Abstract
本发明公开了一种铰链装置,其用于铰接移动电话等便携式电子装置的本体和盖体。该铰链装置包括一轴、一转动件、一凸轮构件、一减摩体、一挡圈和一弹性件,转动件与轴连接,该凸轮构件的一端设有凸轮面,其由一孔贯通,上述凸轮构件和弹性件套于该轴上,凸轮构件可相对转动件和轴转动,凸轮构件的凸轮面与转动件在弹性件的作用下始终抵顶,该挡圈一端与弹性件接触,另一端与减摩体接触,减摩体设于挡圈与凸轮构件之间,减摩体与挡圈之间的摩擦系数小于凸轮构件与挡圈之间的摩擦系数。该铰链装置可减小摩擦、降低能量损耗,从而延长铰链装置的使用寿命。本发明还公开了一种应用该铰链装置的便携式电子装置。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种铰链装置,尤其是关于一种适用于移动电话或PDA等便携式电子装置的铰链装置,本发明还关于一种应用该铰链装置的便携式电子装置。
【背景技术】
目前,市场上所销售的电子产品,如移动电话和PDA等便携式电子装置,多为折叠式结构,即包括本体和盖体,采用铰链将盖体和本体可旋转地铰接在一起。折叠式移动电话的铰链按结构分为构件式、扭簧式和压簧式,目前业界常采用压簧式,压簧式铰链为利用凸轮与随动件配合以压缩或释放弹簧而达成盖体开合功能。
一现有铰链装置,其包括一心轴、一转轴部、一旋转部和一弹性件。该转轴部和旋转部一端相接,其相接端面上均设有凸轮面,该弹性件套设在心轴上并推抵旋转部的一端。该转轴部通过其上的止转部与移动电话本体结合,该旋转部通过其上的止转部与移动电话的盖体结合。由于旋转部随盖体一起转动,旋转部与弹性件之间有相对旋转,且该铰链装置的旋转部与弹性件直接接触且抵持,故压力较大,从而使旋转部与弹性件之间存在较大摩擦,这样,造成了能量的损耗,使打开移动电话盖体时较费力,同时摩擦带来元件磨损,使铰链装置寿命缩短且不稳定。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种摩擦较小、能量损耗较少的铰链装置。
一种铰链装置,包括一轴、一转动件、一凸轮构件、一减摩体、一挡圈和一弹性件,转动件与轴连接,该凸轮构件的一端设有凸轮面,其由一孔贯通,上述凸轮构件和弹性件套于该轴上,凸轮构件可相对转动件和轴转动,凸轮构件的凸轮面与转动件在弹性件的作用下始终抵顶,该挡圈一端与弹性件接触,另一端与减摩体接触,减摩体设于挡圈与凸轮构件之间,减摩体与挡圈之间的摩擦系数小于凸轮构件与挡圈之间的摩擦系数。
一种便携式电子装置,包括一本体和一盖体,该本体和盖体由一铰链装置可转动连接,该铰链装置包括一轴、一转动件、一凸轮构件、一减摩体、一挡图和一弹性件,转动件与轴连接,该凸轮构件的一端设有凸轮面,其由一孔贯通,上述凸轮构件和弹性件套于该轴上,凸轮构件可相对转动件和轴转动,凸轮构件的凸轮面与转动件在弹性件的作用下始终抵顶,该挡图一端与弹性件接触,另一端与减摩体接触,减摩体设于挡圈与凸轮构件之间,减摩体与挡圈之间的摩擦系数小于凸轮构件与挡圈之间的摩擦系数。
相较现有技术,所述铰链装置于凸轮构件与弹性件之间设有一挡圈,于凸轮构件一端设一减摩体,该减摩体与挡圈之间的较小摩擦系数可减小其相互间的摩擦力,由此降低了该相关构件的磨损,从而延长了铰链装置的使用寿命;另,减小摩擦可降低能量损耗,从而使打开移动电话盖体更省力、更轻松。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的较佳实施例公开一铰链装置90,其适用于包括本体和盖体的移动电话或PDA等便携式电子装置。在本实施例中,以移动电话为例。
