Description

Control method, control device, laundry treatment apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of automation control technology, and relates to, but is not limited to, a control method, apparatus, laundry treatment device, and computer readable storage medium.
Background
Laundry treatment apparatuses, such as washing machines, washing and drying machines, and the like, have been indispensable home appliances in human life. In actual life, because the user forgets to open the faucet or is influenced by conditions such as water pressure, temporary water cut-off and the like, the water inlet time of the clothes treatment equipment is overtime, and the normal work of the clothes treatment equipment is influenced.
In the related art, two main modes are adopted for judging the overtime of water inflow: one way is to preset the water inlet level and the preset water inlet time, when the water inlet time reaches the preset water inlet time, if the water level does not reach the preset water inlet level, the water inlet is considered to be overtime, the alarm is given, the work is stopped, and the user is waited for checking. Because the water level detection device can detect the water level after the water amount reaches a certain amount, and when the water amount is less, the false detection rate is high, in order to prevent false alarm, the preset water inlet time length is generally set to be longer, for example, 8 minutes, even longer, if a user starts the clothes treatment equipment, the user goes out, the clothes treatment equipment can detect that the water inlet is abnormal after 8 minutes, so that the user cannot know the abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment in time, and the clothes treatment efficiency is affected.
Another way is to add a flow detection device on the water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment, and the flow detection device is used for judging the water flow in the water inlet process, so as to judge whether the water inlet is abnormal or not. This approach, although capable of rapidly detecting the water inflow condition, increases the hardware cost of the laundry treatment apparatus, and some models are not suitable for adding a flow rate detecting device.

Based on the problem that in the related art, clothes treatment equipment such as a washing machine, a washing and drying integrated machine, a dish washer and the like cannot timely detect whether the clothes treatment equipment has water inlet abnormality, the embodiment of the application provides a control method applied to the clothes treatment equipment. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be realized by a computer program, and each step in the control method provided by the embodiment of the application is completed when the computer program is executed. In some embodiments, the computer program may be executed by a control device in the laundry treatment apparatus. Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a control method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a laundry treatment apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the control method includes the steps of:
Step S101, acquiring a first weight value of a load in the laundry treating apparatus in response to a trigger instruction to enter a water intake process triggered when the laundry treating program is executed.
The control method of the embodiment of the application is applied to the household appliances such as a washing machine, a washing and drying integrated machine, a dish washer and the like. The laundry treating apparatus will be described below as an example of a washing machine.
In practical application, after a user presses a start/pause button on a control panel of the washing machine, the washing machine starts to execute a clothes treatment program, a trigger instruction for entering a water inlet process is triggered first, and the weight of a load in the washing machine is acquired to obtain a first weight value in response to the trigger instruction. Here, the first weight value is the weight of the load before water injection.
In some embodiments, the washing machine may obtain the first weight value of the load in the tub through a built-in weight detection device (such as a weight sensor), may obtain the first weight value of the load in the tub through a fuzzy weighing method, and may also obtain the first weight value through other manners. The fuzzy weighing method comprises the following steps: when the start key of the washing machine is pressed, the motor is turned off after a short period of time (such as 0.3 to 0.5 seconds), and the motor continues to run under the action of inertia. The motor rotating shaft is directly connected with the barrel body, the barrel body is directly contacted with the load in the barrel body, the lighter the weight of the load in the barrel body is, the smaller the resistance between the load and the inner wall of the barrel body is, the shorter the time required for stopping the barrel body is, namely the shorter the time for stopping the motor is. When the motor runs inertly, the magnet generates electricity to generate back electromotive force, and the motor stops faster, the time for generating back electromotive force is shorter, so that the weight of the load can be determined according to the maintenance time of the back electromotive force. When the actual fuzzy weighing is performed, the motor can be controlled to be electrified and powered off for a plurality of times, a plurality of load weight values are determined, and the average value of the load weight values is taken as a first load weight value of the load, so that the measurement error is reduced, and the accuracy of the first load weight value of the load is improved.
Step S102, controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treating apparatus to be opened to enter the water inlet process.
Here, the water inlet means may be a water inlet valve. After the fuzzy weighing is completed, the drain valve is opened, and water injection into the barrel body is started.
Step S103, determining that the opening time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold value, and acquiring a second weight value of the load.
When the opening time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold, namely after the water is injected into the barrel body for the first time threshold, the weight of the load in the barrel body is acquired again to obtain a second weight value. Here, the second weight value of the load may be acquired in the same manner as the first weight value of the load.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first time length threshold may take any value between 30s (seconds) and 2min (minutes), for example 45s. Compared with the 6min to 15min required by the detection of the water level detection device in the prior art, the method can greatly shorten the judging time of water inlet abnormality.
