Abstract

更具体而言,本发明涉及含有植物基活性剂的解毒组合物。
本发明还涉及所述组合物的制备以及所述组合物在用于促进身体内的废物的肝脏去除的应用。
背景技术
异生素物质(包括合成化学产品和金属)的制造、使用和释放呈指数增长,并且存在于环境中。因此,已经增加了对这些在人体中可生物累积的持久性有毒物质的暴露。这种毒素暴露与对健康的有害影响相关,健康的有害影响包括内分泌紊乱、神经***影响、对生殖的影响以及癌症和心血管疾病。与疾病和病症相关的这些化学产品包括有机氯农药、邻苯二甲酸酯、双酚A以及多溴二苯醚。
人类饮食含有多种致癌和抗致癌的天然分子。鉴定食品成分中潜在的化学预防剂的一种方法为监测可以使致癌化学产品解毒的生物转化***的酶水平的变化。具体而言,异生素和内生生物化合物的代谢涉及酶***,该酶***使产物失活,能够使产物从身体内去除。
术语“解毒”在现代社会中已经变得普遍,并且通常与体重减轻,成瘾恢复或许多未指明的不利条件的灵丹妙药有关。在本专利申请中,术语“解毒”或“解毒的”遵循科学定义,该定义更精确,并且涉及消除毒物或毒素或其对某个区域或个体的影响的方法,以及涉及将有毒产品转化为无毒物质或用于消耗有毒代谢物而不造成损害的任何反应(可选地为酶催化的反应)。
根据用于“有毒”化合物的化学修饰的两个完善的途径,该转化特别可以通过肝脏进行。这两种肝脏途径通常称为阶段I和阶段II。阶段I涉及P450同功酶的微粒体组的使用。这些混合功能的氧化酶通常涉及氧化、还原、水解、水合以及异构化反应。通过这些反应使毒素转变成水溶性的,由此毒素更容易被排出(即对身体的“毒性”较小)。已知阶段I途径的酶使许多药物(例如***)、石化烃以及如***和睾酮之类的类固醇激素代谢。阶段II途径使阶段I的代谢物或衍生毒素与更亲水的化合物结合。阶段II反应底物包括谷胱甘肽、葡糖苷酸、甘氨酸以及硫化物、乙酰基和甲基。如果这些生物转化产物具有低分子量,则它们在尿液中被去除。如果这些终产物具有高分子量,则它们从胆汁中被去除。
传统上,已经报道了下述植物或如甘氨酸或甜菜碱之类的分子的肝和肾解毒特性,所述植物例如为奶蓟(Silybum marianum)、绣线菊(Filipendula ulmaria)、黑萝卜(Raphanus sativus var.niger)、洋蓟(Cynara scolymus)、蒲公英(Taraxacumofficinale)、博尔多(Peumus boldus)。
数据示出了胡椒的解毒特性及其对解毒酶的作用(A.Singh,A.R.Rao,黑胡椒(Piper nigrum,L.)对肝脏解毒***的调节作用的评价,Cancer Letters,72,第5-9页,1993;K.Singletary,黑胡椒—健康益处概述,Nutrition Today,Vol.45,1,第43-47页,Jan./Feb.2010;I.M.Scott等,胡椒属(胡椒科)植物化学、杀虫活性和作用方式的综述,Phytochem.Rev.,7,第65-75页,2008)。黑胡椒(Piper nigrum L.)是世界上最常用的香料,并且其提取物已被用于多种文化的传统医学中。胡椒植物是一种匍匐植物,该胡椒植物具有一个通过其侧枝附着在其支撑物上的***木质茎。叶子具有尖锐的椭圆形肢(其上有3-4个几乎平行的叶脉),是交替的,以及无被无梗的花被分成20-30个单位的下垂的穗状花序。果实为直径4mm至8mm的浆果,其中该果实在成熟过程中由绿色变为红色。以下是传统上的区分:
-绿胡椒,其为新鲜的整个浆果,在绿色时采摘;
-白胡椒,其为完全成熟时收获的果实。在水中浸泡几天后,果实没有果皮和中果皮的外部,然后干燥;
-黑胡椒,一旦第一批浆果变红即可收获花穗。干燥后,将果实与茎分离。
黑胡椒(Piper nigrum)被用于生产黑胡椒(来自未精制的果实)和白胡椒(来自去壳的成熟浆果)。在来自不同文化(印度、中国)的各种古代文献中,除了作为香料之外,胡椒还被用于治疗胃肠病症或癫痫的药用目的。黑胡椒的成分包括纤维、精油、胡椒碱、丁子香酚、脂肪酶和矿物质。
