the method further comprises the following steps that after the alarm, a timer starts timing, the alarm duration time T is obtained, and whether the alarm duration time T reaches the preset alarm duration time T0 is judged: if yes, the power is cut off;
if the alarm duration time T does not reach the preset alarm duration time T0, judging whether a door switch of the washing machine is switched on: if yes, starting the motor and stopping alarming; if not, returning to execute the obtained alarm duration time T, and judging whether the alarm duration time T reaches the preset alarm duration time T0.
