当分离床206a正在经历填充循环时,分离床206b可能正在经历净化循环以排出来自先前填充循环的任何氮气。在净化循环期间,先前加压的分离床206b将氮气通过阀204a排出,并通过消音器202排出到大气。在净化循环期间,来自分离床206a或产品罐208a、208b的一定量的氧可进料到分离床206b中,以用氧预加载或预充分离床206b,如由图2中用短划线所示的任选的放泄阀212和固定孔口214所控制。
如由图2中的点线所示,一旦分离床206a已经被填充和/或分离床206b已经被净化,控制***220切换阀204a、204b、204c和204d,使得分离床206b进入填充循环,而分离床206a进入净化循环。在这种状态下,泵203引导室内空气进入分离床206b(分离床206b在其输出端处产生氧气)并通过阀210b进入产品罐208a、208b。在净化循环期间,来自分离床206b或产品罐208a、208b的一定量的氧气可进料到分离床206a中,以用氧预加载或预充分离床206a,与前一循环相比,现在氧在相反方向上流动。图示***还包括示例性压力均衡阀216,其在净化/填充循环改变之前均衡两个分离床中的压力。
压力均衡阀216可通过均衡接近其填充循环结束的分离床(例如,206a)和接近其净化循环结束的分离床(例如,206b)的输出端之间的压力来允许更高效地产生氧。例如,压力均衡阀216可被激活以均衡接近每个净化/填充循环结束的分离床206a和分离床206b的输出端之间的压力。美国专利No.4,449,990和No.5,906,672进一步描述了压力均衡阀的操作,这些专利通过引用完全结合到本文中。以这种方式,每个分离床206a、206b循环地经历由控制***220控制的交替的填充循环和净化循环,以产生氧。
如图2中所示,任选的节约阀/装置218可用来控制产品气体向用户222的输送。节约阀可在从产品罐208a、208b提供浓缩产品气体或排气到室内空气之间切换。例如,节约阀可用来以由控制***220确定的量和时间选择性地提供氧浓缩产品气体的各种连续流或脉冲流。该时间典型地基于感测用户的吸气,并且典型地通过感测用户的鼻子或嘴附近的压力下降或(流量增加)来确定。
在该实施例中,控制***220可利用各种控制方案,例如通过控制压力源203和阀204a、204b、204c、204d、216和212的激活、水平和相对定时来优化浓缩产品气体的生产和输送。这通过使用一个或多个压力传感器224和/或(一个或多个)氧浓度传感器226来实现。在一个实施例中,压力传感器224和氧传感器226监测进入(一个或多个)产品罐208a和208b的压力和氧浓度。在其它实施例中,可采用定时循环的使用,其中循环时间在工厂设置。在其它实施例中,循环时间可根据流量设置和/或感测到的患者流量需求来确定。
虽然图2图示了变压吸附(PSA)循环,但也可使用其它气体浓缩循环,包括真空回转吸附(VSA)、真空变压吸附(VPSA)或其它类似模式。特定的气体浓缩模式对于本文中所述的本发明的实施例并不是关键的,只要它们能够向用户生产诸如氧的浓缩气体。上述操作模式的示例公开在例如美国专利No.9,266,053和No.9,120,050中,这些专利已经通过引用完全结合到本文中。
在启动期间,图2中示出和描述的***和方法可经历诊断和若干个填充和净化循环,以确保适当的可操作性。这种启动过程可能产生用户关于***是否正在正常操作的困惑。此外,***的工作部件中的一个或多个的失效可导致***的不可操作性或显著受损的可操作性。在这些和其它情况下,显示器106可提供***状态的可视指示,以帮助用户和/或维修人员。如图2中所示,控制器220与显示器106通信以生成可见和/或可听***状态指示。控制器220优选地是基于微处理器的,并且执行存储在与其相关联的存储器中的软件指令或逻辑。
现在参考图3A至图3B,示出了显示器106的一个实施例。在该实施例中,显示器106包括具有各种显示部分的本体。这些包括显示部分300、302、304和306。这些显示部分中的每个可包括一个或多个发光或照亮装置。此外,在该实施例中,本体在各种显示部分(例如304和306)中包括一个或多个可压下按钮310。这些按钮允许显示部分也作为***控制器220的输入起作用。
