Description

Control method, control device, clothes treatment equipment and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field

Background
Clothes treatment equipment, such as washing machines, washing and drying integrated machines and the like, are indispensable household appliances in people's lives. In real life, the water inlet time of the clothes treatment equipment is overtime due to the fact that a user forgets to turn on a water faucet or is influenced by conditions such as water pressure and temporary water cut-off, and normal operation of the clothes treatment equipment is influenced.
There are two main ways to judge water intake overtime in the related art: one way is to predetermine the water level of intaking and predetermine the time length of intaking, when intaking and length of time reaches predetermineeing the time length of intaking, if the water level does not reach predetermineeing the water level of intaking, think into water overtime, report to the police and stop work, wait for the user's inspection. Because the water level detection device needs to detect the water level after the water amount reaches a certain amount, and when the water amount is less, the false detection rate is high, in order to prevent false alarm, the preset water inlet time is generally set to be a longer time, for example, 8 minutes, or even longer, if the user starts the clothes treatment equipment and then goes out, the clothes treatment equipment can detect that the water inlet is abnormal after 8 minutes, so that the user cannot timely know that the abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment, and the clothes treatment efficiency is influenced.
The other mode is that a flow detection device is added on a water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment, and the water flow is judged by the flow detection device in the water inlet process, so that whether the water inlet is abnormal or not is judged. Although this method can quickly detect the water inflow, the hardware cost of the clothes treating apparatus is increased, and some models are not suitable for adding the flow detection device.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
Based on the problem that in the related art, clothes treatment equipment, such as a washing machine, a washing and drying integrated machine, a dish washing machine and the like, cannot detect whether water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment in time, the embodiment of the application provides a control method applied to the clothes treatment equipment. The method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be implemented by a computer program, and when the computer program is executed, each step in the control method provided by the embodiment of the present application is completed. In some embodiments, the computer program may be executed by a control device in a laundry treatment apparatus. Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a clothes treatment apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the control method includes the steps of:
step S101, in response to a trigger instruction for entering a water inlet process triggered when a clothes treatment program is executed, acquiring a first weight value of a load in the clothes treatment equipment.
The control method of the embodiment of the application is applied to clothes treatment equipment, such as household appliances like washing machines, washing and drying integrated machines and dish washing machines. The following description will be given taking a laundry treating apparatus as an example of a washing machine.
In practical application, after a user presses a start/pause button on a control panel of the washing machine, the washing machine starts to execute a clothes treatment program, firstly, a trigger instruction entering a water inlet process is triggered, and in response to the trigger instruction, the weight of a load in the washing machine is acquired to obtain a first weight value. Here, the first weight value is the weight of the load before water injection.
In some embodiments, the washing machine may obtain the first weight value of the load in the tub through a built-in weight detection device (e.g., a weight sensor), may also obtain the first weight value of the load in the tub through a fuzzy weighing method, and may also obtain the first weight value through other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The fuzzy weighing method has the following principle: when a start key of the washing machine is pressed, the motor is powered off after rotating for a short time (such as 0.3 to 0.5 second), and the motor continues to operate under the inertia effect. The rotating shaft of the motor is directly connected with the barrel body, the barrel body is directly contacted with the load in the barrel body, the lighter the weight of the load in the barrel body is, the smaller the resistance of the load and the inner wall of the barrel body is, the shorter the required time length for stopping the barrel body is, namely the shorter the time length for stopping the motor is. When the motor runs by inertia, the counter electromotive force is generated by magnetic electricity generation, and the quicker the motor stops, the shorter the time for generating the counter electromotive force is, so that the weight of the load can be determined according to the maintaining time of the counter electromotive force. When actual fuzzy weighing, can control the motor circular telegram outage many times, determine a plurality of load weight values, get its average value and regard as the first weight value of load to reduce measuring error, improve the degree of accuracy of the first weight value of load.
Step S102, controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be opened to enter a water inlet process.
Here, the water inlet means may be a water inlet valve. After the fuzzy weighing is finished, the drain valve is opened, and water is injected into the barrel body.
And step S103, determining that the starting time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold, and acquiring a second weight value of the load.
When the starting time of the water inlet device reaches a first time-length threshold value, namely after the first time-length threshold value of water is injected into the barrel body, the weight of the load in the barrel body is obtained again to obtain a second weight value. Here, the second weight value of the load may be acquired in the same manner as the first weight value of the load.
In this embodiment, the first duration threshold may take any value between 30s (seconds) and 2min (minutes), for example, 45 s. Compared with the time of 6-15 min required by detection through the water level detection device in the prior art, the time for judging the water inlet abnormity can be greatly shortened.
