Die Erfindung betrifft funktionell Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere hydraulische Flüssigkeiten und deren
Verwendung in Verfahren zum Betreiben von hydraulischen Druckvorrichtungen.
Funktionelle Flüssigkeilen wurden bereits in vielen Anwendungsbereichen verwendet, beispielsweise als
Kühlmittel für elektronische Einrichtungen, Betriebsflüssigkeiten für Diffusionspumpen, Schmiermittel,
Dämpfungsflüssigkeiten, Fettgrundlagen, Kraftübertragungsflüssigkeiten, Hydraulikflüssigkeiten, Wärmeübertragungsflüssigkeiten,
Heizpumpenflüssigkeiten, Flüssigkeiten für Kälteanlagen und Filter-Medien für
Klimatisierungssysteme. Die hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten, die in Hydrauliksystemen von Flugzeugen zum
Betreiben verschiedenartiger Mechanismen und Flugzeugsteuersysteme verwendet werden sollen, müssen
strenge Anforderungen hinsichtlich ihrer Funktion und ihrer Handhabung erfüllen. Eine der wichtigsten
Anforderungen an eine in Flugzeugen zu verwendende hydraulische Flüssigkeit ist die, daß die Flüssigkeit
chemisch so stabil ist, daß sie einem oxydativen und thermischen Abbau, der zur Bildung von Säuren und
einem korrosiven Angriff der mit der hydraulischen Flüssigkeit in Berührung stehenden Metalle führen
kann, widersteht.
Um das Ausmaß der Säurebildung während der Verwendung der Flüssigkeit zu steuern und die
Korrosion der Bestandteile des hydraulischen Systems zu inhibieren, ist es üblich, gewisse Säurefänger
und/oder Korrosionsinhibitoren zu dem Grundmaterial der hydraulischen Flüssigkeil zuzugeben.
Obwohl eine Vielzahl von Verbindungen als Korrosionsinhibitoren vorgeschlagen worden ist, werden
Säure-Akzeptoren, die als Protonen-Akzeptoren wirken und eine Bildung von korrosiven Säuren in den
Flüssigkeiten bei deren Zersetzung bei hohen Temperatüren und langen Betriebsdauern verhindern, im
allgemeinen bevorzugt. Eine besonders bevorzugte Klasse solcher Materialien umfaßt Epoxidverbindungen,
insbesondere epoxydierte natürlich vorkommende Materialien, wie beispielsweise epoxydierte ungesättigte
Glyzeride, einschließlich epoxydiertes Sojaöl, epoxydiertes Rizinusöl, epoxydiertes Leinöl, epoxydierte
Fette u. dgl. Andere Materialien, die für diesen Zweck vorgeschlagen wurden, umfassen Epoxyester, wie
beispielsweise Butylepoxyacetoxystearat, Glyceryltriepoxyacetoxystearat, Isooctylepoxystearat, epoxydiertes
Isooctylphthalat u. dgl. Es wurden ferner viele Alkyl-
und Aralkylepoxide, wie Epoxydecan, Epoxyhexadecan, Epoxyoctadecan, Cyclododecan u.dgl. und Glyceryläther
und verschiedene Glycidyläther, beispielsweise Phenylglycidyläther, Glycidylcyclohexyläther, Alkylglycidyläther
u. dgl. vorgeschlagen.
In der US-PS 36 37 507 vom 25. Januar 1972 wurde darauf hingewiesen, daß eine besondere Klasse von
Epoxidverbindungen, nämlich die 3,4-Epoxycycloalkyl-3,4-epoxycycloalkylcarboxylate,
als Säureakzeptoren für hydraulische Flüssigkeiten besonders brauchbar sind und eine größere Wirksamkeit als die bisher eingesetzten
Epoxidverbindungen zeigen. Eine besonders bevorzugte Verbindung ist 3,4-Epoxycyclohexylmethyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexancarboxylat.
Diese Verbindungen sind wohlbekannte chemische Materialien, die bereits vor ihrer Einführung als Inhibitoren für hydraulische
Flüssigkeiten als Säureakzeptoren für dielektrische Flüssigkeiten auf der Grundlage von chloriertem
Diphenyl eingesetzt worden sind.