在所示的实施例中,显示部分300是多区段图形显示部。显示部分302是多区段字母数字显示部。显示部分304包括多个图标显示部和一个或多个按钮310。显示部分306还包括至少一个图标显示部和按钮310。在其它实施例中,显示部分300可单独使用(如图5A至图5G和图6至图8中所示),并且不需要其它显示部或与其它显示部组合。在又一些其它实施例中,可使用更多或更少的显示部(例如,显示部302、304和306),并且图3A至图3B的显示器106只是一个图示实施例。
图4图示了可用于指示***状态的可照亮显示器的一个实施例400。例如,显示部分300可包括以辐射或星形式样布置的多个可照亮区段。这包括区段404、406、408、410、412、414和418。在布置的中心处,可提供区段402。此外,区段412可设置成接近显示部分300的底部,并且倾斜区段416也可设置成接近显示部分300的底部。虽然显示部分300已经示出为具有以辐射或星形式样布置的7个区段,但是也可使用多于或少于7个区段。此外,在该实施例中,照亮的区段之间的空间是不可照亮的。在其它实施例中,该空间可经由一个或多个附加区段被照亮。
显示部分302包括多个可照亮区段422和424。这些区段布置成提供字母数字显示。区段422包括可照亮元件的七区段阵列。区段424包括可照亮元件的八区段阵列。虽然显示部分302已示出为具有可照亮元件的七区段和八区段阵列,但是也可使用多于或少于这些数目的区段显示。显示部分302可显示诸如流率(例如,升/分钟(L/min))、压力、氧浓度、诊断和/或错误代码、消息、操作模式等的信息。
显示部分304包括多个可照亮图标。图标426和428指示音频暂停(426是输入按钮,并且428是当按钮被按下时被照亮的图标)。图标430指示在显示部302上提供的寿命小时/用户小时。图标432指示存在并且可被提供在显示部302上的警告/错误代码。图标434指示可在显示部302上提供的固件版本。图标436指示也可在显示部302上提供的序列号。图标438指示菜单按钮,其用来步进通过可照亮图标430-436。图标426和438还覆盖可压下按钮(参见图3A至图3B)。这些按钮作用于音频暂停(使活动警报静音)并滚动浏览与图标430-436相对应的不同信息。
显示部分306包括用于功率指示(例如,单元是否具有功率(即,***带电插座(live outlet)中并且基座中的摇臂开关处于接通位置)并且当功率施加到单元时照亮)指示和输入的大图标。接通/断开功能应当能够容易地定位和能够容易地压下。如图3A至图3B中所示,按钮310位于图标显示的下方,并且允许用户向控制器提供输入以打开和关闭***。
现在参考图5A至图5G,示出了显示部分300的一个实施例,其提供显示的序列以指示***预热或启动程序。显示的序列包括以提供围绕中心点的旋转顺序的方式照亮每个区段。如图5A至图5G中所示,显示部分300的每个区段被打开,并且然后随着下一区段被照亮而关闭。例如,如图5A中所示,显示的序列可通过打开或照亮区段404而关闭所有其它区段来开始。在其它实施例中,竖直区段404不需要是被照亮的第一区段。相反,序列可从区段406或任何其它区段开始。此后,如图5B中所示,区段404被关闭,并且区段406被打开。如图5C至图5G中所示,其余区段(例如,408、410、414、418和420)按顺序打开和关闭。序列的结果显示围绕中心点(例如,区段402)的旋转顺序,以指示***正在工作和预热(例如,以提供治疗氧)。旋转顺序显示可类似于时钟的秒针,以向用户指示***处于启动或预热序列中。另一区段412可用蓝色和/或绿色照亮,以指示旋转顺序显示的无故障或无警报性质。也可使用其它颜色,包括例如用于正常操作的绿色、用于警告的黄色、用于关机错误的红色和用于预热的蓝色。还可在有或没有照亮区段412的情况下以这些颜色照亮区段。在其它实施例中,旋转顺序显示可使用以不同于辐射或星形的式样布置的区段来生成。例如,可使用多区段圆周显示,并且显示序列可为圆周显示区段的增量打开和关闭。在又一些其它实施例中,所有区段都可被照亮或打开,并且通过顺序地关闭显示区段来生成旋转顺序。还此外,旋转顺序显示可通过递增和递减序列来生成。在递增序列中,所有区段最初都被关闭,并且每个区段被逐个照亮,直到所有区段都被照亮。在递减序列中,所有区段都被照亮,并且每个区段被逐个关闭,直到所有区段都被关闭。然后可重复递增和递减序列。序列的其它示例也是可能的。
