Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения продукта ферментации из лигноцеллюлозного материала, включающему следующие этапы: (a) необязательно, предварительная обработка лигноцеллюлозного материала; (b) необязательно, промывание необязательно подвергнутого предварительной обработке лигноцеллюлозного материала; (c) ферментативный гидролиз необязательно промытого и/или необязательно подвергнутого предварительной обработке лигноцеллюлозного материала с применением ферментной композиции, включающей по меньшей мере две целлюлазы, и при этом ферментная композиция, по меньшей мере, содержит ЛПМО, и необязательно очистка гидролизованного лигноцеллюлозного материала; (d) ферментация гидролизованного лигноцеллюлозного материала до получения продукта ферментации; и (e) необязательно, извлечение продукта ферментации; где кислород потребляется в количествах, соответствующих от 20 до 5000 ммоль молекулярного кислорода на 1 кг глюкана, присутствующего в лигноцеллюлозном материале, кислород добавляют после предварительной обработки и до и/или во время ферментативного гидролиза лигноцеллюлозного материала, предпочтительно в количестве, соответствующем по меньшей мере 30 ммоль молекулярного кислорода на 1 кг глюкана, присутствующего в лигноцеллюлозном материале, более предпочтительно в количестве, соответствующем по меньшей мере 40 ммоль молекулярного кислорода на 1 кг глюкана, присутствующего в лигноцеллюлозном материале, и наиболее предпочтительно в количестве, соответствующем по меньшей мере 50 ммоль молекулярного кислорода на 1 кг глюкана, присутствующего в лигноцеллюлозном материале.
