Abstract
Περιγράφεται μέθοδος παρασκευής ενός πεπτιδίου που έχει pl πάνω από 8 ή κάτω από 5, όπου το πεπτίδιο εκφράζεται σαν πρωτεΐνη σύντηξης, στην οποία είναι συνδεδεμένο προς έναν συνεργάτη σύντηξης μέσω μιας θέσης διάσπασης οξέος. Το πεπτίδιο απελευθερώνεται από τον συνεργάτη σύντηξη με διάσπαση οξέος απουσία χαοτρόπου. Ο συνεργάτης σύντηξης και τα προϊόντα διάσπασης οξέος, αυτού, εάν υπάρχουν, έχουν ένα καθαρό φορτίο επαρκώς διαφορετικό από εκείνο του επιθυμητού πεπτιδίου για να επιτρέπεται απομόνωση του πεπτιδίου με χρωματογραφία ιονο-εναλλαγής.
