本发明公开了一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴和第二空心轴、锁止器、第一电机、第二电机以及齿圈,中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,后排行星架上设有后排行星轮;第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮;第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接;齿圈共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力,跛行回家模块,用于电驱动失效时跛行回家。该***能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,实现电驱动失效时避免拖车。

Description

一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力领域,特别涉及一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成***。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力***中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力***燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力***结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动***构型复杂多样,并增加***内功率流向以及***效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力***具有以下缺点:
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力***主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2、该同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3、该***多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4、该***仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;
5、该***不具备跛行回家功能,一旦电驱***失效,只能拖车。
本发明的目的在于解决以上五个问题,提供一种双电机双行星排平行布置混合动力总成方案。该***采用以下方案:
1、采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,电机最高转速不低于15000rpm;
2、双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围;
3、对电机、机械总成部件集中采用水冷方式,既减少密封件,提高密封的可靠性和密封件寿命,又能对轴承、齿轮进行同步润滑;
4、通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成***的传动效率更高,降低***的燃油消耗;
5、采用跛行功能切换装置,可在电驱动***失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车;
6、本***采用的传动结构,通过双行星排共用齿圈,可将发动机的动力解耦,一分部传递给后桥,另一部分传递给第一电机进行发电,两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,使发动机能固定在最优油耗点进行工作,不受车速影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,旨在解决现有技术中动力总成轴向长度大、布置空间要求高、密封维护难度大、发动机直接驱动车辆概率低、电驱***失效不能继续行驶的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,包括:中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有与***的壳体固定连接的前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;齿圈,其共同与所述前排行星轮和所述后排行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧;所述第二减速齿轮包括前排减速齿轮和后排减速齿轮,所述第二电机同轴驱动所述前排减速齿轮和所述后排减速齿轮,所述前排减速齿轮或所述后排减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮的啮合通过第一齿轮套切换;跛行回家模块,包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与之连接的跛行回家模块输出轴;采用跛行回家模块,可在电驱动***失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车;以及输入轴,所述输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设有总输入齿轮,总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮连接或所述总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接通过第二齿轮套切换,所述跛行回家模块输出轴连接齿圈。
优选地,混合动力***还包括第二电机输出轴、二级锥齿轮,所述跛行回家模块输出轴与前排减速齿轮连接,前排减速齿轮与第二电机输出轴连接,第二电机输出轴通过第一离合器与二级锥齿轮连接,所述二级锥齿轮与齿圈连接。
优选地,第一空心轴前端设有锁止器,所述锁止器用于锁定第一空心轴,所述锁止器一端与***的壳体滑动连接,另一端通过滑动与第一空心轴滑动连接。
优选地,第一齿轮套、第二齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
优选地,第一电机和所述第二电机集成在***的壳体内。
优选地,输出轴伸出所述***的壳体的后端,所述输入轴伸出***的壳体的前端,与所述发动机通过柔性盘或离合器中的一种连接。
本发明的工作原理为:跛行回家模块具有动力传输路径切换功能,正常情况下,第二齿轮套向左滑动,中心轴齿轮与总输入齿轮连接,总输入齿轮通过第一齿轮套与中心轴齿轮连接,发动机扭矩直接传递到后排行星架上,经过一定增速减扭后传递给后桥,第二电机通过第二空心轴将动力传递给前排行星机构,最终输出至输出轴,实现发动机与电机的混合驱动模式;当电驱动失效、跛行回家时,第二齿轮套向右滑动,改变扭矩传递路线,使发动机扭矩经过齿轮组、前排减速齿轮和二级锥齿轮增扭后传递到齿圈,实现发动机能直接使车辆起步,实现发动机能直接使车辆起步。
