When the cover body 12 is located at the closed position, the protrusion 122 and the groove 21 are matched to enable the sweeper 20 to be in an upright state in the accommodating cavity 121, namely, the sweeper 20 is in an upright state in the closed space, so that the dust collecting station 10 can store and clean the sweeper 20 and simultaneously position and charge the sweeper 20, occupation of the sweeper 20 on the room area can be effectively reduced, cleaning and/or charging caused by collision of the sweeper 20 by other moving objects is avoided, and cleaning and/or charging efficiency of the dust collecting station 10 on the sweeper 20 is effectively improved.
The sweeper 20 is in an upright state in the accommodating cavity 121, and can clean part of heavy garbage by utilizing gravity so as to further improve cleaning efficiency, effectively reduce the power and the volume of the air draft device 16 and further reduce cost and noise. In addition, the stability and reliability of the contact between the power supply part 123 and the charging part 22 can be effectively improved under the action of gravity, which is beneficial to improving the charging efficiency of the dust collecting station 10 to the sweeper 20.
Further, the groove 21 of the sweeper 20 is preferably disposed opposite to the dust outlet 24, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the groove 21 is disposed right above the dust outlet 24 (the position of the travelling wheel 28 is the bottom of the sweeper 20 based on the placement state of the sweeper 20 during cleaning operation), so that the dust outlet 24 is located at the lower part when the sweeper 20 is in the standing state, so that the heavier garbage can be cleaned by using gravity, and the cleaning efficiency is further improved.
To achieve effective cleaning of the sweeper 20, the dust station 10 also includes an extraction device 16. The air extracting device 16 may be disposed at a right lower side of the housing 11, with particular reference to fig. 6. Suction device 16 may be a suction fan or the like.
The housing 11 further includes an air inlet 112 and an air outlet 113, referring specifically to fig. 6. The air inlet 112 is located above the air outlet 113. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the air inlet 112 is provided on the top wall 118 of the housing 11, and the air outlet 113 is provided on the second bottom wall 119 of the housing 11. The air inlet 112 is arranged above the air outlet 113, and clean air flows from the air inlet 112 to the air outlet 113, so that the direction of clean air flow in the dust collecting station 10 is consistent with the direction of gravity, the smooth air flow is ensured, and the cleaning of garbage is realized by effectively utilizing gravity.
An opening 126 is provided at a position of the cover 12 corresponding to the air outlet 113, that is, an opening 126 is provided at a bottom of the cover 12, for example, at a position of the first bottom wall 125 of the cover 12 corresponding to the air outlet 113, referring specifically to fig. 2.
When the cover 12 is in the closed position, the air inlet 112 is located above the opening 126, the air outlet is located below the opening 126, and the air inlet 112 can communicate with the air outlet 113 through the opening 126 to form an air duct.
The air duct may include a first air duct and a second air duct, and when one of the first air duct and the second air duct is in an open state, the other is in a closed state, so as to ensure sufficient air volume in the first air duct and the second air duct, further ensure a cleaning effect of the dust collecting station 10 on the sweeper 20, and enable the dust collecting station 10 to respectively utilize the first air duct and the second air duct to clean different parts of the sweeper 20 such as the dust box 23 and the machine body.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the air outlet 113 includes a first air outlet 114 and a second air outlet 115, the air inlet 112 can be communicated with the first air outlet 114 through an opening 126 to form a first air channel, and the air inlet 112 can also be communicated with the second air outlet 115 through the opening 126 to form a second air channel.
The number of the second air outlets 115 is plural, and the second air outlets 115 are disposed at two sides of the first air outlet 114. As in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, two second air outlets 115 are provided, and the two second air outlets 115 are respectively provided at both sides of the first air outlet 114. Accordingly, the openings 126 include a first opening 127 corresponding to the first air outlet 114, and a second opening 128 corresponding to the second air outlet 115, referring specifically to fig. 2.
