Es wurde gefunden, daß man S-Nitrophenyl-o, odialkylthiophosphate
in einfacher Weise durch Kondensieren von Nitrophenylschwefelchloriden mit Dialkylphosphiten
herstellen kann. Die Umsetzung erfolgt nach folgender Gleichung:

Dieser überraschende Verlauf der Reaktion konnte in keiner Weise vorausgesehen werden.
Nach dem neuen Verfahren können die bisher kaum zugänglichen S-Nitrophenylester der Thiophosphorsäure
praktisch quantitativ erhalten werden. Zweckmäßigerweise wird die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines
inerten Lösungsmittels vorgenommen. Als Lösungs-

mittel kommen beispielsweise in Frage: Kohlenwasserstoffe und gechlorte Kohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Petroläther,
Ligroin, Benzol, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chloroform usw. Die Umsetzung beginnt bereits bei Raumtemperatur.
Es hat sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, die Temperatur zwischen 30 und 400 zu halten. Die frei
werdende Salzsäure kann durch Auswaschen mit Was-
ser oder durch Zugabe eines säurebindenden Mittels, z. B. Pyridin, Dimethylanilin usw., gebunden werden.
Die Verfahrensprodukte fallen praktisch rein an. Eine weitere Reinigung ist überflüssig und außerdem
schwierig, da die erhaltenen Produkte auch im Hochvakuum unter Zersetzung destillieren.
Die neuen Ester sind schwachgelbe bis hellgelbe, wasserunlösliche öle oder kristallisierende, niedrigschmelzende Verbindungen, die sich hervorragend zur
Herstellung von kontaktinsektiziden Mitteln eignen. An folgenden Beispielen soll das Wesen der Erfindung
erläutert werden:
Beispiel ι
75 g 2-Nitrophenylschwefelchlorid werden in 350 ecm
Benzol gelöst. Bei 200 tropft man unter Rühren 60 g Diäthylphosphit zu. Die Temperatur steigt langsam
auf 380. Man hält eine Stunde bei dieser Temperatur, schüttelt nach Erkalten wiederholt mit Wasser und
einmal mit verdünnter Natriumbicarbonatlösung aus. Nach Trocknen über Calciumchlorid wird das Lösungsmittel
abdestilliert. Der Ester bleibt als hellgelbes, wasserunlösliches öl zurück. Ausbeute quantitativ.
Der Ester ist nicht destillierbar.
60 g n-Dipropylphosphit tropft man bei 200 beginnend
zu einer Lösung von 57 g 2-Nitrophenylschwefelchlorid in 250 ecm Benzol. Die Temperatur
S — P(OCH,)2 steigt dabei langsam auf 40°. Man hält eine Stunde
bei dieser Temperatur, wäscht nach Erkalten zunächst wiederholt mit Wasser und schließlich mit Natriumbicarbonatlösung
aus. Nach dem Trocknen über Calciumchlorid destilliert man das Lösungsmittel ab.
Der Ester bleibt als hellgelbes, rotstichiges öl zurück.
Ausbeute 90 g.
67 g 4-Chlor-2-Nitrophenylschwefelchlorid werden
in 300 ecm Benzol gelöst. Unter Rühren tropft man bei 20° beginnend 50 g Dimethylphosphit zu. Die
Temperatur steigt allmählich auf 450. Man hält eine Stunde bei dieser Temperatur, schüttelt nach Erkalten
wiederholt mit Wasser und einmal mit Natriumbicarbonatlösung aus, trocknet und destilliert das
Lösungsmittel ab. Der Ester bleibt als hellgelbes, viskoses öl zurück. Ausbeute 72 g.
Zu einer Lösung von 94 g 4-Nitrophenylschwefelchlorid
in 350 ecm Benzol tropft man bei 20° beginnend 80 g Diäthylphosphit zu. Die Temperatur steigt
allmählich auf 400. Nach einstündigem Erwärmen bei 40 bis 45° arbeitet man wie in Beispielen 1 und 2
beschrieben auf. Derbe schwachgelbe Kristalle. F. 40 bis 410, Ausbeute 129 g.
In ähnlicher Weise wurden folgende Ester hergestellt :
