背景技术
调心滚子轴承是一种具有高的径向载荷能力,同时也能承受任一方向的轴向载荷的,特别适用于重载或振动载荷下工作的轴承,调心滚子轴承具有两列滚子,主要承受径向载荷,两列滚子安装在有二条滚道的内圈和滚道为球面的外圈之间,形成滚动连接,调心滚子轴承的外圈滚道是球面形,故其调心性能良好,能补偿同轴度误差。
然而,就目前现有的基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承而言,由于轴承在具备调心性能的同时需要高速转动,轴承中的滚子长期处于摩擦状态,并且滚子为实心体,滚子内部热量无法及时发散,滚子会由于发热而出现变形掉屑的情况,导致轴承使用寿命降低,且灰尘等颗粒物也会从缝隙进入到轴承中,由于无法有效的对灰尘铁屑进行清理,滚子与轴承内外圈会加快速磨损,降低轴承使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,其具有通过散热通道与散热孔促进润滑油在散热滚子中流动,在对散热滚子进行润滑的同时通过流经散热孔带走热量,有利于更好的对轴承进行散热,提高轴承的散热效果,提高轴承的使用寿命。
本发明提供了基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承的目的与功效,具体包括:轴承外圈;所述轴承外圈安装在轴承座中,轴承座右侧壁上插接有固定架,轴承外圈内部套接有保持架和轴承内圈,保持架设置在轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间,保持架中转动连接有散热滚子,散热滚子一侧壁中连接有球头,轴承内圈左右侧壁上安装有套环。
进一步的,所述轴承外圈的外侧壁上对称开设有两圈沟槽,沟槽顶部以及前后两侧开设有注油孔,注油孔与保持架相连通,轴承外圈外侧壁左侧呈环形阵列开设有三个矩形的安装卡槽。
进一步的,所述轴承座顶部端面上对称焊接有两个轴承架,左侧轴承架内侧壁上呈环形阵列设置有三个安装卡块,轴承外圈插接在轴承架中,轴承外圈的安装卡槽插接在安装卡块上,右侧轴承架右侧壁上对称开设有两个竖向的梯形插槽。
进一步的,所述固定架左侧壁上对称焊接有两个梯形插块,固定架通过梯形插块插接在梯形插槽中,固定架底部的两块固定板通过螺栓安装在轴承座顶部端面上,固定架左侧壁与轴承外圈右侧壁宽度相同。
进一步的,所述保持架左右侧壁中开设有环形的固定卡槽,保持架的环形侧壁中左右对称开设有两组滚子座,每组滚子座呈环形阵列设置有三十个,两组滚子座相对的侧壁中开设有T型卡槽。
进一步的,所述散热滚子呈倾斜状转动连接在滚子座中,散热滚子中间处开设有贯通的散热通道,散热滚子弧形侧壁中呈环形整列开设有散热孔,散热通道与散热孔相连通。
进一步的,所述散热滚子的散热通道一端中转动连接有球头,球头另一端焊接有T型卡块,球头通过T型卡块卡接在保持架的T型卡槽中。
进一步的,所述轴承内圈外侧壁与散热滚子相接触,轴承内圈左右侧壁中均开设有六个螺栓连接孔,套环侧壁中开设的安装孔通过螺栓与轴承内圈的螺栓连接孔相连接,套环弧形外壁上呈环形阵列连接有六个毛刷,毛刷外端与轴承外圈内侧壁相接触,套环与保持架相贴的侧壁上设置有凸环卡接在保持架的固定卡槽中。
有益效果
根据本发明的各实施例的调心滚子轴承中的散热滚子通过散热通道与散热孔促进润滑油在散热滚子中流动,在对散热滚子进行润滑的同时通过流经散热孔带走热量,有利于更好的对轴承进行散热,提高轴承的散热效果,提高轴承的使用寿命。
此外,通过螺栓将套环连接在轴承内圈的两侧,套环通过凸环卡接在保持架的固定卡槽中,以便轴承内圈与保持架同时进行调心操作,同时通过套环外侧的毛刷清理轴承内的杂质和铁屑,以便减少散热滚子的磨损,正常使用时,通过套环外侧的毛刷也能够减少灰尘进入轴承,延长轴承使用寿命。
此外,轴承外圈从轴承座右侧安装到轴承架中,轴承外圈通过外侧壁左侧的安装卡槽插接在安装卡块中,方便对轴承外圈进行固定,提高轴承外圈的牢固性,固定架通过梯形插块插接在右侧轴承架右侧壁的梯形插槽中,以便将轴承外圈固定在轴承架中,防止轴承外圈脱出,增加轴承外圈使用过程中的稳定性,通过连接在散热滚子中的球头,将散热滚子连接在保持架的滚子座中,从而使散热滚子在转动的过程中有晃动余量,增加轴承的调心能力。