Obwohl die S^-Epoxycycloalkyl-S^-epoxycycloalkylcarboxylate
wirksame Säureakzeptoren für gewöhnliche hydraulische Flüssigkeiten darstellen, besitzen sie
den Nachteil, doß sie harzartige Ablagerungen an der Dichtungsstelle der Welle der Flüssigkeitspumpe zu
bewirken scheinen. Wenn diese harzartigen Ablagerungen auch verschiedene Ursachen haben können, ist
jedoch offensichtlich eine der Ursachen für eine derartige Ablagerung in der Kombination des Epoxidstabilisators
mit den gleichfalls in der Flüssigkeit anwesenden Viskositätsindexverbesserer zu suchen. Die
Bildung von Ablagerungen ist für Flugzeughydrauliksysteme, die unter Druck arbeiten und bei denen die
Ablagerungen bald zu einem Flüssigkeitsverlust durch die Dichtung führen, von besonderer Bedeutung.
Wenngleich das Problem der Undichtigkeit der Wellenabdichtung vom Betrieb des Flugzeugs her nicht
ernsthaft gefährlich ist, bringt es jedoch andererseits erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten mit sich, so daß in der
Flugzeugindustrie und bei den Herstellern von hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten für Flugzeuge ein erhebliches
Bedürfnis für Säureakzeptoren besteht, die genauso wirksam und leistungsfähig wie 3,4-Epoxycyclohexylmethyl-S^-epoxycyclohexancarboxylat
sind, bei denen jedoch nicht das Problem der Ablagerung und des Undichtwerdens auftritt.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht somit darin, funktioneile Flüssigkeiten zu schaffen, die einen
wirksamen Säureakzeptor zur Verhinderung der Säurebildung enthalten, der keine nachteiligen Nebeneffekte
mit in den funktionellen Flüssigkeiten vorhandenen polymeren Viskositätsindexverbesserern verursacht,
welche funktionellen Flüssigkeiten gegen thermischen und oxydativen Abbau beständig, für die Verwendung in
Hydrauliksystemen von Flugzeugen geeignet sind und kein Undichtwerden an der Welle der Pumpe
hervorrufen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die funktionellen Flüssigkeiten gemäß Hauptanspruch gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäßen funktionellen Flüssigkeiten können polymere Viskositätsverbesserer und andere
gebräuchliche Additive enthalten und sind insbesondere als hydraulische Flüssigkeiten für Flugzeuge brauchbar,
so daß die Erfindung auch die Verwendung dieser funktionellen Flüssigkeiten in Verfahren zum Betreiben
von hydraulischen Druckvorrichtungen, bei denen eine Verschiebekraft auf einen verschiebbaren Teil mindestens
t-iner hydraulischen Flüssigkeit übertragen wird, betrifft.
Die funktionellen Flüssigkeitszubereitungen der vor-
liegenden Erfindung enthalten als wesentliche Komponenten ein Basismaterial und eine Epoxidverbindung.
Die Konzentration der Epoxidverbindung in der funktionellen Flüssigkeit ist nach den Erfordernissen des
verwendeten Basismaterials eingestellt, um Flüssigkeiten zu schaffen, die zur Inhibierung der Säurebildung
während des normalen Betriebs ausreichende Mengen der Epoxidverbindung enthalten. Es wurde gefunden,
daß die Konzentration der Epoxidverbindung, die zur Inhibierung und Regelung der Säurebildung in einem
besonderen Grundmaterial erforderlich ist, mit der Zusammensetzung des Grundmaterial oder der Mischungen
der Grundmaterialien variiert. Es wurde ganz allgemein festgestellt, daß bevorzugte Additiv-Gehalte
an Epoxidverbindungen im Bereich von 0,10 bis 5,0 Gew.-% liegen, obwohl Konzentrationen von 10% oder
mehr gleichfalls wirksam sind und verwendet werden können.
