Claims (2)

1. Hotte d'évacuation de buées destinée à être placée au-dessus d'une cuisinière ou analogue, de préférence en dessous ou à l'intérieur d'éléments de cuisine et qui comporte un ventilateur (3) aspirant et transportant les vapeurs de cuisson produites et qui est placée à l'intérieur d'un enveloppe en forme de caisson (1) à laquelle est reliée pour pivoter vers le haut et vers l'avant une plaque frontale (7) qui, dans sa position soulevée, forme un écran faisant saillie au-delà de la cuisinière et capte les vapeurs de cuisson sur le côté d'aspiration du ventilateur (3), l'enveloppe comportant un filtre (4) qui comprend un élément filtrant rigide et un élément filtrant pouvant être pivoté vers l'extérieur (5 et 6), l'élément filtrant mobile (6) formant avec la plaque frontale (7) et une plaque de recouvrement mobile (9) une unité pivotante, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (9) présente à son extrémité un crochet (10) par lequel cette plaque de recouvrement (9) s'accroche, à la fin de sa course de pivotement, derrière une paroi frontale (8) de l'enveloppe de façon à former dans cette position le recouvrement supérieur de la chambre d'aspiration élargie (12) et en ce que l'unité de pivotement (6, 7, 9) est fermée latéralement par des volets (13, 11) en forme de segments.
2. Hotte suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'état de repos la partie pivotante (6), du filtre la plaque de recouvrement mobile (9) et la plaque frontale (7) occupent une position verticale à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (1) par rapport à la partie fixe (5) du filtre.