本发明提供基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈1;轴承外圈1安装在轴承座7中,轴承座7右侧壁上插接有固定架8,轴承外圈1内部套接有保持架2和轴承内圈5,保持架2设置在轴承外圈1与轴承内圈5之间,保持架2中转动连接有散热滚子3,散热滚子3一侧壁中连接有球头4,轴承内圈5左右侧壁上安装有套环6,在使用时,调心滚子轴承具有自动调心性能,因而不易受轴弯曲的影响,适用于安装误差或轴挠曲而引起角度误差之场合,除能承受径向负荷外,还能承受双向作用的轴向负荷,本发明的调心滚子轴承通过散热滚子3增加润滑油在轴承中的流动性,并通过散热滚子3增加轴承的散热效率,并配合套环6使轴承内圈5与保持架2共同完成调心操作,并减少灰尘侵入轴承的可能,便于减少灰尘进入轴承内部对散热滚子3和轴承外圈1的磨损,延长轴承的使用寿命。
其中,轴承外圈1的外侧壁上对称开设有两圈沟槽101,沟槽101顶部以及前后两侧开设有注油孔102,注油孔102与保持架2相连通,轴承外圈1外侧壁左侧呈环形阵列开设有三个矩形的安装卡槽103,轴承座7顶部端面上对称焊接有两个轴承架701,左侧轴承架701内侧壁上呈环形阵列设置有三个安装卡块702,轴承外圈1插接在轴承架701中,轴承外圈1的安装卡槽103插接在安装卡块702上,右侧轴承架701右侧壁上对称开设有两个竖向的梯形插槽703,固定架8左侧壁上对称焊接有两个梯形插块801,固定架8通过梯形插块801插接在梯形插槽703中,固定架8底部的两块固定板802通过螺栓安装在轴承座7顶部端面上,固定架8左侧壁与轴承外圈1右侧壁宽度相同,具体作用,轴承外圈1从轴承座7右侧安装到轴承架701中,轴承外圈1通过外侧壁左侧的安装卡槽103插接在安装卡块702中,方便对轴承外圈1进行固定,提高轴承外圈1的牢固性,固定架8通过梯形插块801插接在右侧轴承架701右侧壁的梯形插槽703中,以便将轴承外圈1固定在轴承架701中,防止轴承外圈1脱出,增加轴承外圈1使用过程中的稳定性。
其中,保持架2左右侧壁中开设有环形固定卡槽201,保持架2的环形侧壁中左右对称开设有两组滚子座202,每组滚子座202呈环形阵列设置有三十个,两组滚子座202相对的侧壁中开设有T型卡槽203,散热滚子3呈倾斜状转动连接在滚子座202中,散热滚子3中间处开设有贯通的散热通道301,散热滚子3弧形侧壁中呈环形整列开设有散热孔302,散热通道301与散热孔302相连通,散热滚子3的散热通道301一端中转动连接有球头4,球头4另一端焊接有T型卡块401,球头4通过T型卡块401卡接在保持架2的T型卡槽203中,具体作用,通过连接在散热滚子3中的球头4,将散热滚子3连接在保持架2的滚子座202中,从而使散热滚子3在转动的过程中有晃动余量,增加轴承的调心能力,散热滚子3通过散热通道301与散热孔302促进润滑油在散热滚子3中流动,在对散热滚子3进行润滑的同时通过流经散热孔302带走热量,便于更好的对轴承进行散热,提高轴承的散热效果,提高轴承的使用寿命。
其中,轴承内圈5外侧壁与散热滚子3相接触,轴承内圈5左右侧壁中均开设有六个螺栓连接孔501,套环6侧壁中开设的安装孔601通过螺栓与轴承内圈5的螺栓连接孔501相连接,套环6弧形外壁上呈环形阵列连接有六个毛刷602,毛刷602外端与轴承外圈1内侧壁相接触,套环6与保持架2相贴的侧壁上设置有凸环卡接在保持架2的固定卡槽201中,具体作用,通过螺栓将套环6连接在轴承内圈5的两侧,套环6通过凸环卡接在保持架2的固定卡槽201中,以便轴承内圈5与保持架2同时进行调心操作,同时通过套环6外侧的毛刷602清理轴承内的杂质和铁屑,以便减少散热滚子3的磨损,正常使用时,通过套环6外侧的毛刷602也能够减少灰尘进入轴承,延长轴承使用寿命。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:本发明中,在拼装过程中,首先将散热滚子3通过球头4的T型卡块401卡接在保持架2的T型卡槽203中,从而使散热滚子3在转动的过程中有晃动余量,增加轴承的调心能力,轴承外圈1从轴承座7右侧安装到轴承架701中,轴承外圈1通过外侧壁左侧的安装卡槽103插接在安装卡块702中,然后固定架8通过梯形插块801插接在右侧轴承架701右侧壁的梯形插槽703中,以便将轴承外圈1固定在轴承架701中,防止轴承外圈1脱出,增加轴承外圈1使用过程中的稳定性,在轴承内圈5转动过程中,通过套环6外侧的毛刷602也能够减少灰尘进入轴承,延长轴承使用寿命。