Die funktionellen Flüssigkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung können auf irgendeine, dem Fachmann
bekannte Weise zur Einarbeitung eines Additivs in ein Basismaterial gebildet werden, beispielsweise durch
Zugabe der Epoxidverbindung zu dem Basismaterial unter Rühren, bis eine einheitliche Flüssigkeit erhalten
worden ist.
Wie vorstehend beschrieben, sind geeignete Epoxidverbindungen
die Monoepoxycyclohexyl-Verbindungen und die Alkyl-substituierten Monoepoxycyclohexylverbindungen,
die beispielsweise Epoxycyclohexylcarboxylate einschließen, für welche Beispiele nachfolgend
gegeben werden, Dialkylester von Epoxycyclohexandicarbonsäuren, wie z. B.

Insbesondere bevorzugte Epoxidverbindungen, welche bei der praktischen Durchführung dpi" vorliegenden
Erfindung eingesetzt werden können, sind die in Anspruch 2 definierten.
Repräsentative Beispiele dieser Klasse von Epoxidverbindungen umfassen

Die bevorzugten Phosphorester-Basismaterialien sind Kohlenwasserstoffphosphale und umfassen Trialkylphosphate,
Triaryl- und/oder Alkyl-substituierte Arylphosphate und gemischte Aryl- und/oder substituierte
Arylalkylphosphate. Bezüglich der Alkylgruppen wird es bevorzugt, daß sie von etwa 2 bis etwa 18
Kohlenstoffatome, insbesondere von etwa 2 bis etwa 12
Kohlenstoffatome besitzen, und bezüglich der Aryl- und substituierten Aryl-Gruppen wird es bevorzugt, daß sie
von etwa 6 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen, und insbesondere von etwa 6 bis etwa 12 Kohlenstoffatome
aufweisen.
Typische Beispiele von bevorzugten Phosphaten sind Dibutylphenylphosphal, Triphenylphosphat, Trikresylphosphat,

sind die Diaryl- und/oder Alkyl-subsiituierten-aryl-N.N-dialkylphosphoroamidate.

Brauchbare komplexe Ester können durch Veresterung von Dicarbonsäuren mit einer Mischung von
einbasischen Alkoholen und einem Glycol oder durch Polymerisieren einer Dihydroxyverbindung mit einer
Dicarbonsäure und Umsetzen der endständigen Hydroxygruppe und des Säureradikals mit einer Mischung
einer Monocarbonsäure und einem einbasischen Alkohol erhalten werden.
Die ein-, zwei- und polybasischen Alkohole und die bei der Herstellung der komplexen Ester verwendeten
Monocarbonsäuren können ferner auch Äther-Sauerstoff-Bindungen enthalten.
Spezifische Beispiele von brauchbaren komplexen Estern sind aus Methylenglycol (1 Mol), Adipinsäure (2
Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol (2 Mol) hergestellte Ester; Ester hergestellt aus Tetraäthylenglycol (1 Mol),
Sebacinsäure (2 Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol (2 Mol), Ester hergestellt aus 2-Äthyl-l,3-Hexandiol (1 Mol), Sebacinsäure
(2 MoI) und 2-Äthylhexanol (2 Mol); Ester hergestellt aus Diäthylenglycol (1 Mol), Adipinsäure (2
Mol) und n-Butanol (2 Mol); Ester, hergestellt aus Polyglycol 200 (1 Mol), Sebacinsäure (2 Mol) und
Äthylenglycolmono (2-äthylbutyl)-äther (2 Mol); Ester, hergestellt aus Sebacinsäure (1 Mol), Tetraäthylenglycol
(2 Mol) und Capronsäure (2 Mol); Ester, hergestellt aus Triäthylenglycol (1 Mol), Adipinsäure (1 Mol), n-Capronsäure
(1 Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol (1 Mol); Ester, hergestellt aus Sebacinsäure (1 Mol), Milchsäure (2 Mol)
und n-Butanol (2 Mol); Ester, hergestellt aus Tetraäthylenglycol (1 Mol), Milchsäure (2 Mol) und Buttersäure (2
Mol); komplexe Ester, hergestellt aus Neopentylglycol (2 Mol), Dicarbonsäuren (1 MoI) und Monocarbonsäuren
(2 Mol) und komplexe Ester, hergestellt aus Neopentylglycol (1 Mol), Dicarbonsäuren (2 Mol) und
einbasischen Neoalkoholen, z. B. 2,2,4-Trimethylpentanol
(2 Mol).