1-胡椒酰哌啶,也称为胡椒碱,是黑胡椒和白胡椒中的主要生物活性成分。科学数据(Singletary,2010)证实了黑胡椒对健康的影响,特别是在加强消化功能方面的影响。例如,在大鼠和小鼠中,已经示出了黑胡椒和胡椒碱能够刺激消化酶、改变胃分泌物、改变食物的胃肠传输时间,并抑制腹泻。黑胡椒对代谢药物和植物化学产品的酶***也具有重要影响。具体而言,首先,已经证实了(Scott,2008)胡椒碱抑制下述解毒酶的活性:芳基烃羟化酶(AHH)以及7-乙氧基香豆素脱乙酰酶(7ECDE);甲基香豆素脱甲基酶(MOCD);以及药物代谢的主要酶,Cyp3a4。其次,胡椒碱诱导阶段I的酶(细胞色素b5、细胞色素P450)和阶段II的酶(谷胱甘肽S-转移酶GST、酸溶性巯基-SH、丙二醛MDA)以及PSMO(多基质单加氧酶)。证实了阶段I和阶段II的酶基因的转录诱导。胡椒的乙醇提取物上调了细胞色素P450(Cyp6a8、Cyp9b2、Cyp12d1、Cyp6d4、Cyp6d5和Cyp6w1)与谷胱甘肽S-转移酶S1和谷胱甘肽转移酶E7。
因此,这些现有技术数据证实了胡椒碱和/或黑胡椒种子/果实与解毒之间的联系。
本申请人在研究胡椒植物的其它部分的使用和改良时出乎意料地发现,尽管胡椒植物花序茎具有较低的胡椒碱含量,但其具有解毒作用,特别是肝脏解毒作用。
发明详述
因此,本发明涉及含有植物基活性剂的口服用解毒组合物,其特征在于该解毒组合物包含干燥的、任选研磨的和任选筛选的胡椒植物花序茎和/或胡椒植物花序茎的液体提取物或干提取物。
胡椒植物花序茎优选选自胡椒植物黑胡椒(Piper nigrum)或荜拨(Piperlongum)的花序茎,更具体而言,选自柬埔寨贡布地区的胡椒植物的花序茎。这可以改良胡椒花絮,特别是来自贡布(柬埔寨)的花序,该花序带有由柬埔寨地理标志委员会鉴定并经国际机构(Ecocert)认证的IG Kampot标签。具体而言,几个世纪以来,整个世界的胡椒专家都赏识来自贡布的胡椒(即浆果),因为它具有独特的味道和健康益处。迄今为止,尚未描述胡椒植物花序茎具有特定效果。
提取物有利地是用极性溶剂(例如水、醇或水-醇混合物)提取所述花序茎的提取物。因此,通过将胡椒植物花序茎在水中简单浸泡、煎煮或浸渍,很容易获得可饮用的解毒组合物。
本文中,术语“浸泡”是指将优选在沸点下的水(极性溶剂)倾倒在胡椒植物花序茎上(例如2.5克干物质/100毫升水),然后使其浸泡1分钟至2小时的时间段。术语“煎煮”定义了相同的操作,所述液体保持沸腾。关于浸渍,使用***剂来进行浸渍。浸泡是优选的。
因此,本发明的组合物可以是可饮用的形式,例如是浸泡、煎煮、浸渍、调味饮料的形式或任何其他可饮用形式的形式。
申请人进行的试验测试表明,例如,该干燥的花序部分的浸泡得到具有特定愉快和刺激风味的饮料。该饮料的消耗通过促进流涎而有助于消化,并且也增加消化酶,以及参与消除来自身体的毒素。这种饮料还具有放松和滋补的特性。
本发明的组合物有利地含有至少1重量%、优选2重量%至15重量%、更优选3重量%至10重量%的衍生自胡椒植物花序茎的总多酚,这赋予了该组合物的抗氧化和解毒能力。例如,所进行的测试表明粉末形式的胡椒植物(黑胡椒)的花序茎包含约3重量%的多酚。
本发明还涉及食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品,该食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品包含重量比为0.1%至85%、优选3%至65%、更优选20%至60%的根据如上所述的发明的组合物。
在本文中,术语“食品补充剂”是指一种食品,其目的是补充正常饮食并且构成营养物质或其他物质的集中来源,其中其他物质(单独或组合)具有营养或生理作用,并以剂量形式出售。术语“剂型”是指任何常规形式:凝胶胶囊、丸粒、片剂、小瓶或小袋。
当食品补充剂为软胶囊或凝胶胶囊的形式时,这些软胶囊或凝胶胶囊的包膜可特别含有动物明胶(如鱼明胶)、甘油、或植物来源的材料(如纤维素或淀粉衍生物或植物蛋白)。
当食品补充剂为凝胶胶囊、片剂或颗粒的形式时,活性剂的混合物可以附着到粉状载体如二氧化硅、纤维素或麦芽糖糊精上。
在本文中,术语“强化食品”是指添加了营养物质的产品(如酸奶或饮料),其中该营养物质中溶解有本发明的胡椒植物花序茎的粉末或提取物。
