Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可用于自行车的整体控制单元和供电组件,它包括内装电子控制单元的盒子和用于存放一个或几个供电电池的容器,所说的电池固定器则连接到控制单元盒上。
背景技术
上述类型的装置已形成由本申请人分别于二零零零年五月九日和二零零零年九月十五日提出的意大利在先专利申请T02000A000430和T02000A000869的主题,至本申请提交之日,这两件专利仍未公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于进一步改善以前提出的那种组件,使其具备更多的优越功能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的主题是本说明开始时所指出的那种整体控制单元和供电组件,其特征在于,至少有一个传感器装置安装在所说的电池固定器和所说的控制单元盒之间的至少一个上。
在一优选实施例中,上述传感器装置安装在电池固定器上。上述传感器装置可以是用于现代自行车、特别是竞赛用自行车上的各种类型的传感器装置中的一种,例如,用以在安装在自行车把手上的显示盘上显示各种参数(诸如速度、脚蹬频率等)。一种此类的传感器,例如脚蹬频率传感器,典型地包括一磁激励传感器,它安装在自行车框架上邻近某一曲臂处,曲臂每转一圈,便受到附着在一脚蹬上的永久磁铁一次激励,并以这种方式将每转一圈所产生的一个脉冲发送到安装在自行车上的电子控制单元上。如前所述,按照现有技术,磁激励装置是固定在自行车框架上的。然而,按照本发明,开发出了一种整体控制单元和供电组件,它还可用于安装一个或几个,例如,上述那种用来检测脚蹬频率的传感器。采用上文已经引用的、形成意大利在先专利申请T02000A000430的主题的那种布置,可以一种特别有利的方法得到上述结果,按照该专利的布置,此组件则安装在框架上固定水瓶架的区域,或者,也可以采用以本申请人的名义在与本专利同一天提出申请的、现正在审理的专利申请中建议的布置,将此组件安装在自行车框架上底部托架罩或曲臂座下。在这两种情况下,控制单元盒包括一用于与电池固定器连接的插座式管状附件,此管状物最好作成一细长的圆柱体。在前一种情况下,电池固定器是在平行于固定水瓶架的、自行车框架的下管方向上延伸的,在后一种情况下,电池固定器实际上是在平行于两个自行车链支撑杆之一的方向上延伸的。
最好,把上述磁激励传感器(或任何其他传感器)安置在圆柱形电池固定器的一端。在安装在自行车上的情况下,最好放置在邻近曲臂之一。
因此,本发明能使控制单元和电池组件又增添了一个优点,从而形成了上面提到的本专利申请的主题。此外,按照在先专利申请T02000A000869建议的内容,电池固定器最好以可拆卸的方式容纳于控制单元盒的插座式管状附件内。因此,把传感器装置放置在电池固定器上便有可能对传感器装置的任何操作变得极为容易而迅速。同时,不需要进行专门的操作就能够安装传感器装置,只要把电池固定器连接到控制单元盒上就足够了。

