本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种潮交联整理面料的生产工艺。包括烧毛、退浆、丝光、液氨、水洗、拉幅、预缩步骤,在液氨和水洗之间增设浸轧防皱整理、汽蒸步骤。本发明将浸轧防皱整理液后的低温反应条件变为高温汽蒸反应,同时在常规浸轧的防皱整理液中加入水溶性聚氨酯和硅酮弹性体,在保证面料强力指标的前提下改善了面料的手感,提高了面料的洗后外观,并且大幅度缩短了面料的生产周期。

潮交联整理面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种潮交联整理面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
面料经过潮交联整理后,其抗皱和防缩能力显著提高,因此潮交联整理方法成为生产高免烫性产品的主要方法之一。潮交联的生产工艺流程一般为烧毛-退浆-丝光-液氨-浸轧防皱整理液-堆置反应-水洗-后处理。其中堆置反应阶段一般是在30-40℃的条件下堆置反应16-24h。这种堆置反应方法使得面料的生产周期长,并且面料经过长时间的堆置反应后其强力性能大幅度下降,面料手感硬挺。
常规的潮交联中防皱整理液包含树脂、催化剂、强力保护剂、柔软剂及表面活性剂。水溶性聚氨酯和硅酮弹性体可以改善面料的弹性,提高面料起皱后的回复能力,在干交联技术领域使用较多。但是水溶性聚氨酯和硅酮弹性体需要面料在90℃以上的高温环境下才会发挥作用,而常规的潮交联树脂反应为低温反应,所以水溶性聚氨酯和硅酮弹性体在潮交联领域使用受限。
中国专利CN108457082A公开一种提高潮交联整理色织面料免烫性的加工方法。工艺流程为烧毛-退浆-丝光-液氨-预柔软-潮交联轧料-潮态交联-焙烘-一次水洗-二次水洗-拉幅-成品验装;其中焙烘在焙烘机上进行,焙烘温度为120-140℃,焙烘时间3-5min。采用两次交联,面料水缩、热缩更加稳定,省去预缩工序,降低面料的生产成本;将焙烘工序引入潮交联整理加工流程中,缩短潮交联整理堆置时间6-12小时,较传统潮交联工艺降低了20-50%树脂和催化剂用量;提高潮交联整理的色织面料免烫性0.2-0.5级,耐洗50次,免烫性在4.0级以上。该专利的生产周期较长;且在潮态交联后进行焙烘,确实有利于免烫性的提升,但是面料的强力损伤比较严重,并且面料是在高温环境直接焙烘,手感偏硬。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,不仅解决了潮交联堆置周期长、面料因堆置时反应时间长造成强力大幅度下降的问题,而且改善了面料的弹性和手感,提高了面料的洗后外观级别。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,包括烧毛、退浆、丝光、液氨、水洗、拉幅、预缩步骤,在液氨和水洗之间增设浸轧防皱整理、汽蒸步骤。
其中:
浸轧防皱整理步骤采用的防皱整理液的组成如下:以1L防皱整理液计,含有树脂150-220g、催化剂75-110g、柔软剂20-30g、渗透剂5-8g、强力保护剂10-20g、水溶性聚氨酯5-30g、硅酮弹性体5-30g、余量为水。
树脂为改性醚化2D树脂Raycare CR-MA、催化剂为氯化镁、柔软剂为改性有机硅乳液Raysoft SMI-60、渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC、强力保护剂为聚乙烯蜡分散乳液Raysoft SF-P。
所述的树脂选用淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司生产的改性醚化2D树脂Raycare CR-MA;
所述的催化剂选用淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司生产的氯化镁LR-MC;
所述的柔软剂选用淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司生产的改性有机硅乳液RaysoftSMI-60;
所述的渗透剂选用淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司生产的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC;
所述的强力保护剂选用淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司生产的聚乙烯蜡分散乳液SF-P;

