Based on the problem of potential safety hazards of clothes processing equipment in the related art, such as a washing machine, a clothes dryer and the like, the embodiment of the application provides a control method applied to the clothes processing equipment. The method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be implemented by a computer program, and when the computer program is executed, each step in the control method provided by the embodiment of the present application is completed. In some embodiments, the computer program may be executed by a processor in a laundry treatment apparatus. Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a clothes treatment apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the control method includes the steps of:
step S101, responding to a received instruction for starting the clothes processing equipment, and switching the state of a door body of the clothes processing equipment to an locked state.
The control method of the embodiment of the application is applied to clothes treatment equipment which is easy to enter by children or other living organisms, such as a drum washing machine or a clothes dryer. In the embodiment of the present application, a laundry treatment apparatus is taken as an example of a washing machine.
Common washing machines can be broadly classified into two types: pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. The door body of the pulsator washing machine is generally arranged on the upper side, and children or other living organisms cannot enter the door body easily. The door body of the drum washing machine is generally arranged on the side surface, and is lower than the door body of the impeller washing machine, so that children or other living organisms can easily enter the drum washing machine. Hereinafter, the washing machine, in the case of not being described, particularly refers to a drum washing machine.
In the embodiment of the application, after a user closes the door body of the washing machine and presses the button for starting the washing machine, the washing machine detects that the door body is closed, and in order to prevent objects to be treated in the washing machine, such as objects to be cleaned (clothes, shoes, bags and the like), from falling out, the state of the door body is further switched to be locked. When the door body is in an up-locking state, a user cannot open the door body, the door body can be prevented from being knocked open from the inner side by an object to be cleaned or being thrown out due to the fact that the door body is pulled open from the outer side by the user in the working process of the washing machine, the door body is closed when the washing machine works, and the safety of using the washing machine can be improved.
Step S102, performing living organism detection, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a trial operation stage under the condition that living organisms are not detected in the clothes treatment equipment.
Before the door body of the washing machine is closed, children or other living creatures may enter the barrel, and at the moment, a user outside the washing machine starts the washing machine without knowing, so that the children or other living creatures entering the washing machine barrel are dangerous. Based on this, in the embodiment of the application, after the state of the door body is switched to the locked state, before the washing machine is controlled to execute the clothes treatment process, whether living organisms exist in the washing machine or not is detected.
When the presence of a living organism in the washing machine is not detected, there is a possibility that the living organism does not exist, but the living organism actually exists but is not detected due to a failure of the detection device or a judgment error. In order to further ensure that no living creatures exist in the washing machine barrel, step S103 is performed to control the washing machine to enter a trial operation stage, so as to avoid misjudgment of the detection result.
When the presence of the living creature in the washing machine is detected, the process proceeds to step S105.
And step S103, after the trial operation stage is finished, switching the state of the door body into an unlocking state.
Under the condition that living organisms are not detected in the washing machine, the washing machine is controlled to run for a period of time in a trial mode, and in the trial running process, warning actions can be sent to the living organisms in the washing machine, such as slowly rotating the motor, spraying a small amount of water, sending warning sounds and the like. At this time, even if the user outside the washing machine starts the washing machine unknowingly, living creatures inside the washing machine are reminded after sensing the rotation of the motor, water drops, and/or hearing a warning sound. And after the trial operation stage is finished, switching the state of the door body into an unlocking state so that living organisms in the washing machine barrel can push the door body away from the washing machine.
And step S104, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a pause state under the condition that the door body is monitored to be opened within a first time threshold.
And within the first time threshold, when the door body is monitored to be opened, which indicates that the detection result of the step S102 is wrong, and living creatures actually exist in the washing machine, controlling the washing machine to enter a pause state so that the living creatures in the washing machine barrel leave the washing machine. In the pause state, the living creatures in the washing machine leave the washing machine, and the potential safety hazard that the living creatures are rotated or thrown out of the drum cannot exist.
Here, the first duration threshold may be preset by a user, or may be a default value, and the first duration threshold may take one of 10 to 30 seconds, for example, 10 seconds.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the state of the door body of the clothes treatment equipment is switched to the locked state in response to the received instruction for starting the clothes treatment equipment; performing living organism detection, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a trial operation stage under the condition that living organisms are not detected in the clothes treatment equipment; after the trial operation stage is finished, switching the state of the door body into an unlocking state; when the door body is monitored to be opened within the first time threshold, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to enter a pause state, and when living organisms are not detected in the clothes treatment equipment, the clothes treatment equipment is further controlled to enter a trial operation stage so as to remind the undetected living organisms to push the door body away from the clothes treatment equipment, so that potential safety hazards existing when the clothes treatment equipment is used are reduced, and the safety of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
In some embodiments, after step S101, if it is detected that a living creature exists in the washing machine, it is determined that the living creature exists in the washing machine tank, and at this time, the control method may further include the steps of:
step S105, under the condition that living organisms are detected in the clothes treatment equipment, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a pause state.