Die vorstehend bezeichneten Basismaterialien umfassen zumindest etwa 50 Gew.-°/o der funktionellen
Flüssigkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung. Außer diesen Basismaterialien können die funktionellen Flüssigkeiten
bis zu etwa 50% von einem oder von mehreren anderen Basismaterialien enthalten, wie z. B. Silicatester, Silicone,
Flüssigkeiten, die sich von Kohleprodukten ableiten, und synthetische Öle, z. B. Alkylenpolymere und
-oligomere (wie Polymere von Propylen, Butylen usw. und Mischungen derselben), Oligomere vom Alkylenoxid-Typ,
und Polymere (z. B. Propylenoxid-Polymere)
und Derivate, einschließlich Alkylenoxid-Oligomere und -Polymere, hergestellt durch Polymerisieren des Alkylenoxids
in Anwesenheit von Wasser oder Alkoholen, z. B. Äthylalkohol, Alkylbenzole (z. B. Monoalkylbenzo-Ie
wie Dodecylbenzol, Tetradecylbenzol usw.) und Diäikyibcnzöle (z. B. ii-Nonyi-2-äinyi-hexy!benzol); Polyphenyle
(z. B. BiphenyleündTerphenyle),halogenierte
Polyphenyle, insbesondere Chlor- und Brom-Polyphenyle,
Kohlenwasserstofföle einschließlich Mineralöle, die sich aus Erdölbasen und synthetischen Kohlenwasserstoffölen
ableiten, von denen Beispiele Mineralöle mit einem weiten Viskositäts- und Flüchtigkeitsbereich
sind, wie z. B. naphthenbasische, paraffinbasische und gemischtbasische Mineralöle; synthetische Kohlenwasserstofföle
und Öle, die sich aus hohen alpha-Olefinen
mit 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen durch säurekatalysierte Dimerisierung und durch Oligomerisierung halogenierter
Benzole, halogenierter niederer Alkylbenzole und monohalogenierter Diphenyläther ableiten.
Alle diese Materialien sind bekannt und wurden als hydraulische Flüssigkeiten oder Komponenten von
hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten eingesetzt. Obwohl es nicht zulässig ist, diese Materialien in größeren Anteilen in
den flüssigen Zubereitungen der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verwenden, können diese anderen Basismaterialien
jedoch allein oder in Kombinationen als Nebenbestandteil des gesamten Basismaterials in
Mengen von weniger als etwa 50 Gew.-% vorhanden sein.
Außer den Basismaterialien und den Monoepoxycyclohexyl-Verbindungen, können die Flüssigkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ferner noch ein oder mehrere Basismaterial-Modifiziermittel enthalten. Der in dieser Beschreibung verwendete Ausdruck »Basismaterial-Modifiziermittel« bedeutet irgendein Material, das nach Zugabe zu dem Basismaterial eine bestimmbare Veränderung in den chemischen oder physikalischen Eigenschaften des Basismaterials bewirkt. Beispiele typischer Klassen derartiger Modifiziermittel, die zur Formulierung von hydraulischen und anderen funktionellen Flüssigkeiten in weitem Umfange eingesetzt werden, umlassen Farbstoffe, Stockpunkterniedriger, Antioxidationsmittel, Antischaummittel, Viskositätsindexverbesserer, wie z. B. Polyalkylacrylate, Polyalicylmethacrylate, polycyclische Polymere, Polyurethane, Polyalkylenoxide und Polyester, Schmiermittel und Wasser.
