The processor has data and/or signal processing functionality. The processor may be implemented in software, hardware, or a combination thereof. Non-transitory computer readable storage media include any suitable medium that can store program code, such as magnetic disks, hard disks, optical disks, flash memory, read-only memory, random-access memory, and the like. The term "a and/or B" denotes all possible combinations of a and B, such as a alone, B alone or a and B. The term "at least one A or B" or "at least one of A and B" means similar to "A and/or B" and may include only A, only B, or both A and B. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include the plural forms as well.
As a daily home appliance, a laundry treatment apparatus such as a washing machine or a dryer, etc., it is very important for a user to safely use the laundry treatment apparatus. In order to prevent dynamic objects such as young children or other small animals from entering the clothes treatment equipment, a child lock and a door lock are arranged to prevent the problems from occurring, but when the functions are invalid, the potential safety hazard is inevitable; in addition, there is no corresponding safety facility and safety mechanism for effectively monitoring or alarming after such dynamic objects enter the clothes treatment equipment to ensure the safety of such dynamic objects as children or small animals.
The following describes a specific application scenario of the scheme of detecting whether there is a dynamic object in a clothes treatment device, such as a washing machine, according to the present invention: through utilizing among the clothing processing apparatus detection device, displacement sensor/shake switch etc. that for example can detect interior barrel and rock, in this kind of dynamic object such as toddler or other toy gets into clothing processing apparatus, it has the shake to sense interior barrel, then sends the sensing signal to trigger device such as the mechanical switch etc. that have the retention function, and mechanical switch switches on button power and gives the power supply to master control singlechip, and the singlechip is for example the control singlechip activation detection program of existing panel connection includes its each detection function. If the setting of the detection reminder is selected in advance (for example, the dynamic object to be detected and reminded is selected to enter the clothes processing equipment) and is stored in the memory, the detection program can be awakened to start running when the program is activated, otherwise, the detection program is stopped to be awakened to start running; the detection program which is started to run judges whether a dynamic object exists in the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment or not according to the shaking time of the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment, the continuous/discontinuous shaking state, the accumulated shaking times according to the time and the state and the like; if yes, detecting the water level in the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment and giving an alarm, wherein the alarm is as follows: displaying a nixie tube, an indicator light, buzzing, voice reminding, ringing of a mobile end of the internet and the like; otherwise, no dynamic objects such as young children or other small animals are in the inner drum of the clothes treatment equipment. For example, a child entering the barrel generally moves in the barrel, which inevitably causes the barrel to shake, and a shaking detection device (a shaking switch or a displacement sensor, etc.) transmits a detection value to a main control board for the main control board to use through algorithm control, for example, when the child continuously shakes for more than 10 seconds, etc., it can be determined that the child enters the barrel; specifically, the main control single chip microcomputer counts the detected value of the sensor, if the number of times of shaking within 10 seconds reaches a limit value, it can be determined that people exist in the barrel, and then the normal operation program of the clothes treatment equipment cannot be started, and the alarm, the water level checking and the like are carried out.
The invention is further described below with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a main flowchart of an embodiment of a method of detecting whether there is a dynamic object in a laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention.
Step S110, when the clothes processing equipment is in a non-working state and the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment is detected to shake, a detection program is triggered, and the detection program is awakened to start running based on the setting of the preselected detection prompt.
In one embodiment, the detection program performs a process of detecting whether there is a dynamic object within the laundry treating apparatus. Specifically, taking the washing machine as an example, the "non-operating state" includes: the program of the normal washing machine washing course (the working course of the laundry treating apparatus) is starting in-process, shutdown, pause or standby state; the operation state is a state in which a program of a washing course of a normal washing machine is running. Further, a sensor (including a displacement sensor/a shaking switch, etc.) capable of detecting the inner tub dynamic state by the washing machine itself may be used to trigger the detection process by giving a signal to the triggering device once it senses that the inner tub shaking occurs in the washing machine. The triggering device specifically includes: and the button power supply is connected to a main control single chip microcomputer to supply power, and the single chip microcomputer activates normal work and starts various processing programs including detection of water level, door switch, shaking switch, displacement and the like in a detection program. Thus, even if the washing machine (the program for starting the washing process) is not used or is about to be used, the detection program is started for safety detection when shaking is sensed, and the program including the normal washing which is being started or about to be started is stopped and not started.