由于食品的特定组成或特定的制造工艺而与普通食用食品明显不同,适用于指定的营养目的并作为表明它们符合此目的而出售的食品被认为是用于特定营养的饮食产品。
本发明的食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品还可包含至少一种选自以下的活性剂:维生素,如维生素B6或C;类胡萝卜素,如β-胡萝卜素或叶黄素;矿物质微量元素,如镁,钙或铁;或迷迭香、奶蓟、黑萝卜、绣线菊、荨麻、马尾、鸡脚参叶、柠檬草、姜或茉莉的提取物;其它多酚和/或花色素。
可以将其他药学上和/或饮食上可接受的试剂添加到解毒浸泡液中,其中试剂例如为填充剂、流化剂、天然提取物、其他维生素、矿物质、微量元素、氨基酸、脂肪酸、抗结块剂、着色剂、酸化剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、甜味剂、佐剂、着色剂或调味剂。
填充剂有利地选自微晶纤维素和马铃薯或玉米麦芽糖糊精。
所用增稠剂优选选自马铃薯淀粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、柑橘果胶、瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶、琼脂、魔芋胶、氢化油、蜂蜡或其混合物。
流化剂可以是硅酸镁、硬脂酸镁或胶体二氧化硅。
抗结块剂是通常用于食品工业的那些,例如硬脂酸镁或胶体二氧化硅。
其他维生素特别可以选自维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素B5、维生素B8、维生素B9、维生素B12、维生素D和维生素E。
柠檬酸也可用作本发明的组合物中的酸化剂。
用于制造本发明的食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品的稳定剂是食品工业中常规使用的稳定剂,例如糖和/或谷物衍生物,例如山梨糖醇。
特别可以使用的甜味剂为菊粉、木糖醇、阿斯巴甜、葡萄糖浆、果寡糖糖浆、麦芽糖醇粉末或糖浆、乙酰磺胺酸钾、果寡糖、三氯蔗糖、新橙皮苷、甜菊苷和/或环己基氨基磺酸钠等等。
脂肪酸也可以加入到组合物中;脂肪酸可以选自ω-3和/或ω-6脂肪酸或半乳糖脂。可以加入氨基酸,例如色氨酸、亮氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸和/或蛋氨酸。
由于来自贡布的胡椒植物花序茎具有赋予组合物特定风味的感官特性,因此不再需要调味剂的存在。
防腐剂是有用的,使得所述解毒组合物或所述食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品可长时间保存。所用的防腐剂可以是,例如,山梨酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、苯甲酸、迷迭香或抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯(抗氧化剂)。
所有这些化合物决不是限制性的,可以将药学上和/或饮食上可接受的试剂加入到本发明的解毒组合物或所述食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品中。食品补充剂、饮食产品或强化食品可以是包衣或未包衣片剂、多层片剂、泡腾片剂、糖衣片剂、凝胶胶囊、硅片胶囊、粉末、颗粒、棒状物、丸粒、软胶囊、在玻璃小瓶中的水溶液或悬浮液、条状物或饮料的形式、滴管瓶中或喷雾中的形式。
有利地,以包含5mg至4g、优选10mg至2g的本发明的所述解毒组合物的剂量形式,将食品补充剂、饮食产品或强化食品以每天1至4次对人给药,给药时间为1天至3个月。
本发明还涉及制备如上所述的解毒组合物的方法:该方法包括以下步骤i)或ii)中的至少一个:
i)收获、干燥、任选地研磨以及任选地筛选胡椒植物花序茎;
ii)使用诸如水、醇或含水-醇混合物之类的极性溶剂提取新鲜和/或干燥的胡椒植物花序茎,然后过滤提取物,并任选地浓缩提取物,任选地浓缩至干燥。
可以根据各种方案进行提取:
-煎煮包括在极性溶剂中煮沸花序茎并且保持沸腾特定时间,特别是1分钟至2小时,特别是约20分钟,任选地随后降回到室温。