Außer den Basismaterialien und den Monoepoxycyclohexyl-Verbindungen, können die Flüssigkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ferner noch ein oder mehrere Basismaterial-Modifiziermittel enthalten. Der in dieser Beschreibung verwendete Ausdruck »Basismaterial-Modifiziermittel« bedeutet irgendein Material, das nach Zugabe zu dem Basismaterial eine bestimmbare Veränderung in den chemischen oder physikalischen Eigenschaften des Basismaterials bewirkt. Beispiele typischer Klassen derartiger Modifiziermittel, die zur Formulierung von hydraulischen und anderen funktionellen Flüssigkeiten in weitem Umfange eingesetzt werden, umlassen Farbstoffe, Stockpunkterniedriger, Antioxidationsmittel, Antischaummittel, Viskositätsindexverbesserer, wie z. B. Polyalkylacrylate, Polyalicylmethacrylate, polycyclische Polymere, Polyurethane, Polyalkylenoxide und Polyester, Schmiermittel und Wasser.
Die bevorzugten polymeren Viskositätsindexverbesserer, die in den Zubereitungen der vorliegenden
Erfindung verwendet werden können, sind die Polymeren von Alkylestern ungesättigter Monocarbonsäuren
der allgemeinen Formel

2-Äthylhexyl-, Hexyl-, Decyl-, Undecyl-, Dodecyl-Gruppen
u. dgl. Diese Polymeren umfassen beispielsweise
Poly(butylmethacrylate), Poly(hexylmethacrylate),
Poly(octylacrylate), Poly(dodecylacrylate) und Polymere,
in denen der Ester eine Mischung von Verbindungen ist, die durch Veresterung der «,p-ungesäuigien
Monocarbonsäure mit einer Mischung von Monoalkoholen mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen erhalten worden
sind.
Die für die Zwecke der vorliegenden Erfindung geeigneten Polyalkylmethacrylate und -acrylate sind im
allgemeinen solche, die durch Polymerisation von Alkylmethacrylaten oder Alkylacrylaten erhalten werden,
in welchen die Alkylgruppen 4 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome besitzen. Die Alkylgruppen können Mischungen
sein, wie sie aus einer Mischung von Alkoholen abgeleitet werden, wobei in einem solchen Fall auch
einige Alkylgruppen bis herab zu 2 Kohlenstoffatomen und bis hinauf zu etwa 18 Kohlenstoffatomen umfaßt
werden. Die Anzahl der Kohlenstoffatome in der
Alkylgruppe sollte vorzugsweise so groß sein, daß das
Polymere mit der besonderen angewandten Flüssigkeit verträglich ist. Gewöhnlich wird es für die Alkylgruppe
des Methacrylat-Polymeren zufriedenstellend sein, wenn sie 4 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist. Die
Alkylgruppe kann verzweigtkettig oder eine Isoalkylgruppe sein, es wird jedoch bevorzugt, daß sie ein
normaler Alkylresl ist. Das Molekulargewicht des polymerisieren Alkylmethacrylates kann im Bereich
von 15 000 bis etwa 40 000 liegen, oder es kann der Viskositätsindex-Verbesserer eine Mischung von einem
oder mehreren Polymerisaten mit verschiedenen durchschnittlichen Molekulargewichten sein. Zum Beispiel
eine Mischung eines Polymeren mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 2000 bis
12 000 mit einem solchen, das ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht von 15 000 bis 40 000 besitzt. Die
Gesamtmenge an in den Zubereitungen der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendeten Viskositätsindex-Verbesserer
kann im Bereich von etwa 2 bis etwa 20 Teilen pro 100 Teile der gesamten Zubereitung liegen.
