Abstract

一种导光模组,用于安装在发光模组上对发光元件进行导光,包括安装在发光模组上的一固定架和与发光元件一一对应地安装在固定架上的若干导光单元,所述固定架包括一贴设在发光模组上的底板和从底板两侧缘向上延伸的二侧板,所述侧板的内侧开设有二相向的滑槽,所述导光单元两侧向外延设有结合边缘,所述二结合边缘分别同时从侧板二滑槽的一端开口***而使导光单元固定到固定架内。上述独立设计的导光单元可通过安装架便捷地安装固定到作为发光模组的发光二极管模组上,从而使所述独立的导光单元组成各种式样的导光模组,因而可适用到不同灯具的发光模组上。

导光模组及应用该导光模组的发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种导光模组及应用该导光模组的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场所看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,完全可以取代现有白炽灯实现室内外照明,也将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管的相关产品技术不断发展成熟,发光二极管灯具作为新型环保,节能的下一代光源产品,在生活中被人们越来越多的广泛应用。目前常用的大功率发光二极管灯具,为使其达到良好的照射效果,一般都会使用导光板或反光罩来改变其光束的发射方向。然而,在实际使用过程中,因为灯具造型及发光二极管数量和间距等的不同,往往需要重新设计并开模制造导光板,随着发光二极管灯具的不断推广及产量的不断增加,这样的重复设计及生产将造成极大的成本及能源材料等方面的浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有能适用不同照明灯具的导光模组及应用该导光模组的发光二极管灯具。
一种导光模组,用于安装在发光模组上对发光元件进行导光,包括安装在发光模组上的一固定架和与发光元件一一对应地安装在固定架上的若干导光单元,所述固定架包括一贴设在发光模组上的底板和从底板两侧缘向上延伸的二侧板,所述侧板的内侧开设有二相向的滑槽,所述导光单元两侧向外延设有结合边缘,所述二结合边缘分别同时从侧板二滑槽的一端开口***而使导光单元固定到固定架内。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、安装在散热器上表面的若干发光二极管模组和一一对应地安装在发光二极管模组上的若干导光模组,所述导光模组包括贴设在发光二极管模组上的一固定架和若干导光单元,所述固定架包括一贴设在发光二极管模组上的底板和从底板两侧缘向上延伸的二侧板,所述侧板的内侧开设有二相向的滑槽,所述导光单元两侧向外延设有结合边缘,所述二结合边缘分别同时从侧板二滑槽的一端开口***而使导光单元固定到固定架内。
上述独立设计的导光单元可通过安装架便捷地安装固定到作为发光模组的发光二极管模组上,从而使所述独立的导光单元组成各种式样的导光模组,因而可适用到不同灯具的发光模组上。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具用于为室内和户外一些特定的场合提供照明灯光,其包括一散热器10、安装在散热器10上表面的若干发光二极管模组20和一对一地安装在发光二极管模组20上的若干导光模组30。
上述散热器10由导热性能良好的材料一体制成。该散热器10包括一纵长的矩形基板12、自基板12下表面垂直向上延伸的若干散热片14及自基板12上表面中部垂直向上延伸的若干固定件。所述固定件包括一第一固定件15及对称位于固定件15两侧的若干第二固定件16,在本实施例中,第二固定件16的数量为六。第一固定件15位于基板12的上表面中央位置处,其具有一自基板12上表面垂直向上延伸的延伸板152及自延伸板152顶端向延伸板152两侧倾斜向下延伸设置的安装板154。每一第二固定件16包括自基板12上表面垂直向上延伸的一平行于延伸板152的矩形延伸板162及自延伸板162末端朝向延伸板152倾斜向上延伸的一矩形安装板164。所述发光二极管模组30贴设于这些安装板164的上表面。这些延伸板162平行、间隔设置且与延伸板152具有相同的长度及均匀的高度,每一延伸板162平行于散热片14。其中,延伸板152的高度较延伸板162高度高,位于延伸板152两侧的延伸板162的高度向相对两侧逐渐递减。这些安装板164间隔设置且与延伸板162具有相同的长度,每一安装板164的上表面均与基板12的上表面形成一锐角(图未标)。延伸板152两侧的二安装板154与基板12形成的角度相等且较安装板164与基板12形成的角度大,位于该延伸板152两侧的其他安装板164与基板12形成的角度由基板12中间向相对两侧逐渐递减。每一安装板154、164上间隔开设有若干安装孔1640,以与螺钉(图未示)配合而将发光二极管模组20及导光模组30固定其上。如此,贴设于安装面164上的发光二极管模组20所发出的光线可较好地向散热器10两侧辐射。
请参阅图4,每一发光二极管模组20包括一纵长矩形的电路板22及若干均匀固定于电路板22一侧面的发光二极管24。这些电路板22的另一侧面贴合于散热器10的第一及第二固定件15、16的安装板154、164上。这些发光二极管24位于沿电路板22长度方向延伸的同一直线上,从而将其热量均匀地传导至散热器10上。所述电路板22在部分相邻的发光二极管24之间开设有穿孔220,以供螺钉穿过。
上述导光模组30包括一固定架32、安装在固定架32上的若干导光单元34和将相邻两导光单元34隔开的若干隔板36。所述固定架32包括一纵长矩形的底板322和从底板322相对两侧边缘垂直向上延伸的二侧板324。该底板322的尺寸大小略大于电路板22,正好完全覆盖在对应的电路板22上,底板322上对应电路板22上的发光二极管24开设有若干方形透孔3220。所述底板322在部分透孔3220之间还开设有与电路板22的穿孔220对应的通孔3222。所述固定架32二侧板324的内侧壁形成有二相向的滑槽3240,所述滑槽3240与底板322平行且沿着侧板324的顶部边缘由侧板324一端延伸到另一端。
上述导光单元34包括一四棱台形筒壁346和形成于筒壁346上下端的上下端开口342、344,其中所述上下端开口342、344均呈矩形且上端开口342的口径大于下端开口344的口径。所述筒壁346的内侧面由导光材料制成或涂抹有导光材料,以将发光二极管24产生的光线反射出去。所述下端开口344的大小正好使其周缘与固定架32底板322的透孔3220周缘接合,从而套设电路板22上对应的发光二极管24。所述上端开口342的两侧缘水平向外延伸有结合边缘3420,该二结合边缘3420间的距离及宽度之和大致等于固定架32侧板324的二滑槽3240间的距离,从而使导光单元34两侧的结合边缘3430正好同时***侧板324二滑槽3240内,并可沿滑槽3240***固定架32内固定。
上述导光单元34间设置的隔板36呈长矩形板体状,且隔板36的两端长度正好同时***固定架32侧板324的二滑槽3240内。
组装上述发光二极管灯具时,所述发光二极管模组20的电路板22分别贴放在散热器10基板12对应的安装板164上;再将所述导光模组30固定架32的底板322对应放置电路板22上,并使底板322上的透孔3220和通孔3222分别电路板22上的发光二极管24和穿孔220对应;然后将螺钉依次穿过固定架32底板322上的透孔3220及电路板22上对应的穿孔220后与安装板164上对应的安装孔1640配合从而将固定架32及发光二极管模组20固定;最后,将导光单元34及隔板36间隔地从固定架32一端沿其滑槽3240***并使每一导光单元34对应一发光二极管24。
上述导光单元34独立设计且通过与单个发光二极管模组20对应的安装架32安装固定到发光二极管模组20上,因此所述独立的导光单元34可以组成各种式样的导光模组,以适用到不同灯具的发光模组上。