最后,需要说明的是,本发明在描述各个构件的位置及其之间的配合关系等时,通常会以一个/一对构件举例而言,然而本领域技术人员应该理解的是,这样的位置、配合关系等,同样适用于其他构件/其他成对的构件。

Claims (5)
1.基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,包括:轴承外圈(1);所述轴承外圈(1)的外侧壁上对称开设有两圈沟槽(101),沟槽(101)顶部以及前后两侧开设有注油孔(102),注油孔(102)与保持架(2)相连通,轴承外圈(1)外侧壁左侧呈环形阵列开设有三个矩形的安装卡槽(103),轴承外圈(1)安装在轴承座(7)中,轴承座(7)顶部端面上对称焊接有两个轴承架(701),左侧轴承架(701)内侧壁上呈环形阵列设置有三个安装卡块(702),轴承外圈(1)插接在轴承架(701)中,轴承外圈(1)的安装卡槽(103)插接在安装卡块(702)上,右侧轴承架(701)右侧壁上对称开设有两个竖向的梯形插槽(703),轴承座(7)右侧壁上插接有固定架(8),固定架(8)左侧壁上对称焊接有两个梯形插块(801),固定架(8)通过梯形插块(801)插接在梯形插槽(703)中,固定架(8)底部的两块固定板(802)通过螺栓安装在轴承座(7)顶部端面上,固定架(8)左侧壁与轴承外圈(1)右侧壁宽度相同,轴承外圈(1)内部套接有保持架(2)和轴承内圈(5),保持架(2)设置在轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(5)之间,保持架(2)中转动连接有散热滚子(3),散热滚子(3)一侧壁中连接有球头(4),轴承内圈(5)左右侧壁上安装有套环(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架(2)左右侧壁中开设有环形的固定卡槽(201),保持架(2)的环形侧壁中左右对称开设有两组滚子座(202),每组滚子座(202)呈环形阵列设置有三十个,两组滚子座(202)相对的侧壁中开设有T型卡槽(203)。
3.如权利要求1所述基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述散热滚子(3)呈倾斜状转动连接在滚子座(202)中,散热滚子(3)中间处开设有贯通的散热通道(301),散热滚子(3)弧形侧壁中呈环形整列开设有散热孔(302),散热通道(301)与散热孔(302)相连通。
4.如权利要求1所述基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述散热滚子(3)的散热通道(301)一端中转动连接有球头(4),球头(4)另一端焊接有T型卡块(401),球头(4)通过T型卡块(401)卡接在保持架(2)的T型卡槽(203)中。
5.如权利要求1所述基于搅拌设备使用的调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈(5)外侧壁与散热滚子(3)相接触,轴承内圈(5)左右侧壁中均开设有六个螺栓连接孔(501),套环(6)侧壁中开设的安装孔(601)通过螺栓与轴承内圈(5)的螺栓连接孔(501)相连接,套环(6)弧形外壁上呈环形阵列连接有六个毛刷(602),毛刷(602)外端与轴承外圈(1)内侧壁相接触,套环(6)与保持架(2)相贴的侧壁上设置有凸环卡接在保持架(2)的固定卡槽(201)中。
