Abstract

本实用新型公开一种无暗区条形LED灯,包括发光体、插接件及底壳,发光体插装于底壳内,插接件与该发光体电连接。该插接件包括底座及装设于底座内的导通弹片,该发光体包括电路板及焊接于电路板上的LED单元,该底座两侧形成插接肋,底壳两侧壁上对称开设有呈条形的第一侧槽及第二侧槽,插接件插设于第一侧槽内,发光件插设于第二侧槽内,底壳底部两端开设有插接缺槽及安装缺槽,底座的插接肋插设于第一侧槽内,底座底部收容于安装缺槽内,且底座底部与底壳底部处于同一平面。本实用新型提供的无暗区条形LED灯构成元件少,多个灯可以相互插接延伸连接,灯点亮后消除了由于连接产生的连接暗区。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具,特别是涉及一种无暗区条形LED灯。
背景技术
随着LED发光元件的亮度不断提高,及其具有的发光效率高、体积小、色彩丰富的特点,LED发光元件作为照明灯具的发光源被逐渐的广泛应用到不同的照明灯具中,LED灯也作为一种新式照明灯具及装饰灯具越来越普遍的出现在日常使用中。
现有的条形LED灯包括灯座、焊接有LED发光单元的电路板及导光透镜,其中电路板一端上部焊接有一插座。多个条形LED灯之间通过插座可以互相插接连接。但是,当电路板上的LED发光单元布置较密时,两根相同的条形LED灯的连接处的插接距离远大于LED发光单元之间的间距,如此,当连接的条形LED灯点亮时,其插接连接处出现明显的插接暗区。
当该现有的条形LED灯实际应用时,由于插接处存在的插接暗区严重影响照明效果,且条形LED灯的连接处连接不牢固,容易连接松动而导致的灯熄灭。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种可插接互连的无暗区条形LED灯,该灯构成元件少,能插接互连。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的无暗区条形LED灯包括发光体、插接件及底壳,发光体插装于底壳内,插接件与该发光体电连接。该插接件包括底座及装设于底座内的导通弹片,该发光体包括电路板及焊接于电路板上的LED单元,该底座两侧形成插接肋,底座上表面向下开设有收容槽,导通弹片收容于收内,底壳两侧壁上对称开设有呈条形的第一侧槽及第二侧槽,插接件插设于第一侧槽内,发光件插设于第二侧槽内,底壳底部两端开设有插接缺槽及安装缺槽,底座的插接肋插设于第一侧槽内,底座底部收容于安装缺槽内,且底座底部与底壳底部处于同一平面。
该无暗区条形LED灯还包括导光透镜,该导光透镜呈条形,导光透镜中部为出光体,凸设于出光体两侧形成呈条形的安装肋,底壳两侧壁上部开设有第三侧槽,导光透镜的安装肋插设于第三侧槽内,该导光透镜位于发光体的上方。
电路板中部设置一定位孔,底壳底部开设有孔,该孔用于***定位销,该定位销穿过定位孔将发光体定位于底壳内。电路板底部两端各设置有电连接片、焊接点,底座的收容槽后部向上凸伸形成定位柱,导通弹片尾部开设孔并套设于定位柱上,底壳底部向上凸伸成条状凸块,电路板背部紧贴条状凸块。
如上所述,本实用新型无暗区条形LED灯构成元件少,多个灯可以相互插接延伸连接,灯点亮后消除了由于连接产生的连接暗区,此插接件的连接方式使得多个无暗区条形LED灯能牢固的互连插接。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、结构特征、所实现的目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本无暗区条形LED灯100为单排模式。该单排无暗区条形LED灯100包括导光透镜10、发光体20、插接件30及底壳40。导光透镜10及发光体20插装于底壳40内,插接件30与该发光体20电连接。
