Abstract

一种反射式LED照明灯结构及照明装置,包括灯具外壳以及光源模条,所述光源模条安装在灯具外壳上,所述灯具外壳上安装有反光层,所述光源模条在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源以及LED光源安装基座;所述LED光源安装基座和灯具外壳为两种长条形拉伸型材,两者之间通过插槽***的方式连接固定,LED光源安装基座采用导热材料制作,LED工作时产生的热量通过LED光源安装基座传导至灯具外壳,再通过灯具外壳散热。本发明采用一体式光源模条结构,在LED光源模条与灯具外壳之间只需通过简单的插拔方式,就可以非常方便的进行安装和拆卸,操作简单、适用性强。

Description

一种反射式LED照明灯结构及照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,更具体的说,涉及一种反射式LED照明灯的结构以及一种LED照明装置。
背景技术
LED作为照明光源,有节能、环保、高效的优点,但由于其体积小而亮度高,其聚光特性使得直射时会产生严重的眩光问题,光线不柔和,造成人眼感觉非常不舒服,如果将LED点光源转换为面光源发光,可以有效解决眩光问题,因此,出现了反射式的LED照明灯。目前市场上出现的一种反射式LED照明灯,采用在灯具外壳上贴装上一层反光膜进行光线反射的方式。该灯具的结构是采用将LED光源通过若干个螺丝安装固定在灯具外壳上。这种结构安装复杂,尤其对大型灯具而言,费时费力,且螺丝拧紧过程中很容易造成安装错位,更严重的是造成光源损坏。同时,在灯具拆卸维修时,采用在现场拆卸LED光源非常不方便。而且,在对灯具的防护等级有较高要求的使用场合,灯具外壳需采用特殊的结构形式,如灯具外壳采用封闭式结构情况下,采用在灯具外壳内部不同部位拧螺丝安装的方式就变得不可能实现。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供一种反射式LED照明灯结构,采用一体式光源结构,在LED光源模条与灯具外壳之间只需通过简单的插拔方式,就可以非常方便的进行安装和拆卸,操作简单、适用性强。
本发明还提供一种LED照明装置,采用若干个上述的反射式LED照明灯结构串接而成,造型多变,满足照明和景观的多种使用要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种反射式LED照明灯结构,包括灯具外壳以及光源模条,所述光源模条安装在灯具外壳上,所述灯具外壳上安装有反光层,所述光源模条在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源以及安装LED光源的LED光源安装基座;所述LED光源安装基座和灯具外壳为两种长条形拉伸型材,两者之间通过插槽***的方式连接固定。
所述光源模条还包括焊接LED光源的线路板,所述线路板贴装在所述LED光源安装基座上。
所述灯具外壳呈拱部封闭的拱形结构,所述拱部的内侧壁贴装有反光膜或涂覆有反光涂料。
所述LED光源安装基座和灯具外壳相互配合。
所述插槽设置在所述拱形结构或LED光源安装基座拉伸方向上的内侧端。
所述插槽设置在所述拱形结构或LED光源安装基座拉伸方向上的相向两侧端。
所述插槽设置在所述拱形结构或LED光源安装基座拉伸方向上的一侧端。
所述灯具外壳为包含两个以上并排设置的所述拱形结构。
所述两个拱形结构之间通过长条形拉伸型材的连接件连接,所述插槽设置在连接件拉伸方向上,分别供灯具外壳和LED光源安装基座***。
所述灯具外壳在安装好光源模条后,其两端通过端盖进一步使两者固定。
所述灯具外壳和LED光源安装基座为铝型材或导热塑料。
一种LED照明装置,该照明装置是由若干个上述的反射式LED照明灯结构串接而成。
该串接而成的照明装置呈长条形,方形、弧形、圆形或S形。
本发明技术方案所带来的有益效果如下:
本发明所提供的反射式LED照明灯结构,分为两个独立可拆装的部分,分别为灯具外壳和光源模条。其中光源模条将LED光源以及LED光源安装基座做成一体式结构。该两部分采用直接或者连接件配合的结构形式,并通过插槽***的方式连接固定,使一体式结构的光源模条只需通过插拔即可实现两者之间的安装和拆卸,操作非常简单方便,能有效提高产品生产效率。在对灯具进行拆卸维修时,不需要单独拆卸LED光源,避免了拆卸过程中对LED光源造成的损坏。且在灯具外壳采用防护等级较高的封闭式结构时,通过简单的插拔方式,也能很方便的完成灯具各部分的安装和拆卸。
另外,在相同功率的情况下,采用单侧设置插槽,即只在单侧放置LED光源的方式,与双侧均放置LED光源相比较,由于相同数量的LED光源之间的安装距离可以更小,从而有效避免了光源之间距离较大时可能存在的照射暗区,使得被照区域的光线更加均匀和柔和。

