The control device can control the cover 12 to pivot from the open position to the closed position to close the housing 11, specifically referring to fig. 4 and 5.
When the cover 12 is located at the closed position, the cooperation of the protrusion 122 and the groove 21 enables the sweeper 20 to be in a standing state in the accommodating cavity 121, that is, the sweeper 20 is in a standing state in a closed space, so that the dust collection station 10 can store and clean the sweeper 20 and simultaneously realize the positioning and charging of the sweeper 20, the occupation of the sweeper 20 on the room area can be effectively reduced, the sweeper 20 is prevented from being collided by other moving objects to stop cleaning and/or charging, and the efficiency of the dust collection station 10 in cleaning and/or charging the sweeper 20 is effectively improved.
The sweeper 20 is in a standing state in the accommodating cavity 121, and can also clean the heavier garbage by using gravity, so that the cleaning efficiency is further improved, the power and the volume of the air draft device 16 are effectively reduced, and the cost and the noise are further reduced. In addition, the contact stability and reliability of the power supply part 123 and the charging part 22 can be effectively improved under the action of gravity, which is beneficial to improving the charging efficiency of the dust collecting station 10 to the sweeper 20.
Further, the groove 21 of the sweeper 20 is preferably arranged opposite to the dust outlet 24, and as shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the groove 21 is arranged directly above the dust outlet 24 (the position where the road wheels 28 are arranged is the bottom of the sweeper 20 with respect to the placement state of the sweeper 20 during cleaning), so that when the sweeper 20 is in the standing state, the dust outlet 24 is located at the lower part, so that the gravity can be used for cleaning the heavy garbage, and the cleaning efficiency is further improved.
To achieve effective cleaning of the sweeper 20, the dust collection station 10 also includes an air extractor 16. An air extraction 16 may be provided at the lower right side of the housing 11, see in particular fig. 6. The air extraction device 16 may be an air extractor or the like.
The housing 11 further includes an air inlet 112 and an air outlet 113, as shown in more detail in FIG. 6. The intake opening 112 is located above the outlet opening 113. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the intake vent 112 is disposed on a top wall 118 of the housing 11 and the exhaust vent 113 is disposed on a second bottom wall 119 of the housing 11. The air inlet 112 is arranged above the air outlet 113, and the clean air flows to the air outlet 113 from the air inlet 112, so that the direction of the clean air flow in the dust collecting station 10 is consistent with the direction of gravity, the smoothness of the air flow is ensured, and the garbage is cleaned by effectively utilizing the gravity.
The opening 126 is disposed at a position of the cover 12 corresponding to the air outlet 113, that is, at a bottom of the cover 12, for example, at a position of the first bottom wall 125 of the cover 12 corresponding to the air outlet 113, and refer to fig. 2 specifically.
When the cover 12 is in the closed position, the air inlet 112 is located above the opening 126, the air outlet is located below the opening 126, and the air inlet 112 can communicate with the air outlet 113 through the opening 126 to form an air duct.
The air duct may include a first air duct and a second air duct, and when one of the first air duct and the second air duct is in an open state, the other one is in a closed state, so as to ensure sufficient air volume in the first air duct and the second air duct, further ensure the cleaning effect of the dust collection station 10 on the sweeper 20, and enable the dust collection station 10 to respectively utilize the first air duct and the second air duct to clean different parts of the sweeper 20, such as the dust box 23 and the body.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the air outlet 113 includes a first air outlet 114 and a second air outlet 115, the air inlet 112 can communicate with the first air outlet 114 through an opening 126 to form a first air duct, and the air inlet 112 can communicate with the second air outlet 115 through the opening 126 to form a second air duct.
The number of the second outlets 115 may be multiple, and the multiple second outlets 115 are disposed at two sides of the first outlet 114. As shown in fig. 6, two second outlets 115 are provided, and the two second outlets 115 are respectively disposed at two sides of the first outlet 114. Accordingly, the openings 126 include a first opening 127 corresponding to the first air outlet 114 and a second opening 128 corresponding to the second air outlet 115, as shown in fig. 2.
