Abstract

Description
本发明涉及制备液态、膏状和气态介质输送管道的挤压、注塑或吹塑成型的塑料的管、管接头或成型件,它具有一个至少由三层组成的且其内层和外层由母材构成并且其中间层由母材和至少一种添加剂构成的管体(EP0470605A1)。
金属管且尤其是铜管、镀锌钢管、特种钢管和少部分铅管的应用领域受某些介质参数如pH值、流速、工作温度的限制。在是铅管和铜管时的金属管腐蚀性及重金属释出限制了金属管被用于饮用水管道以及食品业所需管道的可能性。因此,在许多情况下,金属回收、矿石输送、矿石运输和矿石冶炼以及金属管的生产因所需能耗高而不再是经济的并且就环境危害而言不再是合理的。
由于上述原因,用于制备用于不同应用领域的如饮用水供应、热技术、食品业、仪器制造以及化学业的管道的塑料管逐渐变提高了其重要性。
塑料管相对金属管的好处在于其耐侵蚀介质的强度以及耐结疤的强度更高以及耐蚀性更强、绝缘效果更高、使用卫生、重量轻、连接技术和安装简单以及有利的环境平衡。
生产管子所用的塑料如能够通过内金属层或外金属层且尤其是铝层加强的聚氯乙烯、不交联和交联的聚乙烯、聚丁烯以及聚丙烯能够以所用的聚合物和由此产生的不同机械性能以及连接技术而区分开。为了连接塑料的管和成型件,使用了粘接、螺栓连接、压接、挤压、移动套装置、夹紧装置以及加热件接头焊接。
长期接触塑料管道中的氧化还原介质损害了被用做管材的塑料的化学和机械性能。管材的微分子相互间具有一定长度和一定数量的环链。链长度和环链类型首先决定了管材的特性曲线图。未结晶的非晶态区位于被优选用作管材的聚合物的结晶部分之间,它们保证了结晶部分在聚合物中的移动性并且导致了管材具有一定弹性和韧性。
为了消除管子所用聚合物的危险,在所述非晶态区内加入了添加剂如金属钝化剂、氯受体、氧受体、原子团截留剂、紫外线稳定剂、加工稳定剂以及长期热稳定剂。这些添剂剂必须耐萃取但能迁移地被装入聚合物基体中。
添加剂在聚合物非晶态区内是活动的。这种效果是理想的,所需的添加剂因而可以移向接触介质的部位,它在这里产生了耐侵蚀介质的保护作用并且保护聚合物链不被破坏。
在这种由含添加剂的聚合物构成的管中的一个重要缺点就是,在相当多的添加剂通过由内层构成的非晶态区以及中间层转移到管子外层中,而在外层中不需要添加剂。当添加剂的有效性因其保护机理而消耗或转变时,在与流经管子的介质接触的管内层中,开始出现了分子受损,即所谓的链解体。管壁强度因磨损和链解体而降低。最后,管内压导致了管子破裂。管材的这种结构软化造成在很大程度上取决于介质和温度。在介质温度升高的情况下,损伤速度超比例地提高。
本发明的任务是改进一种用于制备液态、膏状和气态介质输送用管道的且具有高机械强度、耐化学性能和耐热性能的塑料的管、管接头和成型件。
根据本发明,通过这样由塑料制成的多层塑料管件、管接头和成型件而完成了上述任务,它的特征在于,内层和中间层由聚合物构成,在与要输送介质接触的内层和/或中间层之部分结晶的聚合物的非晶态区中加入了防侵蚀性介质且尤其是耐氧化及还原之介质的添加剂,在中间层聚合物的非晶态区中,作为阻隔材料地加入了填充剂和/或添加剂以抑制添加剂从内层迁移到管、管接头或成型件的外层中。
通过管件、管接头和成型件的防迁移中间层的封锁作用,有效的添加剂成分仍然留在与流经管道的介质接触的内层中。这就防止了添加剂移动和扩散到不与流经管道的介质接触的管、管接头和成型件之区域或所述层中。同样抑制了气体和液体从内部通过管壁扩散到流经管道的介质中。由于中间层的阻隔作用,提高了内层耐化学性能和耐热性能。由于添加剂长期连续地集中在与流经介质接触的管、管接头和成型件的内层中,所以即使在工作温度很高时,也成功地抑制了催化金属离子的作用以及氧、酸和碱以及游离氯和其它卤素的氧化作用并且提高了抵抗这些介质的性能。这种以复层结构出名的塑料管还以高抗弯和抗拉强度、容易操作加工、非常卫生以及抗流动噪音的消音性强而著称,其中所述流动噪音是在液态流经管子时产生的。