And step S104, controlling an alarm device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first prompt information when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined based on the second weight value and the first weight value.
Under the normal condition of water inflow, the load weight is increased by water injected in the first time length threshold, the difference between the second weight value and the first weight value is large, under the abnormal condition of water inflow, water may not be injected or the injected water is little in the first time length threshold, and the difference between the second weight value and the first weight value is small. Therefore, whether the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment can be judged according to the first weight value of the load before water injection and the second weight value of the load after the first time threshold value of water injection, and in actual implementation, the load weight difference can be determined according to the second weight value and the first weight value; judging whether the load weight difference is less than or equal to a weight error threshold value; when the load weight difference is smaller than or equal to the error threshold, the weight difference before and after the load is not large, water is considered to be abnormal, namely water can not be normally supplied, and the fact that the water supply abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment is determined at the moment; when the load weight difference is larger than the error threshold value, the difference between the weights before and after the load is larger, the water inlet is considered to be normal, and the fact that the water inlet abnormality does not exist in the clothes treatment equipment is determined.
In the embodiment of the application, when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, the alarm device is controlled to output the first prompt message, so that a user can timely know that the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment exists, and timely perform abnormality treatment, for example, a water tap is turned on when the user forgets to turn on the water tap, or a cancel button is pressed when the user finds that the water supply is stopped, so as to stop executing the clothes treatment program.
Here, the first prompt message may include at least one of an alarm sound, an alarm prompt message, and an alarm abnormality code. The controlling of the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt information may include: controlling a sound production module of the alarm device to produce alarm sound; and/or controlling a first display module of the alarm device to display alarm prompt information; and/or controlling a second display module of the alarm device to display the alarm abnormal code. Here, the sounding module may be a sound output module such as a horn, and the alarm sound may be an intermittent beep sound; the first display module may be an indicator Light such as a Light Emitting Diode (LED) Light, and the alarm prompt information may be LED Light flashing; the second display module can be an output module such as a nixie tube and the like which can display codes or numbers, the alarm abnormal code can be an abnormal code, for example, an abnormal code 'E1' corresponding to the water inlet abnormality is preset, and a user can determine that the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment according to the abnormal code.
In some embodiments, when the clothes treatment device is provided with the communication device, the clothes treatment device can perform information interaction with the user terminal through the communication device, and when the control alarm device outputs the first prompt message, the communication device can be further controlled to send the first prompt message to the user terminal, so that a user can timely know that the clothes treatment device has a message of water inlet abnormity.
The control method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to the clothes treatment equipment, and the clothes treatment equipment responds to a trigger instruction for entering the water inlet process, which is triggered when a clothes treatment program is executed, and acquires a first weight value of a load in the clothes treatment equipment; controlling a water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be opened to enter a water inlet process; determining that the starting time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold value, and acquiring a second weight value of the load; and controlling an alarm device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first prompt information when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined based on the second weight value and the first weight value. So, under the prerequisite that does not increase new detection device, weigh through twice load, can confirm in a short time whether the clothing treatment facility has into water unusually to can remind the user fast when having into water unusually, improve clothing treatment effeciency.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another implementation of the control method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the control method is applied to a clothes treatment apparatus. As shown in fig. 2, the control method includes the steps of:
step S201, in response to a trigger instruction to enter a water intake process triggered when a laundry treatment process is executed, acquiring a first weight value of a load in the laundry treatment apparatus.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S201, step S202, and step S206 correspond to step S101, step S102, and step S104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 one to one, and the implementation manner and implementation effect of step S201, step S202, and step S206 may refer to the detailed description of the corresponding step in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
Step S202, controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be opened to enter a water inlet process.
Step S203, controlling the rotation of the tub of the laundry treating apparatus.
In the water inlet process, injected water can flow to the bottom of the barrel body under the action of gravity, and the flowing water can influence the friction force between clothes and the inner wall of the barrel body, so that the accuracy of the second weight value of the load is influenced. In the embodiment of the application, when water enters, the barrel body is controlled to rotate, so that the injected water can be immersed into clothes as far as possible, the flowing water quantity in the barrel body is reduced, the influence on the friction force between the clothes and the inner wall of the barrel body is reduced, the accuracy of the second weight value of the obtained load is improved, and the accuracy of the judgment result of whether the water enters abnormally is improved.