The first air outlet 114 can communicate with the air inlet 112 through the first opening 127 to form a first air duct. The first air duct is used for cleaning the dust box 23 of the sweeper 20. Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in particular, when the first air outlet 114 is communicated with the first opening 127, the second air outlet 115 is not communicated with the second opening 128, and the baffle 25 of the dust box 23 can pivot from the closed position for closing the dust outlet 24 to the open position for opening the dust outlet 24 under the action of the air draft device 16, so that the dust outlet 24 is communicated with the first air duct. At this time, the cleaning air entering the dust collecting station 10 from the air inlet 112 can enter the dust box 23 through the dust suction opening of the sweeper 20 and the dust inlet 26 of the dust box 23, sweep the garbage in the dust box 23, clean the dust box 23, enter the first opening 127 and the first air outlet 114 through the dust outlet 24 of the dust box 23, and then flow to the components such as the dust collecting box 14 arranged at the bottom of the housing 11.
The second outlet 115 can communicate with the inlet 112 through the second opening 128 to form a second air duct. The second air duct is used for cleaning the body of the sweeper 20 and other parts. Specifically referring to fig. 6 and 8, when the second air outlet 115 is communicated with the second opening 128, the first air outlet 114 is not communicated with the first opening 127. At this time, the cleaning air entering the dust collecting station 10 from the air inlet 112 flows through the body of the sweeper 20 and other components, and then flows through the second opening 128 and the second air outlet 115 to the components such as the dust collecting box 14 disposed at the bottom of the housing 11 to sweep the body of the sweeper 20 and other components, so as to clean the garbage attached to the body of the sweeper 20 and other components, thereby ensuring the cleaning of the body and avoiding the secondary pollution of the sweeper 20 to the room.
The switching of the first air passage and the second air passage may be achieved by the partition 13 of the dust collecting station 10. Referring specifically to fig. 6 to 8, the partition 13 is disposed at a position of the housing 11 corresponding to the air outlet 113, such as a movable partition 13 disposed above the air outlet 113. The partition 13 is provided with a through hole 131. When the partition 13 moves, the through hole 131 can communicate with the first air outlet 114 to form a first air channel or communicate with the second air outlet 115 to form a second air channel.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an accommodating groove 134 may be disposed at the lower portion of the housing 11, and the accommodating groove 134 is located below the cover 12 and above the air outlet 113. The partition 13 is placed in the accommodation groove 134. The receiving groove 134 has the same size as the second bottom wall 119 of the housing in the lengthwise direction of the dust collecting station 10, and the partition plate 13 has a size smaller than the second bottom wall 119. The partition 13 can move in the accommodating groove 134 in the lengthwise direction of the dust collecting station 10. Such as the partition 13, can be electrically connected to the control means for movement along the length of the dust collection station 10 under the control of the control means.
The partition 13 enables the through-hole 131 to communicate with one of the first and second air outlets 114 and 115 to form one of the first and second air paths while moving in the lengthwise direction of the dust collecting station 10.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the through holes 131 of the partition 13 include a first through hole 132 and a second through hole 133. The size of the second through hole 133 is not smaller than the size of the first through hole 132 along the length direction of the partition 13, for example, the length of the second through hole 133 is not smaller than the length of the first through hole 132 and is not greater than 2 times the length of the first through hole 132.
When the partition 13 is moved along the length direction of the dust collecting station 10 along the first predetermined direction, the second through hole 133 can communicate with the first air outlet 114 to open the first air duct, so as to clean the dust box 23 of the sweeper 20, which is described in detail with reference to fig. 6 and 7. The first predetermined direction may be a left direction in fig. 6 to 8.
When the partition 13 is moved along a second predetermined direction (e.g. a right direction in fig. 6 to 8) opposite to the first predetermined direction along the length direction of the dust collecting station 10, the first through hole 132 and the second through hole 133 can be respectively communicated with the second air outlets 115 at two sides of the first air outlet 114, that is, the first through hole 132 is communicated with the second air outlet 115 at the left side of the first air outlet 114, and the second through hole 133 is communicated with the second air outlet 115 at the right side of the first air outlet 114, so as to open the second air duct, and clean the body of the sweeper 20 and other components, specifically refer to fig. 6 and 8.