Step S104, when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined based on the second weight value and the first weight value, controlling an alarm device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first prompt information.
Under the normal condition of water inflow, the load weight is increased by water injected in the first time length threshold value, the second weight value is larger than the first weight value, and under the abnormal condition of water inflow, water possibly is not injected or the injected water is little in the first time length threshold value, and the second weight value is smaller than the first weight value. Therefore, whether the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment can be judged according to the first weight value of the load before water injection and the second weight value of the load after the first time length threshold value of water injection, and when the clothes treatment equipment is actually realized, the load difference can be determined according to the second weight value and the first weight value; judging whether the load difference is smaller than or equal to a weight error threshold value; when the load weight difference is smaller than or equal to the error threshold value, indicating that the weight difference before and after the load is not large, considering that water inflow is abnormal, namely water inflow cannot be performed normally, and determining that water inflow abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment at the moment; when the load weight difference is larger than the error threshold, the weight difference before and after the load is larger, and water inflow is considered to be normal, and at the moment, the laundry treatment equipment is determined to have no water inflow abnormality.
In the embodiment of the application, when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, the alarm device is controlled to output the first prompt message so that a user can timely acquire the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment and timely perform abnormality treatment, for example, the user forgets to open the faucet or presses a cancel button when the faucet is opened or the user finds that the water is stopped, and the clothes treatment program is stopped.
Here, the first hint information may include at least one of an alarm sound, an alarm hint information, and an alarm abnormality code. Controlling the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt message may include: the sounding module of the control alarm device sounds an alarm; and/or a first display module of the control alarm device displays alarm prompt information; and/or a second display module controlling the alarm device displays the alarm abnormal code. Here, the sounding module may be a sound output module such as a loudspeaker, and the alarm sound may be intermittent beeping sound; the first display module can be an indicator light such as a light emitting diode (LED, light Emitting Diode) light, and the alarm prompt information can flash for the LED light; the second display module may be an output module capable of displaying a code or a number, such as a digital pipe, and the alarm anomaly code may be an anomaly code, for example, an anomaly code "E1" corresponding to an inlet anomaly is preset, and a user can determine that the laundry treatment apparatus has an inlet anomaly according to the anomaly code.
In some embodiments, when the laundry treatment apparatus is provided with the communication device, and the laundry treatment apparatus is capable of performing information interaction with the user terminal through the communication device, when the alarm device is controlled to output the first prompt information, the communication device may be further controlled to send the first prompt information to the user terminal, so that a user can timely learn that the laundry treatment apparatus has a water inlet abnormality message.
The control method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to the clothes treatment equipment, and the clothes treatment equipment responds to a triggering instruction for entering a water inlet process, which is triggered when a clothes treatment program is executed, and obtains a first weight value of a load in the clothes treatment equipment; controlling a water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be opened so as to enter a water inlet process; determining that the opening time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold value, and acquiring a second weight value of the load; and controlling an alarm device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first prompt information when the clothes treatment equipment is determined to have water inlet abnormality based on the second weight value and the first weight value. Therefore, on the premise of not adding a new detection device, whether the clothes treatment equipment has water inlet abnormality or not can be determined in a shorter time period by twice load weighing, so that a user can be rapidly reminded when the water inlet abnormality exists, and the clothes treatment efficiency is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another implementation of the control method according to the embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a laundry treatment apparatus. As shown in fig. 2, the control method includes the steps of:
step S201, in response to a trigger instruction to enter a water intake process triggered when a laundry treatment program is executed, acquiring a first weight value of a load in the laundry treatment apparatus.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S201, step S202 and step S206 are respectively corresponding to step S101, step S102 and step S104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the implementation manner and implementation effect of step S201, step S202 and step S206 may be referred to the detailed description of the corresponding steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
In step S202, a water inlet device of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be opened to enter a water inlet process.
Step S203, controlling the rotation of the tub of the laundry treating apparatus.
In the water inlet process, under the action of gravity, injected water can flow to the bottom of the barrel body, and flowing water can influence friction force between clothes and the inner wall of the barrel body, so that the accuracy of a second weight value of load is influenced. In the embodiment of the application, the rotation of the barrel body is controlled while water is fed, so that the injected water is immersed into clothes as much as possible, the flowing water quantity in the barrel body is reduced, the influence on the friction force between the clothes and the inner wall of the barrel body is reduced, the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load is improved, and the accuracy of the judging result of whether water feeding abnormality exists is further improved.