And step S204, determining that the time length for starting the water inlet device reaches a first time length threshold value, and controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be closed.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load, in the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet duration is determined to reach the first duration threshold, the water inlet device is turned off, so that the weight of the load is not changed in the process of obtaining the second weight value of the load, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load is improved.
In some embodiments, step S204 may be replaced with step S204a, the water inlet device is turned on for a first time threshold, and the tub of the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to stop rotating.
In other embodiments, step S204 may be replaced with step S204b, the water inlet device of the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to be turned off, and the tub of the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to stop rotating when the water inlet device is turned on for the first time threshold.
In the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet time length is determined to reach the first time length threshold value, the water inlet device is closed, meanwhile, the barrel body can be controlled to stop rotating, the second weight value of the load is obtained after the barrel body is static, the phenomenon that the rotation of the barrel body influences the time length of the stop rotating of the motor under the action of inertia after the motor is powered off is avoided, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load can be further improved.
In step S205, a second weight value of the load is obtained.
In the embodiment of the application, before the second load weight value is obtained, the water inlet device is closed, so that the load weight is not changed any more, the barrel stops rotating, the time length of the stop rotating under the inertia effect after the motor is powered off is avoided being influenced, and compared with the step S103, the accuracy of the obtained second load weight value can be improved.
And step S206, controlling an alarm device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first prompt information when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined based on the second weight value and the first weight value.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the barrel body is controlled to rotate in the water inlet process, so that the injected water is immersed into the clothes as much as possible, the amount of flowing water in the barrel body can be reduced, the influence on the friction force between the clothes and the inner wall of the barrel body is reduced, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load is improved; before the second load weight value is obtained, the water inlet device is closed, so that the load weight is not changed any more, the barrel body stops rotating, the time length of the motor stopping rotating under the inertia effect after the motor is powered off is avoided being influenced, the accuracy of the obtained second load weight value is further improved, and the accuracy of the judgment result of whether water inlet abnormality exists is further improved.
In some embodiments, after the step S104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or the step S206 "controlling the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt message" in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the control method may further include the steps of:
and step S105, controlling a voice output device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first broadcast information.
The first broadcast message comprises a second prompt message for prompting that the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment. For example, the second prompt message may be "water inlet abnormality of the washing machine, please check whether the faucet is opened, and if not, please open the faucet", or "water inlet abnormality of the washing machine, please check whether the faucet is opened, whether water is cut off, check whether the water inlet pipe is blocked", and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, when the water inlet abnormity of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, the alarm device is controlled to output the first prompt message, so that a user can know that the water inlet abnormity of the clothes treatment equipment exists in time and carry out abnormity treatment in time. If the abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is known and the abnormal code can be known according to the output first prompt information, if the user knows the abnormality corresponding to the abnormal code, the water inlet abnormality can be further known. According to the first broadcast information output by the voice output device, not only can the abnormity occurring be known, but also the abnormity can be known to be processed, the abnormity processing is convenient for old people or users who are not familiar with the operation of the clothes processing equipment, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the first announcement information may be output a plurality of times (e.g., 3 times) in succession to ensure that the user is clearly heard. In practical applications, whether the water inlet abnormality of the laundry treatment apparatus exists can be determined in a short time according to the second weight value and the first weight value, and the abnormality cannot determine that the laundry treatment apparatus has a fault, for example, the water pressure may be low, or a user does not use the water inlet device to automatically feed water, but manually pours water into the tub, or water is reserved in the tub, and the like, so when it is determined that the water inlet abnormality of the laundry treatment apparatus exists, the laundry treatment apparatus does not enter the fault mode, and the step S106 is continuously performed to determine whether the water inlet fault occurs in a long time.
Step S106, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to continue to perform the laundry treating process.
In the determination process of step S104, determining a load weight difference according to the second weight value and the first weight value; judging whether the load weight difference is less than or equal to a weight error threshold value; when the weight difference of the load is smaller than or equal to the error threshold, which indicates that the weight difference before and after the load is not large, the water inlet is considered to be abnormal, namely the water can not be normally fed, at this moment, the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, and the step S104 is executed; when the difference between the weights of the loads is greater than the error threshold, indicating that the difference between the weights before and after the loads is large, the water inflow is considered to be normal, and at this time, it is determined that the water inflow abnormality does not exist in the clothes treatment apparatus, the step S106 is executed, and the clothes treatment apparatus continues to execute the clothes treatment program.
Step S107, determining whether the laundry treating process is completed.
When the laundry treating process is completed, such as the light washing-rinsing-dehydrating entire washing process is completed while washing the laundry, the flow proceeds to step S108; when the laundry treating process is not completed, it is necessary to determine whether the laundry treating apparatus malfunctions, upon which it proceeds to step S109.