具体实施方式
图1中,参考数字1,就整体而言,是指包括在曲臂座4处交会的下管2和车座管3在内的自行车框架,曲臂座4以旋转的方式支撑着曲臂5(图中只示出了一曲臂)与之相连的曲臂销。
根据本专利申请人提出的正在审理中的一件专利申请,在曲臂座4下固定了一个用以存放控制安装在自行车上的各种电子器件的电子控制单元盒6。还是根据上述正在审理的专利申请,控制单元盒6在其顶部有一与曲臂座4的底部表面相贴合的弧状表面7(见图2),此外,它还带有一插座式管状附件8,设计成以以快速接合方式容纳圆柱形电池固定器9的端部。以类似于在先专利申请T02000A000869所示的方法,电池固定器9在其一端有与另一端绝缘的、由金属环10组成的电触点,这些触点与设在插座式管状附件8内的触点以这种方式配合,当电池固定器9连接到插座8内时,便产生了两种接触:即控制单元盒6和电池固定器9之间的机械接触和放置在电池固定器9内的电池与电子控制单元的电接触。
按照本发明,磁激励传感器装置11安装在电池固定器9末端,它与固定在自行车的一个脚蹬的销13的一端的磁铁12(见图2)配合。传感器11安置在离开曲臂销的距离正好等于曲臂长度处。因此,每当脚蹬在传感器11前经过时,依靠部分位于电池固定器9内和部分包含在电池固定器9的外表面上的环形触点的连接和插座8内的辅助接触所形成的连接而共同完成的电连接,传感器11向放置在控制单元盒6内的电子控制单元发送出信号。
由图1和图2可见,在上述实施例中,在电池固定器9安装在自行车上的情况下,电池固定器9大体平行于自行车链支撑杆14之一延伸。
图3和图4示出了一种派生方案,在此方案中,根据以本专利申请人的名义申请的专利申请T02000A000430所建议的内容,把控制单元和供电组件安装在与固定水瓶架的区域相应的区域。按照上面所说的在先专利申请,在这种情况下,控制单元盒6呈扁平体状且在水瓶架支撑装置15的下方,用与自行车框架的下管2上攻出的两个罗纹孔17相配的螺钉16将控制单元盒6安装。此外,在这种情况下,控制单元盒6有一管状附件(在这种情况下,为一贯通的附件)18,设计以快速接合方式容纳带有环状电触点10的电池固定器9的端部。还是根据本申请人以前的建议,用进一步凸缘19将电池固定器9保持于稳定状态,该凸缘是用两个螺钉之一固定于顶端的孔17中,而盒6有一被另一个螺钉16固定在另一孔17的凸缘。由图4可见,磁激励传感器装置11安置在电池固定器9的底端,位于邻近脚蹬之一的作用半径。此外,在这种情况下,传感器11与安装在一个脚蹬销13的端部的永久磁铁2配合(在这种情况下,脚蹬安装在右手侧的曲臂上,而不是安装在图1所示的左手侧的曲臂上)。
当然,在不使本发明的原理受损的条件下,相对文中仅仅作为例子介绍和图示的内容而言,结构的细节和实施例可变化较大,而不超出本发明的范围。特别地,可以设想,,在按照本发明的组件上可以设置多于一个的传感器装置,而且传感器可以是各种各样的,甚至可以与仅仅作为例子的上述传感器完全不同。还可以设想,传感器安装在控制单元盒上,而不是安装在电池固定器上,虽然采用后一种方案更为可取,因为拆卸或安装传感器时只要简单地把电池固定器连接到设在控制单元盒上的相应插座上或从其上卸下即可。
例如,可以设想再用一个传感器来发送指示自行车后轮转速的信号。例如,在图1和图2所示实施例的情况下,可以采用这种解决方案把电池固定器9的末端邻近自行车后轮。

Claims (7)

1.一种可用于自行车的整体控制单元和供电组件,包括一内装一电子控制单元的盒子(6)和一用于存放一个或几个供电电池的电池固定器(9),所说的电池固定器(9)被连接到控制单元盒(6)上,其特征在于,至少一个传感器装置(11)安装在所说的电池固定盒(9)和所说的控制单元盒(6)之间的至少一个上。
2.按照权利要求1的组件,其特征在于,所说的传感器装置(11)安装在所说的电池固定器(9)上。
3.按照权利要求2的组件,其特征在于,所说的控制单元盒(6)有一用于快速接合到所说的电池固定器(9)上的插座式管状附件(8,18)。
4.按照权利要求3的组件,其特征在于,所说的电池固定器(9)有一细长的圆柱体,并在其一端带有上述传感器装置(11)。
5.按照权利要求4的组件,其特征在于,所说的传感器装置(11)是一种设计用于与一永久磁铁(12)共同工作的磁激励传感器,所说的永久磁铁(12)则连接在脚蹬上以便曲臂每转一圈就发送出一个信号,所说的组件设计成安装在自行车框架上的某一位置处,即所说的传感器(11)离开自行车曲臂座的距离大体等于曲臂(5)的长度。
6.按照权利要求5的组件,其特征在于,以这样的方式定形和设定所说的控制单元盒(6),即把它安装在自行车框架的下管上位于固定水瓶架的支撑单元的同一区域。
7.按照权利要求5的组件,其特征在于,以这样的方式定形和设定所所说的控制单元盒(6),即把它安装在自行车的曲臂座(4)的下方。
