Claims (11)
- PatentansprücheBandschneidevorrichtung umfassend:das Anordnen einer Schneidklinge innerhalb einer Form, die wenigstens ein vorgespanntes Stiftelement verwendet, wobei ein Schneideabschnitt der Klinge aus der Form vorspringt bzw. herausragt;das Einspritzen von Plastikmaterial in die Form, und das Zulassen für das Plastikmaterial sich zu setzen, um einen spritzgeformten Plastikhalter um die Klinge herum auszubilden, wobei der Betrag der aus dem Halter herausragenden Klinge geringer als die Höhe des Halters ist; unddas Entfernen des spritzgeformten Plastikhalters aus der Form.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Plastikmaterial in die Form an jeweils zwei Stellen eingespritzt wird, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Klinge voneinander entfernt liegen.
- 3, Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schneideabschnitt der aus der Form herausragenden Klinge im Bereich von 100 bis 12 0 &mgr;&idiagr;&eegr; liegt.
- 4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Länge der aus dem Halter herausragenden Klinge innerhalb einer Toleranz von 20 bis 25 ßm gesteuert bzw. kontrolliert wird.
- 5. Ein Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klinge aus einem Keramikmaterial hergestellt ist.
- 6. Eine Klingenanordnungsherstellung mit einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
- 7. Eine Klingenanordnung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Halter Trageflächen aufweist, die sich unterhalb einer Fläche des Halters erstrecken, aus der die Klinge herausragt, wobei die Eindringtiefe der Klinge während des Schneidens gesteuert bzw. kontrolliert wird.
- 8. Eine Klingenanordnung, die einen spritzgeformten PIastikhalter zur Aufnahme eines Schneidklinge' umfaßt, wobei der Halter Trageflächen aufweist, die sich oberhalb einer Fläche des Halters erstrecken, aus dem die Klinge herausragt, und welche die Kassette halten und die Klinge am Durchdringen all der Schichten eines 0 Mehrschichtbandes hindern.
- 9. Eine Klingenanordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Schneideabschnitt der aus dem Halter herausragenden Klinge in dem Bereich von 100 bis 12 0 &mgr;&tgr;&agr; liegt.
- 10. Eine Klingenanordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Schneideabschnitt der aus dem Halter herausragenden Klinge in dem Bereich von 95 bis 120 &mgr;&tgr;&agr;. liegt.
- 11. Eine Klingenanordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Messerabschnitt der aus dem Halter herausragenden Klinge eine Höhe aufweist, welche die Dicke einer Schicht des zu schneidenden Bandes um 20 bis 45 &mgr;&tgr;&agr; überschreitet.