In the process of executing the clothes processing program, if no other faults occur in the clothes processing equipment, the clothes processing program can be sequentially executed without the participation of a user; if the laundry treating apparatus malfunctions while the laundry treating process is not performed, in order to prevent a safety accident caused by the malfunction, the laundry treating process suspends the performance of the laundry treating process, and at this time, the user is required to determine whether to treat the malfunction.
Step S108, controlling the clothes processing equipment to be powered off.
After the clothes processing program is executed, the clothes processing equipment is shut down, so that the clothes processing equipment is prevented from being in an output fault or standby state for a long time, and electric energy can be saved.
Step S109, determining whether a malfunction of the laundry treating apparatus is detected.
When the failure of the clothes processing equipment is detected, the clothes processing program is suspended to enter the step S110; when the malfunction of the laundry treating apparatus is not detected, it is considered that the laundry treating apparatus is normally operated, and then it proceeds to step S106.
For example, after determining that the water inlet abnormality exists in the laundry treatment apparatus in step S104, the laundry treatment process is continuously executed, the laundry treatment apparatus continuously supplies water, and then detects whether a water inlet fault exists through the water level detection device in the prior art, for example, if the water inlet timeout threshold set by the water level detection device is 8min, when the water inlet duration reaches 8min, if the water level detection device detects that the water level in the tub has not reached the set water level, it is determined that the water inlet fault exists in the laundry treatment apparatus, and the process proceeds to step S110.
When the water inlet time does not reach 8min, the water level detection device detects that the water level in the barrel body reaches the set water level, the clothes treatment equipment is determined to have no water inlet fault, the clothes treatment processes such as washing, rinsing, dewatering and the like are continuously carried out, and whether other faults occur in the clothes treatment equipment or not is continuously detected in the process again, such as a water drainage fault, a door opening fault, a barrel collision fault and the like. Each fault has its corresponding alarm condition, for example, the alarm condition corresponding to the door opening fault is "the door is opened when the laundry treating process is not performed. During the execution of the laundry treating program, whether an alarm condition is reached is determined according to the state of the laundry treating apparatus. When the water inlet alarm condition is reached, determining that the water inlet fault occurs in the clothes treatment equipment, wherein the fault code can be 'E1'; when the drain alarm condition is reached, it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus has a drain malfunction, and the malfunction code may be "E2"; when the door opening alarm condition is reached, determining that the door body of the clothes treatment equipment is not closed, wherein the fault code can be 'E3'; when the tub collision alarm condition is reached, it is determined that the tub and the outer tub of the laundry treating apparatus collide, and the fault code may be "E4". Of course, other fault-corresponding alarm conditions may also be included.
Step S110, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to suspend the laundry treating process.
And step S111, controlling the alarm device to output alarm information and controlling the clothes processing equipment to switch to an alarm mode.
When the failure of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, in order to avoid causing safety accidents, the clothes treatment program is suspended, alarm information is output, so that a user can be ensured to know the failure of the clothes treatment equipment in time, and what kind of failure occurs is known according to the output failure code, so that the user can determine whether to treat the failure or whether to continue to execute the clothes treatment program.
Here, the alarm information may include at least one of an alarm sound, an alarm prompt information, and an alarm fault code. The alarm device controlling the laundry treating apparatus to output the alarm information may include: controlling a sound production module of the alarm device to produce alarm sound; and/or controlling a first display module of the alarm device to display alarm prompt information; and/or controlling a second display module of the alarm device to display an alarm fault code. Here, the sounding module may be a sound output module such as a horn, and the alarm sound may be an intermittent beep sound; the first display module can be an indicator light such as an LED light, and the alarm prompt information can be LED light flickering; the second display module may be an output module such as a digital tube capable of displaying a code or a number, and the alarm fault code may be a fault code, for example, a fault code "E2" corresponding to the drainage fault is preset, and a user may determine that the drainage fault occurs in the laundry treating apparatus according to the fault code.
In some embodiments, when the clothes treatment device can perform information interaction with the user terminal through the communication device, the communication device can be further controlled to send alarm information to the user terminal when the alarm device is controlled to output the alarm information, so that a user can timely know that the clothes treatment device fails.
