技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘膜领域,特别涉及一种触感胶粘膜。
背景技术
触感膜是上光膜中国的一种新品种,其具有增加标签表面和纸盒表面的质感的功能。触感膜用手抚之有绒面感,是高档包装盒或标签的表面复合材料。近年来,国内外已研究出有触感效果的膜材,但应用上存在障碍,主要是不方便使用。现有的触感油涂层与胶黏剂的结合力大,所以不能直接收卷,要衬一层离型纸或离型膜再收卷,使用时去掉离型材料。行业中大部分用户嫌除去离型纸或离型膜麻烦而又浪费(成本高),所以直接购买未涂胶粘剂的触感膜进行现场临时涂胶覆膜,而这种方式往往存在效率低、灵活性低、能耗高、使用溶剂胶造成环境污染等弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,同时提供该触感胶粘膜的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种耐摩擦亚光触感胶粘膜,其自上而下由耐磨触感油层、BOPP亚光基膜层和水性压敏胶粘层组成,所述耐磨触感油层的上表面的润湿指数≤36达因。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述BOPP亚光基膜层为经双面电晕处理的BOPP亚光基膜层。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述耐磨触感油的制备方法如下:
1)将聚乙二醇加入到密封容器中,加热至105~115℃进行真空预脱水,冷却至50℃并开启冷凝回流,在体系中滴加二异氰酸酯甲苯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比为6:6:2配制的混合物,搅拌;
2)待体系经升温后降温至50℃时,滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比1:1配制的混合物,控制体系温度在78~82℃范围内,控制滴加时间为2h;
3)待体系温度为60℃时,滴加体系总质量2%的1,4-丁二醇进行交联反应,降温至60℃,加入摩尔量与9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸相同的丁二胺进行中和,后加入含有5%的乳化剂的去离子水进行乳化,搅拌,得耐磨触感油。
具体地,本发明中触感油的触感效果是由聚乙二醇与二异氰酸酯甲苯进行缩合反应形成的高聚物提供的,其柔软而富触感效果,但却不耐磨。引入较为耐磨的聚合物吸附于其分子链可有效提高微观方面的耐磨性而不影响宏观感觉的柔软性,因此引入耐磨聚合物——不饱和单体9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸,其经丁二胺中和羧基达到理想的微观硬度,然而该耐磨聚合物与柔软聚合物链不相容。本发明通过引入中间体——丙烯酸羟乙酯,利用其酯基与柔软聚合物分子有一定的亲和力,而其烯基为不饱和键,经过加热并加入过氧化苯甲酰引发聚合反应,再加少量二丁基锡二月桂酸酯作为催化剂,可以在较低的温度如78~82℃下聚合,即可打开烯键进行聚合,这样方才能如愿将耐磨物质吸附到柔软聚合物分子链中,从而达到增加触感油耐磨度的目的。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤2)中所述丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸的混合物中含有占混合物总重量1%的氧化苯甲酰和0.1%的二丁基锡二月桂酸酯。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤3)中所述的乳化剂为OP-10。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤3)中所述的离子水的添加量为中和后体系中重量的2倍。

本发明所采取的另一个技术方案是:一种如上项所述的耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层,在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层,在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用润湿指数≤36达因的耐磨触感油层与水性压敏胶粘层可直接收卷解卷的特性,无需使用离型纸或离型膜,且具有触感效果良好、初粘力和持粘力适中、无残胶、环保的优点。
本发明通过对耐磨触感油的优化,使得该耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜具有180度剥离力≥4N/24mm、初粘力≤10cm、持粘力≥30min的综合性能。
本发明的制备方法操作过程可控性强,有利于大规模工业化生产,其制备得的耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜可直接进行标签覆膜。

一种耐摩擦亚光触感胶粘膜,其自上而下由厚度为1μm的耐磨触感油层、厚度为20μm的BOPP亚光基膜层和厚度为4μm的水性压敏胶粘层组成,所述耐磨触感油层的上表面的润湿指数为36达因。
制备方法:
1)对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层;
2)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层;
3)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得实施例1成品。
本实施例中所述耐磨触感油、BOPP亚光基膜和水性压敏胶黏剂均为市售产品。将实施例1成品进行标签覆膜,其180度剥离力为4N/24mm、初粘力为10cm、持粘力为30min。

一种耐摩擦亚光触感胶粘膜,其自上而下由厚度为5μm的耐磨触感油层、厚度为18μm的BOPP亚光基膜层和厚度为8μm的水性压敏胶粘层组成,所述耐磨触感油层的上表面的润湿指数为35达因。
制备方法:
1)对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层;
2)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层;
3)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得实施例2成品。
本实施例中所述耐磨触感油、BOPP亚光基膜和水性压敏胶黏剂均为市售产品。将实施例2成品进行标签覆膜,其180度剥离力为4N/24mm、初粘力为10cm、持粘力为30min。