塑料管1中间层4的用于使聚丙烯随机共聚物以及玻璃纤维、玻璃球或玻璃粉或这些材料的混合物化合的偶合添加剂由硅烷化合物构成。

为了生产出塑料管中间层4的原始复合材料,在一台混合装置中把其原始长度为0.1毫米-6毫米的短玻璃纤维段或在混合时被粉碎的连续玻璃纤维和/或玻璃球和/或玻璃粉以及可能有的稳定剂和添加剂与一增塑或增稠的聚丙烯随机共聚物加工成均匀的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维为500特-5000特之间。
可以在这样一台机器上加工塑料管,即它配备有三个用于挤压制造内层2、中间层4和外层3的挤压模。
为了将塑料管与管接头或成型件焊接在一起,用一个工具把要连接的管端和管接头或成型件的孔内壁加热到塑料能流动为止,其中所述工具由用于加热管端的电热式加热套和一个用于加热管接头或成型件的孔壁的电热式芯杆构成。随后,管被推入管接头的孔中,从而这两个部件被焊接在一起。
这种新型的复(多)层塑料管可以被用于制备液体管道且尤其是饮用水管道以及气体管道并且被用于化学工业、仪器制造以及食品业中。
Claims (10)
1.用于制备液态、膏状和气态介质输送管道的由塑料经挤压、注塑或吹塑成型的管件、管接头或成型件,它具有一个至少由三层组成的、其一个内层和一个外层由母材构成且一个中间层由母材和至少一种添加剂构成的管体,其特征在于,管件、管接头或成型件的内层(2)和中间层(4)由聚合物构成,在与要输送介质接触的内层(2)和/或中间层(4)的部分结晶的聚合物的非晶态区中加入了防侵蚀性介质且尤其是耐氧化及还原介质的添加剂,在中间层(4)聚合物的非晶态区中,加入了作为阻隔材料的填充剂和/或添加剂以抑制添加剂从内层(2)迁移到管件、管接头或成型件的外层(3)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料管,其特征在于,其内层(2)、中间层(4)和外层(3)是由与母材相同的聚合物构成的。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料管,其特征在于,将聚丙烯随机共聚物用作塑料管的内层(2)、中间层(4)和外层(3)的母材。
4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的塑料管,其特征在于,塑料管的中间层(4)的复合材料含有以下成分:
a)其重量百分比占50%-90%且优选地为60%-80%的聚丙烯随机共聚物,它具有一重量百分比为2%-6%的乙烯含量并且在190℃实验温度及5公斤的负荷重量下具有0.3克/10分钟-10克/10分钟的MFR值;
b)重量百分比占到10%-50%且优选为20%-40%的玻璃纤维、玻璃球或玻璃粉或这些材料的混合物;
c)一种用于使聚丙烯随机共聚物基材与玻璃纤维和/或玻璃球和/或玻璃粉化合的偶合添加剂。
5.如权利要求1-4之一所述的塑料管,其特征在于,在中间层(4)复合材料和/或内层(2)母材中混入了加工辅助材料如润滑剂。
6.如权利要求1-5之一所述的塑料管,其特征在于,外层(3)的母材含有润滑剂。
7.如权利要求1-6之一所述的塑料管,其特征在于,中间层(4)复合材料和/或内层(2)母材含有添加剂,如含有光稳定剂和热稳定剂。
8.如权利要求1-7之一所述的塑料管,其特征在于,在外层(3)的母材中加入了添加剂如光稳定剂和热稳定剂。
9.如权利要求1-8之一所述的塑料管,其特征在于,塑料管中间层(4)之复合材料的偶合添加剂由硅烷化合物构成。
10.用于制备如权利要求1-9之一所述塑料管的原始复合材料的方法,其特征在于,在一台混合装置中,把原始长度为0.1毫米-6毫米的短玻璃纤维段或在混合时被粉碎的连续玻璃纤维和/或玻璃球和/或玻璃粉以及稳定剂和添加剂与一增塑的聚丙烯随机共聚物加工成均匀的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维为500特-5000特。