In the embodiment of the application, the difference between the output alarm information of the clothes processing equipment and the output first prompt information is as follows: the first prompt message is not continuously output, namely after the first prompt message is output, the clothes treatment equipment continues to execute the clothes treatment program, and the clothes treatment program is not suspended to enter a failure mode; and switching the laundry treating apparatus to an alarm mode when outputting alarm information after determining that the laundry treating apparatus is out of order. In the alarm mode, the laundry treating apparatus may continuously output alarm information. In practical application, in order to avoid that the alarm sound is continuously output to influence the rest of a user or influence neighbors, the alarm sound can be output within a short time (such as 1 minute) when the alarm information is output, then the alarm sound is stopped from being output, and only the alarm prompt information and the alarm fault code need to be output.
And step S112, controlling the clothes processing device to continuously execute the clothes processing program when determining that the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received.
After knowing that the clothes treatment equipment has a fault, the user processes the fault according to the fault type, such as closing a door body, and then executes preset operation for releasing the alarm mode, and the clothes treatment equipment responds to the operation executed by the user, receives an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode, controls the clothes treatment equipment to continuously execute the clothes treatment program, and returns to the step S106 to continuously perform fault detection.
In some embodiments, after the step S111 of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to switch to the alert mode, the control method may further include the steps of:
in step S113, it is determined whether an operation instruction that the key is pressed is received.
When receiving the operation instruction that the key is pressed, indicating that the user presses any key on the control panel of the washing machine, then entering step S114; when the operation instruction that the key is pressed is not received, indicating that the user does not press any key, the process proceeds to step S117.
And step S114, controlling the key of the clothes treatment equipment to be switched to a locking state so that the clothes treatment equipment does not respond to the operation instruction that the key is pressed.
In the embodiment of the application, the keys are locked, so that the keys cannot be interrupted by misoperation in the process of outputting the subsequent second broadcast information, and a user is ensured to know the second broadcast information.
And step S115, controlling the voice output device to output second broadcast information.
In some embodiments, when the user knows the trouble code, the user can determine what kind of trouble has occurred in the laundry treating apparatus according to the trouble panel displayed on the display panel to perform the trouble treatment. When a user is unfamiliar with a fault code, the user cannot determine which fault occurs in the clothes treatment equipment according to a fault panel displayed by a display panel, in the embodiment of the application, when the user presses any key on the display panel, second broadcast information including the fault information is output, the user can know which fault occurs in the clothes treatment equipment according to the second broadcast information, further the second broadcast information can further include third prompt information used for relieving an alarm mode, for example, the third prompt information can be 'abnormal drainage of a washing machine, whether a drain pipe is taken down is required to be checked, if not, the drain pipe is required to be taken down from the washing machine and put into a drainage floor drain', or 'abnormal door of the washing machine, whether the door is required to be closed' and the like.
According to the output alarm information, the fact that the clothes processing equipment has faults and the fault codes can be obtained, and if the user knows the faults corresponding to the fault codes, the fact that the water inlet faults occur can be further obtained. According to the first broadcast information output by the voice output device, not only can the fault be known, but also the fault can be known to be treated, so that the old or a user unfamiliar with the operation of the clothes treatment equipment can conveniently remove the fault, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the second announcement information may be output a plurality of times (e.g., 3 times) in succession to ensure that the user is clearly heard.
And step S116, after the second broadcast information is determined to be output, controlling the key of the clothes treatment equipment to be switched to the unlocking state, so that the clothes treatment equipment responds to the operation instruction that the key is pressed.
After the output of the second broadcast information is finished, unlocking the key, judging whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, and entering step S112 when the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received; when the manipulation instruction for releasing the alert mode is not received, the process proceeds to step S117.
And step S117, acquiring the alarm time length for switching the clothes treatment equipment to the alarm mode.
In the embodiment of the application, when the operating instruction that the key is pressed is determined not to be received or the operating instruction for releasing the alarm mode is determined not to be received, the alarm time length of the clothes treatment equipment is obtained, and the alarm time length starts to be timed after the clothes treatment equipment is switched to the alarm mode.
And step S118, determining that the alarm time length reaches a second time length threshold value, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to stop executing the clothes treatment program.
When the alarm time length of the clothes treatment equipment switched to the alarm mode reaches a second time length threshold value, in order to avoid that the clothes treatment equipment is in a fault output state for a long time, and in order to save electric energy, stopping executing the clothes treatment program, and entering the step S108, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to be shut down; when the alarm time length of the clothes processing device switched to the alarm mode does not reach the second time length threshold value, whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received or not is continuously judged, and when the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, the operation returns to the step S112.
In this embodiment of the application, the second duration threshold may take any value between 6h (hour) and 24h, for example, 12 h.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, a control method is further provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a further implementation flow of the control method provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the control method includes the following steps:
step S301, in response to a trigger instruction for entering a water inlet process triggered when a clothes treating program is executed, acquiring a first weight value of a load in the clothes treating apparatus.