Step S204, determining that the opening time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold value, and controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment to be closed.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load, in the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet time length is determined to reach the first time length threshold value, the water inlet device is closed, so that the weight of the load is not changed in the process of obtaining the second weight value of the load, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load is improved.
In some embodiments, step S204 may be replaced with step S204a, where it is determined that the duration of the opening of the water inlet device reaches the first duration threshold, and the tub of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to stop rotating.
In other embodiments, step S204 may be replaced with step S204b, where it is determined that the duration of opening the water inlet device reaches the first time threshold, the water inlet device of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be closed, and the tub of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to stop rotating.
In the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet time length reaches the first time length threshold value, the water inlet device is closed, the barrel body can be controlled to stop rotating, the second weight value of the load is obtained after the barrel body is static, the time length of stopping rotating under the inertia effect after the power failure of the motor is prevented from being influenced by the rotation of the barrel body, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load can be further improved.
In step S205, a second weight value of the load is acquired.
In the embodiment of the application, before the second weight value of the load is obtained, the water inlet device is closed, so that the load weight is not changed any more, the rotation of the barrel body is stopped, the influence on the time length of stopping rotation under the inertia effect after the motor is powered off is avoided, and compared with the step S103, the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load can be improved.
Step S206, when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined based on the second weight value and the first weight value, controlling an alarm device of the clothes treatment equipment to output first prompt information.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the rotation of the barrel body is controlled in the water inlet process, so that injected water is immersed into clothes as much as possible, the flowing water quantity in the barrel body can be reduced, the influence on the friction force between the clothes and the inner wall of the barrel body is reduced, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load is improved; before the second weight value of the load is obtained, the water inlet device is closed, so that the load weight is not changed any more, the rotation of the barrel body is stopped, the influence on the time length of stopping rotation under the inertia effect after the motor is powered off is avoided, the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load is further improved, and the accuracy of a water inlet abnormality judgment result is further improved.
In some embodiments, after the step S104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or the step S206 "controlling the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt message" in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the above control method may further include the steps of:
step S105, controlling the voice output device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first broadcasting information.
The first broadcasting information includes second prompt information for prompting that the laundry treatment device has water inlet abnormality. For example, the second prompt message may be "the water inlet abnormality of the washing machine, please check whether the faucet is opened, if not, please open the faucet", or "the water inlet abnormality of the washing machine, please check whether the faucet is opened, whether the water is stopped, whether the water inlet pipe is blocked", etc.
In the embodiment of the application, when the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, the alarm device is controlled to output the first prompt information, so that a user can timely acquire the water inlet abnormality of the clothes treatment equipment and timely perform abnormality treatment. If the user knows that the abnormality code corresponds to the abnormality, the user can further know that the water inlet abnormality occurs. According to the first broadcasting information output by the voice output device, not only can the abnormality be known, but also how to treat the abnormality can be known, so that the abnormality treatment is convenient for the old or the user who is not familiar with the operation of the clothes treatment equipment, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the first broadcast information may be output multiple times (e.g., 3 times) in succession to ensure that the user is clearly heard. In practical application, whether the laundry treatment apparatus has water inlet abnormality can be determined in a short time according to the second weight value and the first weight value, and at this time, the abnormality cannot determine that the laundry treatment apparatus has a fault, for example, the water pressure may be small, or the user does not use the water inlet device to automatically feed water, but manually pour water into the tub, or water remains in advance in the tub, or the like, so when it is determined that the laundry treatment apparatus has water inlet abnormality, the method does not enter a fault mode, and continues to execute step S106 to determine whether the water inlet fault has occurred for a long time.
Step S106, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to continue the laundry treating process.
In the process of executing the judgment of step S104, namely, determining a load difference according to the second weight value and the first weight value; judging whether the load difference is smaller than or equal to a weight error threshold value; when the load difference is smaller than or equal to the error threshold, indicating that the weight difference before and after the load is not large, considering that water inflow is abnormal, namely water inflow cannot be performed normally, determining that water inflow abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment at the moment, and executing step S104; when the load weight difference is greater than the error threshold, indicating that the weight difference before and after the load is greater, the water inflow is considered to be normal, and at this time, it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus does not have the water inflow abnormality, the step S106 is executed, and the laundry treating apparatus continues to execute the laundry treating program.
Step S107, it is determined whether the laundry processing program is completed.