In order to collect the garbage falling from the sweeper 20, a dust collection box 14 is preferably provided at a lower portion of the housing 11. Specifically, the dust box 14 may be provided inside the housing 11 located below the lid 12. When the dust collecting station 10 cleans the sweeper 20, the cleaning air flowing through the first air duct and the second air duct flows to the dust collecting box 14, flows through the dust collecting box 14, enters the air draft device 16, and flows out of the dust collecting station 10 through the air outlet 161 of the air draft device 16.
The blocking pieces 141 are preferably arranged in the dust collection box 14 at intervals to generate a certain blocking effect on larger-particle garbage, so that the larger-particle garbage is deposited at the bottom of the dust collection box 14, the phenomenon that the air duct is blocked due to the fact that more garbage is suspended at the upper part of the dust collection box 14 is effectively prevented, the power of the air draft device 16 is favorably reduced, and the cost and the noise are further reduced.
Further, a filter 142, such as a screen, is disposed at the end of the dust box 14 that communicates with the air extractor 16 to effectively prevent larger particles of dust from entering the air extractor 16 and becoming clogged.
Furthermore, the invention discloses a cleaning system 1, which cleaning system 1 comprises the dust collecting station 10 and the sweeper 20 mentioned above. Through the cooperation of the structures of the dust collection station 10 and the sweeper 20, the dust collection station 10 can simultaneously realize efficient storage, charging and cleaning of the sweeper 20.

The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. A dust collection station for a sweeper, the dust collection station comprising:
a housing;
a cover including a receiving cavity pivotably connected to the housing and having an open position and a closed position; when the cover body is in the opening position, the accommodating cavity is used for at least partially accommodating the sweeping floor; when the cover body is located at the closing position, the cover body and the shell form a closed space for accommodating the sweeper, and the closed space is used for cleaning the sweeper or a dust box of the sweeper.
2. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein the receiving cavity comprises a first sidewall and a first bottom wall connected to the first sidewall, wherein a protrusion is disposed on the first bottom wall for positioning and powering the sweeper.
3. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein the housing includes an air inlet and an air outlet, and the bottom of the cover is provided with an opening; when the cover body is in the closed position, the air inlet is located above the opening, the air outlet is located below the opening, and the air inlet and the air outlet form a communicated air duct through the opening.
4. The dust collection station of claim 3, wherein the outlet comprises a first outlet and a second outlet, and the inlet communicates with the first outlet through the opening to form a first air path or the inlet communicates with the second outlet through the opening to form a second air path.
5. The dust collection station of claim 4, wherein a movable partition is disposed above the air outlet, the partition having a through hole; when the partition board moves, the through hole can be communicated with the first air outlet to form the first air duct or communicated with the second air outlet to form the second air duct.
6. The dust collecting station according to claim 5, wherein the second air outlet is provided in plurality, the second air outlets are provided on both sides of the first air outlet, the through holes include a first through hole and a second through hole, and a size of the second through hole is not smaller than a size of the first through hole along a length direction of the partition plate; when the partition board is moved along a first preset direction, the second through hole can be communicated with the first air outlet to open the first air duct; when the partition board is moved along a second preset direction, the first through hole and the second through hole can be communicated with the second air outlet to open the second air duct, wherein the first preset direction is opposite to the second preset direction.
7. The dust collection station according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a dust collection box is provided inside the housing below the cover, and a stopper is provided inside the dust collection box.
8. A cleaning system, characterized in that the cleaning system comprises:
the dust collection station of any of claims 1-7, the receptacle cavity comprising a protrusion for retaining and charging the sweeper;
the sweeper comprises a groove for positioning and charging.
9. The cleaning system of claim 8, wherein the groove is disposed in a sidewall of a dust box of the sweeper and the shape of the groove matches the shape of the protrusion to position and charge the sweeper.
10. The cleaning system of claim 9, wherein the dirt box includes a dirt outlet and a flap pivotally disposed at the dirt outlet and pivotable between an open position and a closed position, the dust collection station further including a first air duct, the flap being in the open position when the first air duct is in the open position, the dirt outlet being in communication with the first air duct.