Here, the first weight value of the load in the tub may be obtained by a built-in weight detecting device (e.g., a weight sensor), and may also be obtained by a fuzzy weighing method.
Step S302, controlling a water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be opened to enter a water inlet process, and controlling a barrel body of the clothes treatment equipment to rotate.
Step S303, judging whether the time length of the water inlet device is started reaches a first time length threshold value.
Acquiring the starting time length of the water inlet device, and entering step S304 when the starting time length of the water inlet device reaches a first time length threshold value; and when the starting time of the water inlet device does not reach the first time threshold, returning to the step S302 to continuously control the water inlet device to feed water and controlling the barrel body to continuously rotate.
And S304, controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be closed, and controlling the barrel body of the clothes treatment equipment to stop rotating.
In step S305, a second weight value of the load is obtained.
In the embodiment of the application, before the second load weight value is obtained, the water inlet device is closed, so that the load weight is not changed any more, the barrel body stops rotating, the time length of the stop rotating under the inertia effect after the motor is powered off is avoided being influenced, and the accuracy of the obtained second load weight value can be improved.
Step S306, whether the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment device is determined based on the second weight value and the first weight value.
In some embodiments, step S306 may be implemented as: determining a load weight difference based on the second weight value and the first weight value; judging whether the load weight difference is less than or equal to a weight error threshold value; when the weight difference of the load is smaller than or equal to the error threshold, which indicates that the weight difference before and after the load is not large, the water inlet is considered to be failed, that is, the water can not be normally fed, and at this time, it is determined that the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment, and the operation goes to step S307; when the weight difference of the load is larger than the weight error threshold value, which indicates that the weight difference before and after the load is larger, the water inlet is considered to be successful, that is, the water can be fed normally, at this time, it is determined that the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment does not exist, and the operation goes to step S309.
Step S307, controlling an alarm device of the clothes processing equipment to output first prompt information.
Here, the first prompt information may include at least one of an alarm sound, an alarm prompt information, and an alarm fault code. The controlling of the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt information may include: controlling a sound production module of the alarm device to produce alarm sound; and/or controlling a first display module of the alarm device to display alarm prompt information; and/or controlling a second display module of the alarm device to display an alarm fault code.
And step S308, controlling a voice output device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first broadcast information.
The first broadcast message includes a second prompt message for prompting that the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment. When the fact that the clothes treatment equipment is abnormal in water inlet is determined, the voice output device is controlled to output the first broadcast information, and a user can know which abnormality occurs and how to handle the abnormality according to the first broadcast information output by the voice output device, so that the old or a user unfamiliar with the operation of the clothes treatment equipment can conveniently conduct abnormality treatment, and the use experience of the user is improved. In some embodiments, the first announcement information may be output a plurality of times (e.g., 3 times) in succession to ensure that the user is clearly heard.
After the first broadcast information is output, that is, after the step S308 is executed, the step S309 is continuously executed, although the first prompt information and the first broadcast information are output, the laundry machine does not enter the failure mode, and after the first prompt information and the first broadcast information are output, the laundry processing program is continuously executed.
Step S309, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to continue to perform the laundry treating process.
Step S310, determining whether the laundry treating process is completed.
When the laundry treating process is completed, the process proceeds to step S321; when the laundry treating process is not completed, it is necessary to determine whether the laundry treating apparatus malfunctions, upon which it proceeds to step S311.
Step S311, it is determined whether a malfunction of the laundry treating apparatus is detected.
When the failure of the clothes processing equipment is detected, the clothes processing program is suspended to enter the step S312; when the malfunction of the laundry treating apparatus is not detected, it is considered that the laundry treating apparatus is normally operated, and then it returns to step S309.
And step S312, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to suspend executing the clothes treatment program, controlling the alarm device to output alarm information, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to switch to an alarm mode.
When the clothes treatment equipment is determined to be out of order, in order to avoid causing safety accidents, the clothes treatment program is suspended, and alarm information is output, wherein the alarm information can comprise at least one of alarm sound, alarm prompt information and alarm fault codes, so that a user can know the failure of the clothes treatment equipment in time, and know which fault occurs according to the output fault codes. After determining that the laundry treating apparatus is out of order, switching the laundry treating apparatus to an alarm mode while outputting alarm information. In the alarm mode, the laundry treating apparatus may continuously output alarm information.
In step S313, it is determined whether an operation instruction that the key is pressed is received.