When the execution of the laundry treatment program is completed, for example, the light washing-rinsing-dehydrating entire washing program is completed when the laundry is washed, proceeding to step S108; when the laundry processing program is not completed, it is necessary to determine whether or not the laundry processing apparatus has failed, at which point step S109 is entered.
In the process of executing the clothes treatment program, if other faults do not occur in the clothes treatment equipment, the clothes treatment program can be sequentially executed without participation of a user; if the laundry machine fails when the complete laundry process is not performed, the laundry process is suspended to perform the laundry process in order to avoid a safety accident caused by the failure, and a user is required to determine whether to process the failure.
Step S108, controlling the clothes treating apparatus to be shut down.
After the execution of the clothes treatment program is completed, the clothes treatment equipment is shut down, so that the clothes treatment equipment is prevented from being in an output fault or standby state for a long time, and electric energy can be saved.
Step S109, judging whether the laundry treating apparatus is detected to be malfunctioning.
When it is detected that the laundry treating apparatus is malfunctioning, the execution of the laundry treating program is suspended, and the process proceeds to step S110; when the failure of the laundry treating apparatus is not detected, the laundry treating apparatus is considered to be operating normally, and the process proceeds to step S106.
For example, after determining that the laundry treatment apparatus has an abnormal water intake in step S104, the laundry treatment apparatus continues to perform the laundry treatment process, and then detects whether there is a water intake failure by the water level detection device in the prior art, for example, if the water intake timeout threshold set by the water level detection device is 8min, when the water intake time period reaches 8min, if the water level detection device detects that the water level in the tub has not reached the set water level, it is determined that the laundry treatment apparatus has a water intake failure at this time, and the process proceeds to step S110.
When the water inlet time period is less than 8min, the water level detection device detects that the water level in the barrel body reaches the set water level, and determines that the water inlet fault does not exist in the clothes treatment equipment, the clothes treatment equipment continues to enter the clothes treatment processes such as washing, rinsing, dewatering and the like, and whether other faults, such as drainage faults, door opening faults, barrel collision faults and the like, occur in the clothes treatment equipment continuously in the process again. Each fault has its corresponding alarm condition, for example, the alarm condition corresponding to a door open fault is "door body is opened when the laundry treatment program is not executed. During execution of the laundry treating program, it is determined whether an alarm condition is reached according to a state of the laundry treating apparatus. When the water inlet alarm condition is reached, determining that the water inlet fault of the clothes treatment equipment occurs, wherein the fault code can be E1; when the drainage alarm condition is reached, determining that the laundry treatment apparatus has a drainage failure, the failure code may be "E2"; when the door opening warning condition is reached, determining that the door body of the clothes treatment equipment is not closed, wherein the fault code can be E3; when the tub collision alarm condition is reached, it is determined that the tub body of the laundry treating apparatus collides with the outer tub, and the fault code may be "E4". Of course, other fault-corresponding alarm conditions may also be included.
In step S110, the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to suspend the execution of the laundry treating program.
Step S111, controlling the alarm device to output alarm information and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to switch to an alarm mode.
After determining that the laundry treatment apparatus is failed, to avoid causing a safety accident, the execution of the laundry treatment program is suspended, and alarm information is outputted to ensure that a user can timely learn that the laundry treatment apparatus is failed, and learn what kind of failure has occurred according to the outputted failure code, so that the user determines whether to process the failure, or whether to continue to execute the laundry treatment program.
Here, the alarm information may include at least one of an alarm sound, an alarm prompt information, and an alarm fault code. Controlling the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output alarm information may include: the sounding module of the control alarm device sounds an alarm; and/or a first display module of the control alarm device displays alarm prompt information; and/or a second display module controlling the alarm device displays an alarm fault code. Here, the sounding module may be a sound output module such as a loudspeaker, and the alarm sound may be intermittent beeping sound; the first display module can be an indicator lamp such as an LED lamp, and the alarm prompt information can flash for the LED lamp; the second display module may be an output module capable of displaying a code or a number, such as a digital pipe, and the alarm fault code may be a fault code, for example, a fault code "E2" corresponding to a drainage fault is preset, and a user may determine that the laundry treatment apparatus has a drainage fault according to the fault code.
In some embodiments, when the laundry treatment apparatus is capable of performing information interaction with the user terminal through the communication device, when the alarm device is controlled to output alarm information, the communication device may be further controlled to send the alarm information to the user terminal, so that a user can timely learn a message that the laundry treatment apparatus is faulty.