图6图示了生成肯定(positive)确认显示600的显示部分300的另一个实施例。在该实施例中,区段被照亮以生成对勾“√”符号。区段406、402、414和416可被照亮以生成对勾状态显示。对勾状态显示可用来指示例如在启动或预热后或在其它时间***的氧生产状态(例如,大于85%纯度)。区段412也可用绿色照亮,以进一步表示肯定状态。在其它实施例中,区段416、414、402和406也可为绿色的,并且区段412的照亮可省略。区段412的省略可针对本文中描述的所有示例性区段构造全面地进行。
图7图示了生成低级别或低优先级警报显示700的显示部分300的另一个实施例。在该实施例中,区段被照亮以生成感叹号“!”符号。区段404、402和412可被照亮以生成感叹号显示。在该实施例中,区段412还可用黄色照亮,以指示警报的低级别或优先级。当例如氧纯度已经下降到85%以下(诸如在73%至85%之间,或其它范围)时,可生成这样的警报。图7的感叹号显示可变得闪烁,以指示例如发生了传感器失效。其它***状态条件也可通过图7的感叹号显示来指示,包括例如由于夹住套管或其它原因引起的低流量警报。
图8图示了生成高级别或高优先级警报显示800的显示部分300的另一个实施例。在该实施例中,区段被照亮以生成“X”符号。区段420、406、410、414和402可被照亮以生成感叹号显示。在该实施例中,区段412还可用红色照亮,以指示警报的高级别或优先级。当例如氧纯度已经下降到73%(或其它值)以下时,可生成这样的警报。图8的“X”符号显示可变得闪烁,以指示例如由于部件失效或其它原因引起的单元关机。其它***状态条件也可由图8的“X”符号显示来指示,包括例如由于单元在可能导致单元过热的环境中操作而引起的单元关机。
在其它实施例中,显示区段402-420可基于存在的警报的类型和/或与被照亮的显示区段412的颜色相关联地以不同的颜色(例如,蓝色、绿色、黄色、橙色、红色等)照亮。例如,被照亮的显示区段412可在预热期间被照亮为蓝色,当***正在正常操作时被照亮为绿色,当存在非关机错误时被照亮为黄色,并且当已经发生关机错误时被照亮为红色。此外,图6的对勾“√”显示可具有在预热期间以蓝色照亮并且在正常操作期间以绿色照亮的区段。图7的感叹号“!”显示可具有当存在非关机错误时以黄色照亮的区段,并且图8的“X”符号显示可在已经发生关机错误时以红色照亮。因此,多颜色区段可用来照亮显示。
现在参考图9,图示了用于气体浓缩***的流程图或逻辑900的一个实施例。矩形元素表示处理块并代表计算机软件指令或指令组。菱形元素代表决策处理块和计算机软件指令或指令组。本文中示出和描述的(一个或多个)流程图不描绘任何特定编程语言的句法。相反,(一个或多个)流程图图示了可用来制造电路或计算机软件以执行***的处理的功能信息。应当注意的是,许多例程程序元素(诸如循环和变量的初始化以及临时变量的使用)未被示出。此外,过程步骤的确切顺序不一定需要按照本文中示出或描述的顺序来执行,并且可修改以排除或添加某些步骤。
在框902中,控制器在其被打开后执行启动或预热序列,并生成例如图5A至图5G中所示的显示的预热/启动序列。在框904中,逻辑确定***预热过程是否完成。如果没有,则控制器循环回到框902,并继续生成和显示图5A至图5G的预热序列。如果***预热过程完成,则逻辑前进到框906,在框906中,通过从例如氧传感器226读取氧值来检查***的氧纯度或含量。在其它实施例中,***可读取或测量其它参数(例如,氮含量、压缩机马达电流、电压、性能等、阀信号电平(signal level)、产品罐压力衰减等)以确定***状态。框908确定氧纯度是否是可接受的。如果氧纯度是可接受的(例如,高于85%或某个其它值),则逻辑前进到框910并生成图6的对勾显示。如果氧纯度在例如73%至85%(或某个其它范围)之间,则逻辑前进到框912并生成低优先级警报,如例如图7中所示的。如果氧纯度低于例如73%(或某个其它值),则逻辑前进到框912并生成高优先级警报,如例如图8中所示的。在框914中,逻辑检查其它警报条件并前进到框916以生成低优先级警报(例如图7)和/或高优先级警报(例如图8)。在***的操作期间,逻辑可作为连续循环、间歇地或在(一个或多个)预定时间运行。
