Abstract
Раскрытый в настоящее время объект изобретения предоставляет композиции и способы для экспрессии РНК-проводников CRISPR с использованием промотора H1. Конкретно, предоставлены композиции и способы для применения промотора H1 для экспрессии РНК-проводника (пРНК) CRISPR с измененной специфичностью 5'-нуклеотида, а также применение последовательности промотора H1 в качестве двунаправленного промотора для одновременной экспрессии нуклеазы Cas9 и пРНК.