In the embodiment of the application, the difference between the output of the alarm information and the output of the first prompt information by the clothes treatment equipment is that: the first prompt information is not continuously output, namely after the first prompt information is output, the clothes treatment equipment continues to execute the clothes treatment program, and the clothes treatment program cannot be suspended to enter a fault mode; and when the alarm information is output after the failure of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, switching the clothes treatment equipment into an alarm mode. In the alarm mode, the laundry treating apparatus may continuously output alarm information. In practical application, in order to avoid that the continuous output of the alarm sound affects the rest of a user or affects the neighbors and the like, when the alarm information is output, the alarm sound can be output within a short time (such as 1 minute), and then the output of the alarm sound is stopped, and only the alarm prompt information and the alarm fault code are required to be output.
Step S112, when it is determined that an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to continue to perform the laundry treating program.
After the user knows that the clothes treatment equipment breaks down, the user processes the fault according to the fault type, for example, the door body is closed, then a preset operation for releasing the alarm mode is executed, the clothes treatment equipment receives an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode in response to the operation executed by the user, and the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to continuously execute the clothes treatment program, and returns to step S106 to continuously detect the fault.
In some embodiments, after the step S111 of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to switch to the alarm mode, the control method may further include the steps of:
step S113, it is determined whether an operation instruction is received that the key is pressed.
When an operation instruction that the key is pressed is received, the user is indicated to press any key on the control panel of the washing machine, and the step S114 is performed at the moment; when the operation instruction that the key is pressed is not received, it is indicated that the user has not pressed any key, and the process advances to step S117.
Step S114, controlling the button of the laundry treating apparatus to switch to the locked state so that the laundry treating apparatus does not respond to the operation instruction that the button is pressed.
According to the embodiment of the application, the keys are locked, and in the process of outputting the subsequent second broadcasting information, the second broadcasting information is not interrupted by misoperation, so that the user is ensured to acquire the second broadcasting information.
In step S115, the voice output device is controlled to output the second broadcast information.
In some embodiments, when the user is familiar with the fault code, the user can determine what kind of fault has occurred in the laundry treating apparatus according to the fault panel displayed on the display panel, and perform fault treatment. When the user is unfamiliar with the fault code, the user cannot determine what kind of fault occurs in the clothes treatment device according to the fault panel displayed by the display panel, in the embodiment of the application, when the user presses any key on the display panel, the second broadcasting information for prompting the fault information is output, the user can learn what kind of fault occurs in the clothes treatment device according to the second broadcasting information, further the second broadcasting information can also include third prompting information for releasing the alarm mode, for example, the third prompting information can be "the washing machine is abnormal in drainage, please check whether the drainage pipe is taken down, if not, please take down the drainage pipe from the washing machine into the drainage floor drain", or can be "the washing machine door is abnormal, please check whether the door is closed", etc.
According to the output alarm information, the clothes treatment equipment is informed of faults and fault codes can be obtained, and if a user knows the faults corresponding to the fault codes, the user can further know that the water inlet faults occur. According to the first broadcasting information output by the voice output device, not only can the fault be known, but also how to process the fault can be known, so that the fault elimination is convenient for the old or the user who is not familiar with the operation of the clothes processing equipment, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the second broadcast information may be output multiple times (e.g., 3 times) in succession to ensure that the user is clearly heard.
Step S116, after the second broadcasting information is determined to be output, controlling the keys of the clothes treatment equipment to be switched to an unlocking state so that the clothes treatment equipment responds to the operation instruction that the keys are pressed.
After the second broadcast information is output, unlocking the key, judging whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, and when the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, entering step S112; when the manipulation instruction to release the alarm mode is not received, the process advances to step S117.
Step S117, acquiring an alarm time period for switching the laundry processing apparatus to the alarm mode.
In the embodiment of the application, when the operation instruction of pressing the key is not received or the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is not received, the alarm time length of the clothes treatment equipment is acquired, and the alarm time length starts to be timed after the clothes treatment equipment is switched to the alarm mode.
Step S118, determining that the alarm time period reaches the second time period threshold, and controlling the laundry treating apparatus to stop executing the laundry treating program.
When the alarm time length of the clothes treatment equipment switched to the alarm mode reaches a second time length threshold, stopping executing the clothes treatment program to save electric energy in order to avoid that the clothes treatment equipment is in a fault output state for a long time, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to be turned off, and entering into step S108; when the alarm time period for switching the clothes treatment device to the alarm mode does not reach the second time period threshold value, continuing to judge whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, and returning to the step S112 when the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second duration threshold may take any value between 6h (hours) and 24h, for example, 12h.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a control method, and fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another implementation of the control method provided by the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, where the control method includes the following steps:
Step S301, in response to a trigger instruction to enter a water intake process triggered when a laundry treatment program is executed, acquires a first weight value of a load in the laundry treatment apparatus.