请参阅图1和图2,该铰链装置90包括一轴1、一凸轮构件2、一减摩体3、一挡图4、一弹簧5和一卡环6。
该轴1的一端部设有一止转部10,另一端设置一凸缘部14,一转动部12位于止转部10与凸缘部14之间,其与止转部10接续设置,该转动部12朝向凸缘部14的一端设有二凸部120,该凸部120的顶部具有一顶端122,该转动部12与凸缘部14之间为一轴部13,该轴部13靠近凸缘部14处有一直径较小的小轴部130。
该凸轮构件2为柱状体,其外侧壁上设有一止转肋20,该凸轮构件2由一凸轮孔22将其中心贯通,且该凸轮构件2的一端为一凸轮面24,该凸轮面24包括二相对的凹谷240和二相对的凸峰242,该凸轮构件2的另一端开设有一环形凹槽26。所述减摩体3设置于该凹槽26内,并紧密配合。
减摩体3为圆环体,其置于凸轮构件2的凹槽26内。该减摩体3的厚度可稍大于凹槽26的深度,而使挡圈4仅与减摩体3接触,该减摩体3的厚度也可与凹槽26的深度相当,而使挡圈4的端面一部分与减摩体3接触。该减摩体3采用尼龙或聚甲醛等塑胶材料,使其与挡圈4之间的摩擦系数比凸轮构件2与挡圈4之间的摩擦系数小,以减小摩擦,从而减少能量损耗。
该挡圈4为一圆环,其靠近凸轮构件2,且套设于轴1的轴部13处。
该弹簧5为一螺旋柱状压缩弹簧,该弹簧5的弹力推抵凸轮构件2始终与凸部120接触。
该卡环6为边缘设有一缺口的圆环,其卡设在与轴1的凸缘部14相邻的小轴部130上以与弹簧5抵顶而防止该弹簧5从轴1上脱落,该凸缘部14防止卡环6脱出。
请参阅图3和图4,组装时,首先将减摩体3置于凸轮构件2的凹槽26处,再将所述凸轮构件2、挡圈4和弹簧5依次从轴1的凸缘部14一端套于轴部13上,最后将卡环6通过其缺口卡于小轴部130上,并抵持凸缘部14。组装好后,该凸轮构件2的凸轮面24与轴1的凸部120对接,其二顶端122处于该凸轮构件2的二凹谷240处,减摩体3稍微突出凸轮构件2的端面而与挡圈4的一端面接触,弹簧5的两端分别与挡圈4和卡环6抵顶并可预蓄有一定弹力,而使凸轮构件2始终与凸部120接触。该凸轮构件2可于轴部13上直线滑动,并可相对于轴部13转动。
请参阅图5,所述铰链装置90用于便携式电子装置时,该便携式电子装置包括一本体91和一盖体92,铰链装置90安装于该本体91和盖体92的连接部位,凸轮构件2通过其止转肋20与便携式电子装置盖体92配合,并可同盖体92一起转动,轴1通过止转部10与便携式电子装置本体91配合,并相对于本体91固定。盖体92处于关闭状态时,轴1的凸部120的顶端122位于凸轮构件2的凹谷240处,且凸轮构件2在弹簧5的弹力作用下始终与凸部120接触,此时,弹簧5具有一预压力。
开启盖体92时,通过外力将盖体92打开,转动部12上的凸部120的顶端122由凹谷240沿着凸轮面24滑动,凸轮构件2与盖体92一起转动的同时沿轴1直线滑动,从而使弹簧5被压缩,当顶端122到达凸峰242时,弹簧5被压缩至最短并积蓄了一定的弹性势能,当顶端122越过凸峰242时,由于弹簧5的弹力作用,凸部120自动沿凸轮面24下滑,直到其顶端122处于另一凹谷240处,盖体92打开。在此过程中,减摩体3随凸轮构件2一起转动,挡圈4与减摩体3抵持接触并产生相互的轴向压力,从而由摩擦力计算公式:f摩擦=μ*f压(μ为摩擦系数),由于减摩体3与挡圈4之间的摩擦系数比凸轮构件2与挡圈4之间的摩擦系数小,故可减小摩擦,从而减少能量损耗。关闭盖体92时,铰链装置90的工作原理与打开时相同。