The first air outlet 114 can communicate with the air inlet 112 through the first opening 127 to form a first air duct. The first air duct is used to clean the dust box 23 of the sweeper 20. Referring specifically to fig. 6 and 7, when the first air outlet 114 is in communication with the first opening 127, the second air outlet 115 is not in communication with the second opening 128, and the baffle 25 of the dust box 23 can pivot from the closed position closing the dust outlet 24 to the open position opening the dust outlet 24 under the action of the air extracting device 16, so that the dust outlet 24 is in communication with the first air duct. At this time, the cleaning air having entered the dust collecting station 10 from the air inlet 112 can enter the dust box 23 through the dust suction port of the sweeper 20 and the dust inlet 26 of the dust box 23, purge the dust in the dust box 23, clean the dust box 23, enter the first opening 127 and the first air outlet 114 through the dust outlet 24 of the dust box 23, and then flow to the components such as the dust box 14 provided at the bottom of the housing 11.
The second air outlet 115 can communicate with the air inlet 112 through the second opening 128 to form a second air duct. The second air duct is used for cleaning the main body and other parts of the sweeper 20. Referring specifically to fig. 6 and 8, when the second air outlet 115 communicates with the second opening 128, the first air outlet 114 does not communicate with the first opening 127. At this time, the clean air entering the dust collecting station 10 from the air inlet 112 flows through the main body and other parts of the sweeper 20, and then flows through the second opening 128 and the second air outlet 115 to the parts such as the dust box 14 disposed at the bottom of the housing 11, so as to purge the main body and other parts of the sweeper 20, clean the garbage attached to the main body and other parts of the sweeper 20, ensure the cleaning of the main body, and avoid secondary pollution of the sweeper 20 to the room.
The switching of the first air duct and the second air duct may be achieved by the partition 13 of the dust collecting station 10. Referring specifically to fig. 6 to 8, the partition 13 is provided at a position of the housing 11 corresponding to the air outlet 113, such as a movable partition 13 provided above the air outlet 113. The partition 13 is provided with a through hole 131. When the partition 13 moves, the through hole 131 can be communicated with the first air outlet 114 to form a first air channel or communicated with the second air outlet 115 to form a second air channel.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a receiving groove 134 may be disposed at a lower portion of the housing 11, where the receiving groove 134 is located below the cover 12 and above the air outlet 113. The partition 13 is placed in the accommodation groove 134. Along the length of the dust collecting station 10, the size of the receiving groove 134 is the same as the size of the second bottom wall 119 of the housing, and the size of the partition 13 is smaller than the size of the second bottom wall 119. The partition 13 is movable in the accommodating groove 134 in the longitudinal direction of the dust collecting station 10. Such as the partition 13, can be electrically connected to the control means for movement in the length direction of the dust collecting station 10 under the control of the control means.
The partition 13 can communicate the through hole 131 with one of the first air outlet 114 and the second air outlet 115 to form one of the first air duct and the second air duct during movement of the partition along the length direction of the dust collecting station 10.
Referring specifically to fig. 6, the through holes 131 on the partition 13 include a first through hole 132 and a second through hole 133. The size of the second through hole 133 is not smaller than the size of the first through hole 132 in the length direction of the partition 13, e.g., the length of the second through hole 133 is not smaller than the length of the first through hole 132 and not greater than 2 times the length of the first through hole 132.
When the partition 13 is moved in the first preset direction along the length direction of the dust collecting station 10, the second through hole 133 can be communicated with the first air outlet 114 to open the first air duct, so as to clean the dust box 23 of the sweeper 20, with particular reference to fig. 6 and 7. The first preset direction may be a left direction in fig. 6 to 8.
When the partition 13 is moved in a second preset direction (rightward direction in fig. 6 to 8) opposite to the first preset direction along the length direction of the dust collecting station 10, the first through hole 132 and the second through hole 133 can be respectively communicated with the second air outlets 115 at both sides of the first air outlet 114, that is, the first through hole 132 is communicated with the second air outlet 115 at the left side of the first air outlet 114, so that the second through hole 133 is communicated with the second air outlet 115 at the right side of the first air outlet 114 to open the second air duct, thereby cleaning the body and other parts of the sweeper 20, particularly referring to fig. 6 and 8.