Andere Zubereitungen, welche als Viskositätsindex-Verbesserer
für die funktioneilen Flüssigkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung als brauchbar befunden wurden,
sind Polymere von Polyalkylenoxide^ insbesondere Polymere von Polypropylenoxid und Butylenoxid mit
Molekulargewichten im Bereich von etwa 1000 bis etwa 4500. Spezifische Beispiele derartiger brauchbarer
Viskosilätsindex-Verbesserer sind das Polymere von Polypropylenoxid mil einem Molekulargewicht von
etwa 4000 und das Polymere von Polybutylenoxid mit einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 2500. Polymere von
Alkylenoxid sind Handelsprodukte, die für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungszwecken verkauft werden, einschließend
Gleitmittel, Weichmacher, Lösungsmittel, Kupplungsmittel,
Verdickungsmittel. Schaumbildner und Entschäumungsmittel und hydraulische Flüssigkeiten.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden
Erfindung enthalten die funktionellen Flüssigkeitszubereitungen zumindest etwa 50 Gew.-% eines
Phosphatesters oder eine Mischung von Phosphatestern der allgemeinen Formel

in welcher Rio, Rn und Rp Kohlenwasserstoffreste,
nämlich Alkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-, Aralkyl-, Aroxyalkyl-, Aryl-, Aroxyaryl-, Alkoxyaryl- und/oder Alkarylreste
sind und Mischungen derselben und halogenierte und Alkyl-substituierte Glieder derselben mit bis zu 18
Kohlenstoffatomen, und von etwa 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% einer Epoxidverbindung wie vorstehend näher erläutert.
Außer dem Phosphatester und der Epoxidverbindung können diese bevorzugten lunktionellen Flüssigkeiten
ferner noch gewisse Additive wie vorstehend definiert und ebenso auch kleinere Mengen, z. B. weniger als
etwa 50 Gew.-% von einem oder mehreren anderen Grundmaterial-Zubereitungen, wie vorstehend erläutert,
enthalten.
Besonders bevorzugte funktionell Flüssigkeiten enthalten zumindest etwa 65 Gew.-% von solchen
Phosphatestern und weniger als etwa 35 Gew.-% von anderen Materialien einschließlich Basismaterialien und
jn Basismaterial-Modifiziermitteln, und besonders bevorzugt
enthalten sie zumindest etwa 80 Gew.-% derartiger Phosphatester und weniger als etwa 20 Gew.-°/o andere
Materialien. Besonders bevorzugte Phosphatester für eine Verwendung in den Flüssigkeiten der vorliegenden
3r> Erfindung sind Dialkylarylphosphate, worin die Alkylreste
1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome besitzen, z. B. Dibutylphenylphosphau und Mischungen von Trialkylphosphat und
Triarylphosphat wie z. B. 88/12 Tributylphosphat/Trikresylphosphat.

Das ausgezeichnete Leistungsverhalten der Epoxidadditive, wie sie durch die vorliegende Erfindung
definiert sind, im Vergleicn zu solchen nach dem Stande der Technik in hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten mit repräsentativer
Phosphatester-Basis wird durch die in der Tabelle angegebenen Daten erläutert
In den vorstehenden Versuchen wurden äquivalente Mengen an Epoxid, wie sie durch Oxiran-Analyse
bestimmt werden, verwendet, mit Ausnahme der Versuche 5 und 7. Die Stabilität der Flüssigkeit
gegenüber Oxidation und Säurebildung wurde dadurch bestimmt, daß man die Flüssigkeit auf einer Temperatur
von 135° C hielt und Proben der Flüssigkeit zur Überwachung der Säurebildung periodisch titrierte. Es
wurde eine titrierbare Säurezahl (TSZ) von 0,50 als Endpunkt festgesetzt und die Anzahl der Stunden,
welche die Flüsssigkeit zur Erreichung dieses Säuregehaltes benötigte, als Zahl für die Säurebildung
angegeben.
Die Werte für die Undichtigkeit der Wellenabdichtung
wurden erhalten, indem man die Flüssigkeit in einer geschlossenen Schleife durch eine hydraulische
Flugzeugpumpe, die mit einer Tourenzahl von 3600 min-' betrieben wurde, im Kreis bei einer
Flüssigkeitstemperatur von 107,22° C und einem Druck
von 3,11 kg/cm2 hindurchführte. Die Welle bestand aus rostfreiem Stahl vom Typ 440, wohingegen das
Gleitlager aus Sinterbronze bestand. Die aus der undichten Motorwelle abtropfende Flüssigkeit wurde
gesammelt, gewogen und die Ergebnisse als gesammelte Flüssigkeit/Versuchsstunden angegeben. Die vorher
festgesetzte Versuchszeit betrug mindestens 200 Stunden, sofern nicht eine signifikante Undichtigkeit eine
vorzeitige Beendigung des Versuches erforderte.
