Description

High-speed homogeneous forced solubilization method and application thereof
Field of the method
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetic methods, and particularly discloses a high-speed homogeneous forced solubilization method and application thereof.
Background method
With the improvement of living standard of people, cosmetics have gone into thousands of households, and the demand of people for high-quality cosmetics is increasingly severe. It is sometimes necessary to add some oil-soluble substances (water-insoluble ingredients) such as fats and oils, actives, perfumes, preservatives, etc. to the aqueous system. However, these oil-soluble ingredients are generally difficult to dissolve in the formulation system and do not form a homogeneous phase. Thus, solubilizers play a crucial role in such cosmetics, and are capable of helping the oil-soluble ingredients dissolve in water and form a homogeneous, transparent system.
The traditional solubilization method is to increase the solubility by emulsifying oil-soluble ingredients, namely adding a nonionic surfactant with strong hydrophilicity into a polyalcohol humectant, adding the oil-soluble ingredients, mixing and dissolving, and adding the mixture into a water phase. The oil-soluble ingredient enters the surfactant to form very small micelles, thereby achieving a solubilized solution having a transparent appearance. However, this method has problems of poor stability and the like, and also has problems of "foaming and whitening" easily occurring when the product is used and coated due to the addition of the surfactant, and safety due to the use of the surfactant. In addition, the preparation of preparations such as toner and the like is difficult to realize by solubilizing the oil with high non-polarity in water to be transparent, and a large amount of nonionic surfactant with high polymerization degree is often adopted, but the solution is difficult to be transparent and cannot ensure the skin permeation and absorption. The use of a large amount of a nonionic surfactant having a high degree of polymerization gives the skin a sticky feeling and irritation.
In view of the above analysis, a high-speed homogeneous forced solubilization method which is safe, effective, highly stable, and capable of solubilizing a solution to be transparent, and has low skin stickiness and low irritation is urgently needed in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-speed homogeneous forced solubilization method and application thereof, which break through the limitation of the traditional emulsification solubilization method, utilize the stable dispersion anti-agglomeration property of a high-molecular raw material, apply the method to the production of transparent cosmetic water, essence lotion and gel, uniformly disperse water-insoluble substances in a system, and then achieve the purposes of preventing collision agglomeration of water-insoluble substance molecules and separating and precipitating from the system by adding a net-shaped structure formed by high-molecular components, effectively improve the mildness of a product, enable the solution to be solubilized to be transparent, and have low sticky feeling and small irritation to the skin.
The invention specifically adopts the following method scheme for realizing the purpose:
(1) adding water-insoluble components into alcohol for fully dissolving to obtain a mixture A for later use;
(2) introducing the mixture A into deionized water, and uniformly dispersing the mixture A in a system to obtain a mixture B for later use;
(3) adding the mixture B into the macromolecular component, and stirring at high speed for homogenizing.
Further, the water-insoluble component is used in an amount of 0.05% to 0.25%.
Further, the usage amount of the alcohol is 5-10%.
Furthermore, the usage amount of the high molecular component is 0.5-5%.
Further, the high-speed stirring condition is that stirring is carried out at a rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 5 minutes at 45 ℃.
Further, the alcohol concentration is 99%.
Further, the high molecular component is one or two of gellan gum and xanthan gum.
The invention also discloses an application of the method scheme in the production of cosmetics, and the application comprises but is not limited to the preparation of lotion, essence lotion and transparent gel.
Further, the invention also provides a preparation method of the toning lotion, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 0.2% of water-insoluble component into 5% of 99% alcohol by mass percent for dissolving, then introducing the alcohol added with the water-insoluble component into deionized water to uniformly disperse the alcohol in a system, adding 3% of high molecular component, and stirring and homogenizing at 45 ℃ at a rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 5 minutes to obtain a standby liquid A with uniformly dispersed molecules of the water-insoluble component;
(2) dissolving 0.2% of essence in 7% of ethanol with the concentration of 95% by mass to obtain a standby solution B;
(3) according to the mass percentage, the standby liquid A, the standby liquid B, 0.1 percent of citric acid, 4 percent of glycerol and 0.2 percent of alum are stirred and mixed evenly at room temperature, and then the mixture is sterilized, aged, filtered and discharged to obtain the product.
Further, the water insoluble component is selected from one or more of lutein, squalane, cetyl ethylhexanoate.
Further, the high molecular component is one or two of gellan gum and xanthan gum.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the solubilizing animal oil composition is prepared by combining higher alcohol, nonionic surfactant with low polymerization degree and PEG structure, nonionic surfactant with high polymerization degree and lower alcohol with animal oil, is applied to cosmetics such as astringent, essence and facial mask with low alcohol and alcohol-free water agents, can effectively promote skin active ingredients such as squalane, cetyl ethyl hexanoate and cholesterol to be dissolved in water, can supplement oil to skin and increase skin moistening degree;
(2) the nonionic surfactant containing a PEG structure used in the composition for solubilizing the animal fat is low in dosage, low in skin sticky feeling and low in irritation, is suitable for most of aqueous systems, and does not influence the stability of the systems;
(3) the preparation method is simple to operate and easy to realize, and the prepared cosmetics have high cost performance and low cost;
(4) the high-speed homogenizing forced solubilization method provided by the invention breaks through the limitation of the traditional emulsification solubilization method, uniformly disperses the water-insoluble substances in the system, and then prevents the molecules from colliding and agglomerating, and separating and precipitating from the system by adding the high molecular components, thereby effectively improving the mildness and the using coating feeling of the product.
