Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß eines Verpackungsbehälters für flüssiges oder rieselfähiges Produkt mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle. Letztere kann als Faltschachtel, Kunststoff-Flasche, Metall- bzw. Glasgebilde oder dergleichen ausgebildet werden.
  • Ein Verpackungsbehälter mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle und darin eingesetzter, insbesondere ausgehend von einem Vorformling geblasener, dichtender Auskleidung, bei dem Hülle und Auskleidung nach getrennter Herstellung mit Hilfe eines an ihre Öffnungen adaptierten, eine Produktaustrittsöffnung der Auskleidung umfassenden Adapterdeckels miteinander gekoppelt werden, ist aus der EP-A-53715 bekannt. In diesem Verbindungssystem zweier Packmittel-Komponenten hat der Adapterdeckel im wesentlichen eine reine Verbindungsfunktion und dient dazu, das Konfektionieren zu vereinfachen. Dabei wird der Adapterdeckel bereits vor dem Umformen, d. h. Aufblasen, des zum Herstellen der Auskleidung verwendeten Vorformlings über letzteren geschoben und dort in einer gegen Verdrehung in Umfangsrichtung gesicherten Position arretiert. Durch Umformen des Vorformlings, beispielsweise im Streckblasverfahren, erfolgt dann - vor oder nach dem Einschieben in die Hülle - auch ein Sichern des Adapterdeckels in axialer Richtung der aus dem Vorformling hergestellten Auskleidung. Zum Entstehen der festen, unlösbaren Verbindung zwischen Auskleidung und Adapterdeckel wird der letztere bereits auf den Vorformling als solchem aufgesetzt und dieser wird durch den Adapterdeckel hindurch, insbesondere mit Hilfe eines gesonderten Aufnahme bzw. Blasdorns, aufgeblasen. Die im Bekannten vorgesehenen Adapterdeckel bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem die Produktaustrittsöffnung umgebenden Ringbereich mit den Kupplungsteilen zum Verbinden von Auskleidung und Hülle.
  • Weiterhin ist aus US-A-3 822 811 ein Verschluß für Flaschen bekannt, welche Flüssigkeiten enthalten, die nicht in die Hände von Personen gelangen dürfen, welche dazu nicht autorisiert sind. Das wesentliche Ziel der Konstruktion besteht also in der Schaffung eines fälschungssicheren Verschlusses.
  • Die bekannte Anordnung ist dabei dergestalt getroffen, daß der Flaschenhals von dem eigentlichen Verschlußteil vermittels Flansch übergriffen wird oder in den Hals eingesetzt ist. Die Kupplung von Verschlußkappen mit dem Verschlußteil erfolgt durch korrespondierende Nocken an der Verschlußkappe sowie am Verschlußteil in Form eines Bajonettverschlusses.
  • Hierzu ist die Verschlußkappe in ihrem Kopfbereich elastisch deformierbar gestaltet, so daß die Relativbewegung der beiden Verschlußteile gegeneinander unter einer gewissen Federspannung vonstatten geht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei Verwendung von Adapterdeckeln gleicher oder ähnlicher Bauart in Bezug auf die Verbindungsfunktion wie bei dem bekannten Packmittelsystem zusätzliche Ausstattungen vorzusehen, die die Anwendung erleichtern, insbesondere soll eine wiederverschließbare und auch in Bezug auf hygroskopische Pulverprodukte dichte Verpackung geschaffen werden, die sich mit einer Kindersicherung gegen das unbefugte Öffnen des Verschlusses ausstatten läßt. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht in dem Verschluß eines Verpackungsbehälters für flüssiges oder rieselfähiges Produkt mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle mit an einen auf die Hülle und deren dichtende Auskleidung adaptierten Deckel einem die Produktuaustrittsöffnung des Behälters umfassenden angeformten Hals mit Verschlußkappe, wobei die Verschlußkappe kindergesichert auf dem Hals zu kuppeln ist. Dieser Verschluß ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf die Hülle und gegebenenfalls deren dichtende Auskleidung adaptierter Deckel an wenigstens einer Kante eine nach außen vorspringende Randlasche als Auflager zum dichtenden Aufkleben von angrenzenden Flächenteilen der Hülle besitzt.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche 2 und 3.
  • Durch den erfindungsgemäß an den Adapterdeckel in Fortsetzung der Produktaustrittsöffnung angeformten Hals wird zunächst ein gezieltes Abgeben des Produkts ermöglicht. Die Öffnung im Adapterdeckel bleibt unverändert in axialer Richtung geöffnet, so daß gegebenenfalls das Aufblasen eines beim Herstellen der Verpackung an den Adapterdeckel angesetzten Vorformlings Schwierigkeiten nicht bereitet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird auf den Hals auch eine dichtende Verschlußkappe aufgesetzt, welche gegebenenfalls mit irgendeiner in diesem Zusammenhang passenden Kindersicherung auf dem Hals festzulegen ist. Beispielsweise kann die Kindersicherung darin bestehen, daß die Verschlußkappe nur nach Drehen in eine bestimmte Umfangsrichtung und Andrücken an den Behälter - wie von vielen Medikamentpackungen her bekannt - zu öffnen ist.
