Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于交换集装箱-车辆的支腿,用以将交换集装箱置放于一水平的底座上,此支腿具有两个伸缩式管和一个压缩空气驱动装置用于使一个管移入和移出,其特征在于,在内部的可移出的管(52)上设具有水平支承面的螺纹状或环形的支承部件(520),并在外部的管(51)上设置一个与所述支承部件(520)共同作用的、具有水平支承面的啮合部件(60),所述啮合部件从脱啮合位置(图5)被弹性预力压入其啮合位置(图4),并被力锁合地固定在外部的管(51)上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于交换集装箱-车辆(Wechselbehaelter-Fahrzeug)的支腿,用以将交换集装箱置放于一水平的底座上。
背景技术
交换集装箱通常由载重汽车或其拖车运输。对此是这样进行的,即,载重汽车接纳交换集装箱连同货载,并将其运输到一个期望的地点。在那里放下交换集装箱,而车辆可以接纳其它货载。置放期间,交换集装箱得通过支腿将集装箱和相应的货物所产生载荷传到支承面上。通常交换集装箱具有四个支腿,其中,具有围绕水平轴线可摆转的支腿的结构设计已为公知(DE 196 07 945 A1)。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,使交换集装箱支腿的这种摆转过程或移出过程自动地进行,也就是说,设计成使车辆司机根本不必为置放过程而离开驾驶室。
为此,本发明提出一种用于交换集装箱-车辆的支腿,用以将交换集装箱置放到一水平的底座上,此支腿具有两个伸缩式管和一个工作介质缸用于使一个管移入和移出,其中,在内部的可移出的管上设具有水平支承面的螺纹状或环形的支承部件,并在外部的管上设置一个与所述支承部件共同作用的、具有水平支承面的啮合部件,所述啮合部件从脱啮合位置被弹性预力压入其啮合位置,并被力锁合地固定在外部的管上,其特征在于,内部的可移出的管通过一个滑块和一个杆件与工作介质缸的活塞杆连接;在管的外部设有半球形的空隙,用以容纳位于杆件上的半球形的凸起;并且,当所述凸起在活塞杆向内或向上运动的情况下从所述空隙中脱出时,所述杆件和所述啮合部件从它们的啮合位置移出,而允许在管之间发生相对运动。

具体实施方式
在图1中简示出一个支腿,它放置在一个底座40上。该支腿可以通过一个工作介质缸31移入和移出。部位32示出缸31的活塞杆与支腿的可移出的管52的连接。部位33示出外部的管51与一啮合部件60的力锁合连接。在图1中简示出这些部件,借助于图2至4详细说明这些部件。
所述支腿30可以围绕一个水平轴线摆转,并且是通过另一工作介质缸20,此缸在一个在管的圆周部分上延伸的轨迹上通过活塞杆的移入和移出产生一种摆转运动。该工作介质缸的移入和移出方向用双箭头表示,而由此产生的摆转运动通过22象征性地表示。
所述支腿30或其驱动装置20固定在一个未示出的车辆的底盘10上。同样在底盘上还示出一个用于一车轮12的车轮固定体11。在所示位置,交换集装箱或底盘和所有其它提到的支腿30上的部件放置到地面40上,使得车轮12与地面具有距离。
图2至4是依剖切线A-A得到的。
图2示出外部的伸缩式管51和位于其中的活塞杆50。在活塞杆端部有一个横向延伸的销子55,该销子装在一长孔中。销子在这个长孔中可以占据两个极限位置,在图2中示出下位置,在图3中示出上位置。
所述销子本身设置在一个滑块53的横向延伸的空隙里面,该滑块通过一个杆件54向下延伸。
由图2可以看出,所述活塞杆50不是直接与内部的可移出的管52连接,而是通过滑块53和杆件54。在图2中,可以看出在管52外部区域的一个球形的空隙,一个半球形凸起540位于该空隙里面,所述凸起设在杆件54上。这个部件的作用方式借助于下面的附图加以说明。
图2示出部件的第一功能操作,并且可以看出,通过活塞杆50的向上运动也使内部的管52向上运动。
图3示出这样的功能操作,在该功能操作中使空隙530和凸起540脱离啮合并使滑块53居于一个相对于图2的位置更靠右的位置。
图4和5示出支腿的下部并对此作如下说明。
可移出的管52构造有多个螺纹状或环状支承部件520。这些支承部件具有一朝上的水平面和一从那里开始斜向延伸的轮廓。在图4的视图中,可以看出一种锯齿形的结构。
在啮合部件60上可以看到一个相应的锯齿形结构,但是凸起部是反向的并以61表示。如图4所示,所述凸起部61与支承部件520共同作用,从而可以将一个力从管52经啮合部件60传递到外部的管51,即,在这个位置交换集装箱可以被放置到基座上并相应地传递载荷。
图5示出凸起540从内部的管52上的空隙530中脱出的情形。由此使杆件54向右移动并从而也使啮合部件60移动。在这个位置,伸缩管51和52之间可发生相对运动。
啮合部件60位于外部的管51的一窗口中并可以实现所期望的向内和向外运动。有一未示出的弹簧预力,该预力用来使所述啮合部件60进入啮合位置。
Claims (1)
1.用于交换集装箱-车辆的支腿,用以将交换集装箱置放到一水平的底座上,此支腿具有两个伸缩式管和一个工作介质缸用于使一个管移入和移出,其中,在内部的可移出的管(52)上设具有水平支承面的螺纹状或环形的支承部件(520),并在外部的管(51)上设置一个与所述支承部件(520)共同作用的、具有水平支承面的啮合部件(60),所述啮合部件从脱啮合位置被弹性预力压入其啮合位置,并被力锁合地固定在外部的管(51)上,其特征在于,内部的可移出的管(52)通过一个滑块(53)和一个杆件(54)与工作介质缸(31)的活塞杆(50)连接;在管(52)的外部设有半球形的空隙(530),用以容纳位于杆件(54)上的半球形的凸起(540);并且,当所述凸起(540)在活塞杆(50)向内或向上运动的情况下从所述空隙(530)中脱出时,所述杆件(54)和所述啮合部件(60)从它们的啮合位置移出,而允许在管(51,52)之间发生相对运动。