Es ist aus den vorstehend angegebenen Daten ohne weiteres ersichtlich, daß die in den Versuchen
eingesetzten Monoepoxide, die repräsentativ für die Verbindungsklasse, die durch die vorstehende Erfindung
angegeben wird, sind, unerreicht für die Schaffung von funktionellen Flüssigkeitszubereitungen dastehen, die
imstande sind, während der Versuchsdauer ohne, oder mit lediglich sehr geringen Undichtigkeiten an der
Wellenabdichtung ihren Zweck zu erfüllen, wohingegen die Diepoxid-Kontrollversuche, nämlich die Versuche 4
und 7, welche repräsentative bevorzugte Inhibitoren gemäß dem Stande der Technik verwenden, zu einer
beträchtlichen Undichtigkeit führen, und im Falle von Versuch 4 sogar zu einem vorzeitigen Abbruch des
Versuches. Dementsprechend zeigen die erhaltenen Versuchsdaten, daß die Zubereitungen der vorliegenden
Erfindung den Zubereitungen nach dem Stand der Technik überlegen sind, und daß sie hinsichtlich der
Stabilisierung der funktionellen Flüssigkeiten einen erheblichen technischen Fortschritt zeigen.

Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche:1. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten, enthaltend(A) zumindest etwa 50 Gew.-% eines Basismaterials aus Estern und; oder Amiden einer Säure des Phosphors, Di- oder Tricarbonsäureester und/oder Fster von Polyhydroxyverbindungen, und Mischungen derselben, und(B) 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-°/o einer Epoxidverbindung der allgemeinen Formel103. Fraktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Basismaterial einen Phosphatester der allgemeinen FormelIlR10-O-P-O-R12

R11/Vr,OHγ-Β·2025in welcher R,-(CH2)o-3C(0)OR, -C(O)R, —OR, oder -CH2OR ist, wobei R einen A.lkyirest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet, R2 gleich R1, Wasserstoff, oder einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 9 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet, und die Reste R3 und R4 jeder für sich Wasserstoff oder ein Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen sind.2. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Epoxid-Verbindung ein 3,4-Epoxycyclohexan-carboxylat der allgemeinen Formel(CHJ-C-OR30Jin welcher R2 Wasserstoff, einen Alkylrest von 1 bis etwa 9 Kohlenstoffatomen, oder eine-(CH2),,-C-O R-G luppeIl0darstellt, die Reste R3 und R4 jeder für sich Wasserstoff oder ein Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen sind, R ein Aikylrest mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen ist und η eine ganze Zahl zwischen Null bis 3 bedeutet, enthalten.in welcher R10, Rn und R12 Alkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-, Aralkyl-, Aroxyalkyl-, Aryl-, Aroxyaryl ·, Alkoxyaryl- und/oder Alkarylreste sowie halogenierte und alkylsubstituierte Verbindungen der vorstehend aufgeführten Klassen mit bis zu etwa 18 Kohlenstoffatomen sind, enthalten.4. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Basismaterial einen Phosphatester der allgemeinen FormelIlR10-O-P-O-R12

Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Phosphatester Dibutylphenylphosphat enthalten.6. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Epoxidverbindung Ci -,cAlkyl-S^-epoxycyclohexancarboxylat oder Ci _4-AlkyI-3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethylcarboxylat enthalten.7. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Phosphatester eine Mischung von Tributylphosphat und Trikresylphosphat enthalten.8. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Epoxid-Verbindung C1 -4-Alkyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexancarboxylat oder Ci _4-Alkyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl-carboxylat enthalten.9. Funktionelle Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zusätzlich 2 bis 20 Gew.-% eines Polymerisats eines Esters der allgemeinen FormelO

Verwendung der funktioneilen Flüssigkeiten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9 in einem Verfahren zum Betreiben einer hydraulischen Druckvorrichtung, in welcher eine Verschiebekraft auf einen verschiebbaren Teil mittels einer hydraulischen Flüssigkeit übertragen wird.