And controlling the washing machine to enter a pause state under the condition that living organisms exist in the washing machine. In the pause state, the living creatures in the washing machine leave the washing machine, and the potential safety hazard that the living creatures are rotated or thrown out of the drum cannot exist.
And step S106, switching the state of the door body to an unlocking state.
After the washing machine is controlled to enter a pause state, the door body is unlocked, so that the door body of the washing machine can be opened or pushed open, and living organisms in the barrel leave the washing machine.
In some embodiments, in detecting the presence or absence of living organisms within the washing machine, there are at least two implementations:
in a first implementation, the detection is performed by infrared. Further, the method can be realized by the following steps:
step S107, controlling an infrared detection device to detect the object in the cylinder of the clothes processing equipment to obtain the intensity of infrared light emitted by at least one object in the cylinder.
Here, the infrared detection device may be an infrared video life detector (also called an infrared life detector), which mainly detects whether a heat-generating object exists in an invisible region by using the principle that any object emits infrared light at an absolute temperature of zero or more (about-273 ℃), based on the difference that infrared light emitted from a human body and the heat-generating object is strong and red light emitted from other non-heat-generating objects is weak.
In the washing machine, the object to be cleaned is a non-heating object, and the live creature which is mistakenly entered is a heating object. If living organisms do not exist in the washing machine, detecting to obtain that the intensity of infrared light emitted by the object to be cleaned is weak; if living organisms exist in the washing machine, the intensity of infrared light emitted by the object to be cleaned is detected to be weaker, and the intensity of infrared light emitted by the living organisms is detected to be stronger. Therefore, the infrared detection device can be controlled to detect the infrared light intensity of the object in the drum of the washing machine, and the object to be cleaned and living organisms in the drum can be distinguished.
Step S108, judging whether the cylinder object with the infrared light intensity larger than the preset intensity threshold exists.
When the cylinder object with the infrared light intensity larger than the preset intensity threshold exists, the existence of the living creature in the washing machine cylinder is indicated, and then the step S109 is carried out; when there is no in-tank object whose infrared light intensity is greater than the preset intensity threshold, it indicates that the living creature is not detected in the washing machine tank, and then the process proceeds to step S102.
Step S109, determining that the living creature is detected in the washing machine.
Here, the in-cylinder object is a living organism present.
In the case where the presence of the living creature in the washing machine is detected, the flow proceeds to step S105.
In a second implementation, the detection is by weight. Further, the method can be realized by the following steps:
step S107', controlling a weight measuring device to measure the weight in the drum of the clothes processing equipment to obtain a weight value.
Generally, the weight of the object to be cleaned placed in the washing machine is limited and generally not greater than the weight of a child or other living creatures, and based on this, whether there is a living creature with a large weight in the drum can be determined by the weight value. Here, the weight measuring device may be a load cell.
And step S108', judging whether the weight value is larger than a preset weight threshold value.
When the weight value is larger than the preset weight threshold value, the living creatures with larger weight possibly exist in the washing machine, and then the operation goes to step S109'; when the weight value is less than or equal to the preset weight threshold value, it is determined that the living creatures with larger weight are not detected in the washing machine barrel, and the process proceeds to step S102.
Step S109', determining that the living creature is detected in the washing machine.
In the case where the presence of the living creature in the washing machine is detected, the flow proceeds to step S105.
In practical implementation, whether living creatures exist in the washing machine may also be detected in other manners, for example, a sensor capable of measuring volume is used to determine whether sound exists in the washing machine barrel, when the volume is greater than a preset volume threshold, the existing sound may be emitted by the living creatures, it is determined that the living creatures exist in the washing machine, otherwise, it is determined that the living creatures do not exist in the washing machine.
In practical implementation, one or more detection modes for detecting whether living organisms exist in the washing machine can be selected, so that the occurrence of misjudgment of detection results caused by faults or misjudgment of the detection device is reduced as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the above-mentioned "controlling the laundry treating apparatus to enter the commissioning phase" in step S102 may be implemented by step S1021:
and step S1021, controlling the motor of the clothes treatment equipment to rotate according to the first rotation mode for a second time length threshold.
And under the condition that living organisms are not detected in the washing machine, controlling the motor of the washing machine to rotate according to the first rotation mode for a second time threshold value, and sending out warning actions to the living organisms in the washing machine. When living organisms in the washing machine feel that the motor rotates, the door body can be pushed away from the washing machine from the inner side.
Here, the second duration threshold may be preset by a user, or may be a default value, and the value of the second duration threshold may be one of 10 to 30 seconds, for example, 20 seconds. The first rotating mode is that the motor rotates clockwise for 20 seconds at a low speed, and rotates anticlockwise for 20 seconds at a low speed.
Alternatively, the step S102 of "controlling the laundry treating apparatus to enter the commissioning phase" may be implemented by the step S1022 of:
and step S1022, controlling a spraying device of the clothes treatment equipment to spray water according to the first water spraying mode for a third time length threshold.
