本发明提供一种含有中药成份的微生物发酵饲料,包括以下步骤:1)制备菌种混合物,包括菌种A混合物和菌种B混合物混合均匀,所述的菌种A混合物包括黑曲霉,米曲霉和产阮假丝酵母,所述的菌种B混合物包括嗜酸乳酸菌和枯草芽胞杆菌;2)制备基料混合均匀,所述的基料包括金银花茎叶粉和豆粕;3)将第一步和第二步制备的产物混合后加入营养盐溶液并搅拌,所述的营养盐溶液包括尿素、葡萄糖、硫酸铵、过磷酸钙、膨润土、氯化钠和水;4)放入发酵室进行发酵,在25‑28℃发酵3‑5d后,低温管束烘干至水分10%,然后送入造粒机中造粒,得到粒度为1‑2mm的颗粒即得中药发酵猪饲料。其有效地促进猪只生长,提高猪肉蛋类品质,增强猪只抗病能力。

金银花又名忍冬,金银花为常见中药,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、保肝利胆的功能。临床应用于治疗疮疡、泻痢、外感、热病等,也用治疗呼吸道感染、头痛咽痛等疾病。金银花不但有出色医疗效果,还有卓越的保健功能。金银花茎叶富含绿原酸类、黄酮类、萜类及其皂苷生物活性物质,可提高免疫力,减少疾病发生。金银花茎叶来源稳定且成本低廉,其采集自提高金银花产量而修剪植物时获得的。至今为止,所修剪的金银花茎叶大多做为废物处理。
优质饲料是生产优质畜禽产品的保证。随着现代化大规模畜禽类饲养方式的不断发展,生产速度提高的同时,也带来了许多问题。畜禽产品品质不断下降,畜禽类大规模疾病不断发生,以及饲料中添加的大量抗生素类药物和添加剂对人类健康造成的危害,这些问题严重影响着我国畜牧业的健康发展。目前我国迫切需要能提高畜禽产品的质量和品质、对动物健康生长有益、对消费者的健康有益无害的饲料。
因此利用金银花茎叶的多生物活性作用,可以提高禽类免疫力,防病治病,促进禽畜类健康生长,同时也可达到替代抗生素等化学添加剂的效果,促进饲料行业健康发展,实现绿色养殖。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有中药成份的微生物发酵饲料,其可以用于有效地促进猪只生长,提高日增重,降低料肉比,提高猪肉蛋类品质,增强猪只抗病能力,提高养殖经济效益。
本发明提供了一种发酵型猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1.将菌种A和B混合均匀,所述的菌种A包括黑曲霉,米曲霉和产阮假丝酵母,所述菌种B包括嗜酸乳酸菌和枯草芽胞杆菌;
2.将混合后的菌种与基料混合均匀,加入营养盐溶液并搅拌,得到混合饲料,所述基料包括金银花茎叶粉和豆粕,所述营养盐包括尿素、葡萄糖、磷酸氢钙、硫酸铵、食盐、膨润土、氯化钠和水。
3.将混合饲料覆盖塑料膜,放入发酵室进行发酵,在26-30℃发酵3-5d后,低温管束烘干至水分10%,然后送入造粒机中造粒,得到粒度为1-2mm的颗粒即得中药发酵饲料。

进一步地,步骤2)所述基料的各组分重量份数为:金银花茎叶粉50~80份,豆粕20~50份;营养盐溶液的各组分重量份数为:尿素2~4份,葡萄糖1~3份,磷酸氢钙1~3份,硫酸铵2~4份,膨润土5~15份,氯化钠0.2~1份,水100~160份;
进一步地,步骤2)所述的各组分重量份数为:菌种A:1~2份,菌种B:4~8份,基料100~300份,营养盐溶液120~350份;
进一步地,步骤3)所述最适发酵条件是在28℃发酵4d。
本发明所述的一种发酵型猪饲料有益效果:
①本发明添加的金银花茎叶富含绿原酸类、黄酮类、萜类及其皂苷生物活性物质,通过黑曲霉,米曲霉和产阮假丝酵母的生物发酵和转化,显著提高金银花茎叶的生物活性、营养价值和适口性,提高免疫力,减少疾病发生。
②本发明制备的发酵饲料的中乳酸菌能在肠道中有效定植,产生超氧化物歧化酶,增加体液免疫和细胞免疫,促进生长。酵母菌和芽胞杆菌能产生纤维素酶、半纤维素酶,降解细胞壁,促进纤维素物质的消化,促使营养物质最大限度溶出并为动物利用,同时能产生蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、维生素等,能有效补充肠道内源酶的不足,提高动物对饲料的消化能力,并增加饲料适口性。
③发酵饲料进入肠道并能吸附有毒物质和病原菌,减少胃肠疾病,保护动物健康,减少药物使用。
因此,发酵饲料可实现健康养殖和养殖业可持续发展,同时也有效提高了生态效益,添加有金银花茎叶的发酵饲料,可使饲料利用率提高7%-8%,发病率降低8%-10%,养殖环境明显改善。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范畴下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为自常规生化试剂商店购买得到的。以下实施例中的定量试验,均设置三次重复实验,结果取平均值。
实施例1:
制备发酵型猪饲料,包括:
1.按照下述重量比例混合两种菌种:
菌种A 2份,其中黑曲霉0.5份、米曲霉0.5份、产阮假丝酵母1份;
菌种B 6.2份,其中嗜酸乳酸菌6份、枯草芽胞杆菌0.2份;
2.基料按照下述重量份数比例混合:
金银花茎叶粉70份,豆粕30份;
3.将上面两步中的混合料再混合到一起;
4.营养盐溶液按照下述重量份数混合:
尿素3份,葡萄糖2份,磷酸氢钙1份,硫酸铵3份,膨润土5份,氯化钠0.5份,水120份;
5.将第四步中的混合物加入到第三步中的混合物中并混合均匀;
6.将上述混合饲料覆盖塑料膜,放入发酵室进行发酵,在28℃发酵4d后,低温管束烘干至水分10%,然后送入造粒机中造粒,得到粒度为1-2mm的颗粒即得中药发酵饲料。
实施例2:
实施例1配制的发酵型猪饲料进行饲养试验。
选择120头个体均匀、体况健康的杜长大三元断奶仔猪随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头猪,各组公母各半。试验组饲喂在普通饲料中添加加10%比例的中药发酵饲料(即普通饲料/中药发酵饲料=9:1),对照组饲喂普通饲料。各阶段试验时间为,仔猪28天,中猪35天,大猪35天。
预试期7天进行猪只观察、防疫、驱出和编耳号、并进行试验料的逐步过渡。进入正试期,两试验组分别饲喂相应的试验日粮,每日投料两次,猪自由采食和饮水。保持猪舍清洁卫生,按常规进行饲养管理。每日按时记录日采食量和猪只的健康状况。正试前和试验结束时,早晨空腹称重,并统计剩余的饲料量。
记录各试验组的初重、末重、每日耗料、饲养天数、日增重和肉料比、发病率以及死亡率。大猪阶段试验结束后,两试验组各随机选公母各一头,体重基本一致的
猪只进行屠宰试验,测定瘦肉率和肉色泽的比较。