Here, the first weight value of the load in the tub may be obtained by a built-in weight detecting device (e.g., a weight sensor), or may be obtained by a fuzzy weighing method.
In step S302, the water inlet device of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be opened to enter the water inlet process, and the tub of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to rotate.
Step S303, judging whether the time length of opening the water inlet device reaches a first time length threshold value.
Acquiring the opening time of the water inlet device, and entering step S304 when the opening time of the water inlet device reaches a first time threshold; and when the opening time of the water inlet device does not reach the first time threshold, returning to the step S302 to continuously control the water inlet device to inlet water and to control the barrel body to continuously rotate.
Step S304, controlling the water inlet device of the clothes treatment device to be closed, and controlling the barrel body of the clothes treatment device to stop rotating.
In step S305, a second weight value of the load is acquired.
In the embodiment of the application, before the second weight value of the load is obtained, the water inlet device is closed, so that the load weight is not changed any more, the rotation of the barrel body is stopped, the influence on the time length of stopping rotation under the inertia effect after the motor is powered off is avoided, and the accuracy of the obtained second weight value of the load can be improved.
Step S306, determining whether or not the laundry treating apparatus has the water inflow abnormality based on the second weight value and the first weight value.
In some embodiments, step S306 may be implemented as: determining a load difference from the second weight value and the first weight value; judging whether the load difference is smaller than or equal to a weight error threshold value; when the load difference is smaller than or equal to the error threshold, indicating that the weight difference before and after the load is not large, considering that water inflow fails, namely water inflow cannot be performed normally, determining that water inflow abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment at the moment, and entering step S307; when the load weight difference is greater than the weight error threshold, indicating that the weight difference is greater before and after the load, the water inlet is considered to be successful, that is, water can be normally fed, at this time, it is determined that the laundry treatment apparatus has no water inlet abnormality, and the process proceeds to step S309.
Step S307, controlling the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt message.
Here, the first hint information may include at least one of an alarm sound, an alarm hint information, and an alarm fault code. Controlling the alarm device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first prompt message may include: the sounding module of the control alarm device sounds an alarm; and/or a first display module of the control alarm device displays alarm prompt information; and/or a second display module controlling the alarm device displays an alarm fault code.
Step S308, controlling the voice output device of the laundry treating apparatus to output the first broadcasting information.
The first broadcasting information includes second prompt information for prompting that the laundry treatment device has water inlet abnormality. When it is determined that the laundry treatment device has water inlet abnormality, the voice output device is controlled to output first broadcasting information, and a user can not only know what abnormality occurs but also know how to treat the abnormality according to the first broadcasting information output by the voice output device, so that the old or a user unfamiliar with the operation of the laundry treatment device can conveniently conduct abnormality treatment, and the user experience is improved. In some embodiments, the first broadcast information may be output multiple times (e.g., 3 times) in succession to ensure that the user is clearly heard.
After the output of the first broadcast information is completed, that is, after the execution of step S308 is completed, step S309 is continuously executed, and although the first prompt information and the first broadcast information are output, the failure mode is not entered, and after the output of the first prompt information and the first broadcast information is completed, the laundry processing program is continuously executed.
Step S309, the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to continue the laundry treating process.
In step S310, it is determined whether the laundry process is completed.
When the laundry processing program execution is completed, it proceeds to step S321; when the laundry processing program is not completed, it is necessary to determine whether or not the laundry processing apparatus has failed, at which point step S311 is entered.
Step S311, it is determined whether a failure of the laundry treating apparatus is detected.
When it is detected that the laundry treating apparatus is malfunctioning, the execution of the laundry treating program is suspended, and the process proceeds to step S312; when the failure of the laundry treating apparatus is not detected, the laundry treating apparatus is considered to be operating normally, and at this time, step S309 is returned.
Step S312, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to suspend the execution of the laundry treating program, controlling the alarm device to output alarm information, and controlling the laundry treating apparatus to switch to the alarm mode.
When it is determined that the laundry treatment apparatus is failed, in order to avoid causing a security accident, the execution of the laundry treatment program is suspended, and alarm information is output, which may include at least one of alarm sound, alarm prompt information, and alarm failure code, so as to ensure that a user can timely learn that the laundry treatment apparatus is failed, and learn what kind of failure has occurred according to the output failure code. After determining that the laundry treatment apparatus is out of order, the laundry treatment apparatus is switched to an alarm mode while outputting alarm information. In the alarm mode, the laundry treating apparatus may continuously output alarm information.