And under the condition that living organisms are not detected in the washing machine, controlling a spraying device of the washing machine to spray water according to the first water spraying mode for a third time threshold value, and sending out warning actions to the living organisms in the washing machine. When living creatures in the washing machine see the sprayed water or feel the water temperature, the door body can be pushed away from the washing machine from the inner side.
Here, the water spray amount of the first water spray manner may be smaller than that of the spray device when the washing machine is normally operated. The third duration threshold may be preset by a user, or may be a default value, and the value of the third duration threshold may be one of 10 to 30 seconds, for example, 30 seconds.
In some embodiments, multiple warning manners may be combined to issue multiple warnings to living creatures that may exist in the washing machine, for example, after the commissioning phase performs step S1021, step S1022 is continued; alternatively, after step S1022 is executed, step S1021 is continued; or, step S1021 and step S1022 are executed simultaneously, that is, the motor of the washing machine is controlled to rotate and the spraying device is controlled to spray water. After the execution is completed, the end of the commissioning phase is determined.
In some embodiments, after step S103, when it is detected that the door body is not opened within the first time threshold, the method further includes: step S110, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a laundry treating process.
In some embodiments, the step S110 of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform the laundry treating process may be implemented by:
step S1101, switching the state of the door body to an locked state.
Before step S110, if the door is opened, the state is the unlocked state. When the washing machine works normally, the state of the door body needs to be switched to the locking state again, and the state of the door body is kept unchanged in the normal working process of the washing machine.
And step S1102, controlling the motor to rotate according to a second rotation mode, and controlling the spraying device to spray water according to a second water spraying mode so as to execute a cleaning process.
The object to be cleaned rotates in the washing machine barrel by rotating the motor, so that cleaning is realized. The second rotation mode is a rotation speed of the motor during normal operation, and the second rotation mode is that the motor rotates clockwise for 10 seconds and rotates counterclockwise for 10 seconds.
The water spraying amount of the second water spraying mode is the water spraying amount of the spraying device in normal work.
And a step S1103 of controlling a drainage device of the laundry treating apparatus to be activated to perform a drainage process in case that it is determined that the washing process is completed.
And under the condition that the rotation time of the motor reaches a fourth time threshold value, determining that the washing stage is finished, controlling a drainage device of the washing machine to be started to execute a drainage process, detecting the water level in the washing machine barrel, and determining that the drainage is finished when the water level reaches a target water level.
Here, the fourth time threshold may be preset by a user, may also be a default value according to the weight of the object to be cleaned, and the value of the fourth time threshold may be one of 15 to 60 minutes, for example, 40 minutes.
And step S1104, controlling the motor to rotate according to a third rotation mode to perform a dehydration process.
And after the drainage process is finished, controlling the motor to rotate according to a third rotation mode, wherein the third rotation mode is that the motor rotates clockwise at a high speed or anticlockwise at a high speed so as to execute the dehydration process.
The third rotation mode motor rotates at a speed higher than that of the second rotation mode motor, and the second rotation mode motor rotates at a speed higher than that of the first rotation mode motor.
After the dewatering work is finished, the washing machine is controlled to enter a standby state, the state of the door body is switched to an unlocking state, and a user can open the door body at the moment and take out a cleaned object in the washing machine.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus may also be a clothes dryer, which is different from a washing machine in that: the trial-run phase is different from the operation performed to perform the laundry treating process.
When the clothes dryer is controlled to enter a trial operation stage, only the motor of the clothes dryer is controlled to rotate at a low speed, the interior of the cylinder of the clothes dryer cannot be heated so as to prevent living organisms in the cylinder from being damaged by high temperature, and water cannot be sprayed into the clothes dryer so as to prevent clothes to be sterilized from being dried in the cylinder of the clothes dryer. Or, the motor is controlled to rotate at a low speed in the trial run stage, and air is introduced into the cylinder to give out warning actions to living organisms in the clothes dryer. Or, in the trial operation stage, when the clothes to be dried are determined in the clothes dryer cylinder, spraying water into the clothes dryer cylinder or controlling the motor to rotate at a low speed and spraying water into the cylinder.
The step S110 "controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform the laundry treating process" may be implemented by, in controlling the dryer to perform the laundry treating process:
and step 1101' of switching the state of the door body to an locked state.
Before step S110, if the door is opened, the state is the unlocked state. When the clothes dryer normally works, the door state needs to be switched to the locking state again, and the door state is kept unchanged in the normal working process of the clothes dryer.
And step S1102', controlling the motor to rotate according to a second rotation mode, and heating the object to be processed according to a preset mode to perform a drying (or sterilization) process.
The drying (or sterilization) is realized by rotating the object to be processed, such as the object to be dried (or sterilized), in the dryer cylinder through the rotating motor. The rotation speed of the second rotation mode is the rotation speed of the motor in normal operation.
Step S1103', in case that it is determined that the drying (or sterilizing) process is completed, controlling a cooling device of the laundry treating apparatus to be activated to perform a cooling process.
