Claims (10)

1. Palette empilable, en pârticulier pour de grosses charges, avec cadre horizontal supérieur rectangulaire en projection horizontale, quatre montants d'angle (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), un plancher de palette (43) et deux entretoises raidisseuses inférieur (3a, 3b) reliant chaque fois par pair deux montants d'angle, comportant les caractéristiques suivantes :
- le cadre supérieur horizontal est formé par deux tubes longitudinaux (2a, 2b) et deux tubes transversaux. (6a, 6b), et est fermé sur les quatre côtés ;
- les montants d'angle (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) sont disposés dans les quatre angles d'un rectangle de longueur X (mesurée du bord extérieur au bord extérieur de deux montants (1a, 1b)) ;
- les tubes longitudinaux reposent chacun sur deux montants d'angle ;
- les tubes transversaux se situent en dehors du recfangle formé par les montants d'angle, la distance Y des bords intérieurs opposés des tubes transversaux étant supérieur d'une faible tolérance (2 x Ai) à la longueur X ;
- un élément de réception (40) en baquet, ouvert vers le haut et sur les côtés longitudinaux de la palette, à section en U, est prévu pour les charges, élément dont la section horizontale (43) forme le plancher de palette et qui est limité par des sections verticales (42) sur les faces transversales de la palette ;
- la dimension maximale de l'élément de réception, dans le sens de la longueur de la palette, est inférieure d'une faible tolérance (2 x Δ2) à la distance Y entre les bords intérieurs opposés des tubes transversaux ;
- l'élément de réception est dimensionné de manière telle qu'il reste, sur les côtés longitudinaux, un espace intermédiaire (41) par rapport aux tubes longitudinaux, égal au moins à la largeur d'un montant d'angle ;
- l'élément de réception n'est relié aux extrémités supérieures des sections verticales que par les tubes transversaux.
2. Palette empilable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réception (40) est formé de deux ou plusieurs tubes (7) profil en U, dont les sections (8) horizontales, dans le sens des tubes longitudinaux, forment le plancher de la palette, et dont les branches verticales (7a, 7b) sont reliées par des pièces intercalaires (9) aux extrémités des branches supérieures, avec les tubes transversaux, de sorte que la distance extérieure Z des branches verticales est inférieure de la tolérance (2 x OZ) à la distance Y entre les bords internes opposés des tubes transversaux.
3. Palette empilable selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'espace intermédiaire (41) entre le tube en U (7) extérieur et le cadre, est un multiple de la largeur d'un montant d'angle.
4. Palette empilable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des ergots cylindriques (4) sont disposés à la partie supérieure des montants d'angle (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) lesquels sont reçus, lors de la superposition dès palettes, par des creux cylindriques (5) de dimension correspondante dans le pied des montants d'angle de la palette de dessus.
5. Palette empilable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des entretoises (14) verticales supplémentaires sont prévues sur les deux faces longitudinales de la palette pour la liaison des entretoises raidisseuses (3a, 3b) horizontales inférieures avec les tubes longitudinaux (2a, 2b).
6. Palette empilable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des tôles d'angle (38) sont prévues aux assemblages d'angle entre les montants d'angle et les tubes longitudinaux.
7. Palette empilable selon les revendications 1-6, caractérisée en ce que des étriers tubulaires en U (6c, 6d) sont disposés sur les tubes transversaux (6a, 6b), de façon à former un espace intermédiaire rectangulaire (6e) entre ceux-ci et les tubes transversaux.
8. Palette empilable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réception (40) a la forme d'une auge en tôle d'une seule pièce, dont les faces latérales (42) présentent une faible conicité par rapport au fond de l'auge (43), tout en étant reliées à leur partie supérieure aux tubes transversaux (6a, 6b) via des pièces intercalaires (44) horizontales.
9. Palette empilable selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'espace intermédiaire (41) entre le bord extérieur (45) de l'auge en tôle et le tube longitudinal (2a, 2b) a une largeur égale à un multiple de la largeur d'un montant d'angle.
10. Palette empilable selon une des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisée en ce que sa longueur est égale à 120 cm et sa largeur à 100 cm.