  • Weiterhin besitzt ein auf die Hülle und gegebenenfalls deren dichtende Auskleidung adaptierter Deckel an wenigstens einer Kante eine nach außen (in Bezug auf die Deckelfläche) vorspringende Randlasche als Auflage zum dichtenden Aufkleben von angrenzenden Ftächenteilen der Hülle. Hierdurch lassen sich ein fester zentrierter Sitz und zugleich ein dichter Kupplungsbereich erzielen.
  • Ein gegebenenfalls auf der Behälterinnenseite des Adapterdeckels vorspringender Teil des Halses kann als Schweißstutzen zum Anschweißen einer vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehenden Auskleidung des Behälters angewendet bzw. ausgebildet werden. Es läßt sich auf diese Weise eine dichte, verdrehsichere Schweißkupplung von Adapterdeckel und Auskleidung herstellen, ohne daß die fraglichen Kontaktbereiche durch Formgebung speziell vorzubereiten wären.
  • Wesentlich ist bei allen vorgenannten, beliebig zu kombinierenden Merkmalen die Doppelfunktion des Adapterdeckels, der zum Stabilisieren und gegebenenfalls Zusammenhalten des Behälters ohnehin vorgesehen wird und erfindungsgemäß weitere Aufgaben, insbesondere als Anwendungshilfe, übernimmt.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung von Ausführungsbeispielen werden weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen :
    • Figur 1 eine Ansicht eines viereckigen Adapterdeckels mit runder Produktaustrittsöffnung von unten ;
    • Figur 2 den Adapterdeckel von Fig. 1 ohne Verschluß in der Draufsicht ;
    • Figur 3 einen Teilschnitt längs der Linie IV-IV von Fig. 3 ;
    • Figur 4 einen zum Adaptieren des Deckels gemäß Fig. 1 bis 4 geeigneten Faltschachtelzuschnitt ;
    • Figur 5 in zwei Schnittebenen eine Adaptersteckbefestigung und eine Adapterklebbefestigung.
  • Der Adapterdeckel 1 von Fig. 1 und 2 und 5 besitzt eine runde Produktaustrittsöffnung 2 und kann seitlich an der Kopfleiste des zugehörigen Behälters, z. B. einer Faltschachtel gemäß Zuschnitt von Fig. 5, angebracht werden. Um den Deckel 1 läuft zumindest teilweise ein Rand 3 um, der zum Zentrieren auf der zu bestückenden Öffnung des jeweiligen Verpackungsbehälters vorgesehen ist.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel fällt der umlaufende Rand 3 an einer Seite des Deckels 1 zugunsten einer erfindungsgemäßen Randlasche 4 weg. Die Randlasche wird in Fig. 1 von unten, in Fig. 2 von oben und in Fig. 3 im Schnitt schematisch dargestellt.
  • Sie kann als Auflager zum direkten Aufkleben einer angrenzenden Behälterlasche, z. B: einer Kopfseitenlasche 5 einer Faltschachtel nach Fig. 4, in der in Fig. 5 auf der rechten Seite schematisch dargestellten Weise dienen. Fig. 5 zeigt außerdem auf der linken Seite zum Vergleich eine Steckbefestigung des Adapterdeckeis 1 auf dem Behälter 6. Der vorzugsweise umgefaltete Rand 7 des Behälters 6 wird zwischen dem umlaufenden Rand 3 und dem Klemmsteg 8 des Adapterdeckels 1 im wesentlichen unverrückbar eingeklemmt. Im übrigen kann der Adapterdeckel 1 mit Hilfe der Arretiernocken 9 auf dem Behälter 6 befestigt werden.

Claims (3)

1. Verschluß eines Verpackungsbehälters (6) für flüssiges oder. rieselfähiges Produkt mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle, mit an einen auf die Hülle und deren dichtende Auskleidung adaptierten Deckel (1), einem die Produktaustrittsöffnung (2) des Behälters (6) umfassenden angeformten Hals (10) mit Verschlußkappe (11, 15), wobei die Verschlußkappe (11) kindergesichert auf dem Hals (10) zu kuppeln ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf die Hülle und gegebenenfalls deren dichtende Auskleidung adaptierter Deckel (1) an wenigstens einer Kante eine nach außen vorspringende Randlasche (4) als Auflager zum dichtenden Aufkleben von angrenzenden Flächenteilen (5) der Hülle besitzt.
2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei als Faltschachtel oder dergleichen ausgebildeter Hülle und seitlichem Anbringen des Adapterdeckeis (1) an bzw. auf der Faltschachtelkopfseite eine Kopfseitenlasche (5) oder ein entsprechendes Teil des Behälters (6) mit der Randlasche (4) des Adapterdeckels (1) stoffschlüssig zu verbinden ist.
3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals (10) als vom Adapterdeckel (1) aus vorspringender Stutzen in das Behälterinnere hinein verlängert und in diesem Bereich mit einer dichtenden Auskleidung des Behälters (6) zu verschweißen ist.
