Firstly, glass enters the middle of a centering mechanism 13 of an automatic polishing device 1 under the transportation of a conveyor belt 41, the centering mechanism 13 adjusts the glass to center the glass, a first supporting mechanism 11 ascends to support the glass, and after the polishing mechanism 12 is adjusted, a polishing head 122 polishes the position, needing to be welded, of a metal wire on the glass;
secondly, the polished glass is lifted by the shuttle mechanism 42 and is brought to the lower part of the heating device, and the heating device preheats the polished position on the glass.
Thirdly, the preheated glass is lifted by the shuttle mechanism 42 and is brought into the automatic welding device 2, the second supporting mechanism 21 is lifted to support the glass, the turnover plate 321 of the tongue piece feeding device 3 is turned over to enable the welding point position on the tongue piece 33 to be coincided and contacted with the polishing point, after the welding mechanism 22 is adjusted, the welding needle 222 welds the tongue piece 33 through the welding through hole 324 on the turnover plate 321, the tongue piece clamping jaw 325 on the turnover plate 321 is loosened, the air suction hole stops air suction, the tongue piece 33 is released from the turnover plate 321, then the rotating platform 31 rotates, the other feeding mechanism 32 with the tongue piece 33 continues feeding, and meanwhile, an operator can load a new tongue piece 33 on the turnover plate 321 of the feeding mechanism 32 which has finished feeding.
Fourthly, the glass is carried to the next automatic welding device 2 by the shuttle mechanism 42 after the tongue piece 33 on one side of the glass is welded on the automatic welding device 2, and after the glass is rotated by 180 degrees by the rotating device 5, the side of the glass where the tongue piece 33 is not welded is rotated to the end close to the tongue piece feeding device 3, and then the welding procedure in the third step is repeated, and the two tongue piece feeding devices 3 can be considered by the same operator.
Fifthly, the glass welded with the tongues on the two sides is conveyed out through the conveyor belt 41, and the welding work of the glass tongue 33 of the vehicle is completed.

A vehicle glass tongue welding device comprises an automatic welding device (2) and a conveying device (4) for conveying glass, characterized in that the vehicle glass tongue piece welding device also comprises an automatic grinding device (1) and at least one tongue piece feeding device (3), the tongue piece feeding device (3) is positioned at one side of the automatic welding device (2) and comprises a rotating platform (31) and at least two feeding mechanisms (32), the feeding mechanism (32) is fixed on the rotating platform (31) and comprises a turnover plate (321) and a servo adjusting module (322), one side of the turnover plate (321) is fixed on a rotating shaft (323) on the servo adjusting module (322), the turnover plate (321) can rotate around a rotating shaft (323), and the servo adjusting module (322) can adjust the position of the feeding mechanism (32) on the rotating platform (31); the turnover plate (321) is provided with a fastening device so that a tongue piece (33) can be fixedly arranged on one surface of the turnover plate (321), one side of the turnover plate (321) far away from the rotating shaft (323) is provided with a welding through hole (324), the position where the tongue piece (33) is overlapped with the welding through hole (324) is a welding point, one surface of the turnover plate (321) fixing the tongue piece (33) is turned over to be in contact with the surface of the glass, and the welding point is overlapped with the position to be welded; the rotating platform (31) automatically rotates to enable the positions of the at least two feeding mechanisms (32) to be alternately changed.
2. Vehicle glass tongue welding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the automatic grinding device (1) comprises a first support means (11) arranged on the ground and a grinding means (12) arranged on the upper frame.

6. Vehicle glazing tongue welding device according to claim 1, characterized in that said flip plate (321) has a recessed groove for receiving the tongue (33), said groove having a through hole in which the tongue jaw (325) for fixing the tongue (33) is located.
7. The vehicle glass tongue welding apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of suction holes are further formed in the groove, the suction holes are connected to a vacuum pump, and the suction holes continuously suck the vacuum suction tongue.

The vehicle glass tongue piece welding device according to claim 1, further comprising a preheating device, wherein the preheating device is located between the automatic polishing device (1) and the automatic welding device (2), and the preheating device comprises a hot air blower fixed above the conveying device (4) with an air outlet facing downwards.

The vehicle glass tongue piece welding device according to claim 9, wherein the shuttle mechanism (42) comprises a tray (421), a tray servo adjusting module (422), a tray fixing seat (423) and a shuttle sliding seat (424), the tray (421) is fixed on the tray fixing seat (423), and the tray servo adjusting module (422) can adjust the height of the tray (421).
