丝绸,一种纺织品,用蚕丝或合成纤维、人造纤维、短丝等织成;用蚕丝或人造丝纯织或交织而成的织品的总称。
在古代,丝绸就是蚕丝(以桑蚕丝为主,也包括少量的柞蚕丝和木薯蚕丝)织造的纺织品,现代由于纺织品原料的扩展,凡是经线采用了人造或天然长丝纤维织造的纺织品,都可以称为广义的丝绸,而纯桑蚕丝所织造的丝绸,又特别称为“真丝绸”。
古法丝绸在生产过程中,一般需要经过染色处理,传统的染色完成后,一般通过固色剂进行辅助固定色彩,传统的固色剂的固定效果一般,染色后的颜色容易出现褪色、重叠色等情况,降低了实用性,为此,我们提出了一种古法丝绸工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决古法丝绸在生产过程中,一般需要经过染色处理,传统的染色完成后,一般通过固色剂进行辅助固定色彩,传统的固色剂的固定效果一般,染色后的颜色容易出现褪色、重叠色等情况,降低了实用性的缺点,而提出的一种古法丝绸工艺。

S3:染整:对S2中的丝织物放入装有肥皂与纯碱的混合溶液内进行加热精炼,然后对精炼脱胶后的通过染料进行染色,染后通过阳离子固色剂进行处理;
S4:印花、整理:对S3中染色后的丝织品通过印花机进行印花处理,对印花后的丝织品通过化学药剂进行整理,整理完成后形成丝绸。
优选的,所述染料为酸性染料、活性染料、直接染料以及还原染料中的任一一种,所述化学药剂包括柔软剂、抗静电剂、防火剂、洗砂机中的任一一种或多种的组合物。

实施例三:
一种古法丝绸工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:缫丝:对蚕茧进行90-100℃的高温干燥,然后对蚕茧进行煮茧处理,煮茧完成后,通过缫丝机对煮茧后的蚕茧中的蚕丝进行抽出,并将多根蚕丝合并成为生丝;
S2:织造:对S1中组成的生丝通过丝胶软化进行浸渍处理,对浸渍后的生丝进行并丝和拈丝处理,通过喷水织机和剑杆织机进行编制加工成为经线和纬线,然后对并丝和拈丝后的蚕丝进行整经和卷纬,并使经线和纬线交织形成丝织物;
S3:染整:对S2中的丝织物放入装有肥皂与纯碱的混合溶液内进行加热精炼,然后对精炼脱胶后的通过染料进行染色,染后通过阳离子固色剂进行处理;
S4:印花、整理:对S3中染色后的丝织品通过印花机进行印花处理,对印花后的丝织品通过化学药剂进行整理,整理完成后形成丝绸。

一种古法丝绸工艺,包括以下步骤:

通过上述表格可得,实施例三为最佳制备方案,固定效果较好,色泽较亮,手感较柔软。

Claims (7)
1.一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:缫丝:对蚕茧进行90-100℃的高温干燥,然后对蚕茧进行煮茧处理,煮茧完成后,通过缫丝机对煮茧后的蚕茧中的蚕丝进行抽出,并将多根蚕丝合并成为生丝;
S2:织造:对S1中组成的生丝通过丝胶软化进行浸渍处理,对浸渍后的生丝进行并丝和拈丝处理,通过喷水织机和剑杆织机进行编制加工成为经线和纬线,然后对并丝和拈丝后的蚕丝进行整经和卷纬,并使经线和纬线交织形成丝织物;
S3:染整:对S2中的丝织物放入装有肥皂与纯碱的混合溶液内进行加热精炼,然后对精炼脱胶后的通过染料进行染色,染后通过阳离子固色剂进行处理;

2.根据权利要求2所述的一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,所述染料为酸性染料、活性染料、直接染料以及还原染料中的任一一种,所述化学药剂包括柔软剂、抗静电剂、防火剂、洗砂机中的任一一种或多种的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一所述的一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,所述阳离子固色剂包括1000-1300份阳离子羊奶纤维、30-60份亚硫酸铁、6-9份钛白粉、60-90份醋栗粉、40-70份水杨酸-2 -乙基己酯、50-80份苯甲酸钠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,所述阳离子固色剂包括1000份阳离子羊奶纤维、30份亚硫酸铁、6份钛白粉、60份醋栗粉、40份水杨酸-2 -乙基己酯、50份苯甲酸钠。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,所述阳离子固色剂包括1100份阳离子羊奶纤维、40份亚硫酸铁、7份钛白粉、70份醋栗粉、50份水杨酸-2 -乙基己酯、60份苯甲酸钠。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,所述阳离子固色剂包括1200份阳离子羊奶纤维、50份亚硫酸铁、8份钛白粉、80份醋栗粉、60份水杨酸-2 -乙基己酯、70份苯甲酸钠。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种古法丝绸工艺,其特征在于,所述阳离子固色剂包括1300份阳离子羊奶纤维、60份亚硫酸铁、9份钛白粉、90份醋栗粉、70份水杨酸-2 -乙基己酯、80份苯甲酸钠。