In order to collect the garbage falling from the sweeper 20, a dust box 14 is preferably provided at a lower portion of the housing 11. Specifically, the dust box 14 may be provided in the case 11 below the cover 12. When the dust collecting station 10 cleans the sweeper 20, the cleaning air flowing through the first air duct and the second air duct flows to the dust collecting box 14, enters the air exhausting device 16 after flowing through the dust collecting box 14, and then flows out of the dust collecting station 10 through the air outlet 161 of the air exhausting device 16.
The baffle plates 141 are preferably arranged in the dust collecting box 14 at intervals to generate a certain blocking effect on the garbage with larger particles, so that the garbage with larger particles is deposited at the bottom of the dust collecting box 14, more garbage is effectively prevented from being suspended at the upper part of the dust collecting box 14 to cause air duct blockage, and the power of the air draft device 16 is favorably reduced, so that the cost and noise are reduced.
Further, a filtering device 142 such as a filter screen is disposed at one end of the dust box 14 communicating with the air extracting device 16, so as to effectively prevent the garbage with larger particles from entering the air extracting device 16 to form blockage.
Furthermore, the invention discloses a cleaning system 1, which cleaning system 1 comprises the dust collecting station 10 and the sweeper 20 described above. Through the cooperation of the structures of the dust collecting station 10 and the sweeper 20, the dust collecting station 10 can simultaneously realize efficient storage, charging and cleaning of the sweeper 20.

Claims (7)

1. A dust collection station for a sweeper, the dust collection station comprising:
the shell comprises an air inlet and an air outlet;
a cover having an opening at a bottom thereof, the cover including a receiving cavity, the cover being pivotably connected to the housing and having an open position and a closed position; wherein, when the cover body is in the open position, the accommodating cavity is used for at least partially accommodating the sweeper; when the cover body is in the closed position, the cover body and the shell form a closed space for accommodating the sweeper, and the closed space is used for cleaning the sweeper or a dust box of the sweeper;
when the cover body is in the closed position, the air inlet is positioned above the opening, the air outlet is positioned below the opening, and the air inlet and the air outlet form a communication air channel through the opening;
the air outlet comprises a first air outlet and a second air outlet, the air inlet is communicated with the first air outlet through the opening to form a first air channel, or the air inlet is communicated with the second air outlet through the opening to form a second air channel; and is also provided with
A movable partition plate is arranged above the air outlet, and a through hole is formed in the partition plate; when the partition board moves, the through hole can be communicated with the first air outlet to form the first air channel or communicated with the second air outlet to form the second air channel.

The dust collecting station of claim 1, wherein the second air outlets are plural, the plural second air outlets are disposed at both sides of the first air outlet, the through holes include a first through hole and a second through hole, and the size of the second through hole is not smaller than the size of the first through hole along the length direction of the partition; when the partition plate moves along a first preset direction, the second through hole can be communicated with the first air outlet to open the first air channel; when the partition plate moves along a second preset direction, the first through hole and the second through hole can be communicated with the second air outlet to open the second air duct, wherein the first preset direction is opposite to the second preset direction.
4. A dust collecting station according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that a dust collecting box is arranged inside the housing below the cover, in which dust collecting box a baffle is arranged.
5. A cleaning system, the cleaning system comprising:
the dust collection station of any one of claims 1-4, the receiving cavity including a protrusion therein for spacing and charging the sweeper;
the floor sweeping machine comprises a groove for positioning and charging.
6. The cleaning system of claim 5, wherein the recess is provided in a sidewall of a dust box of the sweeper and the recess is shaped to match the shape of the protrusion to locate and charge the sweeper.
7. The cleaning system of claim 6, wherein the dust box includes a dust outlet and a baffle pivotally disposed at the dust outlet and pivotable between an open position and a closed position, the dust collection station further comprising a first air duct, the baffle being in the open position when the first air duct is in the open position, the dust outlet being in communication with the first air duct.