可以理解,该减摩体3也可为液体状或乳液状的润滑油,即在凹槽26内注入润滑油,该润滑油在凸轮构件2转动时于凸轮构件2与挡圈4之间形成一油膜,同样可达到减小摩擦的效果;该减摩体还可设于凸轮构件2的端部,而无需开设凹槽26;转动部12与轴1也可分开成型,然后将转动部12与轴1通过其他结构固定连接到一起,如可于转动部12内设一变形孔,于轴1上设一变形部,将转动部12套于轴1上使变形孔与变形部无相对旋转配合即可;该轴1的止转部10的相对端的凸缘部14可为其他结构,如在凸缘部14处设置螺纹,而将卡环6改为一与其配合的螺母,只需能使套在轴1上的部件不脱出即可;该凸缘部14也可省略,而通过移动电话机体抵持卡环6或直接抵顶弹簧5;轴1上的止转部10可设于转动部12上;弹簧5可为其他弹性件,如橡胶条等。
Claims (12)
1.一种铰链装置,包括一轴、一转动件、一凸轮构件和一弹性件,转动件与轴连接,该凸轮构件的一端设有凸轮面,其由一孔贯通,上述凸轮构件和弹性件套于该轴上,凸轮构件可相对转动件和轴转动,凸轮构件的凸轮面与转动件在弹性件的作用下始终抵顶,其特征在于:该铰链装置还包括一减摩体和一挡圈,该挡圈一端与弹性件接触,另一端与减摩体接触,减摩体设于挡圈与凸轮构件之间,减摩体与挡圈之间的摩擦系数小于凸轮构件与挡圈之间的摩擦系数。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该凸轮构件为一柱状体,其设凸轮面一端的相对端开设有一容置槽,所述减摩体容纳于该容置槽内。
3.如权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该转动件与该轴为一体成型。
4.如权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该转动件与该轴分别成型。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该转动件包括凸部,该凸部与凸轮构件上的凸轮面配合。
6.如权利要求5所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该轴的一端部设置一凸缘部,该铰链装置还包括一边缘设有一缺口的卡环,其设于轴上且紧靠轴的凸缘部的一端面。
7.如权利要求5所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该铰链装置还包括一螺母,该轴的一端部设置一螺纹,该螺母设于轴上且与螺纹配合。
8.如权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该挡圈为一圆环,该弹性件为一螺旋柱状压缩弹簧。
9.如权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该减摩体的材料为尼龙或聚甲醛等塑胶材料,其与凸轮构件一起相对转动件转动。
10.如权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该轴的一端或转动件上设一止转部,该凸轮构件外壁设有一止转装置。
11.如权利要求2所述的铰链装置,其特征在于:该减摩体可为液体状或乳液状的润滑剂,将其注入所述容置槽内。
12.一种便携式电子装置,包括一本体和一盖体,该本体和盖体由一铰链装置可转动连接,该铰链装置包括一轴、一转动件、一凸轮构件和一弹性件,转动件与轴连接,该凸轮构件的一端设有凸轮面,其由一孔贯通,上述凸轮构件和弹性件套于该轴上,凸轮构件可相对转动件和轴转动,凸轮构件的凸轮面与转动件在弹性件的作用下始终抵顶,其特征在于:该铰链装置还包括一减摩体和一挡圈,该挡图一端与弹性件接触,另一端与减摩体接触,减摩体设于挡圈与凸轮构件之间,减摩体与挡圈之间的摩擦系数小于凸轮构件与挡圈之间的摩擦系数。