When receiving an operation instruction that the key is pressed, indicating that the user presses any key on the control panel of the washing machine, then entering step S314; when the operation instruction that the key is pressed is not received, it indicates that the user does not press any key, and then the process proceeds to step S318.
Step S314, controlling the key of the laundry treating apparatus to switch to the locked state so that the laundry treating apparatus does not respond to the operation instruction that the key is pressed.
The keys are locked, so that the misoperation of the user cannot be interrupted in the process of outputting the second broadcast information, and the user is ensured to know the second broadcast information.
And step S315, controlling the voice output device to output the second broadcast information.
The second broadcast information includes third prompt information for releasing the alert mode. After the second broadcast information is output, step S316 is performed.
And step S316, controlling the key of the clothes treatment equipment to be switched to an unlocking state, so that the clothes treatment equipment responds to the operation instruction that the key is pressed.
Step S317, it is determined whether an operation instruction for releasing the alert mode is received.
After the output of the second broadcast information is finished, unlocking the key, judging whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, and returning to the step S309 when the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received; when an operation instruction for releasing the alert mode is not received, the process proceeds to step S318.
Step S318, obtaining the alarm time length for switching the laundry treating apparatus to the alarm mode.
Step S319, determine whether the alarm duration reaches the second duration threshold.
When the alarm time length reaches the second time length threshold value, the step S320 is executed; and when the alarm time length does not reach the second time length threshold value, returning to the step S313.
Step S320, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to stop performing the laundry treating process.
Step S321, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to be powered off.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, on the premise that a new detection device is not added, through twice load weighing, whether water inflow abnormity exists in the clothes treatment equipment can be determined within a short time, and when the water inflow abnormity is determined, prompt information can be rapidly output to remind a user, so that the clothes treatment efficiency is improved; when there is no water inflow abnormality, the laundry treating process is continuously performed. In the process of continuously executing the clothes processing program, whether a fault occurs or not is continuously detected, after the fault occurs, when the operation of pressing down the key is received, alarm information is output, so that a user can know which fault occurs and how to remove the fault, the old or a user unfamiliar with the operation of the clothes processing equipment can conveniently remove the fault, and the use experience of the user is improved; when the fault is not released within the second time length threshold, the clothes treatment program is stopped, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to be shut down, the clothes treatment equipment is prevented from being in the state of outputting the fault for a long time, and electric energy can be saved.
Next, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described.
For the water inlet fault alarm of the washing machine, in the water inlet fault alarm control mode in the prior technical scheme, the water inlet condition is judged by comparing the relation between the water level change slope value and the standard slope value, and then the alarm is given. However, due to the limitation of the water level detection device (such as a water level sensor), the water level sensor can detect the water level only after water enters to a certain water level, and the water level change condition cannot be detected necessarily before the water level is detected, so that whether a water inlet fault occurs or not based on the detection of the water level sensor in the related art cannot realize rapid alarm.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a control method, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow of the intelligent fault alarm and reminder control method provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
step S401 starts.
Step S402, fuzzy weighing is carried out on the clothes to obtain a weighing value P1.
And step S403, starting water inflow and controlling the barrel to rotate for 45S.
And step S404, fuzzy weighing is carried out on the clothes again to obtain a weighing value P2.
After the washing machine normally operates, firstly, the clothes are fuzzy weighed and the weighing value P1 is stored, then the tub is rotated while water is fed, for example, the outer tub is rotated at the speed of 50r/min, after 45s, the water feeding is stopped, and the wet cloth is weighed to obtain the weighing value P2.
Step S405, judging whether water enters.
Whether the washing machine is supplied with water can be judged according to the two weighing values. When the method is implemented, the sizes of P1 and P2 can be compared, whether the P2-P1 are larger than the error threshold is judged, if the error threshold is 5, if the P2-P1 is larger than 5, the washing machine is considered to be water inlet, and then the step S408 is carried out; if P2-P1 is less than or equal to 5, it is determined that the washing machine may not be supplied with water, and the process proceeds to step S406.
And step S406, giving an audible and visual alarm for 6S.
In step S407, voice broadcast is performed 3 times.
For example, the content of the voice broadcast may be "no water is supplied", please check whether the faucet is on "," no water is supplied ", please check whether water is cut off", and the like, so as to remind the user within one minute. In order to prevent the situation that the water pressure is too low in a short time or a user intentionally fails to boil the water faucet, the alarm only reminds and does not keep the alarm state, so that when water does not enter, after sound-light alarm 6S and voice broadcast 3 times, the step S408 is carried out, and normal operation is recovered.