In step S313, it is determined whether an operation instruction is received that the key is pressed.
When an operation instruction that the key is pressed is received, the user is indicated to press any key on the control panel of the washing machine, and step S314 is performed at the moment; when the operation instruction that the key is pressed is not received, it indicates that the user has not pressed any key, and the process advances to step S318.
In step S314, the button of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be switched to the locked state so that the laundry treating apparatus does not respond to the operation instruction that the button is pressed.
And locking the keys so that the second broadcasting information can not be interrupted by misoperation of the user in the outputting process of the second broadcasting information, and ensuring that the user knows the second broadcasting information.
Step S315, the voice output device is controlled to output the second broadcasting information.
The second broadcasting information comprises third prompt information for releasing the alarm mode. After the second broadcast information is output, the process proceeds to step S316.
In step S316, the button of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to switch to the unlock state, so that the laundry treating apparatus responds to the operation instruction that the button is pressed.
Step S317, it is determined whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received.
After the second broadcast information is output, unlocking the key, judging whether an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received, and returning to the step S309 when the operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is received; when an operation instruction for releasing the alarm mode is not received, the flow advances to step S318.
Step S318, acquiring an alarm time period for switching the laundry processing apparatus to the alarm mode.
Step S319, judging whether the alarm time length reaches a second time length threshold value.
When the alarm time length reaches the second time length threshold value, the step S320 is entered; when the alarm duration does not reach the second duration threshold, the process returns to step S313.
In step S320, the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to stop performing the laundry treating program.
Step S321, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to be turned off.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, on the premise of not adding a new detection device, whether the water inlet abnormality exists in the clothes treatment equipment or not can be determined in a shorter time period by twice load weighing, and when the water inlet abnormality exists, prompt information can be rapidly output to remind a user, so that the clothes treatment efficiency is improved; when there is no water inflow abnormality, the laundry treating process is continued. In the process of continuously executing the clothes treatment program, continuously detecting whether a fault occurs, after the fault occurs, outputting alarm information when receiving the operation of pressing a key, so that a user can know what kind of fault occurs and how to remove the fault, the fault removal is convenient for the old or the user who is unfamiliar with the operation of clothes treatment equipment, and the user experience is improved; and when the faults are not relieved within the second time period threshold, stopping the clothes treatment program, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to be shut down, avoiding the clothes treatment equipment from being in a state of outputting the faults for a long time, and saving electric energy.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described.
For the water inlet fault alarm of the washing machine, the water inlet fault alarm control mode in the prior technical scheme judges the water inlet condition by comparing the relation between the water level change slope value and the standard slope value, and then gives an alarm. However, due to the limitation of the water level detection device (such as a water level sensor), after water needs to enter a certain water level, the water level sensor can only detect the water level, and before the water level is detected, the water level change condition cannot be necessarily detected, so that the rapid alarm cannot be realized based on whether the water level sensor detects the water inlet failure in the related art.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a control method, and fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of the method for controlling intelligent alarm reminding of a fault according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
step S401, start.
Step S402, fuzzy weighing is carried out on clothes to obtain a weighing value P1.
Step S403, water inflow is started, and the barrel is controlled to rotate for 45S.
Step S404, fuzzy weighing is carried out on the clothes again to obtain a weighing value P2.
After the washing machine operates normally, firstly, fuzzy weighing is carried out on clothes, a weighing value P1 is stored, then, water is fed, a drum is rotated at the same time, for example, an outer drum rotates at the speed of 50r/min, water feeding is stopped after 45s, and wet cloth is weighed to obtain a weighing value P2.
Step S405, determining whether water is entering.
Here, whether the washing machine is water-in or not can be judged according to the twice weighing values. When the method is realized, the sizes of P1 and P2 can be compared, whether the P2-P1 is larger than an error threshold value or not is judged, if the error threshold value is 5, if the P2-P1 is more than 5, the washing machine is considered to be in water, and step S408 is carried out at the moment; if P2-P1 is less than or equal to 5, the washing machine is considered to be possibly not fed with water, and the step S406 is performed.
And step S406, audible and visual alarm is performed for 6S.
Step S407, voice broadcasting is performed 3 times.
For example, the content of the voice broadcast may be "no water intake", "no water intake, please check whether the water tap is open", "no water intake", "please check whether water is stopped", etc. to remind the user within one minute. In order to prevent the situation that the water pressure is too small in a short time or the user intentionally lacks the water tap, the alarm only reminds that the alarm state is not kept, so that when water is not fed, the normal operation is recovered after the audible and visual alarm is performed for 6S and the voice broadcast is performed for 3 times, and the step S408 is performed.
