dans la première paroi frontale (11) à proximité de l'arête avant (10) du couvercle (9);
m) lesdits prolongements pliables (15, 16) sont d'une longueur telle qu'ils peuvent être rabattus au-dessus du couvercle (9) à peu près parallèlement à ce dernier.
2. Emballage rapide conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des dégagements (26, 27) découpés à l'arrière sont prévus de chaque côté de la languette (19) pour bloquer par encliquetage la languette (19) dans la fente (20) correspondante.
3. Emballage rapide conforme à l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les prolongements pliables (15, 16) faisant saillie à travers les fentes (17, 18) du couvercle (9), sont pliés l'un vers l'autre et sont d'une longueur supérieure à la moitié de celle de la paroi arrière ou frontale et en ce qu'en position fermée, l'extrémité libre (15a) de l'un des prolongements (15) est introduite par une fente (28) dans la partie terminale de l'autre prolongement (16).
4. Emballage rapide conforme à la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (15a) de l'un des prolongements (15), introduite dans ladite fente (28), peut être repliée vers le haut et présente une prise formant poignée, par exemple un évidement (29).