1)对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层;
2)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层;
3)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得实施例3成品。
本实施例中所述BOPP亚光基膜和水性压敏胶黏剂均为市售产品。所述耐磨触感油由以下制备方法获得:
1)将聚乙二醇加入到密封容器中,加热至105℃进行真空预脱水1h,冷却至50℃并开启冷凝回流,在体系中滴加二异氰酸酯甲苯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比为6:6:2配制的混合物,所述丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸的混合物中含有占混合物总重量1%的氧化苯甲酰和0.1%的二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,搅拌;
2)待体系经升温后降温至50℃时,滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比1:1配制的混合物,控制体系温度在78~82℃范围内,控制滴加时间为2h;
3)待体系温度为60℃时,滴加体系总质量2%的1,4-丁二醇进行交联反应,降温至60℃,加入摩尔量与9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸相同的丁二胺进行中和,后加入含有5%的OP-10的去离子水进行乳化,离子水的添加量为中和后体系中重量的2倍,搅拌,得本实施例耐磨触感油。
将上述实施例3成品进行标签覆膜,其180度剥离力为4.4N/24mm、初粘力为8cm、持粘力为38min。
实施例4
一种耐摩擦亚光触感胶粘膜,其自上而下由厚度为5μm的耐磨触感油层、厚度为18μm的BOPP亚光基膜层和厚度为8μm的水性压敏胶粘层组成,所述耐磨触感油层的上表面的润湿指数为33达因。
制备方法:
1)对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层;
2)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层;
3)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得实施例4成品。
本实施例中所述BOPP亚光基膜和水性压敏胶黏剂均为市售产品。所述耐磨触感油由以下制备方法获得:

2)待体系经升温后降温至50℃时,滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比1:1配制的混合物,控制体系温度在78~82℃范围内,控制滴加时间为2h;
3)待体系温度为60℃时,滴加体系总质量2%的1,4-丁二醇进行交联反应,降温至60℃,加入摩尔量与9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸相同的丁二胺进行中和,后加入含有5%的OP-10的去离子水进行乳化,离子水的添加量为中和后体系中重量的2倍,搅拌,得本实施例耐磨触感油。
将上述实施例4成品进行标签覆膜,其180度剥离力为4.2N/24mm、初粘力为8.5cm、持粘力为35min。
实施例5
一种耐摩擦亚光触感胶粘膜,其自上而下由厚度为3μm的耐磨触感油层、厚度为19μm的BOPP亚光基膜层和厚度为6μm的水性压敏胶粘层组成,所述耐磨触感油层的上表面的润湿指数为30达因。
制备方法:
1)对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层;
2)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层;
3)在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得实施例5成品。
本实施例中所述BOPP亚光基膜和水性压敏胶黏剂均为市售产品。所述耐磨触感油由以下制备方法获得:
1)将聚乙二醇加入到密封容器中,加热至110℃进行真空预脱水1h,冷却至50℃并开启冷凝回流,在体系中滴加二异氰酸酯甲苯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比为6:6:2配制的混合物,所述丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸的混合物中含有占混合物总重量1%的氧化苯甲酰和0.1%的二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,搅拌;

上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的工艺及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:自上而下由耐磨触感油层、BOPP亚光基膜层和水性压敏胶粘层组成,所述耐磨触感油层的上表面的润湿指数≤36达因。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:所述BOPP亚光基膜层为经双面电晕处理的BOPP亚光基膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:所述耐磨触感油的制备方法如下:
1)将聚乙二醇加入到密封容器中,加热至105~115℃进行真空预脱水,冷却至50℃并开启冷凝回流,在体系中滴加二异氰酸酯甲苯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比为6:6:2配制的混合物,搅拌;
2)待体系经升温后降温至50℃时,滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸按重量比1:1配制的混合物,控制体系温度在78~82℃范围内,控制滴加时间为2h;
3)待体系温度为60℃时,滴加体系总质量2%的1,4-丁二醇进行交联反应,降温至60℃,加入摩尔量与9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸相同的丁二胺进行中和,后加入含有5%的乳化剂的去离子水进行乳化,搅拌,得耐磨触感油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述丙烯酸羟乙酯和9,10-烯基二十二正羧酸的混合物中含有占混合物总重量1%的氧化苯甲酰和0.1%的二丁基锡二月桂酸酯。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:步骤3)中所述的乳化剂为OP-10。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:步骤3)中所述的离子水的添加量为中和后体系中重量的2倍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:所述耐磨触感油层的厚度为1~5μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:所述BOPP亚光基膜层的厚度为18~20μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜,其特征在于:所述水性压敏胶粘层的厚度为4~8μm。
10.一种如权利要求1~9任一项所述的耐磨亚光触感胶粘膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下工艺步骤:对BOPP亚光基膜进行双面电晕处理,得BOPP亚光基膜层,在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的上表面涂覆耐磨触感油,烘干固化,形成耐磨触感油层,在所述BOPP亚光基膜层的下表面涂覆水性压敏胶粘剂,烘干固化,形成水性压敏胶粘剂层,直接收卷得成品。