In step S408, the washing machine continues to operate.
Step S409, whether the operation is ended.
Here, whether the operation is ended may be determined according to the water level. When the water level reaches the preset water level threshold value, determining that the operation is finished, and entering step S417; when it is detected that the water level does not reach the preset water level threshold, it is determined that the operation is not ended, and the process proceeds to step S410.
Step S410, whether other alarm conditions are reached.
During continued operation, detecting whether the washing machine has reached other alarm conditions, such as those commonly used during water intake, may include at least: water inlet alarm condition, water discharge alarm condition, door opening alarm condition and barrel collision alarm condition. When other alarm conditions are reached, the process goes to step S411 to alarm; when the other alarm condition is not reached, the process returns to step S408 to continue the operation.
Step S411, the washing machine stops running and the audible and visual alarm is given for 6S.
In step S412, an error code is displayed.
For example, when a water inlet alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E1"; when a drain alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E2"; when the door opening warning condition is reached, the error code may be "E3"; when a bucket crash alarm condition is reached, the error code may be "E4".
In step S413, it is determined whether or not a key is pressed.
When it is detected that the key is pressed, the process proceeds to step S414; when the key is not detected to be pressed, the process advances to step S416.
Step S414, voice broadcasts 3 times and locks the key.
When broadcasting, the key is locked to prevent the user from breaking the broadcasting accidentally.
Step S415, unlocking the key and judging whether the user presses the prompt information to release the alarm.
Step S416, judging whether the alarm time length reaches 12h.
When the alarm time length reaches 12 hours, in order to avoid the washing machine being maintained in the alarm state for a long time, step S417 is entered; when the alarm duration does not reach 12h, the process returns to step S412, and the error code continues to be displayed.
In step S417, the operation ends.
If the washing machine is detected to reach other common alarm conditions, the washing machine is controlled to stop running and carry out audible and visual alarm for 6s, then an error code flashing state is kept, then whether a key is pressed is judged, if the key is pressed, 3 times of voice broadcasting are carried out and the key is simultaneously locked, after broadcasting is finished, the key is unlocked, whether a user releases the alarm according to prompt information is judged, if the alarm is correctly released, the washing machine is restored to run until the operation is finished, and if the alarm is not correctly released, the operation is finished after the alarm state is kept for 12h.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a control structure of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the control structure of the washing machine includes: controller 51, water intake valve 52, motor 53, fuzzy weighing module 54, button module 55, audible and visual module 56 and voice module 57.
The clothes are weighed through the fuzzy weighing module 54 to obtain a weighing value P1, then the clothes are weighed through the water inlet valve 52 and the motor 53 while being rotated, the wet cloth is weighed through the fuzzy weighing module 54 to obtain a weighing value P2 after 45s, whether water is inlet or not is judged through calculation of the controller 51, if water is not inlet, reminding is carried out through the acousto-optic module 56 and the voice module 57, and then the washing machine continues to operate until the end.
If other alarm conditions are reached during the continuous operation of the washing machine, the washing machine stops operating and is alerted by the audible and visual module 56, and the error code is kept flashing. Whether a key is pressed or not is judged through the key module 55, if the key is pressed, reminding is carried out through the voice module 57, meanwhile, the controller 51 locks the key module 55, after the voice broadcasting is finished, the controller 51 unlocks the key and judges whether a user presses an instruction operation to release the alarm, and if the alarm is released, the washing machine continues to run until the end.
The alarm method provided by the embodiment of the application can be also used for other devices which need to prompt a user to release the alarm after the alarm, such as clothes dryers, dish washers and the like, so that the use experience of the user is enhanced.
The control method for intelligent fault alarm of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the application can rapidly judge the fault of the washing machine according to the fuzzy weighing twice and can carry out intelligent reminding alarm. Firstly, judging whether the washing machine is in water or not in about one minute through dry cloth weighing and wet cloth weighing, and informing a user to check a water tap when water is not in water; and simultaneously, intelligent voice broadcasting is carried out on other faults of the washing machine. By the control mode, the washing experience of users (especially old people or users with poor eyesight) can be greatly improved, and the problem that clothes cannot be washed normally due to the fact that the users forget to turn on the water tap can be effectively avoided; and effectively avoid because after the warning user can not the correct operation, lead to washing unable normal clear, through effectively reminding user to operate washing machine, reinforcing user's use experience.