本发明防皱整理液的制备过程如下:依次将树脂、柔软剂、强力保护剂、水溶性聚氨酯、硅酮弹性体、渗透剂加入至水中,常温下混合均匀,再加入催化剂搅拌20-30min,得到防皱整理液。最后加入催化剂能够避免树脂分子间提前交联、造成防皱整理液粘稠,导致面料加工中出现沾污现象的发生。
浸轧防皱整理步骤在拉幅机上进行,先将防皱整理液置于料液槽中,再将面料浸入防皱整理液中,采用两浸两轧方式进行浸轧;料液槽中防皱整理液的温度为30-40℃,浸轧压力为3-4kg,浸轧后轧余率为55-80%。
汽蒸温度为90-120℃,汽蒸时间为3-5min。
汽蒸的相对湿度为30-60%。
本发明所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:在烧退联合机上进行,面料进行正反面烧毛,先反面后正面,烧毛后毛羽达到4级;
(2)退浆:采用酶退浆的方式,退浆酶用量为10-15g/L,退浆效果6级;
(3)丝光:在常规的丝光机上进行,将面料置于碱液中浸泡,碱液温度为20-25℃,碱液浓度为280-300g/L;所述碱液为氢氧化钠溶液;
(4)液氨:采用常规的液氨整理方法,将面料置于液氨槽中进行液氨处理,再水洗,液氨车速30-40m/min;
(5)浸轧防皱整理:在拉幅机上进行,先将防皱整理液置于料液槽中,再将面料浸入防皱整理液中,采用两浸两轧方式进行浸轧;
(6)汽蒸:在蒸化机上进行汽蒸;
(7)水洗:使用5-8g/L的纯碱进行洗涤,水洗温度为70-80℃;
(8)拉幅:拉幅机料槽中柔软剂SMI-60的浓度为10-15g/L,使用浓度为2-3g/L的柠檬酸调节布面pH值为5-7,两浸两轧,之后于100-110℃下烘干;柔软剂SMI-60选自淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司生产的产品;
(9)预缩:在预缩机上进行,胶毯温度为100-110℃,呢毯温度为110-130℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明在液氨和水洗之间增设浸轧防皱整理、汽蒸步骤,解决了潮交联堆置周期长、面料因堆置时反应时间长造成强力大幅度下降的问题。
本发明由于改变了常规潮交联的低温堆置反应条件,将低温堆置变为高温汽蒸,这样可以在常规的防皱整理液中添加水溶性聚氨酯和硅酮弹性体,在保证面料强力指标的前提下,不仅解决了潮交联过程中水溶性聚氨酯和硅酮弹性体低温反应不良、使用受限的问题,而且水溶性聚氨酯中的氨基和硅酮弹性体中的硅羟基均能够与面料中的纤维素发生反应,生成一种具有弹性的高分子薄膜,附着在面料表面,改善了面料弹性和手感,提高了面料的洗后外观级别,面料的免烫性也得到了提高,大幅度缩短了面料的生产周期。
本发明在面料浸轧防皱整理步骤后,进行短时间的汽蒸,生产周期大幅度缩短;经本发明工艺方法处理的面料,在相同强力的前提下,面料的洗后外观和手感比常规工艺好;在相同洗后外观的前提下,面料的手感和强力比常规工艺好。

实施例1
处理的面料:白色2/2CP面料,经纬纱用纱支均为80s的股线,经向密度为160根/英寸,纬纱密度为72根/英寸。
面料处理前检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为2.5;折皱回复角为142度;白度为145;
断裂强力:经向965N,纬向420N;
撕破强力:经向32.3N,纬向29.5N;
磨损性:20000r。
所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:在烧退联合机上进行,面料进行正反面烧毛,先反面后正面,烧毛后毛羽达到4级;
(2)退浆:采用酶退浆的方式,退浆酶用量为10g/L,退浆效果6级;
(3)丝光:在常规的丝光机上进行,将面料置于氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡,氢氧化钠溶液的温度为20℃,氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为280g/L;
(4)液氨:采用常规的液氨整理方法,将面料置于液氨槽中进行液氨处理,再水洗,液氨车速30m/min;