In one embodiment, the detection program is not necessarily awakened after the detection program is triggered. Some users do not have children or small animals in their homes, and do not have to delay the wash, and do not have to wake up the test program, thus, it is necessary to ensure that the setting for testing has been selected. Specifically, the user is first provided with a setting for selecting whether to perform the detection reminder, and the setting is stored. After a detection program is triggered, at least judging whether a user preselects the setting of the detection reminder before waking up the detection program to start running based on the setting of the preselected detection reminder; and if not, stopping awakening the detection program to start running based on the setting of the detection prompt which is not selected in advance. Therefore, by means of the pre-selected setting, if the user does not have a function of safety detection such as a child or other small animals needing protection in the house, the function of safety detection does not need to be selected, and a detection program is not started so as to avoid adding unnecessary alarm and protection.
Step S120, the detection program which is started to operate judges whether a dynamic object exists in the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment or not according to the condition that the time of the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment shaking reaches the set time and the accumulated shaking times in the set time exceeds the limit value.
Specifically, if toddler or other toy get into bucket internalization, must lead to the bucket to rock, rock switch or displacement sensor and give the main control board with the detected value transmission, the main control board passes through the algorithm timing with the value that the sensor detected, if rock in succession and exceed 10 seconds, rock the number of times in 10 seconds and reach the limit value, just can judge that there is the dynamic object in the bucket.
In one embodiment, when the shaking of the inner tub of the clothes processing equipment such as a washing machine is detected, a shaking count value Q1 and a shaking count number T are accumulated; if the accumulated count of the detected shaking in the specified time is Q1 is larger than the specification value Q, T and larger than the specification value X1, the shaking interval time t1 is not 0, and the shaking time specification timing t reaches the time limit X0 of the specified time, judging that a dynamic object exists in the inner barrel of the washing machine, and Q1, T, t1 and tQing 0; if Q1 is detected to be 0 and t1 is 0, no dynamic object is judged in the inner barrel of the washing machine.
In one example, the shaking count value Q1 indicates the number of shaking pulses obtained. For example, a child entering the washing machine causes the inner barrel of the washing machine to shake, which triggers the internal elements of the washing machine to generate pulses, and Q1 records the pulse frequency, namely the number of pulses, and stores the pulse frequency. A specification Q (or threshold) of the jitter counter value is set. Further, the shaking count value T represents the cumulative number of times of occurrence of shaking in the washing machine. For example, the specification Q is 10 shaking pulses, the shaking count Q1 is accumulated to sense 11 pulses, and if the specification Q exceeds 10, it is determined that a shaking occurs, i.e., the shaking count T is increased by T + +. Further, the shaking count value T also has a threshold value, i.e., a specification value X1, so as to determine whether the accumulated shaking count T exceeds the specification value, and based on this, it can be determined whether there is a dynamic object in the washing machine. In the detection and judgment process, when the pulse of whether the shaking occurs is counted as Q1 and the shaking times T are counted as the pulse exceeds the standard value Q within the specified time T and the time interval of T1 between the two shaking times T is not 0, and the specified time T reaches the limit value, the situation that the accumulated T exceeds the standard value T and the T1 is not 0 is used for judging that a dynamic object enters the washing machine to cause the inner barrel to shake.
And step S130, if the judgment result is yes, detecting the water level in the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment and giving an alarm.
In one embodiment, if it is determined that a dynamic object enters a laundry treatment apparatus such as a washing machine, the water level in the tub may be detected, if water is present, the water discharge device is immediately turned on to discharge water, and meanwhile, a warning function such as voice, gradually enhanced buzzing, sound of an obvious warning function is performed by displaying a digital tube or an indicator light, continuously flashing a warning message of the function of the obvious warning message, and/or continuously flashing a screen at a mobile phone terminal through a preset internet of things network on the washing machine, and performing a continuous alarm by information prompt and/or alarm buzzing ringing until a user intervenes to take out the dynamic object. Bearing the example of fig. 2, if it is determined that a dynamic object such as a child enters the washing machine, after the determination value related to detection and operation is cleared, the water level in the tub is detected, if the washing program is to be started, the operation program is also stopped, if water is detected, the water is drained, the information is uploaded by a sound/voice and/or display mode, even internet/internet of things information and a wireless communication network to alarm and display prompt/reminding information, and further, whether the dynamic object is taken out/taken away is determined, if not, the alarm is continued and the display is performed until the dynamic object is taken out or taken away and has no safety problem, and the current detection and alarm of the detection program are finished.
The following further describes a process of determining that a dynamic object enters a laundry treatment apparatus such as a washing machine by accumulating the number of times of shaking and a time limit, in conjunction with a preferred example of the detection determination shown in fig. 2.
S1: initially, the test program has started running, initializing Q1, t1, T, t to 0.
