背景技术
传统的水箱拉丝机控制***多采用继电器控制,通过直流调速***对收线进行控制,控制方式原始,故障率高,收线装置跟不上主机速度的突然变化,随着收线盘半径的增大,收线速度能自动调整,但不能适应张力的冲击和干扰,容易引起断丝,影响生产效率。

本实用新型解决现有问题的技术方案是:一种水箱拉丝机控制装置,包括主电机、收线电机,所述的主电机和收线电机为变频电机,收线处设有张力传感器,所述的主电机和收线电机均设有变频器,其特征在于:所述的收线电机变频器为张力变频器,张力变频器与装置所设的PLC相连接,所述的张力变频器与收线处的张力传感器构成闭环电路。
