Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Isolierverbundplatte zum Trockenausbau von Wohnräumen und dergleichen.

Es ist bereits bekannt, die Wände und Decken von Wohnräumen zum Trockenausbau mit Verbundplatten aus Hartschaum und Gipskarton zu verkleiden, um das Anbringen von Putz zu sparen. Derartige Platten sind jedoch verhältnismäßig schwer und können daher nur von zwei Personen verarbeitet werden, was insbesondere bei dem sich heute immer mehr verbreitenden do-it-your-self-Bauen von Nachteil ist.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Isolierverbundplatte der eingangsgenannten Art gewichtsmäßig möglichst einfach bei gleichzeitig schwerer Entflammbarkeit und hohem Wärmeschutz zu gestalten.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß auf einer Hartschaumplatte eine Karton-, Hartfaser- oder Sperrholzplatte als Deckplatte auf kaschiert ist. Um das Abziehen von auf der freien Oberfläche der Deckplatte aufgebrachter Tapete zu erleichtern, ist in weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung die freie Oberfläche dieser Deckplatte1 mit einem Stripeffekt versehen. Des weiteren ist es zweckmäßig, zur Erzielung eines glatten Überganges zwischen zwei benachbarten Isolierverbundplatten und zur Verhinderung von Zugspannungen jeweils die der benachbarten Isolierverbundplatte zugewandte Außenkante mit einer gepreßten oder gefräßten Vert;sfung zu versehen, wobei die Deckplatte gegenüber der Hartschaumplatte geringfügig zurückversetzt ist, und diese Vertiefung mittels Gips auszugleichen und durch einen eingelegten Gazestreifen zu bewehren. Ferner ist es zweckmäßig, um den verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen Rechung zu tragen, die freie Oberfläche der Deckplatte mit einer Kunststoff-Folie, einer Korkschicht, einem Edelholzfurnier, einer Textil- oder Gewebetapete zu überziehen.

Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Isolierverbundplatte eine Verarbeitung derselben durch eine Person erfolgen kann, was im Vergleich mit der Verlegearbeit der bisher bekannten Verbundplatten eine wesentlich höhere Wirtschaftlichkeit mitsichbringt. Die Isolierverbundplatte ist demnach sehr leicht mit Hilfe von in bestimmten Abständen auf der Rückseite der Isolierverbundplatte angebrachten Gipskuchen an dem Mauerwerk oder der Decke eines auszukleidenden Raumes anzubringen. Neben dem hohen Wärmeschutz, der durch die Hartschaumplatte gegeben ist, besitzt die Isolierverbundplatte den Vorteil der schweren Entflammbarkeit ihrer Materialien. Darüber hinaus dient die freie Oberfläche der Deckplatte unmittelbar als tapezierfähiger Untergrund. Schließlich kann im Vergleich zu den bekannten Verbundplatten, die eine relativ dicke Deckplatte, wie z.B. Gipskarton, aufweisen, bei der erfindungsgemäßen Isolierverbundplatte die Deckplatte wesentlich dünner ausgeführt werden, was einen zusätzlichen Raumgewinn bringt. Es versteht sich von selbst, daß die erfindungsgertiäße Isölienver-bundplatte in den verschiedensten Längen, Breiten und Dicken hergestellt werden kann.
Die Isolierverbundplatte nach der Erfindung wird in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung an Hand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert, das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist. Es zeigen:

An dsm Mauerwerk 1 eines Raumes ist die Isolierverbundplatte 2 mittels Gipskuchen 3 befestigt. Zur Anbringung der Isolierverbundplatte 2 an dem Mauerwerk 1 werden die Gipskuchen 3 in gleichmäßigen Abständen auf der Rückseite 4 der Isolierverbundplatte 2 angebracht und anschließend wird die leichte IsoUerver bundplatte 2 gegen das Mauerwerk 1 angedrückt, bis der Gips angezogen hat. Die Isolierverbundplatte 2 besteht aus einer Hartschaumplatte 5, auf der eine Deckplatte 6 aus Karton aufkaschiert ist. Die freie Oberfläche 7 der Deckplatte 6 dient unmittelbar als tapezierfähiger Untergrund und ist mit einem Stripeffekt versehen, um dcLS spätere leichtere Abziehen von Tapeten zu ermöglichen.
Um das Auftreten von Zugspannungen aufgrund der verschiedenen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten der unterschiedlichen Materialien der Isolierverbundplatte 2 zu verhindern, ist die Außenkante 8 der Isolierverbundplatte 2, die einer benachbarten Isolierverbundplatte 2a zugewandt ist, mit einer eingepreßten Vertiefung 9 versehen, wobei die Deckplatte 6 gegenüber der Hartschaumplatte 5 geringfügig zurückversetzt ist. Die Vertiefung 9 der- benachbarten Platten 2, 2a ist mittels Gips 10 ausgeglichen und durch einen eingelegten Gazestreifen t i oewehri., so u&S o'te OL/ώΓ-fläche 7 der Platte 2 mit der Oberfläche 7 der benachbarten Platte 2 a eine glatte Ebene bildet.

  2. 2. Isolierverbundplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die fre\e Oberfläche (7) der Deckplatte (6) mit einem Stripeffekt versehen ist.

Isolierverbundplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadyrch gekenn- \ zeichnet, daß die einer benachbarten Isolierverbundplatte zugewandte Außenkante (8) mit einer gepreßten oder gefräßten Vertiefung (11) versehen ist, wobei die Deckplatte (6) gegenüber der Hartschaumplatte (5) geringfügig zurückversetzt ist.
  4. 4. Isolierverbundplatte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (11) zweier benachbarter Platten (2, 2a) mittels mit Gips oder Baukleber ausgeglichen und durch einen eingelegten Gazestreifen (11) bewehrt ist.
  5. 5. Isolierverbundplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freie Oberfläche (7) der Deckplatte (6) mit einer Kunststoff-Folie überzogen ist.