-浸渍包括使胡椒植物花序茎浸泡在冷的极性溶剂中一段特定的时间,以从其中提取可溶性化合物。特别地,浸渍步骤的持续时间为1小时至15天,优选1天。最特别地,浸渍在室温(即10℃至25℃)下进行。
-如上所述,浸泡在于将优选沸点下的极性溶剂倾倒在胡椒植物花序茎上,然后浸泡1分钟至2小时的时间段。
-消化包括在低于沸点的温度下的极性溶剂中加热胡椒植物花序茎:例如,在水的情况下,在10℃至89℃,特别是25至70℃下加热胡椒植物花序茎。
-“渗滤”或“浸出”在于使极性溶剂通过胡椒植物花序茎,所述胡椒植物花序茎是新鲜的或预先干燥的并且是经过研磨的。
-可以(例如)通过VMHD(脉冲真空微波水蒸馏)进行蒸馏。在这种提取步骤中,使极性溶剂达到高于大气压的压力。特别是,当溶剂是水时,其可能是亚临界形式,即,水的温度为100℃至374℃,压力为1巴至218巴。在这些条件下,
水呈液体形式。
可以在真空下,或通过蒸发一些或所有溶剂控制,或通过使所述极性溶剂达到从室温(25℃)至高于所用溶剂的沸点的300℃的温度范围内的温度,并且优选在所用溶剂的沸点的温度下进行所得提取物的浓度。因此,特别是通过蒸发、升华,并且优选在减压下,极性溶剂至少部分地减少,或甚至完全被去除。术语“溶剂的沸点”是指溶剂在以气态形式自由蒸发之前可达到的最高温度。该温度在1个大气压(101.3kPa)的大气压下计算。
根据本发明方法的提取步骤可以是连续或间歇的模式,并且可以包括涉及加热的步骤,特别地,该加热的时间为1秒至15天,特别为10秒至8小时。
在另外的步骤中,可以特别是通过在加压或不加压的情况下的加热和/或通过膜,对提取后回收的提取物进行灭菌。
也可以特别是通过在加压或不加压的情况下的加热或者通过消毒剂,对这种胡椒植物花序茎的提取物进行消毒。
最后,有利地干燥该提取物。可以通过冷冻干燥和/或雾化进行该干燥。
因此这种用极性溶剂进行提取的方法可以获得这样的提取物,该提取物包含至少1重量%、优选为2重量%至15重量%、更优选为3%至10%的来自花序茎的总多酚(相对于固体含量或相对于干燥的花序茎的重量)。
本发明还涉及如上所述的解毒组合物或食品补充剂或强化食品或饮食产品用于促进从身体中排出废物,特别是通过肝脏途径从身体中排出废物的应用。
该解毒组合物也可以被任何希望对其身体进行解毒的人(例如减肥饮食或者在药物治疗之后)使用。
效果是特别预料不到的,这是因为:
-首先,通常通过醇或超临界CO2溶剂萃取从胡椒植物果实/种子中提取胡椒碱,而本发明涉及浸泡(即,水性提取)胡椒植物花序茎中的活性剂;
-其次,因为胡椒植物花序含有极少的胡椒碱(1.00重量%的干物质)。通过theInstitut de Technologie Alimentaire(在Con Tho,Viet Nam)进行的分析结果见表1:

对于这些分析,根据标准ISO 5564的方法,用96%乙醇从干燥的胡椒植物花序浆果或茎中提取多酚和哌啶。
根据Folin-Ciocalteau Micro方法,通过在765nm处的分光光度法测定多酚。
根据标准ISO 5564的方法,通过在343nm处的分光光度法测定胡椒碱。
结果表示为干物质的重量百分比。
因此,根据文献的教导,不能预期到胡椒植物的这一部分(其中胡椒植物花序茎中的胡椒碱含量比浆果的胡椒碱含量低四倍)可以具有解毒效果。
由于这两个原因,所使用的植物部分和提取方法不同于在科学文献中常规进行和发现的那些,无法预期到浸泡黑胡椒花序茎的解毒效果。
因此,本发明具有提出具有解毒作用的新型组合物的优点,该组合物旨在促进废物从身体中去除,并且至少与目前市场上存在的组合物一样有效。
通过以下实施例更详细地描述本发明,这些实施例旨在说明本发明而不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例
-在以下实施例中使用的贡布胡椒植物花序茎经历了:
-干燥和研磨,以获得特别用于“茶”形式的制剂的粗颗粒;
-或者干燥、研磨并筛选,以获得粒径在约300μm至800μm之间,通常为接近500μm的粉末;
-或者用极性溶剂提取以获得可以减少至干的液体提取物。
实施例1