如此配置的状态指示被提供给用户以指示***的状态。指示包括例如用于***预热、诊断和/或各种级别的警报的一个或多个显示。以这种方式,用户和维修人员可被告知关于气体分离***的状态。此外,显示很大且高度可见,以帮助识别和注意它们。
虽然本发明已经通过其实施例的描述进行了说明,并且虽然已经相当详细地描述了实施例,但是描述的意图并不是将本公开的范围限制或以任何方式局限到这样的细节。对于本领域的技术人员来说,附加的优点和修改将很容易显现。因此,本发明在其更广泛的方面不限于所示出和描述的特定细节、代表性设备和说明性示例。因此,在不脱离总体发明构思的精神或范围的情况下,可偏离这样的细节。
Claims (20)
1.一种气体浓缩***,包括:
控制器;
显示器,其与所述控制器通信;所述显示器包括:
多个可照亮区段,其以辐射式样布置;以及
逻辑,其基于***状态根据多个式样中的一个来照亮所述多个可照亮区段中的至少一个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括在***启动期间照亮所述多个区段以形成旋转显示。
3.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括对所述***在可接受的操作参数内的显示。
4.根据权利要求3所述的***,其中,对所述***在可接受操作参数内的所述显示包括对勾显示。
5.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括对所述***不在可接受的操作参数内的警报显示。
6.根据权利要求5所述的***,其中,所述警报显示包括感叹号显示。
7.根据权利要求5所述的***,其中,所述警报显示包括X号显示。
8.根据权利要求1所述的***,还包括用于读取所述***的氧浓度作为状态指示符的逻辑。
9.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述显示器还包括所述辐射式样的所述中心附近的至少一个可照亮区段。
10.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述可照亮区段是细长的。
11.一种气体浓缩***,包括:
控制器;
显示器,其与所述控制器通信;所述显示器包括:
多个可照亮区段,其以辐射式样布置;以及
逻辑,其根据指示***状态的多个式样中的一个来照亮所述多个可照亮区段。
12.根据权利要求11所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括指示***预热的旋转显示。
13.根据权利要求11所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括指示正常***操作的对勾显示。
14.根据权利要求11所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括指示警报的感叹号显示。
15.根据权利要求11所述的***,其中,所述多个式样中的一个包括指示警报的X号显示。
16.根据权利要求11所述的***,还包括用于读取氧浓度并确定所述氧浓度是否低于阈值的逻辑。
17.一种显示气体浓缩***的一个或多个状态指示的方法,所述方法包括:
在***预热期间以旋转型式照亮多个可照亮区段中的一个或多个区段;
读取氧浓度;以及
基于所读取的氧浓度的水平,照亮所述多个可照亮区段中的一个或多个区段以显示多个状态指示中的一个。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,照亮所述多个可照亮区段中的一个或多个区段以显示多个状态指示中的一个包括:如果所述氧的浓度水平高于阈值,则照亮所述区段以显示正常状态指示。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,照亮所述多个可照亮区段中的一个或多个区段以显示多个状态指示中的一个包括:如果所述氧浓度的水平低于阈值,则照亮所述区段以显示低优先级警报状态指示。
20.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,照亮所述多个可照亮区段中的一个或多个区段以显示多个状态指示中的一个包括:如果所述氧浓度水平低于阈值,则照亮所述区段以显示高优先级警报状态指示。