Wherein, the shaking interval time T1 represents the time interval between the shaking count values T, such as the interval between the occurrence of the 1 st shaking and the occurrence of the 2 nd shaking, which can be detected by the detecting device of the washing machine. In one example, t1 may also be calculated by this method: if the interval between the 1 st shaking and the 2 nd shaking is 1s, and the interval between the 2 nd shaking and the 3 rd shaking is 2s, t1 can be further taken as a fixed value of 1.5s of the average value. If shaking occurs, t1 is not 0, and if shaking does not occur, t1 is 0.
The occurrence time specification timer t indicates the length of time of occurrence of the detected fluctuation, and the detection time limit may be X0. The washing machine is internally provided with a dynamic object, the shaking time T is within a specified time limit, whether the shaking interval time T1 is zero, and whether the accumulated shaking count value Q1, the shaking count value T and the shaking time specification timing T exceed respective specification values, so that whether the situation that the dynamic object enters the washing machine due to shaking occurs or not is judged.
S2: the detection program can judge whether the pulse generated by the component caused by the movement of the external dynamic object entering the washing machine exists in each detection through a detection mode with preset detection frequency, such as: whether pulses are counted or not is detected every 1ms, the counted number of pulses is the value of Q1, and otherwise, the value is kept to be 0. That is, it is judged whether or not Q1 is 0.
If Q1 is 0, it means that no pulse is sensed this time, and no wobble is generated, S4: when the shaking interval time t1 is 0, the occurrence shaking time specification timer may be t 0, and the detection of the change in Q1 may be resumed.
If Q1 is not 0, i.e., the count timing period senses a pulse and how many times a pulse is counted in Q1, t1 does not change (continues to be 0 if it is 0), and t can be determined t duration from the time the first pulse in Q1 occurred, S3: determining whether Q1 exceeds a specification value Q, such as Q10; if so, note that one shaking, such as Q1 being 11, is greater than Q, i.e., S5: t + + (shake count plus 1), where T1 is 0 and does not change temporarily, and T is recorded as the time from the occurrence of the first Q1 to the occurrence of the last Q1, e.g., T is for a period of ta; otherwise, for example, Q1 is 9, and is smaller than Q, i.e., S6: and (4) zero clearing can be carried out on T1, T, Q1 and T, and then the condition that the shaking pulse occurs is detected again.
After S7 and T + +, determining whether the time T of the shaking occurrence time specification exceeds a limit value X0 for detection, for example, X0 is 200 ms; if t is ta ═ 50ms, for example, then S8: returning to continuously detect the condition of the shaking pulse and continuously accumulating T; otherwise, i.e., if t exceeds X0, S9: it is determined whether T1 is not 0, and whether the current T exceeds a specification value X1, such as X1 being 3 times.
When T exceeds X0, i.e., exceeds the limit, and it is determined that T1 is 0 or T does not exceed X1, S10: clearing t1 and t, returning, and detecting the induction pulse number and the shaking times again; otherwise, it is determined that T1 is not 0 and T exceeds X1, S11: indicating that a dynamic object is in the washing machine, zero clearing T, T1, Q1 and T, and further performing subsequent processing, such as: the washing machine cannot start operation, and needs to detect a water level condition, alarm and display, etc. (as in step S130).
The manner of detection and judgment shown in fig. 2 is further described in detail in conjunction with the parameter setting, etc., and it should be noted that the following example is only an example of a combination parameter for explaining the implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, and is to explain the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention rather than the actual implementation parameter, where the setting of each parameter, the setting of the threshold, the time interval of the detection times, whether to clear or not, etc., may be adjusted and set correspondingly according to the actual application.
Initially, the value of Q1 is detected every 1ms, with Q1 equal to 0, T1 equal to 0, T equal to 0, Q1 limited to Q10, T limited to X0 equal to 100ms, and T limited to X1 equal to 3.
If no pulse is detected, Q1 is equal to 0, no shaking is performed, T is equal to 0, the time interval of shaking T1 is equal to 0, T is equal to 0, and the detection is returned to be re-detected.
If a pulse is detected, for example, Q1 ═ 1, 2, 8, 9, or 10, no greater than 10, T ═ 0, T1 ═ 0, Q1 ═ 0, T ═ 0, the return is to the retest.
If a pulse is detected, Q1 is 11 and is larger than 10, T + +, the count shakes 1 time, T is 1, the time interval of shaking T1 is 0 (no shaking for the 2 nd time), T records the time ta from the first to the last (the eleventh) of 11Q 1, and if ta is 30ms, the limit of 100ms is not exceeded, the detection is returned to continue.
