adding the crushed alfalfa into ethanol with the concentration of 60% to dissolve uniformly, placing the mixture into an ultrasonic device, and extracting for 1 hour at the temperature of 75 ℃ to obtain a primary extracting solution;
and adding ethanol into the residues obtained by ultrasonic extraction for reflux extraction to obtain a secondary extracting solution, concentrating the primary extracting solution and the secondary extracting solution until no alcohol exists, and performing spray drying to obtain the saponin extract.
8. The method for preparing a microbial preparation for improving the intestinal environment of ruminants such as cattle and sheep according to claim 3, wherein the preparation of the methanol extract from pharbitis seed comprises:
taking dried pharbitis seeds, and soaking the dried pharbitis seeds in a device filled with a methanol solution for 6 hours; heating the device filled with the pharbitis seed and the methanol solution in water bath to obtain an extracting solution;
and distilling the extracting solution under reduced pressure to recover methanol, and drying to constant weight to obtain a methanol extract.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the stacking fermentation comprises: fermenting at 30 deg.C for 6 days; turning the pile once every 48 hours.
10. Use of the microbial preparation according to any one of claims 1-2 for improving the intestinal environment of a ruminant such as cattle and sheep in the preparation of a feed or feed additive for a ruminant such as cattle and sheep.
