Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizer production, and discloses a synergistic biological organic phosphate fertilizer and a production method thereof, wherein the synergistic biological organic phosphate fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 122-160 parts of plant straw, 88-132 parts of livestock manure, 15-35 parts of straw decomposition agent, 25-35 parts of chitosan, 32-40 parts of urea, 14-33 parts of potassium nitrate, 23-43 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 12-18 parts of compound amino acid, 9-17 parts of citric acid, 6-15 parts of euphorbia helioscopia and 8-13 parts of bio-black carbon. The invention provides main nutrition components for plant growth, saves fertilization cost and energy consumption, is favorable for large-scale popularization and application in agricultural production, has strong disease and insect resistance, can be quickly and effectively absorbed by plants, enhances the immune function of the plants, improves the survival rate of the plants, and enables crops to grow healthily.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizer production, in particular to a synergistic biological organic phosphate fertilizer and a production method thereof.
Background
In the soil planting process, the fertilizer is used for a long time, the soil quality is reduced, the aggregate structure of the soil is difficult to form under the condition of lacking organic matters, the adhesion force among soil particles is weakened, the water retention capacity of the soil is gradually reduced, and when the soil cannot retain sufficient water, even if the fertilizer is good, the energy cannot be released under the proper environmental condition, the water and the soil are lost, and the fertilizer is easy to pollute. The organic fertilizer can improve soil, fertility and physical and chemical conditions and biological characteristics of the soil after being applied to the soil, ripen the soil, improve the physical and chemical conditions and biological characteristics of the soil, ripen the soil and enhance the water retention, fertilizer supply capacity and buffering capacity of the soil. On the other hand, the organic fertilizer can improve crop yield and crop quality, contains rich organic matters and comprehensive nutrient elements, and improves green and environment-friendly nutrients for crops.
The biological organic fertilizer has the advantages of improving soil, improving the disease and insect resistance and improving the quality of agricultural products because of complete nutrition elements and multiple microbial groups. The biological organic fertilizer is a stable and harmless final product formed by fermenting organic wastes at a high temperature by microorganisms, and is an environment-friendly fertilizer which can reduce environmental pollution and is safe and nontoxic to people and livestock.
The soil insects mainly comprise mole cricket, grubs, wireworms, cutworms, root maggots and the like. The crops and the like are wilted by the light plants after being damaged, grow slowly, and dry and die due to heavy plants, so that the seedlings are lack of seedlings and the ridges are broken, and the yield is reduced. In the prior art, the underground insect pest control is mainly carried out by adopting high-toxicity pesticide irrigation or granular pesticide pond application, and the effect is high, but the method is not friendly to the environment, and the defect is that the high-toxicity pesticide pollutes the soil environment.
In the prior art, no organic fertilizer with insect resistance to underground pests exists, and no organic fertilizer which has insect resistance to underground pests and can be applied to fields is prepared by utilizing smoke plant waste.
