Description

带跛行回家模块的平行轴式双电机双行星排混合动力***
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力技术领域,特别涉及一种带跛行回家模块的平行轴式双电机双行星排混合动力***。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力***中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,以实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力***的燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力***结构组合更加自由,但也造成了混合动力***构型复杂多样,并增加了***内功率流向以及***效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力***主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2、同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3、多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4、仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;
5、不具备跛行回家功能,一旦电驱***失效,只能采用拖车救援。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带跛行回家模块的平行轴式双电机双行星排混合动力***,从而克服动力总成的轴向长度较大,电失效后只能采用拖车救援的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种带跛行回家模块的平行轴式双电机双行星排混合动力***,包括:中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,另一端设置有中心轴齿轮,后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,前排行星架与壳体固定连接,前排行星架上设置有前排行星轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合;齿圈,其共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机与第一空心轴连接,第二电机与第二空心轴连接;跛行回家模块,其包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接的跛行回家模块输出轴;以及输入轴,输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设有总输入齿轮,总输入齿轮与中心轴齿轮连接或总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接通过第一齿轮套切换连接,跛行回家模块输出轴连接第二空心轴。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机与第一空心轴、第二电机与第二空心轴的连接方式为减速齿轮、传动链或传动带中的一种。
在一优选的实施方式中,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接,跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接,跛行回家模块通过第二减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
在一优选的实施方式中,第二空心轴的前端设置有第三减速齿轮,跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第三减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接,跛行回家模块通过第三减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机集成在壳体内。
在一优选的实施方式中,输出轴伸出壳体的后端,输入轴伸出壳体的前端,并通过柔性盘或离合器与发动机连接。
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的带跛行回家模块的平行轴式双电机双行星排混合动力***具有如下有益效果:
(1)双驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,电机尺寸明显减小,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,从而降低混合动力***的成本;
(2)双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更加灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围;
(3)具备跛行回家功能,在电驱动***失效时,可避免拖车救援,采用跛行回家模式可以继续运行;
(4)应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域;
(5)本发明采用的传动结构,通过双行星排共用齿圈,可将发动机的动力解耦,一部分传递给后桥,另一部分传递给第一电机进行发电,两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,使发动机能固定在最优油耗点进行工作,而不受车速的影响。

如图1至图4所示,根据本发明优选实施方式的带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成***,包括:中心轴4、第一空心轴5、第二空心轴6、齿圈71、第一电机21和第二电机22、跛行回家模块3以及输入轴。
其中,中心轴4的尾端设置有后排行星架72,另一端设有中心轴齿轮41,后排行星架72上设置有后排行星轮54,中心轴4用来输入发动机动力。第一空心轴5套装在中心轴4上,第一空心轴5的后端设置有后排太阳轮53,后排太阳轮53与后排行星轮54啮合。第二空心轴6套装在第一空心轴5上,第二空心轴6的后端设置有前排太阳轮61,前排行星架62与壳体8固定连接,前排行星架62上设置有前排行星轮63,前排太阳轮61与前排行星轮63啮合。齿圈71共同与前排行星轮63和后排行星轮54啮合,齿圈71连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。第一电机21与第一空心轴5连接,第二电机22 与第二空心轴6连接。
跛行回家模块3,包括跛行回家模块齿轮组31和与之连接的跛行回家模块输出轴32。输入轴的一端连接发动机1,另一端设有总输入齿轮12,总输入齿轮12与中心轴齿轮41连接或总输入齿轮12与跛行回家模块齿轮组31 连接通过第一齿轮套91切换连接,跛行回家模块输出轴32连接第二空心轴6。
如图2、图4所示,上述实施方式中的第一电机21与第一空心轴5、第二电机22与第二空心轴6的连接方式为减速齿轮、传动链93或传动带94中的一种。
如图1所示,上述实施方式中的第一电机21输出轴设置有第一减速齿轮 211,第一空心轴5外壁设有第一空心轴齿轮52,第一减速齿轮211与第一空心轴齿轮52啮合,第二电机22输出轴设置有第二减速齿轮221,第二空心轴 6外壁设置有第二空心轴齿轮64,跛行回家模块输出轴32设置有跛行回家齿轮33,分别与第二减速齿轮221和第二空心轴齿轮64啮合,跛行回家模块3 通过跛行回家齿轮33传递传动扭矩。
如图3、图4所示,上述实施方式中的第二空心轴6的前端设置有第三减速齿轮33,跛行回家模块输出轴32通过第三减速齿轮33与第二空心轴6连接,跛行回家模块3通过第三减速齿轮33传递传动扭矩。
上述方案中,第一齿轮套91通过电控方式实现滑动切换。第一电机21 和第二电机22平行布置在中心轴4的两侧。第一电机21和第二电22机集成在壳体8内。
上述实施方式中的输出轴伸出所述壳体8的后端,输入轴伸出壳体8的前端,与发动机1通过柔性盘11连接,也可以通过离合器连接。对电机、机械总成部件集中采用冷却方式,既减少密封件,提高密封的可靠性和密封件寿命,又能对轴承、齿轮进行同步润滑。
本发明的混合动力***的工作原理为:跛行回家模块具有动力传输路径切换功能,正常情况下,中心轴齿轮与总输入齿轮连接,总输入齿轮通过第一齿轮套与中心轴齿轮连接,发动机扭矩通过减速增扭传递给后桥,第二电机通过第二空心轴并经过减速增扭传递动力给后桥,从而实现混合动力驱动。当第一齿轮套向右滑动时,总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接,使发动机在连接后排行星架与连接前排太阳轮中切换,并且由于减速齿轮(或带轮、或链条)的存在,对发动机输出扭矩有增扭作用,同时由于行星排的特点,太阳轮减速比比行星架要高,发动机能直接驱动车辆起步,能实现高压***故障时只靠发动机或以行驶。

Claims (8)

1.一种带跛行回家模块的平行轴式双电机双行星排混合动力***,其特征在于,该混合动力***包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,另一端设置有中心轴齿轮,所述后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,前排行星架与壳体固定连接,所述前排行星架上设置有前排行星轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合;
齿圈,其共同与所述前排行星轮和所述后排行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机与所述第一空心轴连接,所述第二电机与所述第二空心轴连接;
跛行回家模块,其包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与所述跛行回家模块齿轮组连接的跛行回家模块输出轴;以及
输入轴,所述输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设有总输入齿轮,总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮连接或所述总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接通过第一齿轮套切换连接,所述跛行回家模块输出轴连接第二空心轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第一电机与所述第一空心轴、所述第二电机与所述第二空心轴的连接方式为减速齿轮、传动链或传动带中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴连接,所述跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴连接,所述跛行回家模块通过所述第二减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第二空心轴的前端设置有第三减速齿轮,跛行回家模块的输出轴通过所述第三减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴连接,所述跛行回家模块通过所述第三减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第一齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力***,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在壳体内。