在试验初期,各组猪只体重差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果如表1所示:与对照组相比,实施例1配制的中药发酵饲料使仔猪、中猪和大猪的平均日增重分别提高10.1%、11.6%和9.87%,整阶段平均日增重提高10.5%,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)。试验期间对照组、试验组料重比分别为2.63、2.36,试验组饲料报酬优于对照组,料肉比降低了10.3%,提高了饲料转化率。由上述数据可说明,使用本发明发酵饲料可显著促进猪只生长,提高日增重和饲料转化率。

试验结果如表2所示:与对照组相比,实施例1配制的中药发酵饲料使仔猪发病率和死亡率分别下降62.5%、100%。综上所述,与对照组相比,本发明实施1配制的猪用中药发酵饲料可提高仔猪的抵抗力,降低发病率和死亡率。

如表3所示,实施例1配制的中药发酵饲料使瘦肉率提高了10.17%,背膘厚度降低了22.01%,肌肉滴水损失和压力损失分别降低了20.91%、7.06%,pH值提高了3.48%。与对照组相比,本发明实施例1配制的猪用中药发酵饲料促进了育肥猪的生长,改善了胴体品质和肌肉品质。
综上所述,本发明将中药发酵饲料加入普通猪饲料中,可有效促进猪的生长,增强猪只抵抗力,降低发病率和死亡率,并可提高瘦肉率,改善猪肉品质。
Claims (6)
1.一种中药发酵猪饲料,其特征在于,由下列原料按照重量配比组成:
菌种混合物8.2份,所述的菌种混合物包括黑曲霉0.5份、米曲霉0.5份、产阮假丝酵母1份、嗜酸乳酸菌6份、枯草芽胞杆菌0.2份;
基料混合物100份,所述的基料混合物包括金银花茎叶粉70份,豆粕30份;
营养盐溶液134.5份,所述的营养盐溶液包括尿素3份,葡萄糖2份,磷酸氢钙1份,硫酸铵3份,膨润土5份,氯化钠0.5份,水120份。
2.一种中药发酵猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备菌种混合物,包括菌种A混合物和菌种B混合物混合均匀,
所述的菌种A混合物包括黑曲霉,米曲霉和产阮假丝酵母,
所述的菌种B混合物包括嗜酸乳酸菌和枯草芽胞杆菌;
2)制备基料混合均匀,所述的基料包括金银花茎叶粉和豆粕;
3)将第一步和第二步制备的产物混合后加入营养盐溶液并搅拌,所述的营养盐溶液包括尿素、葡萄糖、硫酸铵、过磷酸钙、膨润土、氯化钠和水;
4)放入发酵室进行发酵,在25-28℃发酵3-5d后,低温管束烘干至水分10%,然后送入造粒机中造粒,得到粒度为1-2mm的颗粒即得中药发酵猪饲料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述菌种A混合物的各组分重量份数为:黑曲霉0.5份、米曲霉0.5份、产阮假丝酵母1份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述菌种B混合物的各组分重量份数为:嗜酸乳酸菌6份、枯草芽胞杆菌0.2份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的基料的各组分重量份数为:金银花茎叶粉70份,豆粕30份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的营养盐溶液的各组分重量份数为:尿素3份,葡萄糖2份,磷酸氢钙1份,硫酸铵3份,膨润土5份,氯化钠0.5份,水120份。