Claims (13)

1.一种导光模组,用于安装在发光模组上对发光元件进行导光,包括安装在发光模组上的一固定架和与发光元件一一对应地安装在固定架上的若干导光单元,其特征在于:所述固定架包括一贴设在发光模组上的底板和从底板两侧缘向上延伸的二侧板,所述侧板的内侧开设有二相向的滑槽,所述导光单元两侧向外延设有结合边缘,所述二结合边缘分别同时从侧板二滑槽的一端开口***而使导光单元固定到固定架内。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光模组,其特征在于:所述滑槽与底板平行且沿着侧板的顶部边缘由侧板一端延伸到另一端。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的导光模组,其特征在于:所述底板与侧板垂直,且底板上开设有若干供发光元件向上穿设的通孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的导光模组,其特征在于:所述导光模组包括一导光筒壁,所述导光筒壁具有上下两端开口,其上端开口的口径大于下端开口的口径,所述下端开口套设所述发光元件,所述结合边缘从上端开口周缘的两侧向外延伸而出。
5.如权利要求4所述的导光模组,其特征在于:还包括若干从滑槽***并分别设置于相邻导光单元之间的隔板,且所述上下端开口呈矩形。
6.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、安装在散热器上表面的若干发光二极管模组和一一对应地安装在发光二极管模组上的若干导光模组,所述导光模组包括贴设在发光二极管模组上的一固定架和若干导光单元,其特征在于:所述固定架包括一贴设在发光二极管模组上的底板和从底板两侧缘向上延伸的二侧板,所述侧板的内侧开设有二相向的滑槽,所述导光单元两侧向外延设有结合边缘,所述二结合边缘分别同时从侧板二滑槽的一端开口***而使导光单元固定到固定架内。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一基板及自基板顶面向上延伸的若干固定件,所述每一固定件包括从基板顶面向上延伸的一延伸板和形成于延伸板末端并贴设所述发光二极管模组的一安装板。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述若干固定件的延伸板的高度由基板中间向两侧递减,所述每一安装板贴设发光二极管的表面与基板的上表面形成一锐角,且所述锐角自基板中部向相对两侧逐渐减小。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括形成于基板底面的若干散热片,所述散热片平行于位于基板最中间的延伸板,且位于基板两侧的固定件关于位于基板的中间的固定件向两侧对称分布。
10.如权利要求6至9任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述滑槽与底板平行且沿着侧板的顶部边缘由侧板一端延伸到另一端。
11.如权利要求6至9任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括一电路板和安装在电路板上的若干发光二极管,所述底板贴设在电路板上并与侧板垂直,且底板上开设有若干供发光二极管向上穿设的通孔。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述导光模组包括一导光筒壁,所述导光筒壁具有上下两端开口,其上端开口的口径大于下端开口的口径,所述下端开口套设所述发光二极管,所述结合边缘从上端开口周缘的两侧向外延伸而出。
13.如权利要求12所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括若干从滑槽***并分别设置于相邻导光单元之间的隔板,且所述上下端开口呈矩形。