Next, the second jitter is accumulated, where Q1 is 15, T + +, T is 2, tb is the time from the twelfth pulse to the fifteenth pulse, which is assumed to be 40ms, the time between T1 and two intervals is assumed to be 10ms, T is ta + tb + T1 is 80ms, which does not exceed 100ms, and the detection is returned to continue.
The following third slosh is then accumulated: if Q1 is 20, T is 3, tc is the time from the sixteenth pulse to the twentieth pulse, 12ms is assumed, and T1 assumes the time interval between the second and third pulses is 10ms, T80 +10+12 is 102ms, which exceeds 100ms, but T3 does not exceed 3 times, T0, T1 is 0, the test is returned to continue, and the values of Q1 and T which remain recorded are retained; and if Q1 is 20, T is 3, tc is 10ms, T1 is 10ms, T is 80+10+10, and does not exceed 100ms, returning to continue detection, and then accumulating a fourth shaking, Q1 is 22, T is 4, td is the time from the twenty-first pulse to the twenty-second pulse, assuming 10ms, T1 is 10ms between the fourth pulse and the third pulse, T is 100+10+ 120ms, and exceeds 100ms threshold, determining that T1 is not 0 and T is 4 times exceeding X1, confirming that there is a human or animal in the washing machine, i.e. determining that a dynamic object enters the washing machine to cause inner tub shaking, Q1 is 0, T1 is 0, and T is sequentially processed (specifically, as step S130): detecting the water level in the inner barrel, stopping the starting of the washing machine, draining water, alarming and displaying, and judging whether the dynamic object is taken away, if so, ending the current detection program, otherwise, continuing to drain water and alarming.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments describe each step in a specific sequence, those skilled in the art will understand that, in order to achieve the effect of the present invention, different steps do not necessarily need to be executed in such a sequence, and they may be executed simultaneously (in parallel) or in other sequences, and these changes are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring now to fig. 3, there is shown a block diagram of an embodiment of an apparatus for detecting whether there is a dynamic object in a clothes treating device according to the present invention. The device at least comprises:
the awakening device 310 is used for triggering the detection program when the clothes processing equipment senses that the inner barrel of the clothes processing equipment shakes in the non-working state; and awakening the detection program to start running based on the pre-selected setting of the detection prompt.
The detecting device 320, which has started running, determines whether there is a dynamic object in the inner tub of the laundry processing apparatus according to that the time of the inner tub of the laundry processing apparatus shaking reaches a predetermined time and the accumulated shaking times within the predetermined time exceeds a limit value.
In one embodiment, when the laundry processing device, such as a washing machine, detects the shaking of an inner drum, a shaking count value Q1, a shaking count number T and a shaking interval time T1 are accumulated; if the accumulated count of the detected shaking within the prescribed time is Q1 is greater than the specification value Q, T and greater than the specification value X1, the shaking interval time t1 is not 0, and the time limit of the prescribed time is reached, judging that there is a dynamic object in the inner tub of the washing machine, and clearing Q1, T, t1 and t 0; if Q1 is detected to be 0 and t1 is 0, no dynamic object is judged in the inner barrel of the washing machine.
Further, the shaking count value T represents the cumulative number of times that the dynamic object is shaken in the washing machine.
And an alarm processing device 330 for detecting the water level in the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus and alarming if it is judged as yes.
In one embodiment, if it is determined that a dynamic object enters the laundry treatment apparatus, for example, a washing machine, the water level in the tub may be detected, if water is present, the water discharge device is immediately turned on to discharge water, and meanwhile, a prompt message, voice, buzzing with gradually increased intensity, sound with an obvious prompt warning function, and/or a continuous screen flashing display, message prompt and/or alarm buzzing ringing are performed at a mobile phone terminal through a preset internet of things network on the washing machine, so as to cyclically and continuously alarm until a user intervenes to take out the dynamic object.
Further, in an embodiment of a clothes treating apparatus of the present invention, the apparatus for detecting whether there is a dynamic object in the clothes treating apparatus as described above is included.
Further, in an embodiment of a laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention, a sensor for detecting shaking of the laundry treatment apparatus senses that the laundry treatment apparatus is in a non-operating state and senses that an inner tub of the laundry treatment apparatus is shaken, and triggers a detection program stored in a connected main control computer board; if the main control computer board stores the detection reminding function set by the user in advance, the detection program in the computer board is awakened and started to run, and the method for detecting whether the dynamic object exists in the clothes treatment equipment is executed for detection, judgment and alarm; and if the detection reminding function is not pre-stored in the main control computer board, the detection program in the computer board is not awakened.