(6)汽蒸:在蒸化机上进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为120℃,汽蒸时间为5min,汽蒸的相对湿度为30%;
(7)水洗:使用5g/L的纯碱进行洗涤,水洗温度为70℃;
(8)拉幅:拉幅机料槽中柔软剂SMI-60的浓度为10g/L,使用浓度为2g/L的柠檬酸调节布面pH值为5,两浸两轧,之后于100℃下烘干;

其中防皱整理液的制备如下:依次将改性醚化2D树脂Raycare CR-MA、改性有机硅乳液Raysoft SMI-60、聚乙烯蜡分散乳液SF-P、水溶性聚氨酯UT-730、硅酮弹性体LF、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC加入至水中,常温下混合均匀,再加入氯化镁LR-MC,搅拌25min,得到防皱整理液;其中各物质的浓度为:改性醚化2D树脂Raycare CR-MA 150g/L、氯化镁LR-MC 75g/L、改性有机硅乳液Raysoft SMI-60 30g/L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC 5g/L、聚乙烯蜡分散乳液SF-P 20g/L、水溶性聚氨酯UT-730 30g/L、硅酮弹性体LF 30g/L;
(6)汽蒸:在蒸化机上进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为90℃,汽蒸时间为3min,汽蒸的相对湿度为60%;
(7)水洗:使用6g/L的纯碱进行洗涤,水洗温度为75℃;

磨损性:21520r。
所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:在烧退联合机上进行,面料进行正反面烧毛,先反面后正面,烧毛后毛羽达到4级;
(2)退浆:采用酶退浆的方式,退浆酶用量为15g/L,退浆效果6级;
(3)丝光:在常规的丝光机上进行,将面料置于氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡,氢氧化钠溶液的温度为25℃,氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为300g/L;
(4)液氨:采用常规的液氨整理方法,将面料置于液氨槽中进行液氨处理,再水洗,液氨车速40m/min;
(5)浸轧防皱整理:在拉幅机上进行,先将防皱整理液置于料液槽中,再将面料浸入防皱整理液中,采用两浸两轧方式进行浸轧;料液槽中防皱整理液的温度为40℃,浸轧压力为4kg,轧余率为67%;
其中防皱整理液的制备如下:依次将改性醚化2D树脂Raycare CR-MA、改性有机硅乳液Raysoft SMI-60、聚乙烯蜡分散乳液SF-P、水溶性聚氨酯UT-730、硅酮弹性体LF、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC加入至水中,常温下混合均匀,再加入氯化镁LR-MC,搅拌30min,得到防皱整理液;其中各物质的浓度为:改性醚化2D树脂Raycare CR-MA220g/L、氯化镁LR-MC 110g/L、改性有机硅乳液Raysoft SMI-60 20g/L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC 5g/L、聚乙烯蜡分散乳液SF-P 15g/L、水溶性聚氨酯UT-730 5g/L、硅酮弹性体LF 5g/L;
(6)汽蒸:在蒸化机上进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为105℃,汽蒸时间为4min,汽蒸的相对湿度为45%;
(7)水洗:使用8g/L的纯碱进行洗涤,水洗温度为80℃;
(8)拉幅:拉幅机料槽中柔软剂SMI-60的浓度为15g/L,使用浓度为3g/L的柠檬酸调节布面pH值为7,两浸两轧,之后于110℃下烘干;
(9)预缩:在预缩机上进行,胶毯温度为110℃,呢毯温度为130℃。
处理后的面料外观效果好,手感蓬松柔软,检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为4.0;折皱回复角为235度;白度为144,未下降;
断裂强力:经向532N,纬向286N;
撕破强力:经向10.2N,纬向7.7N;
磨损性:18760r;
游离甲醛小于20ppm。
对比例1
将汽蒸步骤改为堆置反应步骤,防皱整理液的制备过程中不加入水溶性聚氨酯UT-730、硅酮弹性体LF,其余步骤同实施例1。潮交联整理堆置时间24小时。
处理后的面料外观效果差,手感硬挺,检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为3.2;折皱回复角为210度;白度为120,白度下降;
断裂强力:经向623N,纬向235N;
撕破强力:经向17.6N,纬向12.2N;
磨损性:14000r;
游离甲醛40ppm。
对比例2
将汽蒸步骤改为堆置反应步骤,堆置反应6小时,其余步骤同实施例1。
处理后的面料外观效果差,手感硬挺,检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为3.2;折皱回复角为215度;白度为105,白度下降;
断裂强力:经向635N,纬向238N;
撕破强力:经向18.4N,纬向13.3N;
磨损性:13500r;
游离甲醛50ppm。
对比例3
防皱整理液的制备过程中不加入水溶性聚氨酯UT-730、硅酮弹性体LF,其余步骤同实施例1。
处理后的面料外观效果差,手感柔软性差,检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为3.3;折皱回复角为220度;白度为125,白度下降;
断裂强力:经向630N,纬向240N;
撕破强力:经向18.5N,纬向13.6N;
磨损性:15000r;
游离甲醛35ppm。
对比例4
防皱整理液的制备过程中不加入水溶性聚氨酯UT-730,其余步骤同实施例1。
处理后的面料外观效果差,手感柔软性差,检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为3.5;折皱回复角为225度;白度为120,白度下降;
断裂强力:经向625N,纬向243N;
撕破强力:经向18.6N,纬向13.9N;
磨损性:15000r;
游离甲醛30ppm。
对比例5
防皱整理液的制备过程中不加入硅酮弹性体LF,其余步骤同实施例1。
处理后的面料外观效果差,手感柔软性差,检测的内在质量数据为:5-30次水洗后外观质量级别为3.5;折皱回复角为230度;白度为115,白度下降;
断裂强力:经向628N,纬向239N;
撕破强力:经向18.8N,纬向14.1N;
磨损性:14500r;
游离甲醛30ppm。