In step S408, the washing machine continues to operate.
Step S409, whether the operation is finished.
Here, whether the operation is ended may be determined according to the water level. When the water level reaches the preset water level threshold value, determining that the operation is finished, and then entering step S417; when it is detected that the water level does not reach the preset water level threshold, it is determined that the operation is not finished, and the process proceeds to step S410.
And step S410, whether other alarm conditions are met.
During the continuous operation, detecting whether the washing machine reaches other alarm conditions, such as other alarm conditions commonly used in the water inlet process, at least includes: water intake alarm condition, water discharge alarm condition, door open alarm condition and barrel collision alarm condition. When other alarm conditions are met, the step S411 is entered for alarming; and when other alarm conditions are not met, returning to the step S408 to continue the operation.
And step S411, stopping the operation of the washing machine, and giving an audible and visual alarm for 6S.
In step S412, an error code is displayed.
For example, when a water inlet alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E1"; when a drain alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E2"; when a door open alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E3"; when a crash alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E4".
In step S413, it is determined whether or not a key is pressed.
When detecting that the existing key is pressed, the step S414 is entered; when it is not detected that the key is pressed, the process proceeds to step S416.
And step S414, voice broadcasting is carried out for 3 times and the keys are locked.
When the voice is broadcasted, the keys are locked, and the broadcast is prevented from being interrupted by the user accidentally.
And step S415, unlocking the key and judging whether the user presses the prompt message to relieve the alarm.
And step S416, judging whether the alarm time length reaches 12 h.
When the alarm time reaches 12h, in order to avoid the washing machine from being maintained in the alarm state for a long time, the step S417 is carried out; and when the alarm duration does not reach 12h, returning to the step S412 and continuously displaying the error code.
In step S417, the operation ends.
If the washing machine is detected to reach other common alarm conditions, the washing machine is controlled to stop running and give an audible and visual alarm for 6s, then the error code flashing state is kept, whether a key is pressed or not is judged, if the key is pressed, voice broadcasting is carried out for 3 times and the key is locked at the same time, after broadcasting is finished, the key is unlocked and whether a user releases the alarm according to prompt information or not is judged, if the alarm is correctly released, the washing machine is recovered to run until the alarm is finished, and if the alarm is not correctly released, the alarm state is kept for 12h and then the alarm is finished.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a control structure of a washing machine provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the control structure of the washing machine includes components: controller 51, water inlet valve 52, motor 53, fuzzy weighing module 54, button module 55, sound and light module 56 and voice module 57.
The fuzzy weighing module 54 is used for weighing clothes to obtain a weighing value P1, then the water inlet valve 52 and the motor 53 are used for rotating while water is fed into the bucket, after 45s, the fuzzy weighing module 54 is used for weighing wet cloth to obtain a weighing value P2, whether water is fed or not is judged through calculation of the controller 51, if no water is fed, the sound and light module 56 and the voice module 57 are used for reminding, and then the washing machine continues to operate until the operation is finished.
If other alarm conditions are met in the process of continuing the operation of the washing machine, the washing machine stops operating and gives an alarm through the acousto-optic module 56 to remind, and the error code is kept flickering. Whether a key is pressed or not is judged through the key module 55, if the key is pressed, the reminding is carried out through the voice module 57, meanwhile, the key module 55 is locked by the controller 51, after the voice broadcasting is finished, the controller 51 unlocks the key and judges whether a user presses an indication operation to remove the alarm or not, and if the alarm is removed, the washing machine continues to operate until the end.
The alarm method provided by the embodiment of the application can also be used for other devices such as clothes dryers, dish washers and the like which need to prompt a user to remove the alarm after the alarm is given, so that the use experience of the user is enhanced.
The control method for intelligent fault alarm of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for rapidly judging the fault of the washing machine according to twice fuzzy weighing and carrying out intelligent reminding alarm. Firstly, judging whether the washing machine is supplied with water or not in about one minute by weighing dry cloth and wet cloth, and informing a user to check a water tap when water is not supplied; simultaneously, intelligent voice broadcast is carried out on other faults of the washing machine. By the control mode, the clothes washing experience of users (especially the old or the users with poor eyesight) can be greatly improved, and the problem that the clothes cannot be normally washed due to the fact that the users forget to open the water tap can be effectively avoided; the problem that the washing machine cannot be normally operated due to the fact that a user cannot operate the washing machine correctly after alarming is effectively avoided, and the use experience of the user is enhanced by effectively reminding the user to operate the washing machine.