根据上面详述的浸泡方法,制备来自Kampot Original的干燥和研磨的胡椒植物花序茎并且仅由来自贡布的干燥和研磨的胡椒植物花序茎组成的茶(2.5g干物质/100ml水)。这种茶可以用作肝脏解毒剂,以帮助清除体内的废物。
实施例2
制备由来自贡布的干燥和研磨的胡椒植物花序茎和柠檬草根(其以滋补消化特性而闻名)组成的茶(每100ml水分别含2.5g和0.5g各干物质)。这种茶用作消化和抗胀气助剂,以及用于对抗腹胀。
实施例3
制备由来自贡布的干燥和研磨的胡椒植物花序茎和姜根组成的茶(2.5g各干物质/100ml水)。姜由于对循环的有益作用而被推荐,并且其可以用作滋补品和***。
实施例4
制备由来自贡布的干燥和研磨的胡椒植物花序茎和茉莉花组成的茶(2.5g各干物质/100ml水)。这种茉莉花味道的茶用作放松剂,用于对抗压力和促进睡眠。
实施例5

将含有表3中所示的成分的食品补充剂或强化食品包装在塞子中,其中该塞子可以拧到300ml、1L或1.5L水的瓶子上。

为了使用该补充剂或该强化食品,(例如)使用者将含有所述组合物的塞子拧到300ml、1L或1.5含有水的L瓶子上就足够了。然后,个人的推荐剂量为每天一个塞子。
实施例8
将表4的成分混合并放入小瓶中后,根据本领域技术人员已知的技术进行高压釜处理,获得由干燥胡椒植物花序茎的乙醇/水醇提取物(2.5g,在100ml体积比为70/30的乙醇/水混合物中)和干燥鸡脚参叶的乙醇/水醇提取物(1g,在100ml体积比为70/30为乙醇/水混合物中)组成的复合物。在将提取物置于小瓶中之前过滤提取物。

通过渗滤干燥的茎干(2.5g每100ml水)来制备胡椒植物花序茎的水提取物,然后将提取物蒸发至干。
通过渗滤干燥的叶子来制备鸡脚参叶的水提取物(1g每100ml水),然后将提取物蒸发至干。

在均匀混合表8的成分后,将根据该实施例的食品补充剂、饮食产品或强化食品包装在带有量杯的瓶子中。推荐的每日剂量为25ml(使用量杯测量)并在一杯水中稀释。
实施例13:在小鼠上测试
在白化瑞士小鼠(albino Swiss mice)上评价来自贡布的胡椒植物花序茎粉末的浸泡的效果。使动物接受以10体积%和20体积%的剂量掺入其饮用水中的浸泡液(2.5g干物质/100ml水),并持续20天。所得结果证明了身体中的谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)和硫化酸(-SH)含量的显著且剂量依赖性的增加。GST催化谷胱甘肽与诱变和致癌的亲电子化合物的结合。此外,GST能够结合多种毒素。所得结果示出了高水平的细胞色素b5和P450(阶段I的酶)也具有统计学显著性和剂量依赖性。20%浸泡组中丙二醛(MDA)(一种脂质过氧化标记物)的含量较低。因此,该组结果表明,浸泡形式的本发明的组合物对阶段I和阶段II的酶解毒***的诱导的影响。
尽管已经结合特定实施方案描述了本发明,但很明显,其不以任何方式限制于此,并且如果它们落入本发明的范围内,则它包括所述装置的所有技术等同物以及它们的组合。
Claims (25)
1.一种用于口服以促进身体内的废物的肝脏去除的解毒组合物,其特征在于,该解毒组合物包含干燥的、任选研磨的和任选筛选的胡椒植物花序茎,和/或胡椒植物花序茎的液体提取物或干的水提取物,所述花序茎选自胡椒植物黑胡椒的花序茎,并且所述解毒组合物含有2重量%至15重量%的衍生自花序茎的总多酚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解毒组合物,其特征在于,所述胡椒植物花序茎选自来自柬埔寨贡布地区的胡椒植物黑胡椒的花序茎。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的解毒组合物,其特征在于,所述提取物是所述花序茎的极性溶剂提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的解毒组合物,其特征在于,所述解毒组合物含有3重量%至10重量%的衍生自花序茎的总多酚。
5.根据权利要求1到2中任一项所述的解毒组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物是可饮用的形式,所述可饮用的形式是浸泡、煎煮、浸渍、调味饮料的形式或任何其他可饮用的形式。