如图3所示,该导光透镜10在此实施例中为平凸模式透镜。导光透镜10中部为凸起向上的出光体12,凸设于出光体12两侧形成呈条形的安装肋11。该发光体20包括呈长条形的电路板22及间隔焊接于电路板22上的LED单元21,电路板22一端设置有两个装配孔23,电路板22中部设置一定位孔24,电路板22底部两端各设置有电连接片或焊接点。该插接件30包括底座31及装设于底座31内的两个导通弹片36,该底座31两侧向外凸伸两条形插接肋32,底座31上表面向下开设有两收容槽33,收容槽33后部向上凸伸形成两定位柱34,导通弹片36收容于收容槽33内,导通弹片36尾部开设孔并套设于定位柱34上。底壳40上部呈缺口状,底壳40两侧壁上对称开设有呈条形的第一侧槽42、第二侧槽43及第三侧槽44,第一侧槽42用于插设插接件30,第二侧槽43用于插装发光件20,第三侧槽44用于插装导光透镜10,底壳40底部两端开设有插接缺槽45及安装缺槽41,底壳40两侧壁外侧对称形成两呈条形的安装槽46。底壳40底部开设有孔,该孔用于***定位销50,该定位销50穿过定位孔24将发光体20定位于底壳40内。
当该单排无暗区条形LED灯100组装时,定位柱34自下向上插设于装配孔23内,导通弹片36尾部焊接于电路板22底部,电路板22插设于第二侧槽43内,底座31插设于第一侧槽42内,插接肋32卡设于第一侧槽42内,底座31底部卡设于安装缺槽41内,且底座31底部与底壳40底部处于同一水平面,安装肋11插设于第三侧槽44内,出光件12设置于LED单元21上方。当两根单排无暗区条形LED灯100插接时,一单排无暗区条形LED灯100的插接件30插设于另一单排无暗区条形LED灯100的第一侧槽42内,其底座31底部插设于插接缺槽45内,导通弹片36向上抵顶电连接设置于电路板22尾端背部的电连接片。两根插接在一起的无暗区条形LED灯100的电路板22相互抵紧,其上的LED单元21呈等间距间隔设置。当LED单元21通电点亮时,两电路板22上的LED单元21呈等间距均匀发光,如此,两无暗区条形LED灯100在视觉上为一体条形LED灯。
在具体实施时,需要解决LED单元21的散热,尤其是当该LED单元21的功率较高时,底壳40整体由金属材质构成。底壳40底部向上凸伸成条状凸块,当电路板22插设于第二侧槽43内,电路板22背部紧贴条状凸块,将热量通过该条状凸块由底壳40整体辐射出去以降低灯体的整体温度。具体实施时,该发光体12可以是V型透镜。当LED单元21的发光角度较大时,导光透镜10可以省略。
如图4揭示的本实用新型提供的第二个实施例,该无暗区条形LED灯200为双排,电路板上焊接有紧密排布的两排LED单元。
本实用新型揭示的无暗区条形LED灯可以相互延伸插接,插接连接后,两电路板22相互抵紧,LED单元的间距一致。
综上所述,本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于上述实施例,至于本说明书中所述组件数目的改变或等效组件的代替等仍都应属于本实用新型的权利范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种无暗区条形LED灯,包括发光体、插接件及底壳,发光体插装于底壳内,插接件与该发光体电连接,其特征是:该插接件包括底座及装设于底座内的导通弹片,该发光体包括电路板及焊接于电路板上的LED单元,该底座两侧形成插接肋,底座上表面向下开设有收容槽,导通弹片收容于收容槽内,底壳两侧壁上对称开设有呈条形的第一侧槽及第二侧槽,插接件插设于第一侧槽内,发光件插设于第二侧槽内,底壳底部两端开设有插接缺槽及安装缺槽,底座的插接肋插设于第一侧槽内,底座底部收容于安装缺槽内,且底座底部与底壳底部处于同一平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无暗区条形LED灯,其特征是:该无暗区条形LED灯进一步包括导光透镜,该导光透镜呈条形,导光透镜中部为出光体,凸设于出光体两侧形成呈条形的安装肋,底壳两侧壁上部开设有第三侧槽,导光透镜的安装肋插设于第三侧槽内,该导光透镜位于发光体的上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无暗区条形LED灯,其特征是:电路板中部设置一定位孔,底壳底部开设有孔,该孔用于***定位销,该定位销穿过定位孔将发光体定位于底壳内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无暗区条形LED灯,其特征是:电路板底部两端各设置有电连接片、焊接点,底座的收容槽后部向上凸伸形成定位柱,导通弹片尾部开设孔并套设于定位柱上,底壳底部向上凸伸成条状凸块,电路板背部紧贴条状凸块。