Claims (8)

1.一种潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,包括烧毛、退浆、丝光、液氨、水洗、拉幅、预缩步骤,其特征在于在液氨和水洗之间增设浸轧防皱整理、汽蒸步骤;
浸轧防皱整理步骤采用的防皱整理液的组成如下:以1L防皱整理液计,含有树脂150-220g、催化剂75-110g、柔软剂20-30g、渗透剂5-8g、强力保护剂10-20g、水溶性聚氨酯5-30g、硅酮弹性体5-30g,余量为水;
树脂为改性醚化2D树脂,催化剂为氯化镁,柔软剂为改性有机硅乳液,渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,强力保护剂为聚乙烯蜡分散乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:防皱整理液的制备过程如下:依次将树脂、柔软剂、强力保护剂、水溶性聚氨酯、硅酮弹性体、渗透剂加入至水中,混合均匀,再加入催化剂搅拌20-30min,得到防皱整理液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:浸轧防皱整理步骤为:先将防皱整理液置于料液槽中,再将面料浸入防皱整理液中,采用两浸两轧方式进行浸轧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:料液槽中防皱整理液的温度为30-40℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:浸轧压力为3-4kg,浸轧后轧余率为55-80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:汽蒸温度为90-120℃,汽蒸时间为3-5min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:汽蒸的相对湿度为30-60%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的潮交联整理面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:面料进行正反面烧毛,先反面后正面;
(2)退浆:采用酶退浆的方式,退浆酶用量为10-15g/L;
(3)丝光:将面料置于碱液中浸泡,碱液温度为20-25℃,碱液浓度为280-300g/L;
(4)液氨:将面料置于液氨槽中进行液氨处理,再水洗,液氨车速30-40m/min;
(5)浸轧防皱整理:先将防皱整理液置于料液槽中,再将面料浸入防皱整理液中,采用两浸两轧方式进行浸轧;
(6)汽蒸:在蒸化机上进行汽蒸;
(7)水洗:使用5-8g/L的纯碱进行洗涤,水洗温度为70-80℃;
(8)拉幅:拉幅机料槽中柔软剂SMI-60的浓度为10-15g/L,使用浓度为2-3g/L的柠檬酸调节布面pH值为5-7,两浸两轧,之后于100-110℃下烘干;
(9)预缩:胶毯温度为100-110℃,呢毯温度为110-130℃。