具体实施方式
图1~图3所示,本发明所提供的反射式LED照明灯结构,包括灯具外壳1以及光源模条2。灯具外壳1为呈拱形的长条形拉伸铝型材,拱部为封闭结构。在灯具外壳1的拉伸方向上,靠近其底端的位置开设有插槽10。光源模条2在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源20以及焊接LED光源20的线路板21,线路板21贴装在LED光源安装基座22上,然后,LED光源安装基座22***到灯具外壳1的插槽10内。为了进一步提高灯具的散热,LED光源安装基座与灯具外壳1之间要具有一定面积的接触面,以使光源模条2产生的热量通过灯具外壳1散发出去。在灯具外壳1的拱部内侧壁上贴装有反光膜3。LED光源20与反光膜3的相对位置以及灯具外壳1的拱形弯度根据实际所要求的照度和照明效果通过现有的照明计算软件确定,如dialux(帝尔勒斯)软件(一种应用于灯光照明领域,可精确计算并模拟照明效果的设计软件),或者其他计算软件。在光源模条2***插槽10后,再将透光罩4安装在灯具外壳1上。透光罩4与灯具外壳1的安装连接处设置一层硅胶垫片5。透光罩4的外侧边采用压条6将透光罩4安装在灯具外壳1上。最后,灯具外壳1两端开口位置用端盖7固定并封闭。
图4~图5所示的本发明实施例二,与实施例一的不同点在于,该LED照明灯的灯具外壳8是由两个拱形结构并排拼接而成。在两个拱形结构之间,通过长条形拉伸铝型材的连接件9连接起来。连接件9在其拉伸方向的两侧分别设置有供灯具外壳8和LED光源安装基座22***的插槽90、91。拱形结构的两端用端盖18固定并封闭。
图6所示,由本发明所提供的反射式LED照明灯结构串接而成的LED照明装置呈圆形。也可根据实际需要,通过在相邻LED照明灯之间设计具体的连接片形状,从而能够串接成各种不同造型的大型LED照明装置,如长条形、弧形、S形等。

Claims (13)

1.一种反射式LED照明灯结构,包括灯具外壳以及光源模条,所述光源模条安装在灯具外壳上,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳上安装有反光层,所述光源模条在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源以及LED光源安装基座;所述LED光源安装基座和灯具外壳为两种长条形拉伸型材,两者之间通过插槽***的方式连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述光源模条还包括焊接LED光源的线路板,所述线路板贴装在所述LED光源安装基座上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳呈拱部封闭的拱形结构,所述拱部的内侧壁贴装有反光膜或涂覆有反光涂料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述LED光源安装基座和灯具外壳相互配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述插槽设置在所述拱形结构或LED光源安装基座拉伸方向上的内侧端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述插槽设置在所述拱形结构或LED光源安装基座拉伸方向上的相向两侧端。
7.根据权利要求5所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述插槽设置在所述拱形结构或LED光源安装基座拉伸方向上的一侧端。
8.根据权利要求3所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳为包含两个以上并排设置的所述拱形结构。
9.根据权利要求8所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述两个以上拱形结构之间通过长条形拉伸型材的连接件连接,所述插槽设置在连接件拉伸方向上,分别供灯具外壳和LED光源安装基座***。
10.根据权利要求1所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳在安装好光源模条后,其两端通过端盖进一步使两者固定。
11.根据权利要求1所述的反射式LED照明灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳和LED光源安装基座为铝型材或导热塑料。
12.一种LED照明装置,其特征在于,该照明装置是由若干个如权利要求1至11中任一所述的反射式LED照明灯结构串接而成。
13.根据权利要求12所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,该串接而成的照明装置呈长条形,方形、弧形、圆形或S形。
