schnell absinkt.Compression refrigeration machine The invention relates to a Komhressions-Kälternascli.ine,
in which the compressor housing is not used as an air chamber
and therefore not connected to (lein evaporator. The pressure side of the
The compressor is connected to the crankcase via a pipeline with a valve,
to adapt the pressure in the crankcase to that of the outside air. Such a pipeline
with a manually controlled valve is already on a compressor system for industrial
Has been used for the purposes of another specialty. According to the invention
the valve is controlled automatically, depending on the pressure in the crankcase.
Such a device has particular advantages because it allows practical use
of the basic technical idea - adapting the pressure in the crankcase to that
the outside air - on a refrigeration device, which is placed under the care of a layperson
is, so a household refrigeration machine, by this control device now no
Maintenance needs more. The practical benefit of this facility is justified
by the following laying down. When operating such a refrigeration machine results
with various refrigerants below a certain evaporator temperature
Pressure in the diesel part of the refrigeration system, which is below atmospheric pressure
lies. Since a complete tightness between piston and cylinder wall is never expected
can be, so in this case a negative pressure in the crankcase of the compressor
to adjust. A consequence of this negative pressure is if the stuffing box is on the crankshaft
not (light stops, air is sucked into the crankcase and finally between
Piston and cylinder through into the refrigeration system. Such an ingress of air
in the circuit of the refrigeration system, however, must be prevented in any case "-earth,
because otherwise the efficiency of the device is reduced, and usually quite
drops quickly.
This is achieved by connecting the crankcase space of the
Compressor with the pressure line by means of a pipe with the automatically in
Dependent on the pressure in the crankcase controlled valve. The setting of the
The valve is chosen so that the pressure in the crankcase is never below atmospheric pressure
can decrease, but rather exceeds it by a certain amount. In this case it is
then obviously an ingress of air into the circuit of the refrigeration device is excluded.
In deren Abbildung bezeichnet
in Verbindung.
A corresponding embodiment for the application of the invention
shows the drawing in a schematic representation. Inscribed in their illustration
; z the compressor
with the suction line h and the pressure line c.
As is well known, the former stands with the evaporator and the latter with the condenser
in connection. The conveyance of the refrigerant is indicated by arrows. The pressure line
c is connected to the crankcase of the compressor by line d. In these
valve c is inserted. This must be constructed in such a way that it is affected by pressure
in the condenser is independent and only under the effect of the air pressure on the one hand
or your pressure in the crankcase is on the other hand. It is pending for this purpose
the valve housing e1, to which a capsule membrane c .; is set, whose one
Wall actuates the valve body e3. For example, it exists in the crankcase of the
Compressor a negative pressure, the air pressure on the capsule membrane predominates, and
the valve body e is moved to the right in the valve housing so that it is the high pressure line
releases. Once the desired balance between the pressures in the crankcase
and the outside air has set in, the capsule membrane is in such a shape
been brought that the valve body e. the high pressure line closes again.
The high pressure itself cannot significantly influence this explained control effect,
if the ratio of the valve cross-sectional area to the diaphragm area is selected accordingly
has been.