本发明的技术效果为:
1、双驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,电机尺寸明显减小,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,降低混合动力***的成本;
2、双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围;
3、本***具备跛行回家功能,在电驱动***失效时,可避免拖车,采用跛行回家模式继续运行;
4、应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1所示,一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,包括如下部件:
中心轴6,该中心轴6的尾端设有后排行星架72,所述后排行星架72上设有后排行星轮73,所述中心轴6用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴7,其套装在中心轴6上,所述第一空心轴7的后端设有后排太阳轮71,所述后排太阳轮71与所述后排行星轮73啮合,所述第一空心轴7的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮74;
第二空心轴8,其套装在第一空心轴上7,所述第二空心轴8的后端设置有与***的壳体固定连接的前排行星架82,所述前排行星架82上设有前排行星轮83,所述第二空心轴8的后端设有前排太阳轮81,所述前排太阳轮81与所述前排行星轮83啮合,所述第二空心轴8的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮84;
齿圈9,其共同与所述前排行星轮83和所述后排行星轮73啮合,所述齿圈9连接有输出轴10,所述输出轴10用来输出混合动力;
第一电机4和第二电机5,所述第一电机4通过第一减速齿轮41与所述第一空心轴齿轮74啮合,所述第二电机5通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮84啮合;所述第二减速齿轮包括前排减速齿轮51和后排减速齿轮52,所述第二电机5同轴驱动所述前排减速齿轮51和所述后排减速齿轮52,所述前排减速齿轮51或所述后排减速齿轮52与所述第二空心轴齿轮84的啮合通过第一齿轮套55切换;通过第一齿轮套55的左右移动,实现电机两档驱动。
跛行回家模块2,包括跛行回家模块齿轮组21和与之连接的跛行回家模块输出轴22;采用跛行回家模块2,可在电驱动***失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车;
输入轴13,所述输入轴13的一端连接发动机1,另一端设有总输入齿轮131,总输入齿轮131与所述中心轴齿轮61连接或所述总输入齿轮131与跛行回家模块齿轮组21连接通过第二齿轮套24切换,所述跛行回家模块输出轴23连接齿圈9。
其中,上述实施方式中的混合动力***还包括第二电机输出轴53、二级锥齿轮54,所述跛行回家模块输出轴22与前排减速齿轮51连接,前排减速齿轮51与第二电机输出轴53连接,第二电机输出轴53通过第一离合器56与二级锥齿轮54连接,所述二级锥齿轮54与齿圈9连接。跛行回家模块2传动扭矩通过二级锥齿轮54传递。
上述实施方式中的第一空心轴7前端设有锁止器3,所述锁止器3用于锁定第一空心轴7,所述锁止器3一端与***的壳体12滑动连接,另一端通过滑动与第一空心轴7滑动连接,通过左右滑动锁止器3,实现第一空心轴7的锁定和解锁。跛行过程中,锁止器3锁定第一空心轴7,总输入齿轮131与跛行回家模块齿轮组21连接,通过跛行回家模块内部的齿轮组、前排减速齿轮51和二级锥齿轮54传递到齿圈9,实现减速增扭跛行回家。
上述实施方式中的第一电机4和所述第二电机5平行布置在所述中心轴6的两侧。
上述实施方式中的第一齿轮套55、第二齿轮套24通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
上述实施方式中的第一电机4和所述第二电机5集成在***的壳体12内,输出轴10伸出所述***的壳体12的后端,所述输入轴13伸出***的壳体12的前端,与所述发动机1通过柔性盘11连接,也可通过离合器连接。对电机、机械总成部件集中采用冷却方式,既减少密封件,提高密封的可靠性和密封件寿命,又能对轴承、齿轮进行同步润滑。

Claims (7)

1.一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,其特征在于,包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;
第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有与***的壳体固定连接的前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;
齿圈,其共同与所述前排行星轮和所述后排行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;所述第二减速齿轮包括前排减速齿轮和后排减速齿轮,所述第二电机同轴驱动所述前排减速齿轮和所述后排减速齿轮,所述前排减速齿轮或所述后排减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮的啮合通过第一齿轮套切换;
跛行回家模块,包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与之连接的跛行回家模块输出轴;和
输入轴,所述输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设有总输入齿轮,总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮连接或所述总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接通过第二齿轮套切换,所述跛行回家模块输出轴连接齿圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述混合动力***还包括第二电机输出轴、二级锥齿轮,所述跛行回家模块输出轴与前排减速齿轮连接,前排减速齿轮与第二电机输出轴连接,第二电机输出轴通过第一离合器与二级锥齿轮连接,所述二级锥齿轮与齿圈连接。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任意一项所述的一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第一空心轴前端设有锁止器,所述锁止器用于锁定第一空心轴,所述锁止器一端与***的壳体滑动连接,另一端通过滑动与第一空心轴滑动连接。