6.一种食品补充剂或强化食品,其包含重量比为0.1%至85%的根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的解毒组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其包含重量比为3%至65%的根据前述权利要求1-5中任一项所述的解毒组合物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其包含重量比为20%至60%的根据前述权利要求1-5中任一项所述的解毒组合物。
9.根据权利要求6所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其特征在于,所述食品补充剂或强化食品还包含至少一种选自以下的活性剂:维生素;类胡萝卜素;矿物质微量元素;或迷迭香、奶蓟、黑萝卜、绣线菊、荨麻、马尾、鸡脚参叶、柠檬草、姜或茉莉的提取物;其它多酚和/或花色素。
10.根据权利要求9所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其特征在于,所述维生素为维生素B6或C。
11.根据权利要求9所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其特征在于,所述类胡萝卜素为β-胡萝卜素或叶黄素。
12.根据权利要求9所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其特征在于,所述矿物质微量元素为镁、钙或铁。
13.根据权利要求6至12中任一项所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其特征在于,所述食品补充剂或强化食品是包衣或未包衣片剂,凝胶胶囊,粉末,颗粒,棒状物,丸粒,软胶囊,在玻璃小瓶中的水溶液或悬浮液形式,条状物或饮料的形式,在滴管瓶中或喷雾中的形式。
14.根据权利要求13所述的食品补充剂或强化食品,其特征在于,所述包衣或未包衣片剂为多层片剂、泡腾片剂、或糖衣片剂。
15.一种饮食产品,其包含重量比为0.1%至85%的根据前述权利要求1-5中任一项所述的解毒组合物。
16.根据权利要求15所述的饮食产品,其包含重量比为3%至65%的根据前述权利要求1-5中任一项所述的解毒组合物。
17.根据权利要求15所述的饮食产品,其包含重量比为20%至60%的根据前述权利要求1-5中任一项所述的解毒组合物。
18.根据权利要求15所述的饮食产品,其特征在于,所述饮食产品还包含至少一种选自以下的活性剂:维生素;类胡萝卜素;矿物质微量元素;或迷迭香、奶蓟、黑萝卜、绣线菊、荨麻、马尾、鸡脚参叶、柠檬草、姜或茉莉的提取物;其它多酚和/或花色素。
19.根据权利要求18所述的饮食产品,其特征在于,所述维生素为维生素B6或C。
20.根据权利要求18所述的饮食产品,其特征在于,所述类胡萝卜素为β-胡萝卜素或叶黄素。
21.根据权利要求18所述的饮食产品,其特征在于,所述矿物质微量元素为镁、钙或铁。
22.根据权利要求15至21中任一项所述的饮食产品,其特征在于,所述饮食产品是包衣或未包衣片剂,凝胶胶囊,粉末,颗粒,棒状物,丸粒,软胶囊,在玻璃小瓶中的水溶液或悬浮液形式,条状物或饮料的形式,在滴管瓶中或喷雾中的形式。
23.根据权利要求22所述的饮食产品,其特征在于,所述包衣或未包衣片剂为多层片剂、泡腾片剂、或糖衣片剂。
24.一种制备权利要求1至5中任一项所述的解毒组合物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤中至少一个步骤:
i)收获、干燥、任选地研磨以及任选地筛选胡椒植物花序茎;
ii)使用极性溶剂提取新鲜和/或干燥的胡椒植物花序茎,然后过滤提取物,并任选地浓缩所述提取物,任选地浓缩至干燥。
25.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于所述极性溶剂为水、醇或含水-醇混合物。
